Very nice burgers. Hot and tasty.

Highly recommend eating from here. Staff always friendly and happy to help. Food is always fresh and presented well. Delivery service available aswell and price is just right. Portions are very generous too. Fab place yo get food.

The Only place in Paignton that does a proper chicken tikka kebab, none of the quick dipped chicken pieces, properly marinated and fully of flavour. Perfect in a pitta or wrap. Think we have tried most the menu over the years and can honestly say never had a bad meal.

I ordered 3pic chicken and a chicken rap i had eten two pics of chicken and realised it was tasting funny and i fell ill about an hour afterwards i fell sick. All night i had stomach pains and vomiting from every hole🤮 i also thought the place was unsuitable to keep on makeing people ill 🤒 im not happy and want something done about it. I spent the last of cash on my food to not be able to eat it. Shocking how takeaways get away with cooking bad food. All staff should have been trained in food safety and know if the foods not right thay should know before thay cook it there's something not right. Labeling be a good start.... Not happy and i will go to public health about this matter.

Can't fault a bit of Chicoland lamb and chicken in kebabs always tender, great chips and pizza. Chicken usually fresh and hot. I'd avoid scampi it's not a chip shop so is not great.

Right. I've given these guys a bad review before. One star. I've given them another chance tonight. Food was trash. Burnt chips. The chefs mixed kebab was gristle and grease. They didn't even pay attention to my order and dumped everything in one box. Imagine pedigree chum covered in oil with some cartilage thrown in. Vile , vile, vile ! I'll stick to waterside grill or mr favourite from now on. 90% in the bin. Even the pitta was rock hard. Absolutely the worst takeaway I've had in 30 years

The burger with onion rings in it best burger from a kabab shop and the chips I could just eat them all day 11/10

Large pizza very soggy and overloaded with cheese the toppings are fine but so much cheese made it soggy and un eatable. Phoned to tell them they wasn’t interested.

Great takeaway. New favourite. Great prices. I had a kebab and chips. And drink. Misses had burger chips and we had mozerlla sticks to share. Good food. My only wish is the chilli sauce could be spicer. Will be returning

They claim they do 2 pizzas for £17.99, yet their menu is so complicated you can't actually get this to work. The closest i got was maybe ordering 2 identical pizzas. Who wants 2 pizzas the same? So i called them to try and sort it out but low and behold their phone number is invalid. Brilliant. Papa John's here i come.

Get takeaway few times a week ordered kebab last night and it was just chunks of fatty meat like it was the scraps was surprised as food is normally okay can be hit and miss at times but last night's kebab was a shocker

Best Pizzas in town, really fresh ingredients, great vegetarian food too which is hard to find in a takeaway. They serve amazing skin on fries too! (I'm often dissapointed by take away chips) They have the biggest menu I've ever seen from a takeaway too so lots of options. The guys that work here are also really lovely! - Bee

Just come home from.a 14 hour shift to a beast of a kebab! The delivery is always super quick, if 6 stars was an option it would be 6.

Great takeaway! Always get delivery, be warned we've had it take over an hour and a half to arrive before. So expect a wait, it is nice though, we have it regularly but just allow an hour for delivery!

Nice chicken shish kebab with chips. Generous amount of chicken for a medium kebab and the chips were skin on fries which are my favourite. Had salad with the kebab and it was really fresh and I like the way Chicoland don't load the salad into the pitta but put it alongside the pitta and chicken in the tray. Chicoland also have the big green chilli peppers plus it was a great price..why not 5 stars, only because the shop badly needs a makeover so it doesn't look very inviting.

Right ordered every week propbley for the last year maybe 2 years as big on takeaway people and I orders a large chicken kebab and a pizzas and paid extra for pineapple and we got a small chicke kebab with hardle no salad and a pizza with 7 peaces of pineapple on it . Its the first time I will say I will never order again from you I am discussed that you can charge what you charge and when try talking to anyone you get fobbed off well terrible service

Usually great food. But lately we've been waiting well over an hour for delivery each time phoning them to ask when it's coming. Will stop using them as our go to takeaway anymore.

The pizzas have way to much cheese to the point of the pizza pretty much being under cooked, was gagging from it and won't be ordered again. Gutted as use to be the best place for pizzas in paignton

There pizzas are the best and for the price love the customer service it's great and very good at making up for mistakes they may have made I don't have anything bad to say as they are a small local kebab shop better than brixham grill in my opinion brixham grill has made more mistakes than I can account for and they don't offer good prices......... I highly recommend Chico land pizza best prices, tastes amazing and they handle everything great

21/08/21. Ordered from their website. Waited over an hour and their order tracking said delivered, when no food arrived. Phoned them up and had a snotty woman stating the order never arrived, even though £30 had been taken from the bank. Wanted to complain but woman hung up. Food eventually arrived and was cold. Not using them again!!!

Don't usually have any problems with the food but dissapointed to wait 2 hours for a delivery.I know this time of year is overly busy but we order every week so would be nice to have some priority for being a local regular.

Worst kebab I've had in years and I've had some bad one's........ Lamb Shish meat was full of cartilage or gristle and inedible, doner meat is poor quality as far as donermeat goes and the box the food came in had hard fat in the bottom, my 5 Yr old daughters chips are like rubber 99% of my order is in the bin...... AVOID !!!!!

Hello people Wesley Man here . Worst take away I have ever had.The kabab meat was like dog food wait I wouldn't give it to a dog!I spent £20 and it's put me of take away for life that twenty pound if I had spent it on food from Tesco etc you get my drift FuMUFCDo not waste your money in this place desgusting food . More like fun dog food.

Been a regular customer until I ordered a chicken kebab with salad and chips when I get home there's no pitta bread and loads of salad and a few chips 6 pieces of chicken. I don't know what's going on ordered meal deal pizza was good chips etc but my partners chicken well over cooked and looks like its been reheated in deep fryer dripping with grease to the point box fell apart come on guys

Don't bother going anywhere else. Best pizza 9"meat feast and the chefs special mixed meat meal was scrumptious. Actually lamb and chicken shish not 90%donor like other kebab houses. Meal arrived on time piping hot.

Chicoland has gone through different managment changes. I have been ordering from them for quite some time and it seemed it has changed again. Before they were fantastic and everything was fresh but I made my order today on 24/09/2019 and everything had changed. I was uncertain if they had a change of managment again as the containers were different including the sauces they used. I ordered from their own website than just eat. Their delivery time is the same between 20minutes to 30 despite saying 44minutes on their website.I did look on JustEat and saw quite a few complaints but I assumed it was just their bad days but it was accurate to the service I received. I had a chicken burger and chips with some garlic bread on the side. I do believe there has been some reheating as it did not taste fresh. The food was lukewarm to cold. The chips were not crispy. I assumed they may have sat in the oil too long or taken out before being properly cooked.The chicken burger was the worst that I could not take another bite. The lettuce I had with it looked like it was from a mixed salad bag. Normally I would have fresh green lettuce but not this time. Most of it was brown. There was not a lot of it either. It was as if I went to McDonalds or something. The mayonase was spicy and tasted off too. Then there was the chicken which was undercooked. It might have been made and frozen beforehand. Either way, I did not like it.Finally the garlic bread. It was somehow dry. I am assuming they made their spread separate as it was opposite to the bread itself. It was great. Hmm...Either way, I do not think I will be ordering from them again as this is a complete change from what they usually serve. It was a shame that the money was wasted on a meal that needed to be binned. I could have called and asked for a refund or something to be remade but I felt there was no point considering the standards they had are completely gone.On a different note, the driver I had was very polite. :) I just thought to post this on here in hope to travellers and locals can see. Hopefully it would have changed.

Dont eat from here! A chicken burger which was inedible, served up with some potato stuff that looked as if it had been laying round for days...and the most awful lamb shish I had ever seen or eat...how can you make lamb get that tough??

Having always used chicoland for our take away of choice I would say they have generally been good but lately they have messed up our orders ie the wrong pizza no sauce with our pizza and no chips and putting cheese and salad on a burger that should have been plain

the most awful meal ever...ordered 2 chicken meals and a kebab....kebab did not come....and the chicken meals were cold....phoned up for the missing kebab....and after being accused of all ready having the kebab. when i did finally get the kebab it was awful.....gave the poor delivery driver the chicken meals back and told him to dump it in their bin....awful waste of time.....and £17.00....THE KEBAB WENT IN MY BIN..........but we did enjoy the 2 cans of pepsi....shame i cant give no stars....avoid this place !!!!

Good food for takeaway good value for money

We order a lot from this place but not any more hot wings always over cooked and Saturday night I had chicken burger and husband had cheese burger but the beef burger tasted funny . Then 30 min later my husband was really sick . Ones he brought the food up he felt fine so it must of bin the burger. Never again

Had a few pints and decided to try here again.. Had the ham and pineapple pizza.. Quite enjoyed it.. Not bad at all..

I order off just eat alot and these are always my first choice, lovely meals, best donner meat I've tasted so far and very good meal deals, would definately recommend, there's something for everyone!

Until tonight we had been regular customers here, but not any more. We placed an order at 7:10, we were told it would be delivered at 8:20. When we started trying to ring at 8:25 the phone was either engaged or picked up and put straight back down again. We finally got through at 8:40 and were told it would be another 15 minutes. We eventually gave up at 9:15 after another twenty minutes trying to get through. The worst customer service we’ve ever had from a takeaway bar none.

Good food and very reasonable prices

So we ordered a chicken and lamb shish kebab, we expected average take out kebab due to the signage and employees uniforms and the take out furnishings, which was all minimal so was the food. You get what you pay for not the best but not the worse.... I would say perfect for a late dinner after a few drinks in the local pubs.

Ordered from here last week.. And was really disappointed with the quality of food.. Really rated this place and always telling people to try.. Don't think I'm going to be returning again... Really cheap and nasty quality.. The kebab was passable but pizza was atrocious.....

Had another takeaway after work.. Ordered a small pizza which was really nice and I enjoyed it.. Followed by a small kebab.. Which was really nice.. Plenty of meat and nice fresh salad.. Will be visiting again soon....

Really nice food and very quick

Got the kebabs ready when no chips were cooked,then left the meals on the side to go cold. When I questioned it all I got was abuse. Shock horror when I went to eat the meal the kebab was cold and the chips undercooked. Since Chicoland has been taken over the quality has dropped dramatically. It's now terrible and certainly won't receive my custom again.
