Had the poos alll morning after and in the day time wouldn’t go back to this place

Incredible pizzas and a great sub-menu for sides! Personally loved the service provided by Amit - he's very kind, cooperative, and professional in his demeanour.

BBQ pizza was really good definitely getting again some time

Pizza was ok, the sides were awful. Garlic bread was like rock hard cardboard and cheese and bacon tatatots were shocking. The food this place rolls out and charged for is a disgrace!!!

I paid extra for another topping but hardly had any on, the bases were pretty much burnt, which was the same as the crusts. Not alot of topping on any chosen ones. Will be complaining elsewhere! Can't seem to add photos!!

Will take your money, but won't deliver food, there is no excuses for this sort of nonsense, very very disappointed, another Southampton franchise being thrown in the gutter

Shocking. Delivered over an hour late and must have left the restaurant an hour before getting here as it was stone cold and disgusting

They must have run out of mozzarella and used normal cheese, horrible and greasy, out ate half of it and it made me ill, avoid them

Broken "Quality Seal" on the pizza. Wasn't "double pepperoni" quantity of pepperoni on it despite it costing £25 for a single pizza. BBQ sauce on the wings tastes very strange but then again I'm American so might just be different than I'm used to at American Papa John's.

brownie wasn't cooked was basically still batter was so runny I had to cook it further in my own oven when it arrived as it was not ready to eat as it was prepared and served. couldn't even get it to slice

Generally alright for a takeaway pizza - crusts can be a little dry sometimes though. Toppings have always been fine! Delivery could do with some work - online progress marker is often wrong/very ahead, and when it's been out for delivery for 45 minutes with no gauge of how far it is can be very unnerving!

Ordered the philly cheese steak pizza. It was good but I think they should have added a bit more beef. Piping hot when delivered and was on time.

pizza was cool. it was late. there were hardly any toppings.

If i could post pictures i would. Pizza sqaushed with plastic prongs pushed through the bottom of the box. Squashed potatoe tots. And over 40 minits late. Not happy, this store has never been so bad. Only positive the driver was polite.

A normal pizza place, fast food average staff. I would recommend other pizza places but pappa John's is probably cheaper.

The estimated delivery doesn’t not match the time it was delivered. The application stated the order was delivered when it was not. Called the restaurant three times and they kept saying his on his way and is 5 minutes away.

Best pizza and sides in Southampton, would rate it 5*, always arrives on time and piping hot, I don't use any other pizza delivery anymore! 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

Unfortunately, on this occasion i felt let down by the Bacon and cheese tots - in total i counted 3 cut up small squares of bacon and cheese that covered a total of 3 tots.

Had message shortly. Rang up and have had to wait another 20 minutes. Not good enough. Was told we are busy. That isn't my fault and there was no update about late order when had notification driver was arriving

Food quality no problem. But just too late. 30 minutes after the deadline on the thirty minute window they gave me for delivery. And I had to pay £4 extra for it regardless.

Delivery driver forgot part of my order, rang to rectify where the missing items were. Guy on the phone was nowhere near helpful, then I called again 45 minutes later to be told the driver is leaving, he goes to the wrong address, considering he has just recently delivered, I find that ludicrous. Absolutely horrendous from start to finish.

Poor service. Poor food. Pizza arrived 2 hours late, the drivers (yes two of them as it was in their way home from work) offered me a boost energy drink as they forgot our drinks. Pizza was cold and am 99% sure my friend got food poisoning from the pepperoni pizza.

Called restaurant once went past delivery time they said it would be another 25 minutes... Its now been 40 and my food still isn't here.

It’s was horrible we put an order in and it was 30 minutes late ! We then called the pizza place and they said it was outside but they didn’t knock the door ! They need to sort this out and the prices !!!

You seriously need to change your pizza boxes!! We ordered 2 XXL pizzas yesterday, and the chemical smell from the boxes was awful! It ruined the flavour of the pizzas. We will not be ordering again from your establishment!!

Well over an hour late - food stone cold and inedible and half the order missing! Called the restaurant and they had no interest in making amends, just refunded the missing items! Half of my guests have to go without and to be honest, it’s that cold and disgusting that we won’t be eating it! A complete waste of money and extremely disappointed, never again!!!

Not what you'd expect for £28 for 2 pizzas on a deal! Called to complain, first guy I spoke to was great. He said he'd replace the food now or next time. I said I'd do it next time as Papa John's was my go to, maybe it was just a 1 off. Next time I called to claim said pizzas I was told I wasn't aloud to claim now and it was a different manager. She wouldn't give me her name but she sounded young and of Indian accent (only way to describe her). Her customer service skills were awful. Ended up taking it further with the complaint.. no reply as of yet. So £28 down as it stands, hopefully il get a reply, who knows. Never again!

Delivery driver was lost. He thought Grosvenor house was Mountbatten House, so food was stone cold by the time I found him. He didn't even call me.

Couldn’t give it less stars but would if I could. Over and hour late and no apology or recognition that food was cold- specifically the manager on duty argued they had done nothing wrong when food ordered at 21.30 still wasn’t here almost two hours later

ordered and then got told they were closed and weren’t delivering but i had already made the order and it said it had been confirmed but when i called the restaurant she said they weren’t delivering anymore then said she had my order and would deliver but when it got to me it was cold and the box had been squished which squished the pizza

When the pizza arrived it was stone cold, the only good part was the guy rang me to find me. The chicken wings where tiny and not even worth buying

Pizza wasn’t kept flat so was all flipped and had to be re-assembled before eating. I also ordered a brownie for a pudding but received a cookie dough.

Good evening. I would really like this looked at again and would like a refund not a credit. The food was meant to arrive 4-4.15. Then said 4.25. And then 4.55. The food was dispatched at 4.15 and turned up at 5.05 and was Rock hard and cold. I called the restaurant who just said ‘he’s on his way’. I spoke to the driver who just shrugged at me!!! No speech at all. Disgusting customer service Please re look at this and get back to me. Or escalate the complaint further Regards Natalie

I order one brownie and potatoes with cheese, everything good with the brownie but the potatoes they were cold and the taste was weird, I don’t know if it’s because they were ready long time ago so I couldn’t eat

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a pizza only for two delivery drivers to turn up with three pizzas not knowing which was mine. Confirmed order number which they could not find so they then left leaving me with no pizza and said they would come back which they never did. I was left with two hungry children and £20 out of pocket!! Will not use again I am disgusted!!!

Driver couldn’t follow simple instructions and put the address in to his sat nav, I gave up after 15 minutes of me telling him my address and where to go and him not understanding. Nobody else has ever struggled to find this place as it’s a massive block of flats… The restaurant have marked the order as delivered when I never received the food, I also asked for a refund but the guy working at the restaurant was rude and just hung up and didn’t refund the order.

Honestly. awful it was cold waited nearly two hours for it to turn up for over priced pizza.
