Domino's Pizza in Torbay

Absolute crap. Ordered 4 pizzas with family was sat in quality control for 25min. I then rang to say it was sat far to long and not to deliver if cold. It arrived I checked while delivery guy was at the door. COLD. Awful food and poor service by the management team after expressing my feelings.

So discussing pizza would never go again most horrible experience I ever had black bits on the pizza and very thinny made

Received freezing cold pizza! The most ignorant people I have ever dealt with don’t waste your money! Dont deserve one star

The pizza i ordered was shocking, the base was completely paper thin, the toppings just slid off as too heavy for the base. Will avoid these from now on.

Avoid at all costs, the staff were rude and my pizza had the wrong toppings. When I tried to complain I was told I must have ordered wrong as they don't make mistakes and put the phone down!

They had an offer on ;walk in buy one get one the same size. I wanted mine within the hour, unfortunately, even with this amount of time they couldn't get it right. No, second pizza came with my order. Had to wait an additional 10mins. The staff aren't very responsive either. Everyone ignore you when your standing waiting for someone to acknowledge you, before on of them decides to do their customers service skills roleplay. All young staff( not saying that's a problem) but do your job properly.

I ordered a small delivery for myself and my daughters birthday tea. We ordered a texas pizza, margareita pizza and a garlic bread pizza. What I can only describe as 2 margareitas arrived and the texas. The driver came back with another margareita. Apparantly this is how they make garlic bread with loads of cheese and tomato sauce. Because I was in error they wouldn't refund me for the "garlic bread" that we in the end didn't even have. A single mum buting her 8 years old birthday tea. They have literally put me off buying from Dominoes ever again. Customer service is absolutely unbelievable

Not sure words can express how angry I am, having had a terrible pizza and promised a FREE replacement and to simply ring up to arrange when required, I was then told that there was no record of a FREE pizza on my account & they couldn’t give out information as to the female manageress I spoke to to confirm what I was saying!! So, so far I have had an awful pizza, been lied to regarding a replacement and now received a response from the Dominos customer care saying they had been in touch with Torquay Sea Front Dominos who basically confirmed that they didn’t give refunds or credits so that was the end of it & insinuated that I was lying. Terrible Pizza, Terrible Customer service, lied to and nothing going to be done about it, I can’t say stay away strong enough!!!!

Ordered a pizza and wedges, paid about £21 (can't tell you exactly how much as no receipt offered) Pizza over £17 for a medium size is a complete rip off (although BOGOF offer made it less so) but the wedges were extortion not only for the piddling amount in the portion but they were tasteless and mostly slithers of potato rather than wedges. The pizza tasted average at best. Also, my husband was denied access to the disabled toilet 'due to Covid 19'.....completely unacceptable. We are on holiday in Torquay for a week but won't be using Domio's again or when we get home

We had a take out pizza and we were allowed to take it back to our hotel. Very tasty as were the warm cookies.
