Pizza Hut in Cheshire West and Chester

Amazing atmosphere, mo the manager went beyond and was brilliant with are kids. It's was my sons first time.here and he loved it. So big thank you too mo .

I visited Pizza Hut Cheshire Oaks with my child Wednesday at 2:47 PM. I had some trouble ordering through the barcode system, so I went to the till to place my order. Unfortunately, the staff member who assisted me didn’t come across as very welcoming. I was charged £26 for myself and my child (under 12), and later, when my child asked for ice cream, we were told it would be an additional £5. However, when I later checked the prices, I realized that the All-In Buffet for an adult and child was around the same price as what I had already paid, which left me feeling a bit confused. While the food was fine, the experience could have been better. A little more clarity on pricing and a friendlier approach from staff would have made a big difference.

Half term visit today at lunchtime....boy was it busy. BUT it was managed really effectively by the managers Mo and Tracey. I have never seen such a maelstrom of craziness be managed and cared by these two amazing people. They really made our visit great and there was never a moment when we were waiting for anything unnecessarily, whether seating or pizzas. Thanks both (and all other working there) when made it a truly memorable experience. 10/10

All good stone cold waited 2 hrs since ordering

Luckily we’d found a 2 for 1 January offer on Pizza Hut website; we mentioned this to front of house before we sat down. Staff appeared to have no knowledge of the deal…. Chose our food substituting ham for bacon on a Hawaiian pizza, which arrived with ham on it.. Sigh. After eating our table was full of used dishes and plates, which staff ignored as they walked past us. Clearly they didn’t want us to stay and order a dessert so we left. 🤷🏼‍♀️.

We ordered 3 large pizzas to be delivered an uber driver arrived with 2 small boxes of chicken wings. We called the restaurant whilst the uber driver waited and Mo the manager asked us to drive down to collect the correct order. When we declined and pointed out it was not our error Mo accused us of being aggressive, fortunately we were on loud speaker so the uber driver could hear. We were promised fresh pizzas would be made and sent asap, the pizzas did arrive quickly but the order was incorrect again. We called Mo again and asked for a refund for the 1 pizza that was incorrect, he offered us a voucher which was declined as we won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again. A complaint has been forwarded to Head office.

Food was cold. Not even a little bit warm

I ordered a pizza to be picked up at 19:40/19:45 I was at the restaurant at 19:37 it turned out it was closed. To this day I have not received the refund that the employee was supposed to arrange and the pizza. I do not recommend!!! I only lost 40 pounds

the food was a complete mess! looked like the driver had drifted his way here, unsure if it was the restaurants fault or driver but all the pizza had mushed together, the dessert had flipped upside down and the caramel leaked into the chicken wings, which didn't taste bad though

There was some issue with the order and we were told they will redo it. Went to collect the order same issue again. Went there for the third time and were accused of lying and bringing the 1st pizza back. When I spoke to manager on the phone he again told us that we were lying and brought first pizza back. Pathetic customer service.

Expected 12.15 but arrived 12.45 and pizza was cold.

Sorry to say but this is the worst pizza hut we have ever been to. Entered the restaurant a waitress called over from somewhere else in the restaurant, take a seat be with you in a minute, we found our own table. We were hoping a member would bring a menu or there would be one in the table ,no such look. Other customers entered , treated by staff, taken to seats ,told what they had to do to order. Sat there for a good 15minutes no sign of a member of staff Gave in and ordered on App. Ordered buffet. Member of staff brought glasses and told us to help ourselves. Had to sit with coats on as it was extremely cold. Went to buffet and looked at the pizza's they were all beige in colour and anaemic. Sat down to eat and soon realised why the pizzas looked as they did they were cold. The only interaction with a member of staff was when she brought the glasses and when we left We couldn't understand why a Pizza hut had only 3 small tables of customers in at 12.30 when ever where else was busy ,we soon understood why. It was dark, freezing and not very welcoming. We love Pizza hut and had gone to Cheshire Oaks for a day out and was really looking forward to trying a restaurant we hadn't been to before as where not from the area, sorry to say we won't be going to the restaurant again.

During our most recent visit, we were promptly greeted and sat at a table. Help was offered if we needed it when ordering online as we hadn't ordered like that before. The process was easy and very user friendly. The food was brought out without too much time spent waiting, but not too quickly that we couldn't finish our salads first. The three staff members we spoke to during our time at the restaurant were all lovely, very attentive and helpful. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Pizza was dead, corn on the cob was cold when you bite into it like it it’s just been taken out of the freezer and not put into the microwave long enough, chicken wings wasn’t nice. I left most of my food

All you can eat pizza. What's not to love. Sauce options limited and wait a while for new pizza to be stocked but not worth lowering rating as very happy with it.

Waitresses but no service online menus with restless hungry children took us 20mins to work it out and place it. Waitresses obviously not allowed to take orders so not there fault they where all friendly. Also card only. Just inconvenient experience overall expensive and rubbish food at a premium price. Can imagine this chain going bust soon. The whole place felt sticky dark and unwelcoming

The pizza is cold which is extremely disappointing considering we live less than a mile away from store.

We booked a table of 20 for a birthday party on a Saturday lunch time. Everything was well organised and prompt, food was great and lovely service by Mo who was very attentive and friendly.

Stayed open for us as a family of 5, food hit the spot and kids loved the ice cream factory! 100% recommend!

1 of my share pizzas was a smal. it said bundle for 4 not a chance more like bundle for 2, 3 at a push

We finally got the pizzas delivered cold but no one looked at our notes so we got the wrong thing, also we were given the wrong desserts too. Had to go back out to get the right pizza after paying for a delivery and I couldn’t enjoy my food as had to go out and the correct order and then warm everything up again. Be careful when making notes about your order because they don’t read them.

Just had a lovely birthday tea for my son. I brought my own cake and they were extremely accommodating and kind. Thanks so much!

What can I say. We came up to Cheshire oaks for a bit of retail therapy from Wales. We decided to have something to eat in Pizza Hut at Cheshire Oaks. We had a lovely meal . Everything was cooked to perfection and the service was great. The manager who I believe was named Tracey was so pleasant and made us feel very welcome. If we travel up from Sth Wales again we'll definitely come back for another visit. A flagship branch. Well done everyone.

Awful experience. We found plastic in our potato salad from the buffet and the manager could not care less. She was belittling and rude to us, implying we would go so far as putting the plastic in the food ourselves. This was not a small piece of plastic but the size of a 2p piece, which is incredibly dangerous as it was sharp also. She also did not remove the potato salad from the salad bar. Her customer service was dreadful. The only positive was the gentleman serving us, who was incredibly polite and apolgetic and would have made a better manager.

I would have given a higher rating had the manager who greeted us had better customer service skills. Her manner was brusque and condescending and she proceeded to lie about certain tables that we would have preferred saying they weren’t available when it transpired that they were. The food itself was decent and other younger waitresses were pleasant and the organisation was reasonably good given it was school holidays. They just need a manager who doesn’t seem to resent customers!!

Shocking !pizza arrived stone cold . Also did not get my bottle of coke. I had a disgusting pizza it was disgusting. I have had take out and that too was a pizza but it arrived cold missing items and the pizza smelt bad I mean really bad. I'm sure it had been tampered with as one bite and I gagged to vomit it taste like petrol smelt like human poo mixed with petrol. Threw in bin was ill with stomach pains could not eat aga. Was neve refunded they didn't care . Never ever order it hi there again . Disgusting food .

This is the second time we've received burnt cold food and after complaning to the manager there receiving a non plussed response of it being hot when it came out of the kitchen! The children's food was served on a hot and I mean hot plate and when we commented on the adults being cold and the children's being so hot we have had to transfer it to salad bowls that we went and got ourselves, we were told by the manager that it will cool down! The price when you compare the the quality and lack of service, you'd be better off ordering from Dominoes and enjoying it in your own house.

Such a great place. The staff were very friendly, kind and polite. The salad bar/pizzas were really tasty and the kids enjoyed the ice cream. Will definitly visit again.

Always a good place to go for a pizza around Chester. The service is quick and the QR code new technology can speed things up if you like. No pictures I'm afraid but the chicken wings and a small pizza deal works out for me every time.😋 Personally I like pizza's pepperoni or farmhouse. Yeh canny beat it.

We came in Sunday 28th June 2024 with a baby and an 8 year old, and we were seated quickly, staff were fantastic, the manager mo in particular. A great experience! Well done all!

Went for lunch with my family, all food had to be ordered using there app, bit complicated to use ,pointed this out to the staff but to our surprise didn't offer any help

What a waste of more during buffet, only choice of four pizza and two flavoured pasta. Then while I was there only four pizza on the buffet. Its a joke of a place. Stick to normal menu. Only positive was young female server was very polite and helpful.

Overall not too bad I guess, salad bar not as good but ok, my biggest issue is the fact that staff don’t take your order… you told you have to scan the QR code located on the table. This then asks if you want to leave a tip 😂 for what ? It used to be good value for money but I don’t think it is anymore, the kids enjoyed it that’s all that matters I guess.

The place is absolutely horrid as I use to work there and the way they treat their staff is disgusting even when I first ate their is disgusting I saw a BUG on my table just crawling?! And you think that’s a good restaurant do me a favour it’s not worth it

Took 1h 30m to get here. Fries were soggy and cold, chicken was cold, pizza looked like it had been under a heater too long and was dry and cold. Also the ice cream on the dessert was missing. I know this is just another order for you guys but this is a rare treat for families, and it's dissapointing when it's poor quality.

Polite staff, no table service. £20 for a 9inch pizza, a 'classic' side and a drink. This is considered a 'deal'?!?! What an insult to the customer, we didn't know the pizza would have been as small as it was. We got given a full refund and didn't touch the food. The free salad bar is a shadow of its former self, with the pastas no longer available. To me, an 'individual' 9 inch pizza costing up to £18 is not an adult meal but a children's meal. I genuinely feel sorry for the families and children who eat here and get ripped off. Pizza Hut used to be so good, cheap and cheerful and good quality pizza. What an embarrassment.

I thought the french and German pizza huts are a catastrophe but this sad joke really takes the cake, food overprized, barely any flavour, ice machines broken to mc donalds level of hilarious.

I can't fault the front of house staff and the service, they were lovely and helpful. There were quite a bit of food and drink items that were unavailable. The pizza itself was not particularly nice and, in my opinion, slightly underdone.

My order was half a hour late and when it eventually turned up at the door it was freezing cold

The dining experience was unsatisfactory. The pizza was acceptable, but other aspects of the visit were below standard. The staff exhibited a lack of attention, the salad bar was in a state of disarray, and the beverages from the drink machine had an unpleasant taste, possibly due to contamination from cleaning agents. Additionally, the floor of the male restroom was covered in urine, and while a wet floor sign was present, a prompt cleaning would have been more appropriate. The dessert arrived cold after a significant delay and multiple reminders to the staff. This experience deviates from the positive recollections I have of Pizza Hut.

2 of the 3 pizzas were completely squashed with all the toppings off and all over the box, looked like they'd been sat on and thrown around like Frisbee.

1st visit: My son loved it and that's all that matters to me 🍕 😀 2nd visit: Update: 22/10/2023......Manager with white hair, I think Tracey unless hat was a lie had the most aweful attitude. Pure heart of stone and should not be any where near a children's party......Not customer service material and I pity the great ground staff having to work under her 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 3rd visit: Have it a 3rd chance I order to give my boys a Christmas dinner with a difference , of their favourite food . Tried to order at the till as phone battery died. Latest scumbag of a manager rudely interrupted me and very kind and helpful girl and tried to put my order through. Scumbag Asian fella with glasses tried to throw me out for standing up to his bullying attitude. What is it with managers who think they are god's? More like a failure of life!!!. Complete scum. Service staff lovely and helpful but the prices are beyond ridiculous. The thin crust is wafer thin, with toppings sparce and the small portions of fries cost about the same as two large portions of chippy chips. Our son has autism and it was his choice for his birthday tea, so there was no way we'd have walked out. We spent a fortune for 3 meals and still had to stop off at a shop on the way home cos nobody was even slightly satisfied.

Delivery time change more than 3 times. The pizzas were stone cold and the small amount of chips & halloumi fries we did get were uncooked, hard and freezing cold. Disgusting. Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut Cheshire Oaks ever again!

Mohamed was amazing! He was so attentive and really looked after us. We were greeted with such a warm welcome from him and he made sure we had everything we needed during our meal. 10/10 Thank you Mo!

Got a delivery from this store an hour ago from Uber eats. Had to leave a review here as I couldn't find an option on the app. The sweetcorn tasted quite odd and fishy, there were pieces of the sweet corn missing in odd places so stopped eating it at that point. The pizza was a "personal size" with a vegan pepperoni option. It tasted okay but after discovering the state and taste of the sweet corn, I'm worried about the overall hygiene and food safety of the whole meal. Would not order again.

We had the buffet but the salad bar was pretty much empty and what was left wasn’t looking appetising. The Pizza was also empty and everytime a fresh pizza came out there were a number of people waiting so it went empty again very quickly. Icecream machine was also empty/not working at one point. The fact you have to scan a QR code to order made the ordering process awkward/stressful and just didn’t make it that relaxing an experience.

One of the managers were very rude, she was tall and talked very poorly to her colleagues!! I feel so sorry to who she was speaking to!

Absolutely terrible experience. Food was very poor. Service awful. Serve yourself via an app. Loud table of kids with parents allowing them to run around, constantly hands in the salad bar and messing around in the toilets. Staff didn't bat an eyelid. Disturbing other dinners experience. Sides and deserts soggy and cold. Cheesecake poor. Total waste of £74. Stomach ache from all three who ate. Avoid

Terrible food would like refund

The service was lovely. The young lady who helped clear the table and brought food over was so sweet however I’ve been so ill the following day. Never had such bad symptoms of sickness. Breaks my heart because wanted my children to have a lovely treat and now suffering 😭

Missing items and nearly an hour late

Brilliant all you can eat deal between 11.30 and 3pm ! All you can eat, bottomless soft drinks and ice cream all for £15ish per person ! Left full up and didn't want anything to eat later that day ! Staff friendly and helpful

Not been in years. The price is unbelievable. 1 individual, 1 sharer and 1 drink was £55. Staff are nice but no table service and card only. Food was ok but not worth the money at all. I'd pay less than half of what i did. Will not be back at all.

Coliseum way, Cheshire Oaks, The Worst Pizza hut i have ever been to, From the Service to the quality of the food. It cost a fortune for poor quality food. It’s an absolute scandal that it costs nearly £45 for a sharing pizza, chips with 2 drinks that was cold and not even cooked properly! The food took over a hour and 20 minutes to be served. When i asked the Manager why its taking so long as its been over a hour he laughed and said No it hasn’t! I did tell him to look at the time on receipt. I don’t normally give feedback but this was a horrendous experience! Pizza Hut Never Again!!

I took my family there . The buffet deal was great wigh pldnty to choose and staff very helpful . The problem was that the QR badge opened up on my phone once scanned i then inputted the mdnu choices which once completed sent me to the payment card section. I inputted all my card detsils and security code hit pay now and the system daud not possible to complete the transzction due to the system problems . I then had to wait at the bar area to meet up sn assistsnt who took my msnu listings znd i paid at the counter . I have no idea if the company shich now had all my detsils have since i left taken any further oaymdnts from my card which of course it is full capabld of having all the card infofmation somewhere stored inbtheir accounting system

Visited 16th Dec. All staff very friendly especially Paula. Food good and restaurant clean. Great atmosphere , not many Christmas decorations though?

All the staff in the chequered shirt had a face like I put my backside in the salad bar. My daughter who has an exemption card was told she still had the full price. Customer service was at most average.

The food is OK, but there is no table service, use the qr code which I don't like.

Everything about this place is great. The food was perfect, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was outstanding, the atmosphere was brilliant, what more could we ask for? The friendly, family atmosphere makes us want to return again and again. See you in the New Year.
