Pizza Hut in Barking and Dagenham

I placed an order on Saturday 29th March 2025 at 17.43 hours to the 339 Valence Road, Dagenham as on a google search this showed up as my nearest branch. My order no. 546978597 for 1 x Big bundle Deal of Pepperoni (13inch large) pizza; Meat Feast (13 inch large) pizza, mixed leaf salad, potato wedges, pepsi max (1.5L bottle), tomato sauce for 35.99 with breaded chicken strips with sweet chilli dip for 6.99 and ben & jerry's chocolate fudge brownie ice cream for 2.99 - total of £49.45. An hour later I called the Pizza hut at 339 Valence Road, Dagenham on 02085981414 and was informed by the Manager Mr Abu that they did not have my order and they cover only the RM8 area, he advised me to call the branch that covered my postcode in 131 Broad Street, Dagenham on 0203 4174926 which I did, I gave my order number again and spoke with the Manager Mr Mohamed who after I explained I had been waiting fort over an hour, and had spoken to his sister branch, and needed my order as my kids were looking forward to entertaining me to a carpet picnic for mothers day the following day. He said my order was not there and promptly dropped the phone on me. I called back, Mohamed's colleague answered the phone and after waiting for 10 minutes, he came to the phone where I explained to him he had dropped the phone without telling me how I get my order which I now want to cancel. He said he had no log of my order and was unable to help me, I should either come down to their branch to sort it out or place a second order. I explained to him that the whole point of ordering delivery was because I was unable to leave the house and I had two small children so could not leave them alone all because he could not be bothered to look for my order or send me a replacement. I asked for an email address so I could send him my receipt, but was advised to call customer service. I then called Abu back at the previous branch, he called Mohamed to my hearing and asked him to look for my order which was unable to be found. I asked for a replacement again as now my kids were crying from hunger. I was told there was nothing he could do and to call customer services for a refund. I am so upset over the rude customer service I received. I have worked in customer service for various organisations and would never speak to anyone like or drop the phone on a customer..

Very rude staff, sent out wrong order. And on contacting them to say they sent me wrong items they don’t believe me, after good minutes of explaining them it is not what I ordered and need them to send me the correct order, they tell me they run out of flour, then they are saying they have no drivers and will take 1h, despite the pizzeria being on same street as I live. After 1h and 20 mins after discussing with them my correct order still has not arrived, I pop in the store to find the same rude person I spoke with on the phone, he was sat with the phone in his hands and was blocking my calls. Not one single “ sorry” waited tor pizza 2 hours and 20 mins since placing the order… to be told to wait in my car and they will do it now… Disgrace! After seeing physically the place that I ordered online from, the state of the shop, the dirty nails of the person talking to me, how he was putting his fingers in his ear while talking to me, I can’t unseen these things and asked for refund. So bad that they are allowed to ruin a good name.

Disgusting service waited 45 minutes to come away with a cold pizza and undercooked wings would never go back there again!!! Staff have no ideas What they are doing to busy chatting in the kitchen I had to ring from my phone whilst standing in the premises to ask how long was told they are cutting your pizza that took another 10 mins

Ordered 3 weeks ago at shop when we arrived home. They had missed out wings and one pizza was just plain cheese, I rang up and girl who served us admitted she made a mistake so she said I’ll make a note so next time will take price off bill. Went in today and ordered but they said they can’t do anything for us and lied and said that girl had left they kept us waiting 50 mins we were the only customers in the shop terrible rude unprofessional staff very dirty place. Would never use again nor recommend to my worst enemy. Shame on pizza hut

Ordered 3 pizzas with garlic bread delivery time acceptable. Open pizza box’s to find 2 pizzas burnt near blackened Called their shop complained to the manageress who was apologetic and would replace all that was uneatable. 43min later our replacements arrive. My question to Pizza Hut is Why send overcooked food to paying customers. Do they care that much about customer satisfaction. I will not be purchasing anything from this branch of Pizza Hut again.

Sallah quickly delivered my order and provided a great service. Food was still hot and amazing. Overall really happy with the service that I received.

Food manager was rude food was disgusting never going there again hope COVID closed them down soon. .

Ordered here four times now with no delivery!!!! Money taken and no explanation apart from contacting customer services who are equally useless. Had pizza reward slices taken from account too.

The manager of pizza hut in valence avenue in dagenham has the most horrible costumer service eveeeer seen,she has no manners talking on the phone,so please top managers if you want your shop to still open just start from her,otherwise you gonna lose many costumers starting from me and my family.

If you wish to wait 3 hours for a pizza that doesn't turn up and to be told that "it's with the driver" then the Pizza Hut at Valence Avenue has got you covered.My only regret is that I didn't have a backup meal when ordering.

I placed an order online at the Broad Street Store. They stated they did not receve it but still took the money from my acocunt. Stated there was nothing they could do and that I should call head office who did not answer the phone until 20 minutes. They stated that I would not be receiving my order and that I would be waiting 4 days to receive my money back into my account.

I placed an order online tonight, waited an hour before phoning to see where my pizza was and was told it was out for dispatch and would be with me ASAP. 30 minutes later it was here, stone cold and absolutely vile. Our side of potato wedges weren't cooked & were hard on the inside too. Definitely will not be ordering from here ever again.

La última vez que pedimos en este Pizza Hut en enero de 2016. Vivo a literalmente un 5 a 7 minutos a pie de la tienda y tuvimos que esperar más de 1 horas y media y una para la entrega después de colocar el pedido en línea. La tienda no te molestes en contacto con cualquiera de sus clientes para decirles que estaban atrasados (preguntamos cuando mi marido cuando entramos a la tienda a quejarse después de la hora y media de espera, y que no contestan el teléfono después de sonar durante 15 minutos sin parar!!!!). Aquí está el 2.56, mi marido fue a la tienda como digo, le dijeron que estaban cortos de personal, no pedir disculpas y nos dijo que nuestra comida sería en lo antes posible camino. También se quejó de que nadie había molestado contesta el teléfono, razón por la que lo tenía que ir a la tienda, no darle una razón para ello, pero sospecho que estaban tratando de evitar más órdenes. En ese momento uno de los empleados de Pizza Hut y luego pasado mi marido y salir de la puerta con pizza en bolsas. Dejó la tienda poco después y vimos este empleado caminando por la calle de nuestra casa. Caminaba todo el camino a casa detrás de ella y me quedé pasmado cuando de hecho ella fue caminando a nuestra puerta. Una vez conseguimos la comida dentro estaba completamente de piedra fría. Estaba claro que habían preparado mucho tiempo antes de que se quedaron en la tienda. Llamamos la tienda de nuevo y esta vez, no respuesta. Se ofrecieron a darnos la misma comida en una fecha posterior para gratis. Cuando el teléfono por la misma comida un par de semanas más tarde fueron muy reacio a hacerlo, pero finalmente nos dio malformación ellos detalles y les dijo el día que el incidente había ocurrido. Esta comida también era tarde en ser entregado. Como es de esperarse) pero por suerte (no estaba frío. De cualquier forma, comprar esta etapa nos 100% hecho con Pizza Hut. Ojalá pudiera decir que este era un cambio completo, pero cada vez que pedimos de ellos antes de que ellos han sido constantemente entregar tarde sus pizzas. Me gustaría recomendar a la gente evita este llevar completamente por desgracia.
