Metro Pizza in Bromley

I’ve been using Metro for over 10 years, last Saturday we ordered as normal, it took well over an hour, normally 30 mins, the meat was stone cold , the salad looked liked it had been thrown into the box, not fit to eat, when I called them up, I was told the food is cold because of the time of year and the roads are busy, asked if it was under new management, at first they did not know, then they told me that they were, chilli sauce was watered down, and my wife was sick all night, please don’t order from them, if you do there is a good chance you will be ill….

Ordered food at 6pm it took an hour and a half to arrive, lots of missing items and totally inedible food, called them and was told the order would be resent but 2 hours later I am still waiting Fuming

Last time i ordered from here it was over an hour late and food cold but after someone else said it was good I thought I’d give it a second chance, as everyone deserves one right?! Wrong! Got my kebab and firstly it had some sort of bug in it, looked most like a spider, with burned legs. Vile!!! Went to the cheesy chips. Luckily the undercooked chips (a usual for these guys) were cold and the cheese hadn’t melted properly so was still grated! Thank goodness, as several of the cheese strips had mould on them. I was literally wrenching! Absolutely vile. This place needs to be shut down and I have taken pictures and reported too. If u want a really decent kebab, hot food, on time and decent portion size, I’ve learned to try seven stars instead. Another recommendation from a friend-this time it was valid!!!

Awful. The food was cold and burnt. When I called the restaurant to let them know, they told me there was nothing they could do but they would make a note for the next time I order. I explained that I will not be wasting my time ordering here again and the rude rude man put the phone down on me. When I called back he denied all knowledge of hanging up. Do not order from here unless you want cold food and disgusting customer service

We have been ordering from Metro Kebab for at least the last 10years. Food is always on time, hot and fresh. Lovely friendly customer service from staff also.

My guilty pleasure is the occasional doner kebab...which I really fancied late one evening. This was the nearest place to where I was...and how I regretted that decision. It was cold and tasted awful...despite how hungry I was I had to bin it. If there was any defence, and there shouldn't be....it was that it was late and I was served with the leftovers...that should be no excuse as there should be a minimum standard I should have got. Never again...
