Shocking! Ordered online and waiting 1.5 hours. Called the shop 10 times - no answer. My order was eventually cancelled. Don’t bother.

Red planet pizza have just served me a cold, terrible pizza and with bad customer service, just order elsewhere! Pizza is uncooked and as hard as a plank of wood.

Ordered online - food took over an hour to arrive, when we called staff told us another 15 mins (order took another 30 mins) when it did arrive the pizza quality was not great so much so the wedges were the best part of a pizza order! We thought we'd branch out and try something new but definitely sticking with our local pizza place instead.

The quality gets better, smells good and is testy, well-done guys.

Best pizza with valueable price

The wandsworth high street best food, i was filled to eat the pizza on takeaway but my eyes was not cause of the yummy taste of american hot spicy pizza. Love it.

Fortunately, all is Halal food in this shop. The have chinese and pizza but after making sure i placed the order and enjoyed the food. fantabolous!!!

I always Collect my food just 2 min walk from my place. don't know about Delivery timing. Good food for good price

This place should close immediately for serious lack of hygiene. The two guys working there were collecting water in an empty rubbish bin from a nearby car wash and were taking that to the pizza place. This is absolutely disgusting and could cause severe infections to people due to contaminated water to cook.

Just don’t order from them no matter what time it is. The delivery time is lie and it’ll take 4x as long at best, they’ll repeatedly say it’s ‘10-12 minutes away’ and it’ll take another 30 minutes. And when it finally does arrive, it’s a cold, horrible pizza. Don’t do it, you deserve better.

Walked in here past midnight to get a pizza after a night out to be told they don't do pizza after 12 and instead only do Chinese......

We recently had pizza delivered to us. The delivery driver verbally attached the lady taking in the pizza in. The man proceeded to insult the lady and randomly started to say that all bengalis and Somalians are the same and are awful people. I still can't believe it. The delivery driver was someone direct from the restaurant. So not a delivery from deliveroo or just eat etc. I thought I must leave a review to warn others.

The pizza is always good, only one problem: the delivery time...

Food arrived stone cold. Repeatedly told on the phone that my order was "8-15 minutes away" no matter what time between calls. Eventually, they just stopped answering the phone. In total food took over 2.5 hours to get here, despite being advertised at 30 minutes. A terrible experience, choose literally any other option for food other than this

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT I placed the order at 00:50. After waiting over an hour I contacted deliveroo customer support. They called the restaurant and told me to wait another 15 minutes. I waited. I then contacted customer support again to tell them that it still hasn’t arrived. I was told to wait a further 8 minutes. This happened twice more until my order finally arrived at 03:15. The food arrived stone cold and I threw it in the bin in fear of food safety. Also please note, the restaurant manages their own deliveries so despite operating through deliveroo, there is limited support that deliveroo can offer.

DO NOT ORDER THIS IS A SCAM I ordered through deliveroo and the order never arrived despite the extremely rude staff telling me it was on the way numerous times. Never never order from here. The staff proceed to tell me I was in the wrong throughout and the order had been delivered etc. Never seen anything as bad.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered 2 “mega” sized pizzas and garlic bread. It took over 1 hour and 30 mins to arrive. I received two small pizzas which were stone cold and stone cold garlic bread. I asked for anchovies on one of the pizzas and paid extra for this and there was none. Delivery driver was rude DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ITS DISGRACEFUL!

Took 3 hours, never arrived and the MANAGER swore at me and my mother. Never, ever order from here unless you want to lose money. I lost 35 pounds. The manager sounded drunk. I cant believe he swore at me and my mother who just wanted some food for the match.

Awful useless and probably the worst place to get food from..

Only order the pizza. If you want a simple greasy delicious pizza, this is the place. Chips cold, small amount. No value for £. Forgot the rest of my order. They did try to rectify, still got it wrong. Pizza was good, a little cold. Very tasty. If I only want pizza, would order again.

Do not waste your time or money! They were an option on Uber eats for delivery but when I called to check up on an order they said they didn’t deliver to my postcode and that I need to call Uber for my refund. They hung up and when I called back they said “they are going to sleep now”. So rude and unprofessional. Do not waste your money here!! They are not worth it. If I could give them less than 1 star I would!

Food was disgusting. The pizza was RUBBISH. And the manager was very rude over the phone. They were shouting and swearing over the phone when I explained the food was disgusting. They have absolutely no respect or regard for good customer service or quality food. Absolute waste of time & money.

Avoid this pizzeria. I had to wait for 2 hours including having to call them multiple times to request an update. The pizza arrived cold and stale. I phoned them to discuss this and was rudely hung up on. I would strongly suggest to find an alternative pizzeria. Not worth it and waste of money!

Delivery was 40 mins late when it finally came it was the wrong order. Called them back they sent another order waited 30 mins and again the wrong order. Dessert came frozen. When I asked for refund the guy over the phone said no do want you want. Unprofessional shop place shouldn’t be allowed to run.

Ordered food but never received

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. On Deliveroo they were over an hour late with the order, they lied about their driver leaving with my order then dodged my phone calls to avoid giving me a refund. Never got the food. Disgusting behaviour.

Housemate ordered a pizza and garlic bread, that came 20 mins late! Then when being called 2 or 3 times to ask on the whereabouts Of the driver, the man over the phone was so rude. The pizza arrived and was cold we called back man basically said he doesnt care. U deserve no stars your pizza was disgusting no flavour wouldnt of thought it was a barbeque basesd pizza. Bad Customer service at its finest! Big pandemic trying to support food businesses and this is what u get.

Terrible service. Leaflet opening offer - 14.95 for two pizzas, two wedges, garlic bread with cheese, chicken dippers and two dips and only two pizzas arrived. One of the pizzas was wrong. Finally got full order 2 hours after ordering and the guy on the phone was really rude

I called to order a pizza to collect within the hour. Due to Covid, I called ahead so I would not be waiting around in-store. The member staff was rude and dismissive, saying I need to call just before collection. Please work on your manners.

It's not even worth 1 star, but there's no option for no star. Ordered the opening offer and after a 2 hour wait I was told that it's on its way. When rung back after a while they told me that they haven't got my order at all! That a website went down, which was not true. The order was accepted and money taken. Will never use Red Planet Pizza.

Horrible! Ordered a delivery, promised to be a 30 minutes, after which I called the restaurant and been assured the driver is almost there. Another 30 minutes later he finally appeared. Called me and rudely told me to come downstairs FAST, as he is not entering the venue. And he also decided to keep my drink.

Ordered online for the opening offer which was for two pizzas, 2 portions of wedges, garlic break and chicken dippers. All that was delivered was two pizzas. Called the restaurant and they said it was not an offer available on the website (it is still on the website). Would not offer a refund.

I hope this place is closed. 2 hours waiting gor my delivery at 2AM, literally no excuses. Ridiculous.

Disgraceful service. Our order was 25 minutes late and still had not arrived. After 2 phone calls where we were kept on hold for 5 minutes each the man on the end of the phone lied and claimed the driver had come to the house but nobody answered. This is a blatant lie, we have a concierge and security cameras that show this did not happen. They then said the order would be another 20 minutes despite the shop being less than 5 minutes from our house! The man on the phone then said he had cancelled our order, and hung up the phone. Liars and lazy.

Best customer services and best quality food in the town, I came to the shop Thursday morning.👌🤗

Terrible experience start to finish. Ordered a meal deal that apparently doesn't exist, so some of the ordered food was missing from the delivery but we were charged the full advertised amount. The food arrived 45 minutes after the estimated delivery slot and when I called to enquire as to the whereabouts of the food the person I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. On top of all of that, the food itself was so poor - probably the worst pizza I have ever ordered. Avoid.

Order via Deliveroo. Claimed they delivered my order and called me but I was unresponsive. Following this I checked all the other reviews and realised there are many other customers with the same issue. Deliveroo refunded my order.

Where do I begin. Firstly, 2 large pizzas were requested. A fresh italian and a farmhouse. Not only did it take 2 hours for it to arrive but toppings were missing. Fresh Italian was meant to have mushroom/peppers/onion/beef/pepperoni/ham. Instead I recieved CHERRY TOMATOES?!?! Peppers and mushrooms. How and why is another question. Up next the farmhouse. This cheap place was meant to add bacon as listed in the ingredients and instead there was what looked like burnt poker chips standing up right rather than actually placed onto the pizza. It came cold and overall embarrassing. Imagine the worst part is they try to call it italian but the closest theyve come to italy is when they visited Iran...

Food never arrived. Given the run around by the people answering the phone. Could not remotely recommend.

I am so disgusted with this place. I kindly asked if they could call my mobile on arrival as I have a baby sleeping. They ignore my request and ring my door bell 3 times waking my baby up straight away. After I spoke with the driver he laughed and went away. This is by far the worst company i have ever used. My usual place Chicken Pizza Palace (highly recommend) was closed so had to resort to trying a new place, this place, this joke of a company. I didn't receive the food. I called asking about it, they were rude and obnoxious about it. I asked for a refund and still not received it. This was 3 weeks ago. Stay clear! New management or not, the service is abysmal. I've had to contact JustEat and other localities to get this refund. Its not about the money its teaching these people that they cannot get away with the service and attitude they provide!!!

Absolutely Rubbish. I ordered pizza and some sides at the start of the day and they did not have either of the 2 sides I wanted, but I only found this out after I had paid for the order so I accepted replacement options. To add insult to injury, rather than giving my a can of coca cola and a can of fanta like I ordered, they gave me a big bottle of diet coke which I dont like. The pizza itself was tasteless and I honestly cant think of anything good to say about this order. Bottom line - avoid

My pizza came covered in chills instead of tomato sauce!! Especially bad when you get bad reactions to chilli - not professional or safe. Choose a safer pizza option at another shop on the road.

WANDSWORTH BRANCH- Driver pulled up to delivery address at 3am, shouting on speaker phone to the supposed restaurant, nonetheless still creating a massive amount of havoc on a private street. He then asks myself to contact the restaurant the next day as I gave JustEat my experience, whereby he then ensues to shout and claim why he should apologise to me for his actions (which he claimed I said were that he entered the abode when in fact, it clearly stated he was shouting outside the house), where then he finally shouting a completely unnecessary racial slur towards me over the telephone conversation. What an absolute joke of a restaurant and driver who won't amount to anything successful in his career, therefore risks his only employment and the restaurant integrity. JustEat have provided me with a sound refund, but this restaurant is a joke. An absolute shambles. I have read reviews already and it seems as though the drivers have a lack of manners. Maybe the driver should learn etiquette before coming to the UK himself.
