Shocking the amount I had for a large kabab..... Avoid like the plague. This is meant to be chilly sauce some mayo Shocking amount, more like a snack than a meal

Not gourmet bistro Michelin star stuff, but if you're hungry after a long day/night or have the munchies after a night out, then you can count on their portions for price 👌🏽

Rude argumentative service. Placed an order asked for rice , with our food , instead of just meat and pitta bread, I repeated at the end of the call to confirmed he heard me. Food turned up with no rice, call them back to say about the missing rice and he was arguing with me saying I didn’t order and rice ect . Like we are just going to order meat with nothing with it. Rude and won’t be ordering food back here ever again. Terrible service 0 start rating.

Ordered cancelled after 1hr wait ,disgusting. This is genuinely the type of business who would be improved by bankruptcy. DO NOT ORDER

Fabulous always get tasty food, proper burgers than burger king and mac Donalds. Plus more for your money, much better staff than previous owners keep it up

Just ordered from Shirley kebab got no salad onto the meat and chips pitta was soaked in grease. Also asked for coleslaw that was runny and spilled onto all other items in the bag customer service and care o% today I will take my service else were now. Can't believe it I had food from here a while ago and it was nice but today looks like they didn't care every box was crashed and thrown into the bag and looks like some one sat on it in their car.. shirley kebab I won't be coming here again. Also food was colder than the artic when it arrived. Will 100% not be using shirley kebab ever again Food prep 0% Customer service and care 0%

Shocking. Didn’t get any salad with eithier kebab. Meat was cold and really chewy 🤢 Pitta bread was soaked in fat. Not sure what the chicken kebab was but it didn’t look or taste like chicken. Will never ever order from here again. What a waste of money

I placed an order last night for 2 large donner kebabs and thay sent me the wrong order 2x chicken donner kebabs I was fine before I eat it and then I started being sick 😫 SO I WON'T BE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN I paid £20 of something I did not eat

Ordered from justeat and l will never again order from this takeaway again.I have just tasted the worst kebab meat ever and the lamb shish was awful it was very taste of fat, awful.The salad was very badly cut up,the homemade chili sauce was dreadful taste disgusting,l gave it one star for the delivery time

Amazing costumer service from Ali, extremely friendly and good recommendations, the chicken shish wrap was banging good. he's honestly the most ripped food worker I've seen. Biceps bulging out, forearms shredded, was a true inspiration. He looked quite experienced with the cooking aswell. Served a great meal.

Placed order online.Ordered 2 kebabs and few more items, One kebab was missing. No answer from the shop when I phoned or send email, no refund, just ignored me. Not recomended.

Not hot enough, no way near enough garlic mayo or salad.. meat was too salty. I haven't been there in years, so thought id try as i live near now. Wouldn't go bk

Ordered a lamb Donner today couldn't even eat it as some of the meat is still pink as seen in picture and dosnt even taste like lamb taste like horse or dog meat will be reporting to trading standards

Soggy wet burger baps .then took it back and was serve another wet burger bap. Yuk

We searched for a kebab takeaway as we are not from the area and got to say the food was absolutely lovely, very tasty very hot! If we ever come back this way we will deffo be going here again!

Horrible. The food looked stale and that it had been made days before. The customer service was equally as horrible as I called twice to offer some constructive criticism about their food and they hung up on me in both instances. Very disappointing and clearly they don’t value their customers. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.

Ordered food on a Wednesday night food was ok but delivery was almost an hour late then turnt up with missing items then an hour later just as going to bed they turn up with the missing items lol I even told him it's a bit late and his response was it's bigger portion lol I will not be using these guys again that's for sure

Used shirley kebab house for a number of years now and have always found food to be excellent. Had a chicken shish and veggie burger today as they have recently reopened after refurbishment and as good as ever. Very friendly to, don't be but off by the bad reviews!

If i could put a 0 i would! I was waiting for over 45 mins outside in the rain and did not turn up and rang me but when i rung back no answer and said they came when they did not so they cancelled order! I called the resturant and was spoke to very rudely by the member of the staff and started swearing at me and calling me selfish when all i said was that it was out of order that i have been stood outside for 45 mins in the rain for my order to then be cancelled!! Disgracefull disgusting service. Was suppose to be my daughters last takeaway before she begins chemo, but ruined by this awfull resturant!

Ordered via just eat arrived 15 minutes late paid 2'00 tip on opening no chips and no salad with mixed kebab glad I had ordered side salad will not order again from here as not 1st time they have messed up given to many chances need to sort themselves out and get orders right very poor and they use to be brilliant

If I could have put a 0 rating I would have. My family and I, ordered 5 kebabs and 2 portions of chips. When ordering we made sure to put in the additional information that chillieswere not allowed due to allergies. This was put in capital letters- therefore hard to miss. They turnt up WITH CHILLIES IN THEM. So we decided to phone them on the night, they happily offered us a free order just that we had to state our address. This weekend, we phoned them asking for the new FREE order. The man on the phone stated we couldn’t have the free order unless we stated a name that we were given on the night but we weren’t given any name on the night . This put us in a difficult situation, as we were let down of our promise. The man then started shouting that his manager was in Germany and we could phone back next week- still not gurranteed our order. The man then put down the phone, and when we phoned back we politely spoke to them, and he started shouting immediately. His customer service manner was rude, ignorant and not needed. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Found hairs in my food. Rang up to complain and was met with a barrage of swear words and was then hung up on. Will not be ordering from here again and I suggest you do not either.

Absolutely disgusting! Customer service was awful and they were very very rude they accused us of lying about our order. The order came completely wrong and when we rang back up to let them know they said that they were closed and the driver had gone home. We then rang back up the next day to explain the situation and they said we were lying and carried on being rude calling us names and putting the phone down. Wouldn’t advise anyone to go here the food that came tasted revolting. WORST takeaway experience I’ve had. They even had the cheek to ask us to pull the wrong food out the bin the next day TRAMPS. Avoid avoid avoid, wouldn’t go here again even if someone paid me to!!!!!!!

Late delivery and wrong food delivered, tried to call to get correct order and no answer

Thought of going in until I saw staff picking their nose. They then stood in the street (work apron on) before reentering and start to cook food without washing hands. ENTER AT OWN RISK.

Ordered our normal 2 donor kebabs extra crispy. No pepper. All salad and garlic mayo. 3 min's after we phoned they called saying food was leaving the shop.....don't see how they cooked 2 kebabs in 3 mins...when it got here the driver had no change. The kebabs were cold and old not crispy at all there was peppers and no mayo at all. We phoned to ask for 2 different kebabs as they weren't right and the person on the phone said we were lying and that he was the driver.....the driver had left about 1 min ago by this point so couldn't have been the driver. He said he didn't care was very rude and aggressive and hung up.....we will NEVER be ordering from here again. Discusting customer service and food!!!!!!!!

Ordered a large, mixed chicken and lamb doner with pitta seperate, no salad and a portion of cheesy chips. When the food turnt up the cheesy chips were missing and we had a box of salad instead, then when i opened kebeb it wasnt even the size of a small let alone a large, rang the shop too see if they could either bring a fresh large kebeb and the cheesy chips we had orded or our money back and they hung up on us twice! For then someome to turn up at are front door and have the cheek too say we had ate some of the kebab. He was rude & aggresive i would never order from hear again!!!

Ordered 2 chicken shish kebabs for me and my brother but they didn't put the salad in both of them and that's what I asked for I have rang them up and they apologised and they told me they was gunna give me another 2 kebabs with salad and deliver it to my flat as I walk in and got my kebabs from here and when I got home and opened them there was no salad I was very disappointed after they said they were going to deliver the 2 kebabs been waiting ages and now they are closed bad customer service I am going in their tommorrow with 2 receipts to tell them I am not happy with how they dealt with the situation at all absolutely disgusted I have ordered lots of times before and it been lovely but they have let themself down tonight disappointed I am and I will be sorting this in the morning to talk to them

Keebab arrieved with no pitta, old & cold chips, no cheese on the cheese burger & had to meet the driver out on the road as he did not knock the door & just called. After 4 years thats my buisness lost!

Absolutely ridiculous. Looked on the website and looked really good. Checked on Google maps to make sure I was in the 4 mile radius to qualify for free delivery for an £8 order which I was so I phoned up. They asked for my address and as soon as I said totton, thean on the other end of the phone said to me I had to order a minimum of £30. I explained I was in the 4 mile radius as I live at the entrance of totton but he just got very rude. Never will I ring again
