Exceptional quality and service. They were very kind to store the luggage of 14 colleagues and 1 soldier who will fall in battle in 2 months. The room was very spacious for the 15 people from Malaga who went on a bachelor party. Clean and well-equipped toilets for the Duchaja, who were not few. They offer you at breakfast, one rewiew one coffee latte and Jason Momoa. We would go again without a doubt. Thanks to The Crown for hosting us and leaving us all the facilities so we could continue with the party.

Perfect to spend a few days in London. Excellent service and the rooms meet expectations.

Cheap for a reason, although I booked in advance. I’m seeing beds for tonight going for 211 POUNDS!? Stay clear away from here especially for that price, beds are some of the noisiest I’ve ever stayed in, on top of that they’re nasty too, weird stains and everything is super beat up, hearing people complain about bed bug rashes🤢 the whole floor smells like poo when you enter the hostel area. Majorly not worth it just pony up a little extra cash for a better place and steer clear

For the price the stay was very comfortable. Beds were solid, duvet was pretty high quality and the staff were very friendly. Would stay here again.

It's a good place to travel, good value. The service is good. Staff there are very friendly to help any situations. Furthermore, there's a bar on the ground, you can enjoy any time you like.

Was a great stay, loved the stay, was very pleased with the rooms as it was tidy and neat, no noise keeping you up during the night, cheap deals on food and great offers on drinks, much highly recommended, my man Mathis is top man here was up early in morning sorting me out with the deals on offer making a fine cappuccino

I used this hotel during my stay in London. It was close to the city and the staff were excellent. The ground floor is a pub, so I enjoyed that too!

Scott and Zac were very helpful for checking in with us.

The room was clean, though needs better ventilation or turning radiators down a touch as it got extremely sweaty & stuffy, beds were comfy enough, showers/bathrooms were fine too. Location wise its in a bit of a random area but there’s bus stops right outside!

I had a fantastic experience at PubLove @ The Crown Battersea! The atmosphere was lively yet cozy, and the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The pub downstairs added a unique charm to the hostel. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. A special shoutout to Lee and Sam – they were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The staff are so kind and I could relax a lot and sleep well. The bathroom and toilet are separated from the sleeping room. It’s a very good point for me. Also, we can go to the London central by bus from the nearest bus stop( just in one minute).

I booked for 4 days and here is so good. I arrived very early in the morning and the reception guy told me that I can stay for long time. I took good time in the reception floor which is cozy and nice pub. And about my staying, bed is so clean and nice. I don't have to take it back to reception the bed sheet and I like it hahaha. Also the bathroom and showerplace is big and there are number of it, many people can use. The only bad thing here is the distant from the toursist place and center. It takes quite time to come to hostel and travel. But I think staying is worth it👍👍

The beer called super8 was delicious. We headed to the airport at night, as transportation was suspended on Christmas.

Amazing stay with clean rooms. It is a five for me.

This is a charming and welcoming restaurant where you can have a nice time. There are many board games here that you can play with friends and family. There is also a small hostel that offers comfortable accommodation for backpackers on 2 floors and 9 rooms.

Had a fantastic stay here as well as finding great company behind the bar. Watson is a true master of his craft and it was a pleasure to have him serve us, we will definitely be coming back!!

We go regularly and really love it - can't comment on the hostel, but the pub is perfect for a chill pint and a fab pub quiz on Sundays. Pub food is very good, great burgers!

There is no problem for everything basically. You will get same as you pay. No expectation. I was looking for an accommodation as cheap as possible so it was perfect for me. I could sleep and pretty safe.

This was my first hostel experience and it would have been fine, except that on my last day I got woken up by bedbug bites. I suffered bed bug allergies all over my body the rest of my vacation which was very inconvinient. Also, the bathrooms stink. Plus side though was the staff and location. Overall nope, I won't be booking there again.

We found bedbugs in their beds, the main reason for canceling the reservation and leaving the place, the hallways and bathrooms were unkempt, we had reserved a room with three beds but when we arrived, one bed was already occupied. Although the staff provided good treatment, they refunded the reservation and you can get to the hotel by public transportation, I would only recommend improving the hygiene of the rooms and providing maintenance.

I loved The Crown. The staff is really friendly, the rooms, although small and optimized, are well appointed. Very clean, both the room and the bathroom! The pub's food and beers are a real comfort! I stayed with them twice, in the women's room.

It is very close to the embassy. It is convenient to apply for a US visa. The service is also very good. However, the water in the public bathroom does not flow all the time, which is not convenient.

Extremely friendly staff, comfortable restaurant room, they let you eat your food you bring with you there. Sleeping rooms can get very hot though and shovers are a bit sudpicious.. But very cheap for location which is quite nice.

It is not clean and the bathroom smells bad. I vomited and I contacted the employee and I did not benefit from it. The room is very bad. I do not advise anyone to try it. I canceled the reservation and they did not give me any money. It incurred additional costs and I booked another hotel at my expense for fear of diseases due to the severity of the lack of cleanliness.

Hello I arrived to the hostel and the hostel was not clean at all, the beds have stinky smell and the bathrooms have pees on the floor with a smell that you can resist even I had to throw up after using them I stayed outside for long time just to not stayed the nights in But I’m tired so I had to go to the bed and I put my jacket under my head to sleep and not smell the stinky sheets When I reached out for the front desk he told that we can do full refund when my manager comes in the morning so I waited the manger and he told me that he can’t do that because my reservation is non-refundable I mean what??! Its not my issues that you Dont have clean place so he told me that I need to wait another manager that will come at 3:00pm

The lobby is actually very cute and comfortable to sit in, but the rest is terrible. Everything wasn't particularly clean and my socket by the bed didn't even work and made a strange sound all night long. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. But there were also those who didn't understand the seriousness. I then checked out early and no one cared.

Very nice I recommend it for budget tourism and official work. They very nice place to sit and work. Other their cafe is also good you can watch games on large TV.

Ended up staying here as an emergency. It’s a decent hostel in a good location with a pub downstairs and secure storage facilities. It did get a bit noisy while the football was on and in the night but nothing unusual for this type of hostel. Rooms are clean, comfortable and airy. Shower and toilet areas are reasonably clean. On the whole a good place to stay.

LOVE this place. For a hostel it's very basic, but the staff are amazing. Special thanks and shoutout to Joe who helped me with my bags when I needed to put them in storage. He's an absolute gem! All in all I felt very at home, everyone working there new you. If you're looking for good priced accommodation and amazing staff, look no further!

Was here for 5 days, service was great; whenever we’d need something we could always ask the hosts. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through. The British Breakfast here is a-ma-zing

I took my son to watch the footie that they had on. Great atmosphere with a fantastic meal deal, burger and fries for £7:50! My son demolished it and he’s one fussy eater. Would definitely recommend this place as the service was top notch. ☺️

Lead by the manager and his team. The atmosphere was great whilst watching the Football with friends and my children. I’m going to need to go back as the service was very enthusiastic and the food was very delicious.

Reservation was being processed via the app...I had just arrived at the location, I just provided my document and was absurdly unwelcome by the owner. Reason: zero. I could resolve the process without any problems....but, she simply said that the problem was mine and thus ended the service. . Location details: there is no security, there is a lot of noise and it is far from everything.

We stayed 2 nights in this hostel. Food was amazing and hostel staff very sweet. Towels not included. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the showers/ toilets disgusting. There were only 4 showers and 4 toilets for everyone. They are only cleaned once in the morning.

Llevo tiempo hospedandome en esta cadena de hostel, una de las peores estáncias. Me cambio de cama dos veces ,la habitación está llena de bichitos del cual termine con el cuerpo lleno de picaduras,reclamé incluso con la mascota en un papel para enseñársela, y me di cuenta que esa habitación en concreto tenía como incidencia pero metían gente, también recomendó que no pierdan de vista sus pertenencias ya que me robaron máquina de afeitar, perfume, espuma, reclamé ,ni caso,el miercole según el manager fumigaron la habitación ,pero sería con insecticida normal, el jueves fue el unico día que no picaron hasta que fue madrugada , que me picaron hasta que se llenaron, nuevamente mate unas 6 y dos se las enseñe al persona. Muy buen trato del chico moreno que está por las noches.

Honestly I’ve had the best experience at the crown, the staff were absolutely incredible including a specific member called lasharna she was soo polite and helpful and surely contributed to making my stay wonderful as it was. I will most definitely be coming back.

Empty pub and still had to wait 15 minutes because staff ignores your presence. Almos empty hostel and still gives you a room in the top floor, where there is only 1 person in the room, somehow the room smells bad, with 3 level bunk beds and STILL gives you a top bed.
