Ordered a few times. The pizza used to be decent, as of the past 3 orders, all have been so ridiculously oily that I’m surprised the USA haven’t tried to invade it - Same with vegan cheese as well as regular cheese so it’s either the sauce or base that’s the issue. Won’t be giving the benefit of the doubt a 4th time. Won’t be ordering again. Only positive is that it was delivered quickly, delivery driver was nice also.

Poor service. I rarely order but the previous three orders have all been incomplete. Is this incompetence or is someone snacking on the food? Either way, I am not waiting an hour for an incomplete order.

avoid the broadstairs branch at all costs unless you want undercooked mosh with wrong toppings

Customer service is terrible, place was empty had to wait ages to be seated, pizza was cold and also offered us a wet seat to sit on. Wasn’t arsed to serve us really all the servers are just too busy talking amongst each other than doing actual work.

No garlic dip, although space in the boxes for it ( infact another customer asked about it, and was charged 99p for it) Not a biggie, just surprised no dip. Pizza ok, albeit a little bland tasting. Service friendly.

Never turned up said was delivered but nothing came. Phoned the restaurant and a woman who I spoke to couldn’t have cared less very rude and disrespectful just told me to order though them next time. Really my only advice is don’t bother unless you want to go broke and hungry. Have to say couldn’t get though to just eat either. So once I have my money back will be deleting just eat.

The food was left on the doorstep on a the freezing evening no knock on the door. We have a big brass ring door knocker that next door can hear. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Rung the bell on the desk twice first time didn't think anyone heard to waited 3 minutes then rung again and lady working there called us childish for no know reason. Was a horrible experience don't feel like going back again .I'm autistic and it really was horrible, wouldn't recommend going

Usually comes fine but the margherita pizza was burnt, there were missing sauces and missing ice creams with the cookie dough. Not happy with the order whatsoever.

Food arrived with items missing. At door I said to delivery driver that drink and ice cream missing. He said that he wasn't given the items. Called pizza hut only to be shouted out by nasty and aggressive aggressive manager who said not his problem don't earn enough from just eat deliveries to care..... I live 0.4 miles from shop, so would have been easy to pop these items over. Being disabled it's a challenge for me to go and get. Disgusting

Really quick delivery. Chicken strips came undercooked and had to go in the oven to finish cooked. I chose not to eat them, but somehow EVERYONE who ate from this order have extremely upset stomachs from it. This leads me to think the pizza may have also been undercooked.

Firstly the driver was abit rude put a note on there where we are and waited outside and he still went round the corner and then moaned . Also our whole pizza was ruined as we asked for bbq sauce and it came with tomatoe. Just eat wouldn't refund as we didn't take a picture of it!!

Not being funny but the guy come up to the counter to take my order, didn't get his name fully but stinks of BO extremely badly and your making food. No thanks, cancelled order walked out

Not sure about the food as only just ordered but to be honest they way that my husband was spoken to on the phone I do not care if the food is good called up to make an order for delivery and someone answers not even a hello welcome to pizza hut asked to place an order for them to say I can't do that will have to get my supervisor this lady comes on the phone and well she sounded like she didn't want to be there let's put it that way so rude it was unreal it just sounded like we was not worth her time speaking to and we was an inconvenience to what she was doing before she had to take are call never again will I be using here avoid like the plague xx

Terrible service from just eat and Pizza Hut. Food was later than one hr. Delivery time got updated three times when it reached the limit. The app got updated only when the order reached our house. Just eat doesn't even provide any mechanism for us to reach them when we have issues.

Pizza was cold and none of the dips we selected. Had to microwave the whole meal.

Pizzas could have been hotter and had more garlic powder on the crust but on the whole pretty good

First Pizza Hut in about twenty plus years. If you shop in Poundland, Card Factory Wilko this is the pizza place for you. If you like something a little more upmarket avoid like the plague. Bland pizzas, describes it best. Customer service was best part of these " so called" pizzas. Papa Johns for me in the future.

The past few months has gone from good to terrible. Absolutely shocking and so rude. Stay clear. Wish I could give a zero rating.. That was my rating 2years ago, unfortunately it has not improved this time either, save your money shop else where shocking!!!!!

To let food leave the establishment how it did tonight someone should be sacked. Bread: Over cooked under cooked dry and soggy at the same time. Sauce: BBQ, lacking (thank god) had awful metallic tinge. Pepperoni: undercooked, and was hidden under toppings. Peppers: uncooked, flavourless, basically water. Onions: non existent. Cheese: uncooked. Pizza wasn’t cut at all. My animals had sniffs after I was done and even they turned their noses up. Shameful and embarrassing if you work here absolute disgraces. Avoid like covid-19

Management have a poor attitude! We used to use Pizza Hut a fair amount but won’t use this one again! After receiving a poor order swimming in grease we phone and explained we were unhappy with what we received. We were offered the food to be re sent, or to have the order put into a book for us to order in the future free of charge. Phoned today to get our free order. The manager advised he was working that day but didn’t remember. He then went to check said ‘book’ to advise there was no note of our free order then went on to say “we don’t give away free food. If you’re unhappy with the food we would have collected the order or re sent it” After a lot of back and fourth I was eventually offed part of the order but by this point I was sick of his attitude! Manager was rude and unhelpful. The bad food was not the problem as it happens sometimes. Management is the problem

Orderd online and payed for just after midday for a 19-15 delivery for my son's birthday, waited till 19-30 and rang the shop only to be told they didn't have my order, this is not the first time I have problems with pizza hut but will be the last time I use pizza hut as a delivery service.

After waiting an hour and a half for an order I placed with cash option, I rang the shop to be told they are not processing my order as it hasn’t been paid for. No one contacted me to let me know so I waiting an hour and a half for nothing and a cold shoulder from just eat, pathetic service

The pizzas were lovely and hot. My only criticism would be that the stuffed crust had no cheese in it. Quite disappointed about that.

Managers at Broadstairs branch have arrogant attitude, they prepare pizza with dirty hands and no mask either in the kitchen,anytime we ordered we got sick. Drivers are friendly and keeping social distance. They dont deserve that 1star either!!!

Bad bad bad customer service from the MANAGER STACEY.GOLDSMITH - ordered two medium pizzas, garlic bread and nachos, really wasn’t a big hard order..... All undercooked, pizzas were freezing cold, nachos even colder/soggy, more salsa then cheese. Nothing about this order was okay, it was absolutely awful but this was not even the problem. I was just happy to have the food taken back and then either a refund or a credit note for a different time.... but no this was a problem for the manager. After reading these terrible reviews I now realise it’s all one big con and I feel majorly sorry for the Pizza Hut franchise who usually operate a brilliant service and at the very minimum warm food... Just to add - she said the reason she can not refund me is because the order was done online, if this is so, then it should be clearly stated that REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE WITH ONLINE ORDERS. Dumbass’s are ruining the Pizza Hut reputation.

Recently started using this place for takeaways and nights in. Every order we've had, we've had at least 1 thing missing. Leaving us waiting for a pizza or a side, only to come to us cold and soaking. Highly wouldn't recommend. (Our most recent order. We had our garlic bread, with what looks to be a bite mark and cold.)

Placed the order online and was told that our delivery would arrive within 40-50 minutes. 1.5 hours later I started to check the app and track my order with the time changing frequently of when we should expect it. First in 7 minutes time, then 1 minute, then for it to jump up to 5 minutes away and then a message saying enjoy your food, still with no sign of it! I phoned the hut to be advised by the manager that she would get in touch with the driver, I could hear her asking the driving where he was and told him to hurry up, advising me he was driving down the road now and that if we are not happy or there are any problems to call her back and she will sort it out....I looked out of my window still no sign!! The food finally arrived, the box felt cold, opened it up and the food inside was all stone cold, cheese all hard and set again, nachos cold and soggy and the "crispy" chicken strips were soft!! I called the hut, spoke to the manager again who advised that once her delivery driver returned after the last 3 orders she will get some more food out to me.....it was 9.40pm by this time and so I just asked for a refund as the food was inedible to which she said "you will need to phone customer services and they will just give you a refund as we cant process it as its an online order". She gave me the number and I phoned them right away. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! She then lied about our conversation saying she asked me to return the food but I caught her out by having her and customer services on loud speaker for her to then back down and authorise the refund!!

Ordered our pizza online. Delivery time 35-45 mins. After waiting over an hour it finally turns up. Half the delivery was wrong and it was cold and the wedges were uncooked. Ring up to be told they will change so another 30 mins later and the right order finally turns up. 5 minutes later get a call from the delivery driver to apologise and say he has to collect the items that were wrong with the first order. When asked for compensation they said we don’t do that any more!! Shocking!!

Ordered on line on Tuesday and told it was 55-65 minute wait. Wouldn’t have ordered if I knew this at the beginning of order. After 75 minutes no pizza. Phoned shop to be told sorry yours is the next out we will give you a free bottle of Pepsi. When I asked how long was told another 35-40 minutes! Joke! Asked for a refund to be told you have to do it through customer services as ordered on line. Very reluctant to give me their phone number but did eventually.

Omg this is the worst delivery I have ever had in my life 2 hours to get here cold pizza and forgot half the order I ring up and the phone just rings litterally for hours I paid by card so went money bk will never get any pizza fro. Here again clearly they don’t care and who Eve is the manager is absolute crap

A massive issue occurred with our order the great customer service from Matt in Broadstairs was amazing. Leaving us with 2 large pizzas and a side at discounted price, truly great customer service x

Ordered a simple £20 bundle for a earlyish Friday night. 30-40 minutes as are 1.9 miles away. Hour gone, phone call 5-10 mins? Another 10 mins 5 mins etc etc. An hour and a half for one delivery later warm pizza, sauces had been forgotten and bland food. Just tell me you are going to be longer and I can make a choice, not fob clients off with mis-communications and sat nav issues. I refused to pay. I suggest you try the same without taking the mick of course. I am sure it is just stupidity that ensures this level of service, not a desire to be rubbish

I was in a rush needing heading for the train station and realised how hungry i was but i didnt have time to stop at and sit to eat. Takeaway spicy meaty pizza and a can of coke, the happiest ive been on a rainy day sitting on a train.

This place used to be for me a 5* but unfortunately it's gone downhill (in a bad way) big time, all the staff are very immature, bad work ethic and just don't care. What topped it for me was a hair in my pizza, turns out none of them net their hair! Even pizza hut online complaints are terrible, I had a picture of the hair in my food, this particular order was £30, I wanted a refund as it put me off eating anything, they offered me £10 off my next order (yes off my next blo*dy order) and wasn't willing to do any better!! Absolute joke!

Have used this service several times and haven't experienced a problem. Always had friendly service and help.

I'm italian and for me this isn't pizza

Being a Buddhist I am a vegetarian. I ordered a veggie sizzler on the 13th February and when it arrived it had chicken all over it which made me feel I'll. Rung the store and told them and they said they would send out a replacement pizza and take the wrong one away but I had lost my appetite due to the chicken and asked for a refund. I had to phone their customer services department to sort this out. Six phone calls and five weeks later and I'm still waiting for my money back. What a total shambles! I will never use Pizza Hut again, Papa John's every time for me from now on. Congratulations Pizza Hut, you can't even get the simplest of things correct. If I could have given you a zero star I would!

I think I've highlighted the only disappointing thing about the pizza in the title of my review. The pizza itself was great, the toppings were great, the price was fantastic. My partner also enjoyed his pizza but agrees with me that his pizza sauce was that bland, it would have been better to leave it off the pizza altogether. If either of us liked BBQ sauce, we'd have opted for that, just to give the pizza base a bit more flavour. I liked the DealBot finding us a good deal (we paid about £19 when we should have been paying £35), because there's no way we'd have wanted to pay full price for that. Still, isn't the worst pizza we've had, but it certainly isn't the best. Good effort though.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Staff are rude. Pizza is totally disgusting. We complained but were told by the owner to **** off. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy greasy, over cooked disgusting pizza served to you by rude and unwelcoming staff.

Despite ordering some really easy toppings these pizzas tasted really bland. All agreed so perhaps it was an issue with poor quality cheese or lack of seasoning. I don't know but it is unusual for Pizza Hut to have poor quality pizzas.

Pizza hut ovunque tu sia é una certezza, e anche a broadstairs non si é smentita. L'unica pecca é la mancanza di tavoli, ma é delivery quindi non si può pretendere niente. Il personale é abbastanza sgarbato e sono molto lenti però rimane comunque l'unica cosa commestibile in quel paese, dunque merita 5 stelle.

took a pizza back tasted gone off, got verbally assaulted by one of the staff, refused to taste and after asking refund, staff threw my card across counter. Avoid, hostile staff and horrid food. Possible chance of out-dated food.

Mis amigos y yo tenemos una tradición donde pedimos pizza cada Lunes durante la pausa para comer. La primera semana nos trajeron la comida 20 minutos antes de nuestra lección terminó y la izquierda. Esta semana nunca llegaron. Lo entiendo si me preguntan por la prueba genuina, sin embargo este no es una travesura que nunca llegó y yo estaba parado en una tormenta esperando mi pizza. Tenía miedo de ir, puede perderse la pizza. Yo estaba parado afuera durante 1 hora hasta que me di cuenta de mi pizza nunca llegaba. La leyenda mi pizza está todavía "en ruta". Me avergüenzo como 'I love pizza hut. Pero este influyeron en mi opinión.

Pizza literally didn't turn up, friend stood out in the storm and hail for an hour waiting. Pizza never arrived, they ignored my calls too.

Pizza was done within 15 minutes but was overpriced in any way, 10£ for a pizza margarita too pricey.

Always freshly cooked and hot delivered quickly and there's always an offer on, I love their pizza never a problem any toppings go 🍕🍕

On Sunday pizza was ordered and was with us within 20 mins. Was a good service and food was great! Have good deals on so not expensive.

Arrived on time but was only warm and very bland/dry. Should of stuck to Dominoes. As for the chicken wings, 1 bite. Awful. Complete waste of money.

Tras llamar Domino ver que ofrece tenían que llamé Pizza Hut como la chica de Domino fue muy desagradable. No estoy seguro que me hablaron de Pizza Hut pero la señora fue muy amable y fue muy servicial, siempre tenía buen servicio al cliente en Pizza Hut.
