Spent £16.00 on two meals !! The shesh and chicken large kebabs. I eat one piece on the meat and chocked it was that tough !! The rest was unable. Really tough and was unable to get my teeth trough it. I did complain but sammys response was “ I’ve Eaton “ it so can’t refund ?? Sent them a picture as well but because I’d Eaton some of the bread that means I’ve eat it all. Never again !! And I’d advise anyone against ordering the shesh

Worst Donner kebab ever, and as a 55 year old man I've eaten plenty, 2 stars for prompt delivery. I'll stick with my usual in future ,😘

Saw rats running around the kitchen. Staff not bothered. Reported to council. Don’t eat here

Food cold only thing was hot were garlic mushrooms. But must of forgot the garlic . Ordered special kebab cold Chips cold onion rings cold . Pitt bread cold

Always loves Sammy's.. Unfortunately it has gone downhill recently.. ordered tonight, 1 folded Donner and one large portion of Donner meat, large Donner meat was tiny, phoned them and the delivered another small portion of Donner meat, the small portion was bigger than the £8 large portion.. The folded Donner was a quarter of the size they used to be.. Will definitely order somewhere else in future.. Value for money is terrible and they seem to have changed the Donner meat, it's very poor quality... Loads of places to order from in the port, I'd give it a miss these days.. (Once a loyal 10 year old customer, not now, unfortunately)

Shame heard good things over the years about sammys ordered tonight got a chicken wrap looked nice but bland and no flavour also ordered cheesy chips got barely any cheese on it even at the bottom barely any at all tasted like wet cardboard only good thing was woman who delivered really friendly

Very poor attitude. Phoned 50 minutes after making order to see if the driver was on way and the guy questioned why I was calling when he said it could be up to an HR. I didn't realise it was a bad thing to check on it. Most deliveries are under half hour from everyone else. He had a hostile attitude straight away and I just thought wow, what an amateuur. that in a nutshell is why they deserve this review. Small mentality

We tend to get a takeaway from Sammy's once, maybe twice, a month. We order online and either have it delivered or collect it from the store. Food is usually correct, tasty and hot. Once, we collected an order with an incorrect folded kebab. I phoned the store, they apologised and sent the correct one out within 5 minutes. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Always ordered from here for years, pay a little more but food always good. Tonight not the case. Food freezing, ordered large kebab, came in a little tray, never seen smaller in my life. Rang to complain and wasn't taken seriously. Their loss, I take and spend my money elsewhere

I ordered from my local sammys .what a big mistake,not only was it cold but when I called spoke to different people that shouted at me because there food was cold

Used them many times as they are local to us , never had any reason to complain or take anything back , also used the app a few times to pre-order for collection and the stuff has always been ready to collect ... card payment was a welcome addition , cheers guys keep up the good work , always a friendly face in there no matter how busy they are

Disappointing to see them making pizzas with their bare hands and without gloves on, especially in this day and age. Used to love their seafood pizza, but had once recently and hardly any seafood on our aside from a bit of tuna and an anchovy. Would like to see higher hygiene standards.

We have ordered food here many times but this time was the worst customer service and food we have ever received put the order in at 19.26 and was told it would be with us in hour rang back at 20.41 which was over the hour and was told it had just left the shop ??? The driver turned up at 21-15 and the food was luke warm at best rang back and the idiot on the phone was trying to tell I didn’t call at 20.41 and was not told it would take an hour lies from them the drive played dumb ( speak no English) the shop also said he doesn’t speak English no apologies no discount not even a call back avoiding at all costs

Always on time, delicious and fresh Sammy's pizza is exceptional. All ingredients are fresh and in big amount.

Always use them, never had any problems with the food. Just wish you could pay by card when ordering online

The most driest kebab meat ever, lamb was tougher than my shoes. The chicken was no better. My mixed kebab was the worst I've had. On the the plus side my partners pizza was ok. But when I tried to complain they wouldn't answer the phone.

Folded Donor pizza is a must try, it's a monster and great hangover cure the morning after a late one!!!

Food is amazeing , may be serve the cakes with a choice of double ,single cream ,ice cream or custard , loverly cake but a little dry .

Need to clarify what's the of the food properly charge because ordering food than price on there that's what I expect to pay instead a different charge being asked to pay at my door

Hair in food , phoned twice , lady Who delivered and picked up appalled and apologetic , yet owners not one apology upset as favourite take out and used regularly basically called a liar even though food sent back with hair in if that was me I'd be very apologetic , full reimbursement is not an apology so make your own mind up

Inconsistent quality. Ordered from here a couple days ago and it tasted fantastic. I ordered the same again today and it just wasn't good at all. The pizza was awful because the cheese was burnt and the bread was undercooked. I'm not going to order again.

So thought to try something different to our normal takeaway.. -after trying to order through the website for 10 mins we rang up as card payment was down- -Ordered over phone And agreed for card point to come door And was told within 60 mins -95 mins later (9pm) call as it was getting a bit late for the kids to eat pizza informed it was on way. -arrives 10 mins after the call the 1.5 Litre bottle out of fridge was in the the pizza bag making the pizzas cold - I rang up and he Offered £4.50 of the £24.50 hour order which I reluctantly accepted as kids couldn’t wait any longer- I paid the driver and while still on phone realised the 14 inch margarita was in fact a 14 inch garlic bread...man on phone didn’t believe me so wanted to come and check food was cold and wrong - 5 mins later man arrives says I did ask for 14 inch garlic bread (not 14 inch margarita extra cheese) and pulled pizza apart with hands saying it wasn’t to cold - told him kids won’t eat this because of garlic so he gave me £10 back and said he will get another correct 1 sent ASAP -10 mins later rings me from shop angrily saying -“he didn’t know I paid driver?” “Don’t order from shop again” Confused I rang back to see if we was still getting the replacement he says “I don’t have time to speak to you” “If you dont know how to order food Get someone else too” Now I’m left with cold 14 inch garlic bread cheese and a warm bottle of coke 3 hungry kids and £10 down. Never wrote a review in my life good or bad but just Thought I’d warn others

We ordered food tonight and I had a chicken dinner kebab and chips am sorry to say food cold and chips soggy cold never again ended up not eating the food and pretty disappointed 😞 don't thing I vist again

Just tried Sammy's for the first time after hearing good things, I can safely say that the reviews (all excellent) doesnt do them enough justice. The pizza is amazing! Would happily get a pizza from here over dominos anyway (I'm a big dominos fan). The delivery was very quick and the driver was extremely polite. Couldnt reccomend more! I look forward to next time which will be very soon :).

Great food and a great price. Waiting times do vary however if you call and place the order, it knocks some time off your wait! Well worth the wait though 😁

Lived with family for a short time in little Sutton whilst waiting for my own house to be ready & used Sammy’s quite a few times! Having been in catering for over 20 years I am extremely fussy but this place ticked all my boxes. Spotlessly clean and tidy is the first thing to notice when you walk in which is very pleasing! The chicken kebabs are absolutely delicious, and what I thought to be a homemade chilli sauce was just fantastic! Couldn’t recommend enough. Great job!

Good comfort takeaway food, usually delivers quick or over the counter. Only lost a star as their opening times on google donot reflect their actual opening times and in the past we have had to use other takeaways at the end of an evening at the pub

Have orderd from here for 4 years now and only had 2 problems with it I wrote a bad review which I have since taken down as I went and spoke to the manager such a nice guy and he has a pleasant team he was very happy to resolve the problem and had a good explanation of why my order went wrong all I have had since is great service and great food the staff are always very pleasant good job all round sammy.

We order quite regularly but if you order online it gives you a waiting time of 45 minutes do not expect it to be delivered in this time I do not recollect reciving it for at least 1 and a half hours very nice food but not quick for delivery

Bit tasteless today and doner meat not the nicest I've had but got plenty of it. Garlic mushrooms with cheese was nice but shame most of garlic butter had leaked during transit!

This place used to be the best kebab for miles! But recently the service has been terrible and delivered either wrong or cold with cheeky delivery staff almost demanding tips..phoned them tonight to find out were my food was as it was way past the 45 minutes they’d said it would be....it’s on its way!!well that was 20 minutes ago and the shop is literally a mile away. Not good enough. Time to find a new kebab shop

We were staying at a hotel nearby and ordered food to be delivered. They don’t accept card even though the Visa card payment logo is prominent over the website, so we had to go and get cash out. Ordered a Shish kebab thinking it was chicken as it doesn’t state what type of meat (trading standards). It arrived took one bite and it was tough, old meat and inedible. It was lamb- which neither of us eat, and would not have ordered if we knew. The shocking bit worse than the food is the customer service... they don’t care about their customers one bit, only collecting money!! Rang the establishment to explain what had happened and they said ‘WE CANNOT RESELL YOUR KEBAB NOW AS WE DONT KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO IT’ so you will have to pay for another one. I explained what had happened that it didn’t state it was lamb on the menu and they just replied with ‘you could have rang us and asked us’ The customers are what keep a small business going and they couldn’t care less about us. Would not recommend, based on the LACK of customer care and the inedible old boot of meat they gave us.

We've used this takeaway for many years and it's never let us down. The food is delicious and always cooked fresh. It is definitely the best takeaway n little sutton! Everybody should frequent it.

My son ordered a kebab pizza and was told 40 mins. When it EVENTUALLY arrived it was stone cold!!! I called to complain as he didn’t want to. The owner was rude said his driver had knocked and “when you order a takeaway you should look out for the delivery driver”! I advised that it is not my responsibility to “look out” for a driver - they are delivering and should knock on the door!! Owner said he would investigate and call back. Suffice to say he didn’t - damn rude and obnixous owner. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! Piece of advise stay well clear! My sons hard earned cash was not well spent. 😥😥😥😥😥😥

It's good but a bit expensive and if you are on the rong side of the road then it is difficult to get to the takeaway

Preferred choice when coming home late for cheese burger and chips , has all the usual offerings , plenty of choice, they also do home delivery if you can't be bothered entering out in to the real world .... not exactly the place or food you would take a new date for a romantic meal out .... but does what it says on the tin

Good food when i ordered . only down side is you dont take card payments . Must lose alot of customers because ive wanted to order a few times when ive not had cash on me and not been able to. Chocolate calazone was the best dessert ive had from any kebab house round here and cheap. Better than the tiny slivers of cake that i got robbed 4.50 quid at tuscanno . absolutely disgusting was a quater of a quater .

Ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza tonight (22nd January) Been ill ever since with a lot of throwing up. Think I'll give this a miss next time.

Went in and ordered, sat and waited 20+ minutes for food only to get home and find some of my order missing. Also the kebab which i asked for just lettuce was full of onions which I don't like so was unable to eat. Chips were soggy and just warm as if been sat there for ages. Definitely will not be returning, over priced too no nice !!!! Sites food

decent takeaway, pizzas can sometimes be a little underdone and need a final few minutes under the grill at home before eating. Their special kebab is great.

First time of ordering and the last. Ordered a large mixed kebab on nann bread. What came was indescribable soggy pizza base with awful meat on top. How is a pizza base a nann bread. No salad either and food cold.

Cold chips and crispy donner meat, it was obviously reheated and then left out too long. Not acceptable as it was 7pm peak time, so no excuse. Will stick to hope farm in future

Ordered online 3 kebabs asked for them in naan bread 2 with chilly sauce 1 with garlic mayo. What was delivered can only be described as a flatYorkshire pudding base ( a dry pre bought cheap pizza base) with poor quality meat and all in chilly sauce. If you had no naan just call and put in pitta bread. I feel offended I was asked to pay for that substandard excuse of a meal.

Awful. Went in and waited 25 mins for a small chicken kebab and a donner meat at tea time on a Monday. Watched 4 people get served before me. One woman came in and left with a chicken kebab whilst I watched. No apology! And hubbies dinner was made ten mins before mine and has obv just been sat on the side as it was freezing when we got home. The chicken kebab was bland and mostly lettuce with scanty bit of mayo on a soggy pitta. Will be going elsewhere in future.

I ordered food at 7.15and it didn't arrive until 8.55, they had messed the order up, the food tasted horrible and they didn't even bother cutting the pizza, don't think I will bother ordering from here again, very disappointed as usually the food is lovely.

we had pizzas but they do other meals. the place was very clean and although it seemed a bit chaotic the meal was as we ordered.

I have to take my son here a couple of times a year for a takeaway kebab. Probably the best kebabs in Little Sutton. I prefer mine with the spicey sause but I'm not sure my GP would want me to eat here any more often :-)
