Domino's Pizza in Thanet

Turned up to collect my pizzas at the correct time. Gave my details and was left stood there for 15 mins, at one point being told my pizzas were in the oven. After asking after 15 mins the guy turned round and picked my pizzas from the shelf which had been there all the time! Annoyed as I had other food from somewhere else which had then gone cold because of their incompetence. Pizzas had very sparse toppings. Won’t be using them again.

Usually order and receive good service not tonight pizza was wrong and was made to feel like it was my fault when I asked for a remake of whole order however they refused to remake whole order so now half is cold. Disgusting attitude from staff member on phone. Would avod

Thursday evening 20.20 hours not even picking the phone up . They can't be bothered . I'll go elsewhere - just can't rely on our local dominos for a family dinner ....

Ordered 2 large pizzas last night - one American Hot - this was such a disappointment - think they had ran out of cheese as none appeared to be on my pizza and if there was more than 4 pieces of onion/peppers that is a huge exaggeration - it looked dreadful and overcooked. One mouthful and it went in the bin - wont be ordering from them again. The other was a burger pizza (ordered by mistake) and that looked disgusting with loads of burger sauce all over it - I dont even eat burgers so I was certainly not going to eat this pizza. Will never order from this Pizza shop again.

Caravan site delivery, telephone order, very helpful on phone; we will deliver to site and meet you in the car park, will phone when we are there. Brilliant! Pizzas ordered, delivered on time, luvvly grub, nice and hot, well done.

We were staying at the Hawk Place farm campsite and decided upon dominoes pizza as it could be delivered. Used the app, there were many deals available, and was delivered fairly swiftly, following Covid restrictions. However it was a bit average and a bit tasteless

Ordered 2 pizzas from dominos in Birchington and both were disgusting neither one was cooked and the stuff crust one in the pictures was raw around the edges so much so the cheap cheese string they use had not melted I tried to cook it myself in the oven but gave up as I felt so fed up and let down, if I wanted to cook pizzas myself I would of bought them from the supermarket!!! We paid £25 for these too raw pizzas they also forgot to put any cheese on them as you also see in the pictures!

Dominos pizzas have no structure to their pricing either a fair price or a complete rip off - depending how they feel that week ...
