Cheshire Kebab in Cheshire West and Chester - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

So took approx 2.5 hours for a delivery this evening. All down to an Uber Eats glitch and the food going to a pub of all places rather than my house. Three calls to the shop, each professionally answered. The order did arrive approx. 2 hours after ordering but only half the order. The shop had their driver back at the house within 10 minutes. Their driver was professional and tipped twice. Never had problems with this kebab shop and even when things go very wrong, they have (at least for us as customers) got them back right. Next up, Uber Eats. Navigate to the App, my account and cancel Uber One subscription. The customer services team there were hopeless and am not rewarding uber with a £60 a year subscription when they are too often, too poor.

Delivery driver was a nice guy, but honestly I couldn’t eat the food. I don’t understand how chicken kebab tasted like Indian curry. Nope 👎

Could do with more than the garnish of salad with the kebabs.

delicious! it was thin fries rather than chippy chips, but they had a good texture. everything was well made and delivered

Very disappointed in quality of food. Calzone was basically pizza dough. Hardly any donner meat inside. Chilli sauce tasted like perfume. Regular chicken kebab was 4 small chunks of chicken, about 7 strands of lettuce and the pitta was extremely soggy. Won’t be ordering again.

You burnt the chicken again so I couldn’t eat it it was awful as someone who has ordered quite a lot from you I am getting to the point where I will go somewhere else that’s three times in a row you’ve burnt the chicken it tastes awful

Ordered a large doner meat and chips. I got 7 pieces of meat…7!!! And they charge you £9 for the experience. No thanks lads.

It’s so expensive the meat just a few bites the salad is horrible just pieces of cabbage and ma lot of onions never again

Food was early however! Food was cold! Ordered a Donner pizza which I have ordered from other kabab houses before aswell, but from this place was literally just shoved in the box ontop of the pizza like they forgot to put Donner meat ontop! Never experienced anything like it! Normally from kabab houses come with bad sauce, toppings and cheese ontop, however, me & my friend was left speechless from what look like my 7yr old daughter had made!

donna meat x2 was stone cold and so was the garlic bread unable to heat up as had mayo on very disappointed

food arrived, was a complete different order, driver was amazing and realised and took the food back, went back to get the order again, it arrived and food was freezing cold

Goat of takeaways around here. Foods consistently nice and never had any issues whatsoever. Staff also very friendly too.

I had gone off kebabs as they are always dry and horrible as I like kofte , I have to say this kebab was neither dry or horrible and great value for money with the 40% off over £25 . Well done keep up the hard work .

I’ve ordered many times from you spent a lot of money in your takeaway this doesn’t mean you can get complacent and think you can chuck any quality of food in a box and it be acceptable our chicken was burnt and the pitta breads were stale and uncooked it was inedible very disappointing only thing we could eat was the chips £20 inc delivery etc for some chips is a joke I’ll think again before I order again unless you place a discount on my next purchase

Will never order from here again. Chips are terrible, undercooked and soggy. To put the cherry on top they missed our calzone off the order. When i called them the man was rude and said he would send out with another driver when he could. 15-20 mins later the same driver turned up and delivered the calzone. He’d obviously forgot to give it me with the original order, it was stone cold and the chicken was cheap rubbish. Terrible service

I ask for a pain beef burger with salad and when the order arrived it was a cheese burger

love the food from this place usually. However this order was underwhelming. Kebab came in wholemeal pitta whereas it is usually white. There wasnt much meat and the only salad was a tiny few shreds of lettuce and tomato. Chips were nice and crisp and hot.

Bunch of incompetent clowns who don't wish to process phone orders. I appreciate that these Kurdish people only want to forward their profits back to Kurdistan and then leave the UK, but I wish to receive a decent level of service in the interim. I now order from Sammy's and find the service more acceptable

Usually this kebab house is spot on but tonight I had issues. and the order was sent to the wrong address. So I phoned up to complain and I spoke to the delivery driver and he assured me it was delivered to me (wasn't delivered to me). So they remade the order and when it finally arrived it was getting cold. They said it was a new delivery driver who doesn't know the areas very well. And I had to meet him half way down the road to be told that's where he delivered the original order. Just be cautious when ordering.

Driver was ‘on his way’ for 25 minutes - ordered only lettuce on one kebab, come full of onion and tomatoes. Ordered no salad on other kebab, come with salad. Food was just about warm.

Charge you for free garlic bread pizza

Ordered food and one of the kebabs came with hot chilli sauce which the person can’t eat for medical reasons, so we phoned up and they kicked off saying “you really want us to send a driver out for 1 kebab” so we put the phone down and someone called them back saying we want a new kebab and they sent one with moldy cheese, absolutely disgusting service

They put mouldy cheese on my food after getting it wrong and shouted at me down the phone because of a mistake they made

I am lost for words & wander how a takeaway serving such bad food is still operating. Pepperoni pizza was burnt on the top and undercooked on the bottom?? Cheesy fries were soggy, the popcorn chicken was the only edible item with no flavour! This is by far the worst takeaway I have ever had in my life to top it off the delivery driver gave my order to somebody else and only by luck I was able to retrieve it!!! I would stay clear of this takeaway at all costs.*** AVOID AVOID AVOID ****

All would be good apart driver not have any change to give back as he said they not give him any money what is a joke! First time happend to me that was looks like I have to give a tip to driver when I already paid for delivery. So upset this time

Ordered from Cheshire kebab a number of times and it’s always been amazing, however tonight was a disappointment arrived around 10/15 mins late and was cold, also the wrap/pitta was rock hard around the edges so I ended up leaving half of it and just eating the chicken on its own Hopefully it’s was just a one off and next time it will be better
