I would give Zero Stars if I could. - Absolutely AWFUL customer service. Ordered 2 pizzas online last night at 8:15 but by 9:15 they had not arrived and I called and was told they were on the way. I waited another 30min, called again and was told that they would make my pizzas again and resend them right away. 45min later and still no pizza and no calls, so I call back. By this time, the people I spoke to were gone and only one woman was left at the shop who had no idea about my pizzas and everyone was gone. Never got a call from anyone, though they took my money. Today I still heard nothing, no one called or emailed me, I called once and got no feedback just was told to call back and to email the manager. Absolutely unreal, I just want my transaction cancelled and I have to beg to the manager whos away on holiday and no one even bothers to contact me 24 hours later even though the have my number and email. I get that orders get lost and mistakes happen, but to still be begging for my money back and have not been once contacted by the store or its manager in 24hours is absolutely shocking. DO NOT GO TO THIS HORRIBLE FIREZZA

We used to order from Firezza regularly in Willesden Green and enjoyed print service with hot decent well above average pizza. That branch has closed down and orders come from West Hampstead. ‘Come’ is not the right word. I don’t expect to wait over an hour an hour for a pizza that the website says will be here in half an hour - to be told after an hour and 20 that it’s left the shop and is on its way , for nothing to turn up. After two hours I cancelled. Won’t bother again. Shame as we used to like the food.

We have been regular customers of Firezza West Hampstead for several years and always liked their pizzas and loyalty program, but the service has gone massively downhill over the last year - in particular delivery times. Their site offers live tracking of your delivery but it is never accurate. They say a pizza will take 30min but then doesn't arrive for 2hrs! Pizzas are more frequently arriving burnt as well. This has become so regular that we are now going to take our business elsewhere.

Pizza, while worse than a year or so ago, is still ok; service is awful. Aside from the fact that you when you order for a time they either deliver 20-30min earlier (with the risk of nobody being home) or a lot later, the customer service is shameful. It's been 3 days that I try to get in touch with the manager for a refund and it's a mission impossible. Every day I manage to speak with a different employee that takes my details and nothing happens...

My friend and I ordered pizza it never arrived and they have not credited me with the monies and no one called me- they’ve basically stolen money from me Don’t buy from this company

This is a company who don’t honour what they promise nor gave a refund for over £80 worth of pizzas that never arrived. I wouldn’t trust them.

This is a really bad company who promised me pizza never delivered and didn’t refund my monies - They have avoided all contact - Don’t use them !

Great service but terrible pizza. We all had stomach cramps after eating the pizza which lasted 5 days. Avoid. Shame!

We ordered pizza for 4. No sign of delivery after 60. I called and was told we would need to wait at least another 30mn. No apologies or anything. Not acceptable.

I ordered a delivery and hadn’t received it within an hour. Phoned restaurant to be told by manager that there are no drivers so the order is cancelled. I asked him why he had not phoned to inform me and he said he hadn’t got around to it. I challenged him on his customer service and he put the phone down. This isn’t the first time I have had a problem with this restaurant and manager. I will not be ordering again and would advise anyone else considering using this service to go elsewhere. Customer service appalling and food barely any better.
