First time I’d ordered from this branch, and while staff member was friendly, I’m afraid both pizzas were lacking. Definitely a lack of cheese on both despite ordering extra cheese on one of them, it was like they were over cooked. Very disappointing.

Great customer service and he made sure we got the special offer. Mr J Singh is doing a great job. Very friendly and polite to talk to. Thank you we are definitely ordering again!

Haven't ordered Domino's for years as bad experience. But glad we did on Wed 10/7, around 5pm. The team was amazing, their Team Leader checking on her colleagues, on the ball with customers and orders. Now foe the pizza -- I have been looking for ultra thin crust for decades since moving here -- finally last night someone delivered! The Spicy Nduja lived up to the spice, and pizza sauce was flavourful. Hopefully we have the same team next time we order! Really glad to see people working together, a place with a good leader, and actually caring.

Today I have ordered pizza on dominos. I ate the worst pizza ever. It was Luke warm I could only eat 1/4 of the entire pizza rest I had to throw in bin.

Ordered beef pizza but barly any beef on!

Food was not bad, half the pizza had little cheese compared to other side, dough and base not fully cooked but usually very good here.

Just had our first delivery from dominos Newbury Order delivered wrong 1st time round but quickly rectified Perfect pizza, hot, fresh & delicious Would have been 5 stars if delivered correct first time round Would return 💯

Ordered using the dominos app, tracked and picked it up. Awesome process, saves waiting around. Have used a few times and no doubt I will again. All the staff do a great job, thank you 😁

Fantastic cheat day meal! Couldn't have asked for better service and the food was perfect. The guy at the desk deserves a medal as he saved us £30! Fantastic experience.

Great service this evening from a really polite & helpful young man (we didn't get his name unfortunately). We were waiting outside for our order & he bothered to come & find us, & brought out our pizzas to us when they were ready. And our food was great, too! Thanks to everyone who supplied our order.

Have avoided dominos for a few years as the service and quality was, to be polite about it, god awful. Took a risk this evening and am delighted to report that their staff are now also illiterate. Pizzas arrived with all the things we requested be removed still on the pizza, with the edition of a large buckets worth of BBQ sauce spread onto it, and tasted like it had been used previously. Do yourself a favour and avoid this dreadful excuse of a place.

When you visit a chain restaurant in other countries, you have the thought that the consistency would be similar to where you've had a specific item first. Such as McDonald's hot fries.  This place should take down the Domino's name and put "Newbury UK" local pizza.  The pizza tasted far from Domino's back in the US. No rise in the dough,  a flat crust,  hardly any cheese and none of that garlic seasonings on the edge of the crust.  Also, the thin pieces of chicken were bad. Possibly, the process and ingredients are different depending on the country? I can accept that but not the way this pizza was presented. I am not sure why the pictures in the restaurant reflect pizza that is served in the US but what this place makes is far from what is advertised.  Again,  the dough is flat. That's fine if you want a New York city pizza. Also, the UK email is invalid from the corporate website.

Always a great meal from the Newbury branch. Hot and tasty. Will be back again.

Not happy the last two times the food has got to me cold ,I've been using dominoes for ages sometimes 3 or 4 times a week, after every order lately I've received a message saying I can get 29 pounds cash back but it never results in any cashback, you get nothing for loyalty just cold pizza, and other companies answer you when you rate them

Just went in Lovely, staff and service fast and quick great pizza , seems like most people on here are complaining about things that either are stupid or out of there controll!

Taste is good. Pizza tracker is not accurate and unable to reach driver.

Worst customer service when trying to phone them. Answered a bit rude, left with no clear explanation why after 30 minutes there was no update, and dropped the call. On next retries would not pick-up the phone or plane reject. 14/12/2022

Very bad service was explaining to the chap that my pizza came burn last time and he said thank you very much and put the phone down, I normally get pizza from this Newbury brunch 5 times a week, after experiencing this I won’t be buying from there anymore, it’s good to know how they treat they regular customers

No dine in .. just take away .. sometime I've face Rude Staff especially one lady there .. She's not exactly rude but tough when she speaks like she owns Dominos 😆 , Also Pizza sometime Is over cooked .. But I like Dominos and that's nearest option so Don't have choice

By far the best dominos ever !!! I have used dominos all over the UK and don’t get me wrong you do get good pizzas from other stores sometimes but the Newbury store pizzas are so consistent. I eat way too much pizza probably but I order a lot from here and I haven’t had one bad order. They actually put a decent amount of cheese on the pizza and they seem to be the only dominos in the world that actually cook the wedges enough. I usually go for large stuff crust, jackfruit pepperoni, herbs and peppers. My only criticism would be that you don’t put enough peppers on the pizza, even if I double up it seems to be the same amount. Pile them bad boys on 😂. Thanks for the good grub. Look forward to my next pizza

I ordered a deep pan 2 for 1 offer on collection only, I received only 1 pizza very thin crust. It was like eating a cracker, so now it's in the bin. I will never come to the Newbury shop again. And I will never recommend you to anybody else ether.🇬🇧

Brilliant service from Domino's Newbury - pre-ordered 23 pizzas and over 20 sides for a work lunch. Everything arrived together, on time, and piping hot!

Ordered a pizza Friday night for collection at 20:15. At 20:12 I noticed the tracker said it was ready for collection and so I parked in a taxi rank outside, expecting to be 30 seconds collecting it. They said it was still in the oven. At 20:30 it was ready. I went out to find a parking ticket on my car. Lesson learnt: don't use dominos again and if any of you do, don't believe their tracker. they mark it as ready early to keep their KPI's up.

Cold food! We’re less than five minutes from the outlet - when we received a notification that our order had left the kitchen, we didn’t expect it to take more than 25 minutes for it to reach us. Understandably, the entire meal was stone cold - on receipt of the order, it registered as less than 45’C on a meat thermometer…just a few degrees above body temperature. We felt quite safe to ignore the “Caution - hot!” alert on the box! Extremely disappointing - in an era of sky-rocketing prices when consumers are increasingly looking for value for money, charging in excess of £50 to deliver two cold pizzas and two cold sides is not ok. We will think twice before ordering again.

Very bad experience the manager Luke and the area manager are not helping the brand and not helping the store . Also staff laughing down the phone. I suggest this store is addressed by regional manager I will never use again and everyone in the Newbury area please use another company. After an error with our last order when the ice cream could not be delivered, we were told that a credit would be added to our next order. So I called to tell them we would like to order and that there was a £6 credit and the grief I got from the guy at the other end was unbelievable. I am fed up with poor service especially as these pizzas aren’t cheap. I suffer with Autism and the stress of all this caused me to lose my temper which I hate doing.

I ordered a pizza on Monday night and collected it from domino’s in Newbury, I was very disappointed as it was not the usual standard it was soggy and cold, I give my experience 2 out of 10 as I could not eat it, it was that bad, think I will try somewhere else next time.

Closes at 2 bit some Indian man said they jas shut at 13:00. You could tell he could not be arsed to do his job and wanted to get home. Already cleaning the area with chemicals. Such a bad attitude. Won't be ordering again.

Absolutely useless, driver could not speak English and after two conversations I had to call the outlet to let them know how inefficient he was. Don't go there! Manager was rude . Very unhappy

Using the app for collections has been pretty correct for timings with not much delays. Standard pizza fare which is always tasty and hot.

Very limited vegetarian options, Veggie volcano is decent. Fast takeaway service.

Constantly getting orders wrong and forgetting to put 1 of the 4 pizzas in the oven after speaking to the manageress no further forward or doesn't really seem bothered. Maybe time to try domino's Thatcham and see if they are better.

taste awful ordered pizza today lunchtime .was first time I try domino's not again!

so i used this a few times. and every time baring they’re 0.5 m down from me end up taking them 1/34 hour to get to me. and when the food comes. it’s animik if im spelling that right. cold and the pop corn chicken i got was underdone still a little pink. im a chef and i find nearly £20 for that a shock of a lifetime i can make a pizza faster than them mate and have it sent out in the 15mins of order with a standard roti base. sorry they have no excuse for their slow and rubbish service. i told them im not ordering ever again and im not. i feel like seeing the stars in reviews they got everyone els is on the same boat. so nope gg’s mate. i heard papa john is good and last time i recall he got to me 20 mins after order and they’re not like dominos that dont know the area

We’ve ordered several times from the Newbury Branch and we have not had any issues . Pizza is always good . Fantastic service from the South African delivery driver Who delivered to stag motorcycles at greenham business park.

Paid for stuffed crust on 2 pizzas. Only one of them had stuffed crust. Less than ideal.

I would appreciate if they could wear a gloves while preparing food especially vegetarian pizzas. It will be good to keep the veggies separate for veg pizzas. Having seen how they make the veggie pizzas and the meat ones, they almost make them one after the other with the bare hands touching all the meat and the veggies. This doesn't seem good to me.i wouldn't go for my veggie pizzas here :(

Reluctantly paid £14.99 for a small pizza that would’ve been £5.99 had I collected it. So at £9 for delivery I was expecting prompt delivery. Sadly not.... having ‘tracked’ my driver around town on the app - time ticked around and no show. I finally received a phone call from the driver saying he couldn’t find us, so I had to talk him to our front door. When he finally showed no apology. Appalling. Captive audience springs to mind. They obviously believe they can charge / do what they like. I WILL be taking my business elsewhere in future. Suggest you do the same.

I ordered a pizza online for delivery. After a loooong wait aprox. 1½ hour the driver shows up, but as I live in an apartment building they don't have the time to go up the stair... So without even ringing the bell or giving me a call, the driver drives off. I called the store and they told me that they tried to reach out to me but couldn't. What a joke... Fortunately I didn't pay online. Never ordering for delivery again.

Your standard dominos store really food is usually cooked decently always offers or voucher codes available via the website decent on delivery times good variety of pizzas on offer as well as drinks and sides or desserts Could find a way to keep pizzas warm better though as only ever reach me lukewarm

Went to Domino’s Newbury on my lunch break when the staff member finally came to serve me she had about as much enthusiasm as a carrot, after her pressing every button on the screen in front of her looking as though she had no idea what she was doing she then took my order of 1 plain personal pizza spending even longer to log my order.. the whole time wiping from her chin to nose the snot running down again and again! disgusting! She did this the whole time she was serving me with both hands. I was about to ask her if she was going to wash her hands before making my food or cancel my order but another member of staff came out to make it.’luckily for me’ Then as it was cooking the other member of staff was sweeping the floor then touched my pizza without washing her hands. This is gross and basic food hygiene- surely? if they can’t get this right god knows what else they do that you don’t see! I won’t go back and won’t order again. Food hygiene rating of 4 should be zero as far as I’m concerned.

I waited for pizza over an hour. When I call them they said that driver coudn't find my address so my order was cancelled even if I left the message for driver to call me if he can't find me. I'm living in town Centre btw.

Ordered a bottle of coke thought the app and i was only given my food, if I order a drink and you accept my money I should have been given my drink! WILL NOT COME BACK!

My son ordered 3 pizzas for a family meal.When he checked the pizzas one had no cheese .The manager refused to make all 3 and would only replace the one with no cheese, so only had one hot pizza.The offer was some free dips which is a joke.I can now see why the reviews are so bad.

Today i was harassed by the delivery driver (Mamadou), he almost stepped in the house scanning me tip to toe !!! And after the delivery as he was walking away, he stopped, turned around, scanned me tip to toe, AGAIN. I reported to the shop, they said they'll get back to the store manager and have a word with the driver !! The experience have left me shaken, and very uncomfortable, and feeling unsafe. I've been ordering from Domino's Newbury for years, it was a brilliant service, but now, I'm not going to do it again, EVER !!!!

I ordered a Veggie Supreme with a BBQ base as I like the smokey flavour and when I got home to eat it was a veggie pizza with bacon and chicken... WTF?

Ordered pizza for collection, went picked it up got home, WRONG PIZZA, phoned the store , the pizza I got was suppose to go out for delivery, they said they would have to prepare a new one, I said I wanted it delivered, which they did. Waited quite a long time, the wait was not worth it, thick one side very thin the other , no care in prep what so ever, we ordered a mighty meaty, nothing mighty or meaty about it hardly anything on it. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Just got off the phone from Luke. He's a legend as are all the crew there. But Luke is the whole spirit of the place, man. It's nearly 2am and Luke descended from the skies like a heavenly pizza Jesus. He's going places, man. I used to work for Dominos when I was a teen and all the people there were vacuous holes of misery. I was fired because I had "relations" with a girl there who was on a crutch at the time. (Inter business relationships are to be discouraged).... we are not in touch. Anyway, Luke is going places. He's the chocolatey bit at the end of a Cornetto. He's the light that never blinds. He's the only man I know who should be legally allowed to eat Swan meat, and queen Liz will just have to say "Okay, then...". Domino's don't let this one go. He will rule you one day.

Shocking service in peak times, order took twice as long as it should have then got told one item had not been made so had to wait another 20mins. Got a parking ticket in the process - ok, I shouldnt have parked opposite as there is no official space to park but I thought I was runnning in and out again to be fair. Situation in store is nothing short of chaotic. Management need to take a serious look at how things are run. I did get this order refunded but I cant see things changing and other customers deserve to be made aware.

I ordered for collection whilst staying at a hotel opposite the other night. Food was ready in less than 15 minutes, served piping hot and upto the usual Domino's standards. All in all a very enjoyable takeaway pizza for a reasonable price.

I order at quarter past one, for it to say it's been delivered after waiting over an hour for something we paid for but never received awful!

I ordered a pizza after I finished work and it took just under an hour to arrive (approx 50-55 minuets). Barring In mind that I am a 5-7 minuet drive away and it was at night, so there was no traffic. Once the pizza and the rest of my order arrived it was barely warm. I’ve ordered from dominos before and haven’t had to wait this long before, or been given a barely warm pizza.

I waited 40 mins for a pizza cookies and ice cream the driver forgot my ice cream so I had to wait another 30 Mins for that when it was finally delivered it wasn't even the right one gave them a bell and they had the audacity to tell me they don't even sell the ice cream I just splashed £4.99 on waste of time all I wanted was a cookie dough switch up ice cream what more can a man ask for bunch of pagons Later that day- So after being on the phone to some guy that works here for 15 minute listening to him assure me that they do not sell the cookie dough switch up and me asking for a refund I wait a couple of hours for them to collect the wrong ice cream they sent out which didn't happen so I called again someone different answered the phone and said that he doesn't know what they were on about and he sent me the ice cream out in 15 minutes that according to Mike I think it was they didn't sell Here's a message to anyone wanting to try the Ben and Jerrys cookie dough switch up from here don't bother it's to much hassle and it's not even that nice

Awful and cold pizza ordered deal with 2 pizzas, drink and side order but bot received drink and salad for Milano pizza... called to get my stuff what I paid for and promised to get delivery in 30-40min ... how to eat cold pizza with no salad and drink !? Where is point of that !? Not recommend to any one! Not first and last time I'm disappointed with dominos ;(!

Ordered a pizza with extras in store all was ok, never checked the order before leaving as you would expect it should be correct. Well I was wrong the pizza was not what I ordered and the sides was over cooked I called the store and was put on hold waiting an waiting oh an waiting hung up called again spoke to someone an I asked who was the manger was so I waited once again an 10 minutes latter I gave up so I went back asked to speak to the manger (Ali) who was rude I was polite as this gets things sorted an not the rude an aggressive approach that doesn't work I asked for a replacement was told that is what I ordered I asked for a refund no was told as I should of checked it before leaving the funny thing was he's the one that handed me my order. Well what can I say. Congratulations for being first to sell ice cold pizza but I like mine hot and under 2hours for delivery. I think toppings ment to be on pizza not box. And not sure if hair or a pube on the garlic pizza bread so didn't eat that.

2hrs and still no pizza rang twice to check what's going on. Just kept saying it's on it's way

Very tiny place. No place to stand if there people come to order or collect at same time.

2 large pizzas for £40 - no deals or offers avail. pretty expensive but pizza was lovely. new tracked delivery from point of order is good so you know what stage it's at.
