Amazing staff and really delicious comfort food, fresh strawberries in the waffles and my burger came out exactly how I asked the lovely lady to prepare it..Totally recommend!!!

Unfortunately, they hanged something in recipe , maybe flour, and I can't eat that anymore.

Takeaway. Pizzas great and desserts even better.

Just moved back to Paignton after around 7 years away. We’re pretty regular pizza orderers and predominately order from Dominos on the basis that it is a general standard wherever you are… Fancied trying something a bit different for out first pizza back in town though and gave Pizza Nation a go. Very glad that we did. Firstly, it worked out a few quid cheaper than our comparative Dominos order of 2 large pizzas and a cheesy garlic bread… 10/10 for value. The wait time was goos (around 20 minutes) and the service was very friendly and the chap even gave our daughter a little sweet for after. The food itself… Visually perhaps not as appealing as dominos but then dominos’ ingredients are pre-cooked sandwich foods and are made in a uniform way… Pizza Nation looked like a homemade pizza and to me that is just better. The ingredients used looked and tasted fresher and of a better quality too. Overall taste I must say was excellent. A tad greasy (but then, this is a pizza and as should be) but our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our meal including finishing the left overs the next day 👌. My only, very very small complaint would be that one of the pizzas wasn’t cut quite thoroughly enough - but a very minor inconvenience! Thank you Pizza Nation. We look forward to our next visit!

We have ordered the exactly same pizza two nights in a row as everything about this takeaway was GREAT! The base was delicious, toppings were generously portioned and fresh, the pizza dough was exactly how it should be…The pizza was definitely 10/10!!! Customer service was excellent and beyond expectations from a takeaway. It’s a family-runned place and the couple was so friendly, warm welcoming and polite. They even helped us decide where to go for sightseeing and where to eat in nearby towns and beaches. Overall I can say it was the best takeaway I have been to and would definitely recommend it!!

We ordered pizza, chicken strips and wedges. Chicken was perfect, wedges were nice too, but we ordered sausage as a topping and it was served with hotdog slices. If we knew it would’ve been hotdog then I wouldn’t have got that particular topping. But rest of the pizza and meal was really good, very friendly woman serving too.

Doesn’t deliver to me and I’m not that far away so you get a bad review! (Update) the owners reply is completely wrong and is a lie! I don’t have a son, they never accepted my order, they never came to my place, my phone was never “locked” it’s all made up to try and defend themselves….it’s THEIR fault.

Just had the nicest, hottest pizza delivery from Pizza Nation. We ordered online and requested delivery to a caravan site about 2-3 miles away. The online order was straight forward. The menu was pretty varied and allowed us to personalise our order easily. The tracking available kept us up to date and the delivery driver called us (we left number on order) to confirm location. He was polite and friendly and delivered hot, freshly baked pizza in horrible weather and still provided a great customer service. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you :)

Really well presented, delicious pizzas, delivered quickly and by a very friendly driver. The bases were crispy and you could see the toppings weren’t thrown in as you usually expect but actually placed on the pizza and presented nicely. Just ordered and demolished two small pizzas with my wife. Nothing left to take pictures of, except 2 empty boxes. After tonight’s pizza, I’ll look forward to ordering again.

I had a takeaway pizza and some cheesy chips. It's definitely better than the absolute trash places like Dominos/Pizza Hut sell, but it's closer to kebab shop pizza than it is to Italian pizza. The pizza base was pretty good, but the toppings were fairly disappointing. I ordered the pulled pork pizza and it had so little pulled pork on it that it was barely noticeable and it was instead covered in lots of cut up hotdogs. The description mentioned sausage as a topping, but given the minimal pulled pork I was left a bit disappointed. The chips were fine, as were the portion sizes and the sauces.

We are on holiday in Paignton and fancied a takeaway. Didn't know where to go, but stumbled across Pizza Nation online. The pizzas are beautiful and fresh. The delivery was fast and the delivery driver was very polite. Would highly recommend.

We came to paighton and found this pizza shop to feed the family and it was absolutely beautiful. Lovely fresh food and brilliant service the guy couldnt help us enough would highly recommend this place for the best food around 😊😊

I've ordered from them several times because I've had some good pizza.After two orders were accepted but then cancelled, I phoned to find out the issue. Apparently, despite spending a fair bit of money as a repeat customer, they won't take feedback and cancelled my orders due to my ratings on Just Eat. These were accurate three and four star overall reviews. The first order got them 6 stars. The second was lower because they advertise cream with their chocolate fudge cake but didn't deliver it. The owner tells me now that the 'cream' is actually the chocolate topping. I explained that cream is a white dairy product made from milk but he's decided that it's not and shouted me down every time I tried to discuss it.I dropped their stars (but still reasonable) on another order because I left explicit instructions to leave the pizza on the mat and step back and he waited right at the door and handed it to me from a foot away. The owner got upset with me at this accurate account of what happened and, rather than read the feedback and respect what is requested by the customer on the delivery notes, made me out to be the problem. He has no respect for simple requests from customers. And my note came after the mandatory note from Just Eat insisting that all deliveries are distanced.A further review lost them a few stars because the crust was black in places but still managed to be floppy in the middle. Instead of making a note that the settings might have been a little off on the oven, the owner took it as a big ego hit. On the phone, he loudly bragged 95% of his customers are happy (doesn't bear up according to this review site) while at the same time telling me the business is struggling. I told him I hope he doesn't go under because he refuses to take feedback and hung up becuase he got animated and wouldn't listen. I had to raise my voice by that time because he kept shouting over me that everyone else is totally happy.I expect what is actually happening is that the burned crusts and false descriptions just mean people don't come back. Rarely do people leave feedback for issues from small businesses like this and then give them another try but I like to.Generally, it's been good pizza. But with so many takeaways offering pizza in Torbay, many customers who get a burned crust just don't bother to mention it and go elsewhere. Then the business struggles and the owner never really knows why.Oh well. I even tried to talk to the guy for a while at the start to sort it out but his ego was hurt and he just wanted to make me out to be a troublemaker and give me a telling-off.I'll go somewhere where they don't misdescribe the food, burn it, ignore the delivery notes and then shout at the customers when they call to find out why the orders got cancelled without notice. There are plenty around and I've found a few who will accept when a mistake is made and it refuse good money just for the sake of their ego.

Puts papa johns and dominos to shame

Not the best looking shop but the pizzas are great!! 😍 Lady was really friendly an apologetic for being really busy an may have to wait. Ordered an still got gorgeous fresh fully loaded pizzas within 15 mins 👍👍👍

Menu has plenty of choice for mix of diets. We ordered pizzas and sides. Even after a bit of a wait (little bit of confusion as to where we were staying as on holiday) the food was all piping hot and lovely! Pizzas were covered in a healthy dose of toppings.I would have liked my garlic bread a bit more garlicy but that's just my personal preference. Food overall was lovely and the left overs were lovely cold the next day.

I've never had any issues with Pizza nation. The pizza has generous amounts of cheese, the dough is soft but gorgeously brown on the outside, and the vegan options are beyond any other place I've been too! We will be ordering many more times in the future! I recommend the mozzarella sticks on the side too!

What a horrible place this is..Ordered a ham and pineapple pizza at 7pm and by 9pm it still hadn’t been delevered.. so I rung up and was treated by a screaming women, saying there busy because of lockdown.. pizza arrive at 9.31pm.. 2 and half hours after order!!And was a meat feast . so I ring again and was told to f@£& offAnd phone slammed down.. avoid people

Absolute shambles! Only reason for giving this place a 1 star is because you can not give 0! Ordered from here a couple of weeks ago and didn’t advertise ketchup comes on the burger (I am allergic) called to ask for a new one which all the lady does is shout at you and non stop, interrupt you and never allow you to finish a sentence. Asked for a new one which she responded saying no until I speak to a manager. We waited over an hour before in the end asking for the money back. Ordered from here again tonight, to give the place another chance, making it extremely clear on the phone no ketchup in the burger due to being allergic. Of course there was ketchup in it again. Called again to ask for a new one and the response was beyond disgusting, saying she’s too busy for this, did not allow me or my partner to get more than a couple of words out and constantly shouting and interrupting, refused for any refund or replacement and laughing down the phone insisting there was no ketchup in it.. THERE WAS! Then the lady hung up on us whilst shouting! The service is a disgrace and feel sorry for the business as having staff like that, completely let’s them down and could not have made it more clear about allergies! Anyone with allergies never order food from this place as they clearly can’t get it right and then scream at you down the phone and hang up on you when complaining!

Absolutely terrible. Completley wrong pizza arrived and then couldn't get hold of anyone at Pizza Nation. The food that did arrive was below average. You will be much better of getting an oven pizza as it will be quicker and have more taste!

Just ordered a delivery. I ordered meat pizza chilli / jalapenos... not a single chilli or jalapeno in sight ???Also ordered a cheese cake with cream... what a joke... the teeny teeny tiniest piece of cake ...Ow well, we live and learn.Wont be ordering from here again...

Didn't deliver everything i ordered at first but the delivery guy brought the rest of the order out within 10 mins, food was spot on, pizzas were fresh and kebab was fantastic, would 100% use again

Ordered 2 large pizzas and 4 sides for the excellent price of around £30. Although the wait on collection was a little bit longer than stated due to them being busy I was met with very sincere apologies for this. The food itself is delicious, much better than the greasy, undercooked and overpriced rubbish you get from the big chain competitors. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Called to place an order at 2043 hrs. Called again at 2135 hrs as nothing had arrived - told 10 minutes away. Called again at 2152 hrs as still nothing had arrived - told 10 minutes again! By 2213 hrs we had had enough and called again to cancel - was asked am I sure as it is on its way! No thank you. If you are too busy to deliver your service - tell us the truth - please don't lie. The food may be great but we will never know! A rather spoilt evening.

Absolutely disgusting service. We ordered 2 simple meals. Instead of 30 mins as promised, they delivered after 1hr. After opening the food we realised they gave us wrong meat. We called Pizza Nation and asked for the new meal but no one on the phone could understand English. They then denied their fault with the order, no apologies whatsoever. When we asked for the refund, we were told we can have it next day as it was 23:40 and their driver finished work. In the meantime we spoke to the driver who was happy to bring us our refund. We were absolutely shocked when guy on the phone eventually agreed to give us a refund only IF we give the driver the food and drink back. Awful, rude and unbelievably disgusting service. NEVER AGAIN so if you're on holiday in Paignton AVOID that place.

food is good as usual but forgot the sauce, also asked for it to deliver at 8pm but was delivered before 730 in which I was not even home yet, luckily my fiancee got home just before the delivery.

Worst kebab I have ever ordered. The meat was dry, overcooked and looked as though it was frozen doner meat! The salad was barely salad it was a joke a few pieces of cucumber and a little bit of lettuce. It went in the bin and I will not be wasting my money here again.

Over cooked pizza. Donar kabab didn’t taste anything like a donar and over cooked meat. Bit like cardboard. No cal slaw when asked for salad that is pretty standard. Will never use again.

Really disappointed. Pizza was disgusting, was supposed to be a veg pizza and it had hardly any veg on it. kebab was in a nasty wrap, not pitta, salad on the kebab was a joke. Will not order from here again...ever

Pizza lacked flavour, there didn't appear to be much of the tomato sauce on the base. The crust was soft and the food was cold when it arrived, despite being early. New owners maybe? Never had issues before.

BBQ pizza not very strong flavour, 35 minutes late and not very hot but not cold, decent amount of toppings. Quite a nice crispy base. May have been one off as we are not from the area. Polite delivery guy and they did give us complimentary soft drink

I'm so glad pizza nation have started to do other food as the pizza is fantastic, the food tonight was great just a small friendly criticism the kebab needs onion and red cabbage but other than that it was fantastic. And thank you for the can of coke.
