Domino's Pizza in Cheshire West and Chester

The dominos was absolutely disgusting, when opening the box we picked a piece of pizza and the crush fell off (I was absolutely fuming) ruined my meal, I let it slide when moving on the cookies there’s only one word I can use to describe them deformed! Sloppy, vile, wet! This has really let me down I will not be returning again disgusting!

Absolutely useless!! Can’t even put an address into a sat nav and follow the line. Pizza turned up and hour late and stone cold. Rudest manager. Second consecutive poor experience, there won’t be a third.

The rudest manager (or so she said she was). They didn’t send the order but said they had done and that we hadn’t answered the phone they also accused us of giving them the wrong address. Hilarious and hungry here. When we called to see where the delivery was the so called manager (either called Nancy or Veronica) hung up on us multiple times and was just so aggressive it was beyond belief! Luckily the Dominos North Chester helped us and put us in touch with head office. Will never bother again - rudest staff ever. Sat ordering from Pizza Hut now and a much better experience.

Ordered a pizza delivery while on holiday in Chester. It took 2 hours and 10 minutes to arrive, following a number of phone calls with various staff who gave inconsistent excuses. Promised a refund but this has not materialised. Pizza was extremely salty.

El personal más grosero de todos. Llamé y recibí unas tres palabras del personal. Lo mismo en la tienda. No está de más sonreír.

He intentado comer mi pizza que acabamos de entregar. Solo pude manejar aproximadamente la mitad debido a lo seco que estaba. Pedí una pizza sin lácteos con champiñones, aceitunas y cebollas. Si tuviera que estimar las cantidades reales de cada uno, diría que quizás un hongo entero, menos de un cuarto de cebolla roja y dos o tres aceitunas. Estas cantidades se agregaron a aproximadamente una cucharadita de base de tomate para una experiencia similar a masticar un viejo zócalo. Foto adjunta.

I'd had a very long day at work and thought I'd treat myself to a meal for one from Domino's. I ordered online at 8.05pm and it still hadn't arrived by 10.00pm. I rang the store and politely asked when my order would be delivered to be told that I was 4th in the delivery queue and it would be another half an hour before delivery. The guy on the phone was very polite and help, but I had to explain that by 10.30pm.i would be heading for bed and so could I cancel my order. Firstly because of the late time, but also I had ordered a chicken pizza and, by that time, my food had been sat for nearly an hour and a half!

Thoroughly enjoyed our late night pizzas from this excellent branch of Domino's. Easy online ordering, with some decent deals to be had. Very fast delivery by the friendly driver, the pizzas were still extremely hot, and were absolutely delicious. My work takes me all over the UK, and I always enjoy a Dom's. However, this branch is in a league of its own, absolutely first class.

Arrived at the store to see a lot of people waiting. Including a couple bringing an order back. They had been given the wrong one. Waited a long while with the order in their hands. Turned out to be my order. Watched as the chap put it back on the shelf and then gave it to me when I asked for my order. Despite my protests the chap would do nothing about it.
