Previous orders were absolutely spot on!! Food was piping hot, and tasted good!! I ordered tonight and the food was burnt/ well over cooked and when it arrived it was cold and rock hard!! Not even the kids touched it!! Not sure if I’ll order again as it’s abit hit and miss with food!!

Beautiful kebab meat was thick and long. No crapy bits. Garlic sauce is lush

Went in 5/2/25 ordered 2 pieces lemon chicken, the grill the guy was using was covered in black soot and desperately needed scraping clean. He didn't scrape the grill clean before putting my already PRE COOKED chicken on it. Meant the chicken had all black soot on from the dirty grill. Top it off guy then started cooking RAW CHICKEN pieces right next to COOKED CHICKEN where the RAW chicken was touching the COOKED chicken. When I witnessed this I cancelled my order. I explained to the guy the reason why he didn't see anything wrong and didnt care. The guy was very rude he didn't apologise and just thru my money back at me. The guy then put the same 2 pieces cooked chicken in a box ready to give to who ever ordered lemon chicken. Absolutely Shocking !! Makes you wander what else they do with the food in there and what they giving you that you've not seen them cook. Be very careful they cook. COOKED CHICKEN with RAW CHICKEN!! where cooked and raw is touching each other, says it all just as well I saw this myself.

Freezing cold when delivered Cheesy garlic was burnt to a crisp Never again will I order from here Phoned up to tell them it was freezing and was told there's nothing they can do but I can pay half price and they will send me another one.ha ha Absoulte joke if a take away do not use these ever

Food was ok, but visited the shop last week, and stood there for 5 minutes, and the staff in there completely ignored me!!! There was only 1 other person in the shop at the time, who had already been served, and was eating his food. I walked out !!!

I went in there last night. Stood there for 5 minutes, and not one member of staff spoke to me!!! The was only one other customer in there, who had already been served, and was sitting down with their food. They cannot use the excuse of being busy!!! I walked out in disgust!!!

only good thing about that experience was the politeness of the driver everything else was a mess portion was tiny meat was over cooked burnt and tough and had a strange taste to it ,order notes wernt followed didn't even eat it left it outside for the fox's waste of money won't be returning shame this used to be my go to for kebabs proper gone down hill

I was so nervous ordering this kebab calzone. I actually passed by a store near my home, but their delivery payment method was questionable so I thought I’d try this place, and thankfully it didn’t disappoint. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The fries was generous and very tasty too(it’s hard to beat McDonald’s chips by taste but this one came close!) thank you for the fresh food, it is tasty and the filling was generous too, I will order and recommend!

Calzone was supposed to be a meat feast, more like meat famine with small cubes off chicken pieces. £11 pound for a bit of spicy dough.

Didn’t enjoy my meal my pitta bread was soggy and it didn’t taste good at all it seems a bit hit and miss lately we do general enjoy your food but it would be great if the chips were cooked a bit longer and the meat wasn’t burnt

Don’t even bother ordering the kebabs. Charged me £20 quid for 4 pieces of meat, soggy chips and soggy pitta. Absolutely abysmal. Tried to ring them to ask because their food in the past was top notch. But I got told that’s normal. Don’t even waste ye money not worth it.

Ordered for delivery at 2030, which was confirmed by Cheshire Kebab, got to 2040 then I noticed the 2030 delivery time had changed to 2100, they didn’t inform me, I found out by going to help page. The food eventually came at 2116… just over 45 mins late, I had a previous experience were it was 1.5 hours late with wrong items delivered. Cheshire Kebab have now lost me as a customer, great food, poor service/delivery. I have had no replies from them previously

The peri peri chicken is great, juicy and perfectly cooked. The lemon and herb is delicious, the mild got a big thumbs up from my son aswell. Pricing is unbelievable too £15 for a whole chicken!!! My new favourite place for food and far better for you then KFC and the like.

Not much filling on the calzone and no seasoning on the chicken which left it a bit flavourless

Ordered chicken kebab deal, chicken was dry and chips were missing, also ordered burger meal deal asked for salad and sauce was swimming in saice and the salad was literally 2 pieces of tomoato a few strands of lettuce and a small amount of onion.

Ive just realised why I stopped using them. Total farce every time I've orderd. No tomato base on a calzone, it's a folded pizza they do not have garlic butter as a base. They missed my wife's chicken kebab and the free garlic bread. I called they did redeliver the missed kebab but left the free garlic bread with cheese. We all ended up eating different times. The food was cold and not really nice. Not what I expect on a 50 quid order. Save your money and use someone else. Sort your selves out Cheshire Kebab

Came without my chips and it said mr whippy but was normal ice cream, if I knew that I wouldn’t have ordered it

Ordered twice now both times been disappointed Last time pizzas were cold phoned and was told they would replace for me Wrote on order about replacement pizzas and didn’t get any! Tried to call with no answer for over an hour Never will be ordering again

Food was 30 mins late food was stone cold (not restaurant fault) two men talking outside my gate laughing about food was cold then he asked if I was waiting for food said back in a min sent his wife or girlfriend in to drop food off she said we kept going past could t find house As im a regular I find that very hard to believe

Ordered and paid for a dinner and chicken canzone with a garlic sauce base. Got a large as there were 4 of us, we all had a piece and realised there was no chicken in it. Also, for some reason all the sauce was on the little pieces round the edge, the big slices were really dry, there was hardly any garlic sauce on it. Phoned to complain and never have I had such terrible customer service. The man could barely understand us, we tried to explain, he started shouting down the phone, offered to give us something next time. We declined and stated we won't be returning to which his response was sorry about that and then he slammed the phone down. Will never order from here ever again.

I always have items missing, love the food but they are more concerned about getting the food out and not completing the full order. I have my orders delivered then I'm having to call back because I'm missing stuff, multiple times this has happened now. I give them the benefit of the doubt all the time but it's just consistently poor service that needs to be sorted out.

First time order from here, very pleased with quality and price.

Ordered kebab and was covered in chilli sauce not garlic mayo as ordered. Ordered pizza too and it was really awful undercooked and chewy base. This shop was really good but has gone down hill! Previously had missing items like drinks and a promise of missing items following on are not true. We are Avoiding this establishment from now.

So took approx 2.5 hours for a delivery this evening. All down to an Uber Eats glitch and the food going to a pub of all places rather than my house. Three calls to the shop, each professionally answered. The order did arrive approx. 2 hours after ordering but only half the order. The shop had their driver back at the house within 10 minutes. Their driver was professional and tipped twice. Never had problems with this kebab shop and even when things go very wrong, they have (at least for us as customers) got them back right. Next up, Uber Eats. Navigate to the App, my account and cancel Uber One subscription. The customer services team there were hopeless and am not rewarding uber with a £60 a year subscription when they are too often, too poor.
