was very disappointed, the garlic bread was cold and soggy, the pizza was the worst one i’ve ever had from there before…. shame as normally it’s lovely. had one slice of pizza and had to leave the rest, hardly any pepperoni as well. drink was nice and cold though.

Food was shocking waited an hour and half for three milkshakes half full at almost £7 each and some warm moulding strawberries with some cheap chocolate drizzled in the corner and a so called Nutella cookie that was like a rock never again horrendous food need shutting down

We all used to order from here as was the best pizza in Thanet! However last night changed that! Missing olives ordered as extra in the Calzone which was also very soggy and wet at the bottom, the pizza was a bit better but just didn't taste right compared to normal. Parmesan Chicken side (6pcs) also missing. 😞 Hopefully a 1 off but not sure we will return just yet. Gone from being amazing to just OK.

Food was delicious! Only complaint was the gluten free pizza had hardly any toppings on it, husband wasn’t happy with that. Chicken strips were delicious and the potato wedges.

Appalling! Order 2 and quarter hours ago. Just arrived and driver would not come up the lift to the flat. Food was so average its not worth reviewing! No lomger the crisp, thin base pizza and the chicken wings - so not good! Really do not bother

Both pizzas was not as advertised both had barely any cheese or sauce on them .The garlic breads was just a dry pizza base with faint line of garlic spread across it whole thing got thrown away

The app said the order was delivered when it was not then turned up 10 minutes after the estimated arrival time.

Went to Margate recently on a road trip with a mate and stopped by Fireaway Margate for a pizza. Honestly, it was absolutely banging! The pizza and sides were proper tasty, fresh, and spot-on. The atmosphere was so calm and chill, just what we needed after a long drive. Shoutout to the staff too—they were super helpful in picking the right meal deal and just made the whole experience top-notch. Definitely recommend this spot if you're in Margate and fancy a cracking pizza!

Used to be good but over last 6 months has become abysmal. Thought the first bad pizza was just a one off so held off on leaving a review, but the fourth attempt I’ve just had was inedible. It was like chewing on cardboard, so burnt it was curling back up on itself, and so thin the dough was almost invisible. Topping used to be fair for the price, but they are clearly cutting costs as you now get half a cherry tomato per slice, despite paying the cost of an entire packet of tomatoes for the extra topping. Delivered cold and hard, and I’m not quite sure why as it was delivered quickly. The delivery boy was nice, that’s the best I can say.

Ordered two margarita pizzas on a Wednesday. Both burnt. No working fridge freezer so was the only thing I’d eaten all day, too hungry to send it back and make a fuss.

Staff are very welcoming and polite. Hygiene is top tier. Pizza and wings were delicious. Cheesy garlic bread was sooo fresh and hot. The pistachio milkshake is by far my favourite! Very impressed with quality of food. I will regularly order food here from now!

awful is an understatement. our order was over an hour late, burnt and they gave us chicken... we ordered all vegan food! also when I called them they laughed and hung up, what kind of business even is this? EDIT: The owner has since contacted me to offer compensation, when I accepted it it he then ghosted me and never sent the money, as agreed. No wonder the staff are so awful if this is the example the owner sets.

Disappointed because of some kind of barbecue sauce poured onto the children pizza ordered. No pepper bell bits; only tomato sauce, a black olive and that dreadful sugary sauce.

Great pizza place. Ordered a build-your-own pizza with generous toppings (they offer all toppings) and it was one of the best pizzas we've had in Thanet by far. Special shout-out to staff for kind update on order and some free Canolli which was lovely. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awful service. I get if you have staff issues I’m fully understandable. But when your food turns up 2 hours late and is cold and the order is incorrect it’s just not good enough. Also do not order the wedges they are soggy and all stuck together in the bottom of the box!

Firstly my order took over an hour - it then said delivered but was no where to be seen. I called them and got excuses and told that they can’t get it to me as they have no delivery drivers and has not even put it in the oven yet - so I drive down myself to collect it. Once I got it the extra toppings I paid for were missing and instead of the space rocks I ordered, I got half an ice cream. Worst place ever!

Ordered my food at 15:38 , Got a phone call from the restaurant at 15:49 saying that my food it’s ready , waiting for the driver to be delivered. Called several times to ask what’s going on as the food wasn’t here yet . The person in restaurant was saying they still waiting for the driver . Got my food delivered at 17:02 , not even warm . Oh not to forget the compensation of 1 bottle of Coke Zero . This place used to be amazing, now not even a joke !!!!

1 burnt cold pizza 1 cold pizza 2 ok otherwise pizzas rang up to enquire why the website had suggested our pizza had been delivered and without asking a single question told me it was just leaving this was 15 minutes after it was due to arrive and some how the driver got from Margate to ramsgate in 3 mins that’s breaking a land speed record ! Or the store employee lied to me

My order was seriously late, I phoned the restaurant and was told that it was leaving the shop which clearly wasn’t true as half hour later it still wasn’t. I requested money back for this and the restaurant has ignored the request. For then the pizza to be pure black underneath to the point all we could taste was burnt bread, and the cheese had been cooked for that long it had melted away. The chicken wings had these seriously spicy flakes all over them when the description is just ‘bbq crunchy

Extremely disappointed, not the first time ordered here, however this time they decided to ignore the advertised description and cover the potato wedges with very spicy chilli flakes making the inedible and ended up straight in the bin, refused a refund (through just eat) just received a pathetic patronising response. Will never be ordering from here again as cannot trust description. Shame, because previous orders have been very good, but cannot take the risk in the future
