NOT GOOD NOT GOOD!!! I love a kebab on a Saturday night and used many places, thought I’d try this place again as it’s cheap and local and reviews were good? WRONG cold food small portions very dry lamb shish and dry kofte and rubbery doner meat very little salad more of a garnish? Chilli sauce tastes of chopped tomatoes with a little kick! Used this place back when it was Afs and was quality, I now know after experiencing the food once again why it’s cheaper than other kebab houses! I never give bad reviews as it’s peoples jobs etc BUT this was terrible! No point calling as replacement food will only be as poor!! Can’t understand how it’s had great reviews??

Love some of the food and they will have their good days with you. If you want a burger or wrap with only lettuce, mayo and cheese for example they will add all salad if you don't specify. A man then got very rude and started to get annoyed. The way he spoke to me was very unprofessional and spoiled the mood. If you order from them make sure to specify your meal otherwise they will treat you rudly and give you something you don't like

Disgusted, after using pizza place for years they sent a wrong pizza and not only did they blame it on me but also were not willing to do anything to help come to a resolve. Really unhappy

Habiendo recibido nuestro pedido esta noche, uno de los pinchos de pollo tenía un largo cabello negro. Llamamos para informar al taller y pedir un reemplazo. Al llegar con nuestro nuevo kebab, tuvimos que producir el anterior, mostrar el pelo y volver a empaquetarlo. El conductor de la entrega dijo que todo el personal esa noche en la tienda NO tenía PELO, como él. Insinuaba que nosotros mismos habíamos colocado el pelo en el kebab. Conduje hasta la tienda media hora después y el tipo calvo estaba detrás del mostrador. . . . con TRES miembros del personal en el establecimiento con cabello muy oscuro! No volveremos a pedirle a este mentiroso, después de años de costumbre.

Pedí algo de comida en la tienda, estos payasos me cobraron por una súper pizza pero me dieron una gran, también pedí un kebab grande para compartir con mi joven familia solo para descubrir que cuando llegué a casa era más pequeño que uno pequeño, llamé a la tienda para usar un ventilador mi descontento esto tomó cuatro llamadas ya que en tres ocasiones el teléfono se cortó, cuando finalmente me puse en contacto, les advertí de su error para que inicialmente me dijeran que no había ningún error, pero luego retrocedí cuando me dijeron que regresara a la tienda para recoger más doner kebab, dije que no, no voy a regresar, debe ser entregado con mi dirección de casa, más de media hora después y otra llamada primero para que me digan que no pueden encontrar mi dirección y luego que me digan que Tuve que esperar hasta más tarde, aunque inicialmente ordené la recogida en la tienda a los 18. 33.

Awful!! Firstly it was over 30mins late I finally received my order and the bag was full of grease, the kebab had no pitta bread and no sauces that I had asked for. The chips were soggy and chicken nuggets inedible and the burger was burnt. The only positive was the delivery driver was nice and friendly other than that very disappointing!!

Wont order again because the last few times we have they have forgotten something from our order and we have then waited over 30 minutes for it

Haven’t order from here in a while and won’t be ordering again from you. Have you changed owners? This place use to be one of our favourites but the food we had last Saturday was awful. The kebab tasted like sausage meat, the cheesey garlic pizza bread was so greasy and the chicken wrap had hardly any mayo. Not a nice meal at all.

Order a meal deal last night, first time I used this takeaway. Firstly advised it would be delivered in 40 minutes ended up being closer to 80 minutes, but I wasn’t too upset with that, Fridays are always busy. The meal deal was hot and spicy chicken wings, tasted ok but the crispy coating of breadcrumbs were soggy, probably from the steam buildup, but ok. Also included was garlic bread which was like rubber you could not bit into it, so that went straight into the bin. The pizza itself was ok, good amount of topping but again it tasted soggy and like the garlic bread the base was like rubber so we ended up just eating the topping. Really disappointing not sure if the cause of poor standard was because it was sitting in the delivery vehicle for a long time and the build up of steam caused the the food to deteriorate, but it certainly didn’t feel like my meal was fresh. Same as the price of the food seemed like good value but as most of it went in the bin it was a false economy.

Having ordered food at 6pm and advised of an hour for delivery, meal eventually arrived at 8.45pm and was incomplete (dessert was missing). We phoned on 2 occasions to check when to expect delivery and was told they were busy! Would not recommend or ever use again. We were given a free bottle of Coke as recompense. Tried frequently to contact Hungryhouse care team without success.

Ordered x2 set meals at around 18.30, had time slot for 19.50. Driver arrived at 20.10, wasn’t polite & didn’t seem to speak very good English at all. The food wasn’t very warm and the wrap for our doner meals stuck to the inside of the paper wrapping so it made the wraps look awful when unsticking it . Chips were luke warm aswell as the garlic bread. Not impressed with pizza place this time around hence the 2 stars. Will try another takeaway shop next time I order in future

Have been using this takeaway for around year and a half now, had mostly good experiences but some bad also. Good points: 1-plenty to choose from on menu. 2-meal deals are great if on a budget. 3-free garlic bread with orders over £20 I think. 4-fast delivery turnaround. Bad point(s) 1-on one occiasion I ordered a doner wrap meal deal but instead I was given a chicken stripper type wrap, however it wasn't that bad tasting! 2-again have requested no salad in my doner wrap in past and it has arrived with salad in wrap! However not a major quibble. Would highly recommend this takeaway though if you live locally!

We have a local place for a longtime and they closed. We tried this Pizza Place and were pleasantly surprised. First of all it was very tasty and we got exact;y what we ordered. Delivery was quick and friendly. On our list now.
