popped in while in the area didnt book and we were sat down very quick this is the first time we've used pizza hut and was not disappointed the staff were all very friendly and polite food was nice and hot area was clean and tidy tables were cleaned as soon as someone had finished there meal will definitely go here again if in the area many thanks

Got a delivery from this store an hour ago from Uber eats. Had to leave a review here as I couldn't find an option on the app. The sweetcorn tasted quite odd and fishy, there were pieces of the sweet corn missing in odd places so stopped eating it at that point. The pizza was a "personal size" with a vegan pepperoni option. It tasted okay but after discovering the state and taste of the sweet corn, I'm worried about the overall hygiene and food safety of the whole meal. Would not order again.

We had the buffet but the salad bar was pretty much empty and what was left wasn’t looking appetising. The Pizza was also empty and everytime a fresh pizza came out there were a number of people waiting so it went empty again very quickly. Icecream machine was also empty/not working at one point. The fact you have to scan a QR code to order made the ordering process awkward/stressful and just didn’t make it that relaxing an experience.

One of the managers were very rude, she was tall and talked very poorly to her colleagues!! I feel so sorry to who she was speaking to!

Absolutely terrible experience. Food was very poor. Service awful. Serve yourself via an app. Loud table of kids with parents allowing them to run around, constantly hands in the salad bar and messing around in the toilets. Staff didn't bat an eyelid. Disturbing other dinners experience. Sides and deserts soggy and cold. Cheesecake poor. Total waste of £74. Stomach ache from all three who ate. Avoid

The service was lovely. The young lady who helped clear the table and brought food over was so sweet however I’ve been so ill the following day. Never had such bad symptoms of sickness. Breaks my heart because wanted my children to have a lovely treat and now suffering 😭

Brilliant all you can eat deal between 11.30 and 3pm ! All you can eat, bottomless soft drinks and ice cream all for £15ish per person ! Left full up and didn't want anything to eat later that day ! Staff friendly and helpful

Not been in years. The price is unbelievable. 1 individual, 1 sharer and 1 drink was £55. Staff are nice but no table service and card only. Food was ok but not worth the money at all. I'd pay less than half of what i did. Will not be back at all.

Typical American pizza fast food restaurant - have all Hut's changed to you having to go to the desk to order?

We hadn't been to a Pizza restaurant for a long time, but this was a great experience. Food was great and staff very friendly.

Coliseum way, Cheshire Oaks, The Worst Pizza hut i have ever been to, From the Service to the quality of the food. It cost a fortune for poor quality food. It’s an absolute scandal that it costs nearly £45 for a sharing pizza, chips with 2 drinks that was cold and not even cooked properly! The food took over a hour and 20 minutes to be served. When i asked the Manager why its taking so long as its been over a hour he laughed and said No it hasn’t! I did tell him to look at the time on receipt. I don’t normally give feedback but this was a horrendous experience! Pizza Hut Never Again!!

Tried to order at the till as phone battery died. Latest scumbag of a manager rudely interrupted me and very kind and helpful girl and tried to put my order through. Scumbag Asian fella with glasses tried to throw me out for standing up to his bullying attitude. What is it with managers who think they are god's? More like a failure of life!!!. Complete scum. I took my family there . The buffet deal was great wigh pldnty to choose and staff very helpful . The problem was that the QR badge opened up on my phone once scanned i then inputted the mdnu choices which once completed sent me to the payment card section. I inputted all my card detsils and security code hit pay now and the system daud not possible to complete the transzction due to the system problems . I then had to wait at the bar area to meet up sn assistsnt who took my msnu listings znd i paid at the counter . I have no idea if the company shich now had all my detsils have since i left taken any further oaymdnts from my card which of course it is full capabld of having all the card infofmation somewhere stored inbtheir accounting system

Visited 16th Dec. All staff very friendly especially Paula. Food good and restaurant clean. Great atmosphere , not many Christmas decorations though?

All the staff in the chequered shirt had a face like I put my backside in the salad bar. My daughter who has an exemption card was told she still had the full price. Customer service was at most average.

The food is OK, but there is no table service, use the qr code which I don't like.

Everything about this place is great. The food was perfect, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was outstanding, the atmosphere was brilliant, what more could we ask for? The friendly, family atmosphere makes us want to return again and again. See you in the New Year.

Really nice but the reason why it's a four star is that some of the seats where ripped and when we sat on one of them all of the air from inside the cussion came out and made a loud air noise and when we went it was raining and when we went in there was nowhere to put our coats so we had to put them on the seats and it made the seats wet and all of our coats got damp but other than that it's really good and nice food 👍

Forgot how good a deep pan Pizza Hut pizza is. Made to feel very welcome by lovely staff. Salad bar fresh and nice, draft drinks fizzy. Kids enjoyed the ice creams. Really nice meal out with the teenagers.

Staff were lovely however the pizza was one of the worst pizzas I’ve had. We spent £43 on 2 pizzas which was so chewy and hard we couldn’t even finish them. Really disappointed.

As soon as we walked in we sensed something was off about the woman who served us at ellemesmere port Pizza Hut. She told us we’d have to wait up to 25 mins because there was no seats so I pointed some out proceeded to lie and say no I meant we are understaffed yet she let the white people after us sit down straight away she made our pizzas awful. Never will be going again, racist to Asian community even thought I’d also told her my 2 year old daughter was looking forward to eating in👎🏻

Good food and good customer service

In here now and came 10 minutes after buffet menu ended and the staff were so friendly and still let us get the deal. Food was delicious. Thank you pizza hut!

Couldn’t fault this Pizza Hut! Staff extremely friendly and attentive, ease of ordering on line and helping yourself to bottomless drinks and salad bowls is a winner for a large family. Salad option was fresh, delicious and continued to be re-filled through the evening. There is deals to be had and the Pizza was fresh, fast and loaded full of toppings followed by the nicest cheese cake I have ever tasted….We will definitely be returning soon!

The normal pizzas you can find in the supermarket have much more ingredients and taste. We ordered two sharing pizzas about 14 inches (29 pounds each) and an individual margaritha of 12 inches (11 pounds), all came with very light amount of ingredients, hence the lack of taste. The margarita was completely dry, it was the base with a very thinly disperse layer of tomato and we couldn't see or taste any cheese. Almost you could see through it. I questioned the staff if the pizza was how it should be, the answer received not only was a yes, but suggesting we didn't ordered the pizza with extra cheese. I was in shock but lesson learnt, this place will not be an option for us anymore. They said: "If you like we'll do one with extra cheese..." My expectation, having already paid, is that they would do a proper pizza, without asking. Obviously, they never came to our table asking if everything was ok, but I could see they were asking other tables... Very professional and customer orientated!

Couldn't wait to get out of this place. Choice between coke or water, warm glasses, warm coke, dirty plates, the seats were absolutely minging everyone sticking to them. Then the price of everything was extortionate, over £20 per person for a pizza that can only be described as a reused grease rag. Poor efforts from pizza hut yet still charging absolutely delusional and unreasonable prices. Breading ground for germs this place.

I can honestly say this is the worst experience I have ever had at Pizza Hut, and I’m not here to receive freebies, just giving my honest opinion! We visited as on a weekend away. We were shown quickly to our table however we was shocked from the get go… Wondering what staff are actually employed to do? First sign we saw was card payments only. Why is the legal tender of cash not accepted? As a rule we only pay by cash and do not appreciate the inability to pay by this method. On getting to the table, we were told we had to scan the code on the table and order via the app. Why? Why can somebody not take a order? It completely dehumanises and depersonalises the whole eating out experience. We had a issue ordering so I had to get up and go to get staff help anyway. Now let me tell you this is not being wrote in a grump because I will always give credit where it is due however the food we received was ok, but not worth the £50 or so we paid for it. Honestly we enjoy pizza we get from Aldi for 89p more than we did this pizza unfortunately. Nobody came to check if we was ok. However what a lovely manager did do, is ask if we was ready for our desserts when my partner was still eating and there was slices left on our plate ?? Another waitress came over after my partner had finished and asked if we was ready to which we said yes. She had to come over another time to confirm what we had. So we order via a app, choose our flavour options and we then have to still tell them what we have ordered? A complete failure of a system. Do not appreciate being forced to pay by card, and receiving a limited service. If we wanted to self serve we would have stayed at home! It’s also a little worrying when management can’t even gauge course timings. Wonder if they eat ice cream with their pizza at home? For confirmation- I did speak up when desert was pushed onto us, however due to the whole set up quite frankly we just wanted to get out and not have any fuss. Sorry but this restaurant has let us down and honestly won’t be hurrying to a Pizza Hut in the future.

Amazing service from our waitress who went above and beyond for me and my family, didn’t get her name but had glasses. The ice creams and buffet were also top tier and very reasonably priced for family

We had the weekend buffet deal which was reasonably good value all the pizza on the deck was hot an fresh all the salad bar was stocked up too. Its so easy to order and pay online with them. Ice cream machine was off but they were still serving ice cream scooped from a tub and it was just as good. 👍🏼👍🏼

We went to pizza hut for our daughters 10th birthday. We were told to scan the QR code to order and they bring plates/drinks over once your orders been processed. We had the buffet so we literally got up for food straight away, pizza was nice, quite a few choices. My daughter had the kids chicken strips & fries which she enjoyed, the kids then had ice creams which they all loved. I found it better doing the QR as when we were finished we didnt have to wait around for someone to come take payment. Over all a good experience

You don't get much for your money. I used to love pizza, but I just felt a little short-changed when it comes to portion size.

Good food, ruined by terrible and complicated app based service. This seems to be an issue killing the atmosphere and family aspect of most Pizza Huts. Many stores will allow you to order the ‘old’ way with staff but the manager of this one seems grumpy about that. I’m not sure Pizza Hut is great for families or those trying to get out and away from screens. They need to decide if this is a restaurant or fast food outlet as this approach is very confused. You can’t be charging restaurant prices (and even asking for tips prior to receiving food) then having takeaway style service.

Good service staff very friendly

We pre booked given it was a weekend which saved us queueing as we were heading to the cinema. We were seated quickly & our table ready. The table & seats however was sticky & there were still nachos on the seat, so not cleaned too thoroughly. Food was as you'd expect for a hut & the salad bar was well stocked.

The £50 deal is a good option when going in a group. We had garlic bread & fries - nice but not great portion sizes! Salad bar well stocked & a good selection of food items & dressings. We had cheese stuffed crust which incurred an extra charge but we'll worth it. I'd have liked a bit more toppings on the pizzas but they were nice overall Drinks are extra and a bit on the dear side. The desserts were also well received, but they concluded that the ice-cream factory was really nice ice-cream and it's all you can eat!

We enjoy going to pizza hut for lunch. Disappointed this time had taken grandaughter to the toilet and when we returned they had cleared the food from the table 😡 Think they should have a notice so you can leave on table to say just taking child/children to the bathroom 🚻

I’d give this place a miss if they’re busy as they really can’t cope, we ordered a takeaway pizza that was supposed to take 15 minutes but ended up taking 45 minutes but had clearly been sitting there as it was cold when we got it home, no way to ring and complain as they don’t answer their phones so head office it was with a £5 voucher deep joy I won’t be going back!!!! People waiting to be seated whilst we were waiting kept getting turned away.

Food was good, ordering for a group of 8 using the mobile is a pain in the backside would be much quicker to order the old fashioned way but staff are very reluctant to do this. The place used to be very popular but there's a lot less staff and only a few customers in, bit of a shame, enjoyed the food though!

Just awful - RIP pizza hut! It's been said in multiple reviews but just appalling. Get shown to a table and told to do your own ordering via the QR code. VERY expensive pizza for such terrible service, no atmosphere and very few customers which probably tells you everything. We left without ordering and just walked out. Salad bar looked unappetising, AVOID LIKD THE PIZZA PLAGUE!

Quite expensive. £43 for 1 adult and 2 children buffets! I remember it being a lot cheaper even just a couple of years ago. But the pizza is tasty, the salad options are tasty, and the refillable drinks is a win.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ordering through the app was not easy and very confusing. Food was good, though didn't get one of the sides until we said about it (not an issue as got to take away). Love the salad bar starter and icecream factory.

Pretty decent, had a weekend buffet for lunch. All tasted good and looked after well enough. Although they really could save us time and effort by letting us order normally...only allowing mobile ordering when your roof is made of lead don't help 😆.

The new ordering system sucks, you do it on line. If you make a mistake you can't correct it or cancel your order, you have to go to the desk for a refund that can take upto 7 days to get back. They no longer accept any vouchers or so the manager told me( lovely lady) it cost me £30 less to order a pizza hut takeaway for 5 people than it cost to order for 2 adults and a child. Not impressed with that I can tell you. Food was typical pizza hut grub tasty and filling

The buffet is a waste of time......cold pizzas with no cheese and hardly any toppings. The staff were good but that doesn't make up for the bad food .

Very friendly manager and staff, made our experience all the more enjoyable. Very warm welcome and friendly service through the entire meal. The staff were amazing with my 18 month old, they made her a very smiley toddler and it’s definitely her favourite place we’ve ever dined. Will definitely be back again with that kind of service.

Bizarrely, after a dreadful experience at another pizza place only 20 minutes earlier, we found an alternative universe when visiting Pizza Hut. Manager was on the door and when asked if he could seat a family of 6 (no booking) on a busy Sunday evening he answered "of course" with a welcoming smile, before checking we were OK to order on the app and pay by card. Before we reached our table he had joked about his day, relaxed us and had plenty of friendly words. Went out of their way for us - closed the blinds when food was coming (as noticed sun in my wife's eyes) and within 20 minutes of sitting down we all had our fresh hot meals in front of us. Tasty lasagne, crispy garlic bread, seasoned chips and of course a great selection of pizzas and drinks for all. We even had time for some birthday desserts to put the smile back on my son's face (who was celebrating his birthday!). Thank you Mr Manager and your friendly staff - you saved our Sunday 💪😍

Children's meal deal was excellent value for money

Staff were amazing and though we ordered a wrong pizza by mistake, they handled it very well. I couldn’t have asked for a better staff treatment. I regularly visit but this last visit made me appreciate the staff even more and I was very impressed. Thank you

The buffet is rubbish! Lukewarm pizza, very little choice and hardly any cheese on any of the pizzas. The ice cream station was filthy as was the floor. Avoid!!

Pizza and salad bar quality not fine. Its bread had almost no taste, garlic bread was far below average, salad bar very limited choices. Overall food was disappointing although the service was good.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered via Uber. The food left the restaurant and took 15mins tea to do a 4 minute journey. The food was cold and hard. Contacted the restaurant who did not help and just said phone Uber 🤷🏻‍♂️

Far too expensive for just a bog standard pizza

Ease of ordering with the QR code meant my hungry kids could start eating straight away. However I think due to people ordering on the QR codes it really alters the customer service ability of the members of staff as they loose that face to face quality that you need when working in a customer service environment.

Turned up for a birthday celebration and dispite booking earlier in the day there was no record of our booking we were told they would try and fit us in rather begrudgingly we were given a table. Tried to order using QR code it wouldn't work went to the counter to order was told I should us QR explained it wouldn't work and I was the only one with a phone staff member actually huffed and said he'd try and find someone to serve me service was quick only down side when we asked for spoons the server gestured with her head and said they're over there and yet again the ice cream machine was out of order there overall not our best dining our meals totalled nearly £90 came away feeling rather disappointed

Ordered 2 pizzas which were spot on with cheesy bites. There was no buffet when i went so settled for the free snack bar which in my opinion is very limited. The chips they do here r nasty and even my kids didnt touch them so ended up keaving them. Got 2 cookie doughs and again tasty but very tiny portions and again extortionate prices. Ended up spending over £55 which felt like robbery compared to other restaurants and amount of food you can get for that kind of money but i am aware its cheshire oaks an primetime location etc I have been here before in the past so should have expected it. Lovely seating area an staff r ok but I just hope they open more halal/veg option restaurants in the area as struggled to find any and always end up coming here for the worlds most expensive veggie pizza 🍕

Quality of pizza was poor, and they've changed menu so no more starters. Asked the waitress if they can bring garlic bread and fries first but said no. Shame really cos I don't know how I'm meant to eat all the food warm and in one go. Overheard one of the older waitresses saying to a customer they have 3 new starters working and was apologising for something. Whenever I worked in customer services I was always told don't use/say excuse of I'm new. Finally, I asked one of the waitresses to bring our desserts that I preorderd. About 20mins had passed so I asked another waitress. She came back after few minutes and said it isn't anywhere, and asked what I ordered so she will have it prepared now. But the manager heard about this and brought an extra free dessert which was a nice touch.

So bad, where to start. Staff lame and disinterested. Food expensive, bland and poorly made. Small portions too. Got terrible heartburn and indigestion after it. Pizza Hut has really fallen off.

I love that pizza Hut is so family friendly. My autistic son loves going there. I like that once you have ordered you can get salad, so if you're hungry you can eat while waiting for the main food.Toilets were clean. Staff were friendly.

After a morning of shopping, my husband and myself decided to visit Pizza Hut for a late lunch. We waited around 10 minutes before being shown to our table by a waitress. She pointed to the QR scanner on the table and told us to place our order via our mobile phone. Before we had chance to speak, she walked off! It should perhaps be taken into account that not everyone has a mobile phone or indeed is used to using apps. As other reviewers have mentioned, the ordering process wasn't particularly easy. But eventually I managed to order two buffets and two bottomless soft drinks. My husband went to the salad bar and a young girl came up to the table, plonked two glasses down in front of me and disappeared. Not a word was spoken. Great customer service..... not. In fact, this was the last time a member of staff acknowledged us, silently or otherwise! The choice of the buffet was very limited. Only two different kinds of pizza to choose from. The containers for the two pasta dishes were empty. These took 15 minutes to be replenished, by which time a queue had developed at the buffet station. By the time I got to the front of the queue, the containers were almost empty again! The salad bar wasn't much to write home about either. No tomatoes or onions, but plenty of brown lettuce, peppers and sultanas! The sweetcorn tasted bitter. The nachos had remnants of salad items mixed in with them, presumably dropped there by customers whilst getting their salad. Not very appealing. All in all, not a pleasant experience with a complete lack of customer service thrown in. We won't be visiting here again.

The quality and variety of Pizza was great. Absolutely delicious. The ability for the kids to have bottomless drinks was great too.
