Domino's Pizza in Cheshire West and Chester

Super helpful staff and great food, we made a mistake with our order and the staff where so helpful helping us to correct it.

This isn't our local dominoes, however, we were passing so-called in. This dominoes is the cleanest I've been, the staff so friendly and lovely. Especially Dave the manager. The pizza was fresh and tasty. We will definatly be back if we are in the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I know times are hard and businesses have to cut costs but a topping on a pizza is the important bit... well not at Domino's Neston it isn't. We've ordered Domino's many times in the past for a family treat but the last two orders in October and November have been simply shocking. The Pizza's have turned up with about 2-3 inches of bare pizza base all the way around the edge.. I'd say nearly 50% of the pizzas had no topping and that was thin at best. We gave them the benefit of the doubt first time... trainee maybe.. and even raised it with the local branch but next time we ordered same thing... and it seems to be a common theme from this branch of Domino's, just look at their review stats ! We've taken our business to the neighbouring Pizza restaurant who are MUCH better, and cheaper too.

The most shocking service ordered online had to travel to shop to fix the order. The manager who served me tonight should be as far away from customers or people. You will run out of customers.

Good pizzas. All dominos taste the same Pretty much. Good food. Costumer service is awful. Dump your food on door step ring the bell and no waiting to see if anyone has answered they have gone. No sign of anyone. (Social distancing means stand back wait for costumer to answer the door.) What if door bell doesn’t work. Your pizza was sitting in rain getting cold. One of there delivery drivers is a awful driver around the Neston area swearing at people. If I see you I will be having a word. Much room for improvement. You need some training for your delivery drivers it’s not rocket science your delivering pizzas

Ordered 3 pizzas for collection for the family to sit down together. Arrived home to find the veggie pizza was chicken. Rang store, no apology but offered to recook pizza. Explained the other pizzas will be cold by the time I return to collect and was advised we would be refunded. On the way back to collect I rang to clarify that the whole order was being re cooked and not just the incorrect one. Apparently it wasn't and if I wanted this I needed to return home and bring back the original pizzas! When I voiced my upset at not being told this in the first call and that I was enroute now but that seemed inconsequential. Explaining how unhappy I was with an error they had made, it seems voicing upset was seen as abusive and the order cancelled by dominos. I returned to the store to see the manager in person but was met with being shouted ar and told 'good luck with a complaint' with an arrogant smile. When you charge what dominos do, a bit of professionalism and customer service or just reasonable behaviour would be expected. Maybe dominos have missed out on staff training during covid. Selbys pizza next door recovered the evening - dominos have lost me for good .

I ordered a delivery 4 hrs before I neede it. It arrived 40 minutes late after a phonecall and cold.

Very hit and miss about the accuracy of food. Twice orders have been lacking in all the ingredients. Ordered an American hot.....no Pepperoni or jalapeños when delivered. I think the independent Selby’s next door makes much nicer Pizza’s with lots of toppings.

It's true - you get what you pay for. Offers such as Two for Tuesday are very worthwhile as the food is delicious. However - the customer service is even better!! They go the extra mile to make sure your experience with them is amazing - and it is. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you .

Everyone knows that Dominos in the UK is not cheap fast food......however, their customer service is beyond exceptional. The food is good, and it is delivered HOT!!! Buy pizzas on a Tuesday and their prices are comparable with any pizza or kebab house. Neston Domino’s are well worthy of the 5 stars I have given them.
