Bella Pizza & Kebab House in West Berkshire

I recently visited Bella kebab & pizza house in Burghfield and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! The menu offers a great variety of kebabs and pizzas, catering to all tastes. I ordered a combo kebab, and it was packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The freshness of the ingredients really stood out. The pizza was equally impressive, with a crispy crust and generous toppings. I loved the balance of flavors, and it was clear that they use high-quality ingredients. Placed my first order Saturday evening, the guy on the phone, was so nice. When i went into collect 5 minutes later, I was greeted by the same guy, really genuine & friendly. Fantastic customer service, I ordered two kebabs, and asked for lots of red cabbage, I was not disappointed. He even gave me an additional box full of cabbage, thank you so much. The kebabs were so nice (I'm quite picky) but thoroughly enjoyed it, tasted so authentic, and the salad was fresh and tasty also. Best kebab I've ever had in Reading. They really go above and beyond for the customer.

I cannot recommend this place enough always my go to takeaway. Kebab, pizzas. Burgers are just my go tos and I have never had a single problem. Food is always hot, and delivered quickly. Value for money is 👌 excellent

Amazong food, amazing staff, if I could give it more stars I would. Food is all cooked to order, quality of the food is brilliant, always filling and very reasonable prices for the portions you get. Good people, lovely service and the pizzas are very tasty

Depending on how busy my week is, this sometimes becomes my second dining room! Had kofta from Bella last night, and I watched them actually make it. No fillers, just meat and spices, and whatever else his amazing recipe requires. Have experienced tasteless kofta before from elsewhere, but not here. All chicken is marinated for at least 24 hours. I am reasonably new to the area, but trust me, I know where all the decent places for quick and tasty food are, mcd's is not one of them. Go here, the guys will look after you. If you like chilli sauce, again it is homemade, it will knock your socks off. Too hot for me but was really nice.

Friendly staff, amazing atmosphere, they always strive to make sure your order is correct by triple checking with you! Food is cooked while you wait - it is always freshly made - even the pizzas… If you haven’t eaten here then you are missing out..

This place is fantastic. The main thing I buy here is pizza and it's always top quality. Fresh ingredients, cooked very well, and the customer service is excellent. The prices are very reasonable and they do a good delivery service too. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The latest owners are the best I have known in ten years and have done a great job of revamping the shop and kitchens. They staff are always friendly, courteous and very happy to help. If, like me, you are a little fussy about how you like your kebab, just let the guys know in your notes online or over the phone and they will make it exactly as you like. All of the food is freshly cooked and excellent value, I don't hesitate to recommend this establishment

Chicken kebabs are probably the best for miles around. Can’t beat a bit of hallouomi either and if you’ve had that sort of day, the chicken nuggets and chips are plentiful! Always a friendly welcome and Ramsey does his fair share for the community helping out families and providing raffle prizes. Anyway I best go order.

Im so disappointed. Eaten here plenty of times before without issue. Just got off the bus after a 16hr day at work and thought I’d grab a small chips to take home, approx. 9;40pm. They were very hot but definitely not fresh. Chewy, soggy and altogether unpleasant. Went in the bin.

Amazing staff, particularly impressed with the young man running the counter/taking orders. Spectacular chips and even better burgers 🍔 not to expensive and quite quick! Definitely coming back for even more.

Where do I begin? The food and the people are amazing. There isn’t enough stars to truly convay how amazing this kebab shop is. The old owners really did a number on this shops reputation but the new owners have absolutely transformed this place. Workers are so kind and polite, you go in there after some great food and come out with 5 new friends. I highly recommend the burger, best burger in the RG postcode!

Where do I begin. When Belligol scores a screamer and football is coming home there is one thing on my mind. Kebab. Not only was the food delicious I experienced the love in the building receiving a big kiss before my food was prepared. 5 star everything.

Fantastic prices for all with massive portions! Could not be happier with my order from start to finish as the happy welcoming environment created was very refreshing to have in the local community with a great staff who accommodated for both me and my friends. Not to mention the food was absolutely outstanding as I ordered a large chicken kebab and chip which came within minutes hot and freshly delicious. A real gem in the village and I hope to visit again.

Lived in Burghfield for 13 years, before these boys took over the place I hardly ever went in. Now make a point of ordering once a week as a treat night on weekends, good food, fresh ingredients, great staff and they care about their customer service and business. Keep up the good work boys 👍

I had tried the kofte I do not like to try new foods as I am very picky but the kofte was EXCELLENT it was so lovely 100% going back to order and staff and customer service is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Top tier restaurant 10/10

This is by far, hands down, the BEST kebob I've ever had. Perfect service and amazingly decadent food with authentic flavours. It's just a really great experience at a reasonable price. 100% recommended!!!

Terrible! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! food was cold, horrible and the staff were rude. I was lied to about delivery and waited 90 minutes for my delivery even though I was told 40 minutes. When I got the food, it was cold and I requested for them to take it back and refund me but he refused and denied I had any consumer rights. I was actually hungry but refused to eat the food. The manager said I had no consumer rights with them and didn't even know what this was! Manager would not listen and played the "I'm foreign" card on me to shut me up. I'm absolutely disgusted that I paid £46 for pizza and chips that were cold and horrid. Not value for money at all.

The takeover has really gone downhill, before the pizzas had a nice crispness too them and even if it turned cold whilst you were eating it it was still good. Now though the pizzas are so greasy and just turn into rubber if they go cold. Service was still nice though
