Caprinos Pizza in West Berkshire

Absolutely terrible experience! The service was painfully slow, and the pizza was a complete letdown. The crust was soggy, the toppings were scarce, and the cheese was rubbery. Plus, the place was dirty and unwelcoming. I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

They Evan doesn’t worth for 1 star I wish I could put in negative. Was there regular customer and always they do the same fraud always they cut down the amount of the toppings and charge full price.They even don’t know how to talk, while giving order they said quick quick we are busy. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL 👎👎👎 look at the pictures.

Very poor service. Even not worth 1 star. While giving order over the phone, person said we are very busy give order quickly, even not allowing us to complete order also. I also mentioned in the previous order food quality was not good they didn’t care. Even can’t speak English properly. DONT RECOMMEND !!!

That shop is absolutely fake, removing truth negative reviews is gone from list reviews. Very dishonest people who works there. I've ordered website and delivered it but some food were missing as I have proof video of guy who delivered it/photo of recipient. I got scammed and didn't get refund, I was ignored/never response, been complained the issue but never solved. It's scammer shop. I'm surprised those lot's of fake reviews and removing truths reviews. Never trust this shop, I wouldn't recommend this. Very disappointing. Loss of the money.

I came to caprinos just few moments earlier and ordered one caprinos special 12" pizza with 4 canes of fanta but the guy gave me wrong pizza and when i come back home and call him about the wrong pizza he totally diny and misbehaved with me. It was totally unprofessional. Thanks by the way

I have tried ordering from them twice. Everytime it’s the same story, their driver calls and he cannot find the address. No matter what landmark you tell him, he doesn’t see anything and then he goes back without delivering the order

Had the meal deal not a bad price pizza was fresh and very nice Chips however dry as hell. Half were burnt and there was zero salt on them. How can you eat chips without salt? 🤦🏼‍♂️ i even requested in notes

Avoid this place completely! Ordered online for delivery to our postcode entered via the web user interface. After submitting the order a staff member phoned within 5 minutes to inform me that my order couldn't be delivered to our address. That would be fine but when I asked for a refund the staff member became rude and obnoxious and suggested I use the website or provide my bank details so he could "whats app" them to his boss! When I aired some caution about sharing my data this way, he became very defensive and rude (customer is always right concept seemingly missed this guy!). I have not received a callback after nearly a week, and have submitted multiple complaints via the website requesting a refund. Still no refund! Awful service and staff Note: I went to the thatcham store and although they couldn't give the refund, they were very sympathetic, so this is specific to the Newbury store.

i have just ordered 2x cookies, wedges and cheese balls. caprino could not even refund me my money for this after calling. this is the second time it has happened.

I have place an order for delivery and its fair to say I was happy to wait 42 min for the delivery. Because of the bad experience I've had the previous time I've called after 25 min to check if the delivery will be on time and was assured that will be with me in 15 min. When the delivery was not with me after 15 min I have waited 15 more min and called the shop. I have explained that it's been an hour since my order and it's not the first time when I have to wait more than 1 hour to get my order, the gentleman that has answered the phone , did not like the fact that I complained about this and ended the call. The food has arrived a few min later but was not hot anymore and just warm . I am really upset with the way Caprinos handles " complaints " and will definitely be the last time I've ordered from Caprinos and would for sure never recommend you to anyone because of the bad service

This place has always been incredible! The staff are kind and humourous. The food is brilliant and they've never messed up an order. Personally I find this place far superior to the big brands and at a cheaper price. Thank you all!

Poor customer service - happy to leave you standing at the till with no interaction. Super poor phone service (asked what I wanted multiple times and still got it wrong) They also didn't update on total amount or even how long the order will be and just hung the phone up.

I ordered caprinos with my friends, mohsin took my order and was very friendly. My order came quickly and it very hot, perfect. Staff were very nice especially mohsin a delivery driver, and the food was very nice and was very quick! Will definitely order again!

Three orders now and won’t use anyone else. The delivery gentleman in little white car is fantastic. The food is the best takeaway we’ve had.

Not really a pizza lover in general But Definitely the best pizza place around the reason why I give it 3 is because generally I am not a lover of pizza but its the best around efficiency is great and the food was great ( not trying to spread hate) Definitely worth every bite for the right price

The pizza was half cooked and the manager was showing the rude behaviour rather accepting the mistake. He offered the refund finally but felt like I didn't pay for this additional topping of rude attitude over the pizza ,hence refused to take it to keep my dignity.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Order food around 10:45, only to wait and it gets to 11:50pm and I still hadn’t received it even though they said that it would be delivered. Phoned at 11:50 for them to tell me that they are closed even though they’re supposed to close at 12am and they guy was extremely rude and just said that I’m not getting my pizza and hung up! Really isn’t good enough at all. Disgusting how the staff speak to customers. And thanks to them my daughter nearly went with out food. Selfish people. It is your job and you can’t even do it to basic standards! Will not be ordering from here anytime soon.

Waited 2 HOURS! For my pizza to be delivered which it still didn’t even get delivered! I phoned to question my order and the guy just hung up on me! Twice! All it was, was a bloody pepperoni pizza but that pepperoni pizza could have fed my family including my one year old daughter you awful people. Also it says you Shut at 12am, I phoned at 11:50am and they said they were already closed even though I ordered 2hrs earlier. No excuses. Absolutely disgusting!

Worst pizza shop i ever experienced. Order two pizzas and after two and half hours has been delivered but all cold. When i refuse to take it and ask for refund i been told by delivery man to go to the shop and talk to his boss. When i get to the shop they ask me to wait 15 min for their boss. After 15 min what a surprise. Guy who delivered my pizza walk in to the shop and introduced him self as a boss of the shop. He promised me to refund next day but as you can guess nothing happend and this is on-going over two weeks. NEVER AGAIN
