Turned up to Dominos Thatcham after a great day with friends. After appearing at the restaurant- to loud swearing from the office. It took over five minutes to even be served, to then be told my order will take around fifteen minutes. Thirty minutes later I’m told they forgot to put my order in the oven! Absolutely disgraceful service, which was not helped with attitude from the management staff. 1/5*

Got 2 pizzas tonight delivered. 1 had no cheese and 1 had very little cheese. Honestly - dominoes seem to forget this is still a paying customer here. Essentially their pizza makers treat it like a production line. No personal care for the product it seems. Was really disappointing and to be fair there’s been a number of times now where it’s been unacceptable to eat. Last time I ordered 1 slice was literally like a kids party slice. Disappointing.

Rude, non communicative, ignored me upon collection. Avoid at all costs. Wish that I could’ve gone to anywhere else!

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with dominos thatcham . Normally pizzas are awful however for a late night munch we don’t really care about that . This time the driver didn’t show up or call me and the excuse was they didn’t speak any English . They didn’t offer any money of a pizza and after over an hour of stringing is along said they need to recoil it and send a different drive which would have been more waiting around . Awful service and will not use again

Ordered from here for the first time, speed and the quality of the food was great, very hot and driver was pleasant

Ordered take away pizza. Only trouble we had was ordering they couldn’t understand what we wanted. Once we had ordered everything was brilliant. They said delivery in 25 minutes, it arrived in 15 - piping hot and very tasty. We also had a deal making it cheaper.

Been using this branch since it opened. Yes there were problems during the first 6months or so but that's gone now in our experience. The 'Where's my driver' app is not all that good and often misleading. There is also usually a bit of a delay with the Dom app too saying that our pizza is ready but it will then take up to 1/2 hr for it to be delivered. However, it's piping hot so again it's not accurate. Went through a phase of using them once a week for 2months and had 2 issues, both on delivery times. Food is always hot, well cooked and correct. Drivers can be a bit hit and miss but you're not supposed to have a chin wag with them so the language barrier is not too important. If you need to speak to someone about an issue internal staff are very helpful.

I was unsure due to previous reviews but there was no need. Prompt service and excellent pizza. Staff were polite and friendly. Loads of free parking and easy to access. I ordered online and paid cash at the shop, really it could not have easier.

Now had the second cold pizza from this awfull place. Staff seem a little unhelpful when you raise a complaint. If your lucky the area manager Pip is in the store who can't offer refunds or replace the pizza for at least an hour. Little dissapointing as we only live a mile from the place! I'm not an habitual moaner as you'll see from my reviews. Try else where. Ppjohns is far superior.

uncooked food gave me food posioning a very weird driver who asked inappropiate questions wont be going back

this domino's is terrible they messed up my order one night and was late by 2 hours because they lost the order and made up a pizza which I didn't order which was a small with garlic bread and a drink and they come with a large and that's it, So they give me a coupon on my mobile number for next time try to use that today doesn't exist and worst yet 9/10 of the employee's are either polish/Romanian who don't speak much English like coupon wasn't even in their vocabulary so i'm pretty annoyed and won't use them again. Needs sorting out.

I'm a regular customer of dominos Newbury but since this thatcham store has opened Newbury has lost a customer this dominos has been very quick with delivery if not I've received a free side by way of apology they also have a track your driver function with this store which is very helpful the food is cooked better than the usual dominos standard and delivery drivers are usual always friendly

I ordered a Pizza at 8 pm on 27 Jan 2018 and was told it would be delivered in 35 minutes. After waiting and waiting and waiting I phoned Dominos asking where my Pizza was. Was told I'd been rung up by the delivery driver and it had been delivered !! No I had not, and I had not been delivered my Pizza. Ok, it would be delivered soon, I was told. Another long wait. Another phone call to Dominos asking where my Pizza was. Was told It was on its way. I told the man in Dominos that the last phone call I had recieved on my home phone was at 6 pm that evening when a family member rang me. Nobody from Dominos had rung me. Eventually, at 10:20 pm my Pizza arrived. 10:20! Just truly awful service. Never again will I order from this branch of Dominos.

Won't be using the Thatcham Domino's again. Complete chaos and an order I placed via the app for collection was completely lost when I went to collect despite asked half a dozen times. No apology just a they're remaking it after 20 minutes of waiting and being told it was on its way.
