We ordered pizza tonight , pizza was delicious and warm our driver Danny was very nice he delivered our pizza with care , he gave us a call on arrival rather than knocking on our door at late times , thank you Danny

Rubbish customer service rude stuff . The worst one in all domino’s is located in chadwellheath . A Pakistani or Indian man on the till was so rude and he behave like he lives in jungle and he never seen human in his life. Never recommended 🤢🤢🤢

There were hairs in my food, contacted dominoes to get a refund for the order and they said "we can't help you because you didn't call us". Terrible service. Man on the phone was interrupting me every second and was very rude.

We ordered from this pizza restaurant and pointed out that we did not want any mushrooms on it. When the delivery came mushrooms were all over the pizza. I called and said complained to the manager who was also rude and dismissive. He said that there was no mushrooms on the pizza and no one would put them on the order. Poor service, poor management, very bad experience. I will NEVER buy from there again.

This is not a reflection of the food served by dominos as i never got as far as receiving my order. I tried to order £130 worth of food via their online app. To my disappointment they have a maximum spend of £100. This is fine we decided to call instead to order. They proceed to take our order and then inform us they will call us back with a deal. This is great we wait patiently. When they call back they give us a price of £101 which is a lot cheaper then ordering less food online (we ordered extra over the phone) but then went on to say that they will send a delivery driver to collect the £100 before they have made our food or deliver our food. I have never heard anything so Ludacris in all my life. why i would give them over my money in cash before they have delivered my order i don't know. They did not give the option for us to pay over the phone and insisted on coming to collect the money to which i refused and decided to take my custom else where. I have ordered many takeaways in my life amounting to more the £100 and have never had anyone refuse to make my order without collecting payment from my front door in cash first. Very disappointed in the service i received and the fact that i has to go else where.

Absolute shambles in service, toppings virtually non existent, no interest in customer service at all.

Ordered a Christmas special online, without the cranberry drizzle yet it arrived with it when I called I got told originally it was still out for delivery, then when I said it’s here the chap changed his tune saying I can’t have a refund and he would send me a new meal. This didn’t help. Awful service I will be contacting the HQ tomorrow to seek resolution and my refund

Today I have ordered pizza online and for collection at Chadwell heath , and called them in 1 minute to make one pizza with very less cheese as on Dominos website there was no option to make very less cheese. South Indian looking Guy/Manager straight away said that pizza is already cooked and not possible to make it less cheese even I called in 1 minute time, and said very rudely that Its not possible to make it less cheese. After so much arguments he said ok we will remove cheese but that was worst service I have every experienced from Dominos.

The pizza was ok. My one issue is the manner in which they roll out the base over and over on their arms. (Sometimes hairy arms) that puts me off ever buying a pizza from them again.

Me and my kids love pizza, but as a mother I can't compromise about quality and service. I'm longtime customer of domino's if specifically I say than I'll say Chadwell Heath Domino's. There's another domino's near my workplace but I always prefer to choose Chadwell Heath branch mostly for customer service. It's make me always happy and I feel special when mithoon (Pardon my mistake,I spell the name wrong) recognise my voice and know very well what I'm going to order. Good job Mithoon and Chadwell heath domino's team. Best wishes and all the best always.

Been this branch for collecting my order over phone yesterday, Firstly I was surprised when my order has taken quickly and promised that it'll be ready for collection in next 10-15 minutes max. When I arrive to the store for collection it was ready on time and the store manager is very pleasant with his service and attitude. I been this branch few times and he recognised me as a returning customer which surprised me & make me more comfortable as a customer. Plus he introduced me meal deal offer which I didn't knew and it definitely helped me to save my bank. But after all of this the most important part about the food quality, which I must have to say that, my food came hot and fresh from oven which me and my family enjoy a lot this weekend and for what it makes to leave this review here, either it'll be injustice with the team. Hats off Chadwell Heath Domino's. You guys making the best pizza of the town without any doubt... ❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏

I ordered a pizza and they said they knocked at my door to deliver it which never happened. I called the shop and asked about the same. The guy who attended the call was so rude and asked me to collect it if want to have it. Later I checked the reviews in just eat and found that they did the same to many other customers . Lost money, food and time . I just paid for the food which I didn’t receive. Very poor customer service. Try to avoid this shop .

Very bad service + customer service Order over £50 of pizza on the app didn't work said try again we did 4 more times looked at our bank they had taken £250 out Called the store to ask if we can have the same deal and deliver it we was told no its online only how are we ment to get the deal if the app and online don't work we ended up getting our money back 3 hours later 🙃

Got the order wrong, charged me for the wrong item. Pizza wasn't that great either. Had to throw half of it away. Avoid this place.

The manager is DISGUSTING, I’ve seen the way he talks to his staff and it’s so rude. He should get a disciplinary warning or removed from the role, he lacks responsibility and should learn how to be a good manager. I’ve witnessed him conversing with multiple people working at dominos and the manager at this branch is horrible. It is not a driver’s fault if the kitchen staff make mistakes so I expect better from the manager and kitchen staff. Treat the workers BETTER.

Always had decent service with dominoes but this time was HORRIBLE. The wrong pizza was delivered and then I was asked to give the old pizza back after a new one was delivered. The old pizza had already been touched and a slice eaten. The person I spoke to at the branch was so persistant and refused to give me the new pizza unless i gave the old one. Completely against dominoes policy and utterly wrong in every aspect. Shocking service.

Best go to the shop and buy and takeaway

Always had best pizzas from them however yesterday they sent me a pizza that was not good.The chillies were burnt and topping were not balanced and the crust was dry.But I am happy with the way they dealt with my complaint hence given them a 5 star for being amazing. Domino's gives very dirty service, because I ordered a small sized pizza, I wasn't asked what toppings I wanted, not only that even when the order was ready, no handkerchief, no sauce, unnecessary with that. Wasting money and time,pizza was full of all items n even I didn't say about all toppings, if a person is allergic to something, who will be responsible Then it is called the world's delicious pizza, or you would say the world's tasteless pizza Ridiculous 🙄

We ordered large Vege Roma and a gluten free Vege pizza from here as part of a deal. The pizzas were absolutely delicious. Served hot and with plenty of toppings! Unlike other places where you get a few vegetables splattered across the pizza. Domino’s dough is different - it’s pizza base soft and sort of has this unique bits added to it and tastes great. Sometimes the pizza is the worst part of it. We enjoyed our food and will order again.

I ordered two pizzas on some deal that they had, I payed £27 in total with a delivery fee. Second time I have same issue… I paid extra for a big garlic dip fist time I didn’t get that at all I told it to the driver get no answer from him money wasn’t refunded for it aether.. second time driver brought me bbq dip instead of garlic, I said it’s a wrong dip and I didn’t take it as he dropped it all over my front door and corridor of my apartment (it was an accident) but anyways it’s not the dip that I ordered.. pizzas wasn’t fresh I ordered chicken fest and Texas bbq they both looked very over cooked the toppings didn’t look fresh and it seemed that it’s been done like a long time ago it’s been dry and looked like nothing of how it’s suppose to look. Taste wasn’t good to.. Very disappointed to be honest.. (I’m not the person who’s often writing reviews) but this time it really got on my nerves. This Dosminos place really needs to solve these issues!!

I ordered from the app and waited for over an hour before calling. When I did call, the person on the phone told me he would look into it. I asked if he would call me back or if I should call back and was told no to both but was never given an explanation as to what was happening. When I asked further questions it was met with ‘do you want your food or not’. I don’t appreciate being threatened by someone who claims to be the manager

Had a delivery then had this metal washer in the pizza. Rung store who offer me another pizza. But why would I want another pizza when first one had this in it. NO REFUND contact head office they collect the metal washer NOW JUST BLANKING MY EMAILS. NOT EVEN A SORRY NO MONEY BACK WORST STORE COMPANY I EVER DELT WITH .

I don't understand what I paid money for. It was worthless. I order extra ingredients and I didn't receive it. I was ordering extra mushrooms and it was one piece of mushroom for all pizza. And I order extra bacon and it was no bacon on pizza! It was the worst order!

Ordered from the app. Put my card details in for it to say there was a network problem and try again. So I did. Delivery man turned up with 2 lots of my order. Told him that I didnt do that and we don't need that much, to take one back. He refused. £70 that cost. Who orders £70 of pizza??? Not happy at all. Deleted app, reluctant to use again!!

0 stars i just ordered a delivery and the guy on the phone didnt know what he was doing he didnt even know what was on the menu!!! so then they told me a it would take about 30 to 45 minutes i waited 1 hour and rang them back just to ask how long more and the same guy answered the phone and told me he didnt receive a order from my address so i asked for the manager and the manager said he didnt receive a order from my number? All they could do was order it again after me waiting 1 hour already seriously you should never order from here.

I ordered from dominos pizza around 2 o clock, and the pizza still hadn’t arrived at 7:30 so I decided to call them. I tell them that my pizza is taking incredibly long and then they have the audacity to argue with me that I’m wrong. I tell them that I’m cancelling and they shout at me and curse at me, never ordering from this piece of sh** grimy place again

Just ordered me and my son a meal deal they got the pizzas all wrong when I called up they asked me how many slices was eaten and I was told that they would send a new pizza out to me I asked how long that would take as we had warm cookies for after I was told 30.40 mins what a joke

Very late delivery. Was to be ready within 15mins. Left home after 10mins of ordering. Drove 11mins and still had to wait over 10 mins to be ready.

Once my order arrived we sat down to discover that the cheese was non existent on the pizza,called to complain and they offered to replace with a new pizza but i had to give the original pizza to the driver. Got a replacement and an apology and assurance that it wont happen again! Cant get fairer than that!!

Terrible and very misleading! I had a code which gives me a free pizza so i used it. All was sucessful and I even got an email to confirm it. I then got a call from them saying the code i used did not go through, which is a lie i knew but they are not worth arguing with them. Will avoid from now on...

STAY AWAY! I'm never ordering from here again! I have just reported them to Food Standards due to their constant repeated failures to deliver items from what I ordered. When I spoke to the manager Santosh, instead of offering a kind will gesture, he said ''Clearly we don't make you happy, so don't order from us again!!'' You heard it from Santosh the Manager himself, don't order here again unless you want rubbish customer service and undelivered food.

Can't go wrong when ordering from this Dominoes. They are always quick to deliver, the order is always correct and the delivery man is always pleasant.

Food is about average, generally get it delivered but sometimes pick up. Always busy, however as for value for money, it is becoming very expensive when you consider it's a dough base with cheese and tomato covering and some toppings of your choice. Which the amount seems to vary from day to day. Would be good to see the delivered in 30 minutes or your money back guarantee again. There are other options to fast food at a fraction of the cost.

Worse customer service. I'm regular customer and they always treat me so badly. Very rude staff over the phone also hanging up on me. Ill Never order there again.

Ordered at 9pm, followed the pizza tracker on the app and delivery was made half an hour later by a very pleasant driver. The app is brilliant and the food was delicious!

First time disappointed. We order deal, one pizza was not the right one. I give them call. After this they delivered another one which I even couldn't find on website. I do not have any ideas what they done. But in conclusion we did not get what we order. :)

Their lunchtime deals offer good value for money.

Good food and fast delivery but prices are quite steep. Considering I'm a regular customer you'd think they'd offer you a bit more or do a better deal. If they could do me a better price considering the amount I order, they'd get 5 stars.
