The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

Ordered pizzas wedges and cookies. Took 65mins to come. My daughter pizza was burnt cold and her cookies the same. Rang up to complain and they told me they would send some more. And it would take 20 mins and to give the old pizza back to driver. After waiting another hour I rang again and they said it’s on its way. After 20 more minutes I rang again to be told by a woman called (Ashley) on the phone that if I don’t talk to her in the right manner she will cancel my order!!! I asked to speak to the manager and he told me they no pizza was sent out and they he will send one out so in all. The pizza took over 2 hours and my little one had fell asleep 😴 My little girl is autistic and was so upset that she was not getting her pizza. Am so upset about this that I will be taking it further!! I will never order from the haydock branch again !!!

Tomó una hora y 40 minutos más para un pedido que está destinado a tomar 45 en promedio .. Entiendo que estaban más ocupados debido al clima peligroso, y estábamos dispuestos a esperar una hora más o menos, pero vamos . . Normalmente no tengo un problema aquí, y la comida era tibia a fría también.

I ordered from here through UberEats. The food took almost two hours to get to me and when it did eventually arrive some of the items were missing.

Absolutely vile... rude staff and argumentative. We ordered re special pizza consisting of pepperoni. No pepperoni on pizza. We rang the shop and were phoned back by rude guy who said we needed to pay for pepperoni????? This states on menu an ingredient on the pizza?????. He said he wanted the other pizza back lol. Which he was having. Very argumentative and said that in the comments on the order it said No Pepperoni. Order stated double pepperoni. I think they need English tutoring. Can't read / speak English shouldn't be in a customer service job. Will never be returning . Absolutely ROTTEN , FILTHY TAKEAWAY. WITH NO FOOD HYGIENE RATING AS WAITING A REVIEW. I will be ring cheshire east!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

After enjoying visiting lots of pubs on our first day of two in Chester my twin brother and I called it a night after last orders in The Square Bottle Pub, we were feeling peckish so dropped by this Domino's Pizza outlet next door to the pub for a pizza each to bring back to our hotel ,the fast food restaurant itself is superb, its only small ,neat and tidy and staff here are lovely, we ordered a margherita pizza each ,prepared more or less in front of us ,service was quick, we brought our pizza's back to our hotel and they were totally delicious, so tasty, very filling, the perfect end to a perfect day out in this historic Roman walled city. This Domino's Pizza is easy to locate along Foregate Street . Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, 11am till 5am. A great Domino's, well worth checking out if you're in the area or planning a trip to Chester.

APPALLING SERVICE FROM STORE MANAGER I called up to place an order and was being rushed off the phone the store manager told me to order elsewhere as she was too busy and couldn’t serve me! I asked to speak to her manager and she said there was no one above her and she hung up on me! AVOID this place - call the town Center branch, friendly and professional service there. Pull your finger out dominoes, that woman has cost you money today but worse so, a regular customer.

Ordered takeaway. They rang to say the driver was lost but after 2 hours and many phone calls I gave up. The pizza never turned up. Manager was awful. Ordered from another local pizzeria which arrived in 20 mins. Did eventually get a refund but doesn’t make up for the service. Will never use this branch again.

Turned up to collect my pizzas at the correct time. Gave my details and was left stood there for 15 mins, at one point being told my pizzas were in the oven. After asking after 15 mins the guy turned round and picked my pizzas from the shelf which had been there all the time! Annoyed as I had other food from somewhere else which had then gone cold because of their incompetence. Pizzas had very sparse toppings. Won’t be using them again.

Had a takeaway. Chicken shwarma kebab delivered. It did not look like the photo on the menu, I expect grilled chicken , instead I recieved very small mushy pieces of chicken covered in a dark red substance. I rang to explain it didn't look like the photo on the menu and wasn't interested. What a waste if money. Would not go there again.

Rang me to say that one of my items was out of stock. Order cancelled but never refunded. Currently doing a chargeback with card. Never again!

Ordered food it came early they forgot our brownies I rang and spoke to them about it couldn’t understand what she was saying she then said it would take 20/30 mins I said that’s fine I rang over an hour again they close in 14 minutes I’ve rang 7 times no answer now without my part of my order and waste of my money

Rude people and food is cold second time this has happened

Me and my friends made an order from this domino’s and what a disappointment. Poor quality food and late delivery. Called up numerous times and finally got through and spoke to a rude unhelpful manager. I think this store needs new management. The attitude on the staff and their lack of customer service needs looking into.

Again ordered after complaint and the manager was clueless. Took my order and couldn't even get my order right over the phone this place is a joke and manager was argumentative when I rang to raise the issue. 3 weeks in a row wrong toppings. Avoid at all cost as they are a laughing stock of franchise
