Roma Pizza in Thanet

Unfortunately we did not enjoy any of the food, ribs were too sweet and sugary, maybe change their cuisine for restaurant because garlic bread and pizzas were not good. Dry, hardly no tomato base or cheese on pizzas. Curly fried hard and dry.

Been ordering from these guys for years and have never been disappointed. Always great service.

I love their pizzas but requested (and paid for) additional toppings are only added half the time so partial refunds need to be requested.

Seriously, S+ tier service, A+ Tier prices, B+ tier food, you will not find better in the same price category. They also gave us extra dips, and delivery was 10 mins early!

Food arrived late, and because it was late, it was cold. The cheese was hard and the crusts were soggy. It was the first time we ordered here, and we won’t do so for delivery again. I like the choice of toppings, but delivery to us was the culprit.

Great food as always! Happy to change the toppings on the set pizzas if you leave a nice note (I don’t eat onions so they keep them off for me)

It was hot and tasty....but, instead of artichokes.....there were anchovies. Fortunately I don't mind anchovies!!!

Always get it from here and it’s usually the best, but tonight it was absolutely minging. Quite disappointed tbh, was undercooked , still doughy and absolutely soaking in grease. So much so it soaked through the box before it got here. I’ve taken photos and you can see it shining and dripping off the pizza.. was basically inedible as the grease was just dripping off our lips n tasted mank 🤢 even stained the pizza underneath it was that bad.

Very small 6 slice (called medium) pizza. I ordered mixed peppers as an extra and got a few strings of one sort of pepper.very mediocre taste

Chose because of the price but was caught by surprise when I was paying, suddenly it became 30% more expensive and was told that the menu at the counter was outdated. Avoid this place.

Scam!!!!! The menu at the counter shows a price but they charged us much more. Never ordering again!

I ordered and was charged £2.20 for 2 cans of drink, which, not only, were from a multipack and clearly state that they should not be sold separately, but I only received 1. Awful. !!!

Waited nearly an hour and it still somehow wasn’t cooked properly? Which is weird as it’s usually really nice and quick from here, also I ordered a large pizza and received a tiny one ? Presentation was awful aswell as the pizza was squashed and shut in the opening of the box and toppings had all come off. Unfortunately this has put me off and I won’t be ordering from here again which is a shame as it’s one I always use but it was a proper let down and didn’t even taste cooked or nice

This is one of the best restaurant I’ve ordered off unlike most fast food the food comes cold the pizza and fries were burning hot good portions with fries didn’t expect the medium pizza to be kinda small but still filled me up 100% going to be ordering regularly

Ordered a large pizza for collection, bring it home and it’s only got one of each topping on each slice!! I customised my own pizza and there it is basically a margarita which is far from what I ordered, eat here regularly and must be a change of owner or something as this has happened a lot recently, 1 jalepeno on each slice? Really?
