Fantastic value, arrived hot, excellent quality food and delivered with a smile. This was the best home delivered food that we have ever had! Compliments to everyone at Flames.

Best kebab shop in North Wales, food is always top quality, tasty and hot. Will always use them when a takeaway is needed on our night shifts. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Food was banging. Naan bread was really tasty - I don’t know why pita bread exists.

The food tasted great and the portion size was fantastic. However, a couple of hours after eating from here I have become unwell. Which is a shame as it really did taste amazing. But I won’t be ordering from here again.

the only reason I gave a 4 is due to the milkshake. i ordered a Ferrero Rocher one and it never tested anything like it. the food was absolutely lovely and I will order again. I just wanted to leave feedback on the milkshake. so maybe you can add more ingredients to it. I took one sip out of it and it just tasted like milk. there wasn't any thickness either like some milkshakes I've had. I hope to try them again soon. to see If they've been changed.

we ordered mixed kebab was more than enough for 2 people. quality was superb, each with its own flavour and taste. nann bread was fresh and salad a generous size portion. sauce was tasty and a good size ( we order x 2) will definitely order again soon. Nice Friday night, would recommend.

The chips were like cardboard and the food was cold the delivery driver was impatient and rude not allowing me time to get to the delivery point on the caravan park

Oh mate you’ve let me down this time ! Really poor, small portions, hardy any salad and no extra pickles as requested. And it’s stone cold. NOT GOOD

The pizza toppings were not on the pizza but to one side of the box, as if they'd been transported on their side. It's not a complaint as the pizza was as lovely as ever when we put it back on. Just an observation.

Food was freezing cold, arrived 25 minutes after being told the food had arrived and phone up 2 time to see where my food is and the customer service was appalling

Chips was a bit hard like they was cooked a little to long and asked for garlic mayo on my donner kebab and had nothing on it so was to dry for me to eat so had two mouthfuls and binned it

Food is always great but they ALWAYS miss off our naan/pita...... maybe they know I'm supposed to be on a diet 🤣

Phoned Flames when our dinner didn't turn up as promised. They said driver claimed he rang bell and we didn't answer - obviously we'd have answered as we were hungry. No phone call either. Told me driver just left food outside front door, when we retrieved it was stone cold and next doors cat was trying to get in to the bag. Food would have been fine had it not gone cold - had to reheat in the microwave. Not acceptable.

The food at Flames is outstanding, their commitment to quality is beyond reproach. The staff are always welcoming and always have a smile to great you, even when they are swept of their feet with delivery orders. It is enjoyable and entertaining watching the staff complete order after order like a well oiled machine or well performed ballet. Poetry in motion. And the food is well worth the wait

My order was confirmed and said “delivered” on the just eat app. Rang this takeaway and said they can not deliver my order as there was a “road closure” when there wasn’t. Still waiting on a refund

No garlic sauce which was ordered driver was rude when delivered food because he couldn't find number tbh not hard to find num 2 between 1 and 3 Food great as usual 😋

I’ve just ordered and paid online. My order arrived later than stated and after the driver had gone I realised there were items missing and the things I did receive were also incorrect. I contacted them and the man on the phone was really rude and told me he was too busy to send me the correct order and I could have it for free if I order again tomorrow! Shocking service! I’ve contacted the online food hub for a refund.

Donna meat and chips came with now chips. The salad with the donna meat was full of fat, which resulted in the meal being ruined and nit wanting to eat anymore

The order should have been delivered at 17.50 and it didn’t arrive until 18.10. The garlic bread was cold and hard. Not a bad review but the large kebab comes with chips and it doesn’t need to, more meat and no chips would be sufficient seeing as its a large

The food arrived in good time and was hot. The small additional items like lollipops for kids and the free garlic bread were much appreciated. The cheeseburger (1/2) was one of the best ive ever had from a takeaway, most others ive had have a small amount of cheese. Flames however were very generous with the cheese seems small but made it so much better

Food ok but I requested 1 donner on naan and one on pitta, both with chili sauce - they both arrive on naan without sauce.

Asked for the food as soon as possible and it came earlier than the time frame given. Very good sized portions of delicious food.

Called 3 times to ask where food was. Cold on arrival, bag was split. Ordered 2 x kebabs - one arrived with no sauce. Order placed @19:00 and arrived 20:33. Est was 29:45-20:05

Always ordering and collecting from flames chester they always bring the best food to the table wouldn’t ever order anywhere else definitely the best takeaway in chester in my eyes the garlic bread is outstanding and the donner meat and chips were beautiful thank you flames chester for such high standard food as always.

Best Kebabs in Chester. Garlic bread and pizzas are also delicious. Kids meals are extremely generous as well. We dont order from anywhere else. The owners are also lovely! Highly recommend and they also deliver

I usually like the food from flames, but today it was shocking!! Food was cold, naan bread was rock hard and kebab meat was dry. I'll think twice before ordering from there again.

forgot to put sauce on the kebab and the pots of sauce but they drooped the sauces off within 10 mins of ringing them

Offer was spend over £30 and get a free garlic bread with cheese. To qualify, I ordered garlic mushrooms, however no free garlic bread and was delivered over 40 mins since the notification the delivery driver was on their way. Everything was cold.

Used to love flames used to be best kebab shop Chicken used to be really tender now the meat is often burnt and dry the chips are always hot all of the above is lost when polystyrene box is used and the contents are soggy Just not as good as before lockdown

Charged me exactly 20 quid for an order which should have been £16.70. Saying no way he would have calling me a liar. If it was a mistake I wouldn't mind but getting aggressive over the phone with me I do.

Food is a solid 2 stars, standard takeaway food, nothing to complain about. Roast potatoes were ice cold, soggy and absolutely rank, garlic bread delicious crispy and banging, pizza was awful and tasted of a freezer. I have a massive issue with the delivery. If you choose ‘leave at door’ delivery, surely they should follow through. We’ve ordered three times and they’ve never followed the delivery request. We’ve left delivery notes through the app, done everything, it’s ignored every time. They always knock. We don’t come from a nice family and their ignorance of the delivery instructions has resulted in consequences. Flames, your food is OK. But can you please ask your drivers to follow the delivery instructions. Sometimes it means more than you think. Won’t order again, but be mindful of why your customers might request you don’t knock.

Absolutely disappointed as I fount a hair in my chips not so long after they forgot my bottle of Pepsi we rang up to let them know and got agressive and asked for a new one instead of the lovely delivery women he turned up at my house shouting at us calling us a lier when the evidence was there infront of him and looked through our bin he’s a horrible man never ordering from there again will be reporting him as well disgusting man!!! 😡

The absolute worst customer service of any takeaway in the UK nevermind just in Chester. Ordered food they sent the wrong items so I rang them and politely asked the guy to replace My items with the items I ordered. He got aggressive and even threatened to stab me if I came near the shop. Absolute waste of money. Avoid avoid avoid!

Food was incorrect and thrown together. A plain burger was ordered but they delivered a cheese burger. When phoned they refused to fix the problem or other other solutions, even after informing them that the burger was for someone with a cheese allergy, they then proceed to get extremely aggressive and hung up.

We have being a customer over the years but to night meal was nice but it was just warm we place the order and phone put down on us order turn up with in few minutes it was nice but went cold in a few minutes it going to be very hard to order with them again
