Pizza Hut in Wiltshire

Such poor service and hygiene. Order late by 40 mins and when it finally gets to us the fries have multiple hairs in. Safe to say it all went in the bin and we ordered somewhere else

One star is doing this place a favour. If I could they'd get zero. Placed an order, two pizzas - one gluten free. Except they didn't have gluten free and despite having multiple ways of contacting (phone and email) they decided it was best to deliver half an order 30 minutes too late. When we phoned to complain they told us we were uncontactable because the phone number was wrong (checked our app - it wasn't), regardless we already phoned them 10 minutes earlier on the same number to ask where the order was because it was so late and they didn't say anything about it then... Phoned up to report back after half a delivery was performed to tell them that this was a terrible policy and was told I'd get a refund. (N.b It's not a refund if you don't provide the goods to start with.) I was offered nothing else in compensation. I won't be ordering here again. Pizza Hut should be ashamed of this franchise.

Twice in a month and wrong order both times. Told the rude female I want a refund o have to go through head office Don't waste your time

Wrong pizza then an argument followed by them won't refund , Terrible customer service even swearing at me down the phone line.

The pizza box was damp to touch. I complained but just got rudeness back from the staff. I will give business to dominoes next time.

I saw a mouse run out of the door when I visited the Salisbury pizza hut take away on fishton street. I told the staff who were shocked and apologetic. I walked straight out, dirty place.

It’s my boyfriends 25th and we can’t go out because of lockdown, I said I’d order him whatever he wanted to try and make up for it being so different this year. When the pizza place of his choice was shut I recommended Pizza Hut, I asked with the order if the driver could sing happy birthday to ‘Ben’ never thinking he would... AND HE DID! My boyfriend said it made his day! Thank you so much dude! I forgot to ask for the gentleman’s name but he sounded South African possibly, if you know him from that description please give him a big pay rise and a couple of premonitions.

A few bad reviews on here which I presume are people just bein unlucky. We've bought quite a few times across 2020 and in Jan 2021 ordering through the app. Never had a problem - unlike other pizza houses - the orders and toppings have always been correct. Whether delivered or collected the food has always been warm. My kids LOVE a meat feast!!

had a home delivery when it arrived it was cold phoned and complained the guy was great but the second delivery wasn't much better and the delivery driver was so rude

Ordered a “triple loaded pepperoni pizza” and it looked like an ordinary pepperoni pizza... there is nothing to distinguish the pizzas apart even though it’s extra in price! The expense on a 13 inch pizza and some cheese triangles is pretty ridiculous, almost 30 quid... I will definitely be going back to dominoes, two for Tuesday today... how stupid was I to go to Pizza Hut? but in my defence I was looking for a pleasant change but I didn’t get that. Overpriced, under portioned and unsatisfied. Pizza Hut you need to decrease your prices or improve your pizzas/ amount of toppings... also maybe a complimentary dip with the triangle squares and pizza? We shouldn’t have to buy our own dips. Dominoes are far superior. Hope this helps anybody that is contemplating on which pizza to order. All day long dominoes knocks Pizza Hut out the park with price and quality.

I ordered a pizza with x2 chicken and x2 bacon, but this seemed to have been a challenge for these people to comprehend to they gave me 1x chicken 1x bacon instead.... very disappointed. At least 14 little bits of chicken and similar with bacon, what should I expect if I ordered 1x of each? 7 little pieces of chicken and bacon on a large pizza!? Come on.

Poor service, bad food, rude manager, avoid this at all costs!!!! Our food was wrong and staff not trained properly dirty clothing and bare hand touching people food. The manager was rude including insults towards a friend of mines profession! I’m embarrassed as to what this place has become, as a local born and bred this infuriates me!!! I will never go again!!

...plenty struggle with basic service and getting ordering correct. However, our family of four recieved everything freshly made, still roasting hot and arrived in the shortest estimated time even though it was a Saturday night. Well done

Pizza places can be hit and miss but having been here a couple of time recently i felt compelled to write to say the food has been very good along with the service I've ordered over the phone and online with no issues on collection. My kids love the meat feast (as do I)!!!!
