only good thing about that experience was the politeness of the driver everything else was a mess portion was tiny meat was over cooked burnt and tough and had a strange taste to it ,order notes wernt followed didn't even eat it left it outside for the fox's waste of money won't be returning shame this used to be my go to for kebabs proper gone down hill

I was so nervous ordering this kebab calzone. I actually passed by a store near my home, but their delivery payment method was questionable so I thought I’d try this place, and thankfully it didn’t disappoint. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The fries was generous and very tasty too(it’s hard to beat McDonald’s chips by taste but this one came close!) thank you for the fresh food, it is tasty and the filling was generous too, I will order and recommend!

Calzone was supposed to be a meat feast, more like meat famine with small cubes off chicken pieces. £11 pound for a bit of spicy dough.

Didn’t enjoy my meal my pitta bread was soggy and it didn’t taste good at all it seems a bit hit and miss lately we do general enjoy your food but it would be great if the chips were cooked a bit longer and the meat wasn’t burnt

Don’t even bother ordering the kebabs. Charged me £20 quid for 4 pieces of meat, soggy chips and soggy pitta. Absolutely abysmal. Tried to ring them to ask because their food in the past was top notch. But I got told that’s normal. Don’t even waste ye money not worth it.

Ordered for delivery at 2030, which was confirmed by Cheshire Kebab, got to 2040 then I noticed the 2030 delivery time had changed to 2100, they didn’t inform me, I found out by going to help page. The food eventually came at 2116… just over 45 mins late, I had a previous experience were it was 1.5 hours late with wrong items delivered. Cheshire Kebab have now lost me as a customer, great food, poor service/delivery. I have had no replies from them previously

The peri peri chicken is great, juicy and perfectly cooked. The lemon and herb is delicious, the mild got a big thumbs up from my son aswell. Pricing is unbelievable too £15 for a whole chicken!!! My new favourite place for food and far better for you then KFC and the like.

Not much filling on the calzone and no seasoning on the chicken which left it a bit flavourless

Ordered chicken kebab deal, chicken was dry and chips were missing, also ordered burger meal deal asked for salad and sauce was swimming in saice and the salad was literally 2 pieces of tomoato a few strands of lettuce and a small amount of onion.

Ive just realised why I stopped using them. Total farce every time I've orderd. No tomato base on a calzone, it's a folded pizza they do not have garlic butter as a base. They missed my wife's chicken kebab and the free garlic bread. I called they did redeliver the missed kebab but left the free garlic bread with cheese. We all ended up eating different times. The food was cold and not really nice. Not what I expect on a 50 quid order. Save your money and use someone else. Sort your selves out Cheshire Kebab

Food was 30 mins late food was stone cold (not restaurant fault) two men talking outside my gate laughing about food was cold then he asked if I was waiting for food said back in a min sent his wife or girlfriend in to drop food off she said we kept going past could t find house As im a regular I find that very hard to believe

Ordered twice now both times been disappointed Last time pizzas were cold phoned and was told they would replace for me Wrote on order about replacement pizzas and didn’t get any! Tried to call with no answer for over an hour Never will be ordering again

Collection easy, pizzas nice ..but they provided chips instead of cheese on chips

Ordered and paid for a dinner and chicken canzone with a garlic sauce base. Got a large as there were 4 of us, we all had a piece and realised there was no chicken in it. Also, for some reason all the sauce was on the little pieces round the edge, the big slices were really dry, there was hardly any garlic sauce on it. Phoned to complain and never have I had such terrible customer service. The man could barely understand us, we tried to explain, he started shouting down the phone, offered to give us something next time. We declined and stated we won't be returning to which his response was sorry about that and then he slammed the phone down. Will never order from here ever again.

I always have items missing, love the food but they are more concerned about getting the food out and not completing the full order. I have my orders delivered then I'm having to call back because I'm missing stuff, multiple times this has happened now. I give them the benefit of the doubt all the time but it's just consistently poor service that needs to be sorted out.

Order was an hour late, told it was out for delivery twice but both times were 25 minutes apart; food came freezing cold and just overall looked horrible and under cooked. Would not order again

An hour and half for fast food is disgraceful

the order was over 2 hours late and items were missing, the Restaurant was very apologetic and even came back with the missing items, it's just a shame that the food was so late as it was cold but I have ordered from them before with no issues and the food has always been nice up until today

Always fresh and super fast delivery … the peri peri chicken is delicious and better than Nando’s … also the garlic chicken & mushroom Calzone … so tasty and not greasy at all … our new fave 😊

Ordered kebab and was covered in chilli sauce not garlic mayo as ordered. Ordered pizza too and it was really awful undercooked and chewy base. This shop was really good but has gone down hill! Previously had missing items like drinks and a promise of missing items following on are not true. We are Avoiding this establishment from now.

So took approx 2.5 hours for a delivery this evening. All down to an Uber Eats glitch and the food going to a pub of all places rather than my house. Three calls to the shop, each professionally answered. The order did arrive approx. 2 hours after ordering but only half the order. The shop had their driver back at the house within 10 minutes. Their driver was professional and tipped twice. Never had problems with this kebab shop and even when things go very wrong, they have (at least for us as customers) got them back right. Next up, Uber Eats. Navigate to the App, my account and cancel Uber One subscription. The customer services team there were hopeless and am not rewarding uber with a £60 a year subscription when they are too often, too poor.

Delivery driver was a nice guy, but honestly I couldn’t eat the food. I don’t understand how chicken kebab tasted like Indian curry. Nope 👎

Very disappointed in quality of food. Calzone was basically pizza dough. Hardly any donner meat inside. Chilli sauce tasted like perfume. Regular chicken kebab was 4 small chunks of chicken, about 7 strands of lettuce and the pitta was extremely soggy. Won’t be ordering again.

You burnt the chicken again so I couldn’t eat it it was awful as someone who has ordered quite a lot from you I am getting to the point where I will go somewhere else that’s three times in a row you’ve burnt the chicken it tastes awful

Ordered a large doner meat and chips. I got 7 pieces of meat…7!!! And they charge you £9 for the experience. No thanks lads.

It’s so expensive the meat just a few bites the salad is horrible just pieces of cabbage and ma lot of onions never again

Food was early however! Food was cold! Ordered a Donner pizza which I have ordered from other kabab houses before aswell, but from this place was literally just shoved in the box ontop of the pizza like they forgot to put Donner meat ontop! Never experienced anything like it! Normally from kabab houses come with bad sauce, toppings and cheese ontop, however, me & my friend was left speechless from what look like my 7yr old daughter had made!

I had gone off kebabs as they are always dry and horrible as I like kofte , I have to say this kebab was neither dry or horrible and great value for money with the 40% off over £25 . Well done keep up the hard work .

I’ve ordered many times from you spent a lot of money in your takeaway this doesn’t mean you can get complacent and think you can chuck any quality of food in a box and it be acceptable our chicken was burnt and the pitta breads were stale and uncooked it was inedible very disappointing only thing we could eat was the chips £20 inc delivery etc for some chips is a joke I’ll think again before I order again unless you place a discount on my next purchase

Will never order from here again. Chips are terrible, undercooked and soggy. To put the cherry on top they missed our calzone off the order. When i called them the man was rude and said he would send out with another driver when he could. 15-20 mins later the same driver turned up and delivered the calzone. He’d obviously forgot to give it me with the original order, it was stone cold and the chicken was cheap rubbish. Terrible service

I ask for a pain beef burger with salad and when the order arrived it was a cheese burger

love the food from this place usually. However this order was underwhelming. Kebab came in wholemeal pitta whereas it is usually white. There wasnt much meat and the only salad was a tiny few shreds of lettuce and tomato. Chips were nice and crisp and hot.
