Order was totally burnt all food was completely over done

Food was hot and delicacies, one down side order delivered 30 minutes later.

Chicken strips over done. Very dry and hard. Chicken wings burnt.

over an hour late due to having 1 driver, food was cold, the chicken strips were unpleasant and the milkshake was undrinkable. very poor

awful is an understatement. our order was over an hour late, burnt and they gave us chicken... we ordered all vegan food! also when I called them they laughed and hung up, what kind of business even is this? EDIT: The owner has since contacted me to offer compensation, when I accepted it it he then ghosted me and never sent the money, as agreed. No wonder the staff are so awful if this is the example the owner sets.

Disappointed because of some kind of barbecue sauce poured onto the children pizza ordered. No pepper bell bits; only tomato sauce, a black olive and that dreadful sugary sauce.

Very decent food none of that frozen base most are doing , everything fresh and cooked on site

Great pizza place. Ordered a build-your-own pizza with generous toppings (they offer all toppings) and it was one of the best pizzas we've had in Thanet by far. Special shout-out to staff for kind update on order and some free Canolli which was lovely. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food turned up cold and order was incorrect.

Firstly my order took over an hour - it then said delivered but was no where to be seen. I called them and got excuses and told that they can’t get it to me as they have no delivery drivers and has not even put it in the oven yet - so I drive down myself to collect it. Once I got it the extra toppings I paid for were missing and instead of the space rocks I ordered, I got half an ice cream. Worst place ever!

Awful service. I get if you have staff issues I’m fully understandable. But when your food turns up 2 hours late and is cold and the order is incorrect it’s just not good enough. Also do not order the wedges they are soggy and all stuck together in the bottom of the box!

Ordered my food at 15:38 , Got a phone call from the restaurant at 15:49 saying that my food it’s ready , waiting for the driver to be delivered. Called several times to ask what’s going on as the food wasn’t here yet . The person in restaurant was saying they still waiting for the driver . Got my food delivered at 17:02 , not even warm . Oh not to forget the compensation of 1 bottle of Coke Zero . This place used to be amazing, now not even a joke !!!!

Just tried ordering. Person on phone absolutely rude and wouldn’t let us order over the phone although can’t order through app, Uber or just eat

Food arrived late and was burned and inedible. I submitted a complaint which has been acknowledged by the owner of the restaurant but have not been refunded. Seems like my complaint has not been dealt with

usually a really good place, have ordered many times and is typically exceptional, maybe a change in staff but the pizza was cheeseless & stale, & the wings were totally inedible, hopefully just a blip but very unenjoyable for a change.

Had a take away twice from here ... Got first order wrong I let it slide no problem. Second time was 2 hours late. Sadly I won't order from here again as there are plenty of other places that do pizza.

1 burnt cold pizza 1 cold pizza 2 ok otherwise pizzas rang up to enquire why the website had suggested our pizza had been delivered and without asking a single question told me it was just leaving this was 15 minutes after it was due to arrive and some how the driver got from Margate to ramsgate in 3 mins that’s breaking a land speed record ! Or the store employee lied to me

My order was seriously late, I phoned the restaurant and was told that it was leaving the shop which clearly wasn’t true as half hour later it still wasn’t. I requested money back for this and the restaurant has ignored the request. For then the pizza to be pure black underneath to the point all we could taste was burnt bread, and the cheese had been cooked for that long it had melted away. The chicken wings had these seriously spicy flakes all over them when the description is just ‘bbq crunchy

Extremely disappointed, not the first time ordered here, however this time they decided to ignore the advertised description and cover the potato wedges with very spicy chilli flakes making the inedible and ended up straight in the bin, refused a refund (through just eat) just received a pathetic patronising response. Will never be ordering from here again as cannot trust description. Shame, because previous orders have been very good, but cannot take the risk in the future

Food is good, fresh. Very pricey… portions could be slightly more generous and a few more toppings on pizza. My pizza was missing the buffalo cheese balls even though I ordered and paid for extra toppings. Still very tasty though.

Where do I start went in the store lady preparing pizza handling food with no gloves on even though they’re a sign telling people to do that also she was handing her phone and even was changing the till receipt and not once did she even wash her hands then she went on to make more pizzas which most were burnt I will be never ordering food from there again I thought health and hygiene safety was none existent place looked dirty got pizzas home and was very disappointed with lack of toppings over priced for what you get

So ordered it and was then delivered over 45 minutes late from the original time! I called and guy wasn’t very helpful, also when delivered not a single apology for being so late! Then I go to eat the pizza! And the one request no olives!! Guess what was all over the pizza and becuase it seemed a lot more over cooked compared to normal I couldn’t even take them off without removing most the toppings! Very disappointed normally really nice!

Avoid like the plague, ordered food and they are not even open

Delivery was very late and the app did not notify me. When I enquired on the second time and requested a refund I was informed refund or part refund not agreed by restaurant as a ‘free’ compensation item was added as an apology. When order arrived there was no ‘free’ item and the litre bottle of zero coke that came with my special deal was missing from order instead was a 330ml of coke!

Thought we'd give this new place a go, and we weren't disappointed with the quality of the food. The dough was very authentic and all the toppings all very fresh. Pizzas are a good size and the pricing excellent. And it's nice to see a good selection of sides and drinks including some great flavoured milkshakes. Definitely my new favourite pizza takeout in Thanet. Highly recommended!

Originally got told 6:10 but food arrived 7:10 asked for a refund so we could go else where and was told no

Wrong pizzas sent out. Was told twice correct pizza will be sent out, once on the phone and once again when the delivery arrived and pizza was missing. Driver said he’d be back in 15 mins with correct missing pizza and he never returned. Numerous attempts to call restaurant however phone ignored as expected. The pizza that did arrive was dry, bland, chewy and cold. Would never order from here again.

If I could leave no stars I would. Noticed from order confirmation that order was wrong before it arrived. Called restaurant and was told they’d send the correct pizza out free of charge with my order. Food arrived missing the correct item that I was told they’d send. Pizza we received was bland, tasteless and cold. BBQ sauce was missing off the pizza. I could probably eat tastier cardboard than this. Delivery driver was extremely apologetic however am disgusted in the sheer lack of effort put into their customer service. Lying to me that they’d send a replacement pizza out free of charge and didn’t. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

This is the best pizza in Thanet , we came in today the place was so beautiful decorated for Halloween 🎃. The lady that’s managing the place it’s the most amazing and polite person ! I come back every Tuesday “pizza night” as it’s our family tradition.

Pizzas were ok, delivery was a disaster. Not sure if the delivery guys were driving bump a car but our pizzas were all squashed to the box, they where late because they couldn't find our house 🤷🏼‍♀️ and because of that the pizzas were cold and not enjoyable. Not going to order again for a good while for sure.

Arrived 15 minutes late and forgot the paid for dips and the drink that was part of a meal deal. It's not difficult to read an order and pack a bag guys, come on... Also, asked for BBQ sauce on the pizza instead of tomato which was ignored, and the milkshake was literally banana flavoured milk that tasted watery?! What happened to the thick shakes??? Place has gone downhill massively since the last time we had it!

Ordered since it's been under new management, and the first time we ordered was with friends and family up from London. Two of the pizzas that we received were burned to the point that they were inedible. The second time that we ordered was just as a family of four, and we ordered two Pizzas and two calzones. Again....one of the Pizza's and part of the calzone was slightly burned, but the other two were fine.
