Pizza E17 in Waltham Forest

Absolutely shocking customer service don’t order from this place! Got my order wrong 6 hours ago still waiting for the right one or to confirm a refund.

I checked their Food Hygiene rating (only 3) after I ordered a pizza there. My mistake. Pizza is mediocre at best, way overpriced for the "quality". The staff looks like they don't give a damn about the customers. I pass it almost every day and the blonde woman working there always has this grim on her face, not very inviting or professional.

Person who answered phone was rude to me and complained that his system wasn’t ready to take order (why answer the phone then and why do I care about this as a paying customer? you should be ready to take my call) After this, pizza arrives after over an hour (Rediculous waiting time) and charged me for a large pizza and it arrived as a medium, when trying to rectify this, no apology and didn’t want to co-operate. I’m dissapointed by this as I heard good things about E17 and it failed to meet my standards as a consumer. Even forgot the dips I paid for. Never going back.

Got pizza from here after a night out as all else was closed. It was alright. Kinda reminded me of pizza back in the 80s / 90s and filled a hole. Nothing wrong but not my first choice.
