Milano's Pizza And Chicken in Greenwich

AVOID……0rdered and was told 40 mins. Called back after 90 mins and was told another 10mins. No show after 2 hrs. Rang and told them to poke it !! Dominos on the way !!! Bloke on the phone is a JOKER !!

Absolute pooh hole.and thieves.they think they can threaten ppl down the fone And then laugh when they agree they owe u money and not give it back then threate n u with the police.avoid..

I’ve been a Greenwich resident for a long few years now and have been a regular since I was a young kid, now an adult. In recent years since hiring of their new staff and more specifically, the guy that picks up calls and is mainly at the till, the place has gone so down hill it’s probably the worst I’ve ever been to. The service from this man is terrible, attitude is disgusting and it couldn’t be more clear he does not give crap about you, and sometimes your order. I’ve had plenty of family and friends who have gone here and sometimes have had the phone hung up on them, the guy is just disrespectful and has ruined the shops rep. If you’re wondering why I’m writing this review now it’s coz he made me drive 30 mins last night to the shop and couldn’t quote me a price on the phone and hung up on me and I was just about this close to losing it.. Don’t even bother going here, you’ll find plenty of nice faces and kinder souls serving you chicken on this road. Ps. If you do go there out of insanity, don’t ask for sauce coz you’ll probably get screwed, he’ll probably have a go at you for not telling him earlier, and you’ll probs be 50p short for the little tub you’re taking back home with you :)

Disgusting service received for the last 4 orders placed. Because I had been buying from them for years I continued to our their mistakes and bad manners down to having a bad day but this last order was the worst. Not only did they take 2 hours to deliver, blaming it on only having 1 driver, which you could have informed me of when ordering, but YET AGAIN an entire chicken meal was missing. I called back to speak to the so called manager, he refused to give me a refund or to send out the meal due to the 1 driver BS. I raised an issue with PayPal who said they couldn't refund as it wasn't an unauthorized payment, basically leaving me with no further options. PayPal emailed the payment processor - Go2online (I think) but haven't heard from them either. The "manager" could only say we'll add it to your next order. What a crock. What good is it to me then? I won't be ordering again - I can't trust that these new morons won't spit in my food, so o won't be receiving my food or a refund. Thieves!!!!!!! Disgusting attitude, disgusting"service" , disgusting staff, and I hope and pray these thieving morons burn the place to the ground. So much for 16yrs as a loyal customer. Scum of the earth these people are. I beg you, please avoid!

Solíamos amar Milano's, la comida es decente y es local, pero las últimas veces que hemos estado han intentado constantemente cobrarnos de más; cuando se les preguntó esta vez, intentaron decir que el extra era por llamar para hacer un pedido a pesar de que ¡recogido! No estoy seguro de si la administración ha cambiado, pero el personal es increíblemente grosero y brinda un servicio realmente malo. Es una verdadera lástima, pero no creo que vayamos más allá.

Chicken nuggets where off smelling like very bad meat the kind that upsets yourself tommy , rude service .. the pizza was too bready and no special flavour .

We had our dinner in milanos as we were living in Greenwich and while roaming we spotted it, we ordered for two chicken pizzas it tastes good and then we took 2 pieces of fried chicken which was also good.

Ordered a pizza, and was told it would take 45 mins. After an hour I rang them and was told it would be a few minutes. I rang them again after over an hour and a half and told them it was geting late so just wanted to cancel. They slammed the phone down on me. 20 mins later the pizza turned up! Don’t use them, they are clueless.

Ordered a Pizza through Uber, although it arrived on time it was without doubt the worst pizza i have ever had. Was half an inch high in bread and the toppings were illegible.

The manager is absolutely rude, appalling and has no experience is satisfying a longterm customer, Ive been ordering for months and last time I ordered the driver was an hour late with no compensation. This time round I decided to give them 1more chance only to speak to the manager incharge with a very apathetic disrespectful tone in his voice not caring whether I was a longstanding customer or not.

Pizza took over 1.5 hours to arrive , when I rang them to ask what was taking so long I was shouted at by a very rude staff member who said the driver had been waiting outside for ages but I had received no phone call to make me aware of this. They re sent out the pizza which was ice cold when I received it. Chips soggy and not at all edible. Delivery driver was so rude and tried intimidating me into giving him a tip which they did not at all deserve . Worst service I've ever encountered don't know how they stay open. Give it a miss.

Así que tenía hambre y que iba a las 11 de la tarde, y nos pareció que el hotel era un poco caro para lo que era, y sólo quería comida grasienta kebab shop normal, mi pareja no me gusta, pero le encanta kebabs, pizza que acordamos milanos, ordenados en comer solo. Nos registramos con el hotel si estaba bien para nuestra habitación, y me dijeron que sí, dijo 11:50h llegada y llegamos a las 11:20 pm. Fantástico servicio

ordered online at 18:15. Turns up at 1910 with the wrong order. Phoned them and they were rude on the phone. Bloke comes back to get wrong food. Another 10 mins for the right food which I accepted but had clearly been sitting around as was dried up. They used to be good and used to use them all the time. Now they are taking on more orders than they can cope with which ends up making them terrible

la pizza es una pizza normal, pero la atencion es muy larga y mala, asi que la califico malo, para no volver.

Pensamos que ibamos a probar algo especial y nos encontramos con pizza fea, tiempo de atencion muy largo.

Pedí una pizza en 7.50 pm, me dijeron que tardarían 40 minutos. A las 9:00 de la tarde me llamó para averiguar cuánto costaría, yo estaba, repentinamente, dijeron que 10 minutos. Tras otra media hora traté de llamar de nuevo, pero el teléfono sólo seguía sonando en, que debo de haber intentado 10 veces sin obtener respuesta.A las 10 de la noche me llamaron pidiendo mi dirección, yo le dije que ir lejos y no nos importó, ya que me ha tocado en mi propia comida.No dura 2 horas para conseguir una pizza!!!Me hubiese gustado pegados a la compañía a la que normalmente uso.No orden de Milano, te sugiero que cualquiera que lea esto no te molestes. Hay mucho más fiable, sin una carga de excusas, en la zona.

ordenados en línea como de costumbre. Normalmente la confusión mis pedidos que enviar algo, no olvide mandar orden o mis bebidas. Esta noche se han esperado más de 1 hora, sin señales de mi entrega, no contactados por el restaurante sobre mi entrega. Tienen mi número, mi dirección de correo electrónico, me puse en contacto con nadie. Tan decepcionado.

My daughter ordered a takeaway for us from Milanos tonight it took about an hour to arrive which is fine.One if our group is a vegetarian and had ordered some potato twisters and a veggy burger, I presume they had no potato twisters as they sent CHICKEN PIECES instead, when I phoned them to find out what was happening the guy on the phone seemed unable to understand why the swap was unsuitable.Eventually he seemed to understand and suggested that they could give us two portions next time free of charge, which doesn't really work as we had paid for one of them tonight, also it meant that our vegetarian would have only half a meal tonight which also was unsuitable, I insisted that we wanted something for him to eat so he agreed that they would send us out some potato wedges.... They turned up over an hour later.I can't help thinking all this fuss could have been avoided if they had just phoned us to see what we would like instead of the potato twisters. It really spoilt the whole experience for us.

The pizza was fresh, hot thin based with plenty of toppings, reminded me of holidays in napoli!Delicious for when I cannot be bothered to cook ! I will be ordering some takeaway soon.

I know that my English is not too much, but I literally had to fight a verbal battle against a crazy man on the phone. "Code post, adress, number, please repeat post code, could you spell it?" And on, and on for at least 15 minutes. Finally he had a brilliant idea and he passed the phone to someone who actually spoke English. After the looong chat and 40 minutes, we get our pizza. It was awesome! Hot wings aswell!
