Deadout 0/10 Burger and chips were of low quality the burger wasn't flame grilled and the chips were very mediocre. Lamb shish wrap was deadout the lamb was very chewy very grisly and the garlic sauce was like water. Up your game with the burger lamb and chips zest bbq flame grilled is key for burgers the lamb needs 2 cooked longer and you also need 2 up your game on the quality of the burger and chips. Crispy chips are key not greasy chips. More quality more attention 2 detail less grease. Zest need 2 up their game.

It's a kebab shop that sells kebabs. Delivery takes ages though.

Placed an order online using their website, it was pending for over a hour later and the shop is closed (walked up to check). Quick to take your money but not so quick to update their website to say they're not open for business. Given how the phone line is always busy I'm not the only one tonight. AVOID!!

Don't buy from zest kebab just ordered zest box said taken my money and kept saying waiting for it to go through never did. Rang them 5 times no answer went down there said shut from 30th July till 14th August. yet nothing mentioned online. They haven't turned there website off says the are open.

Absolutely shocking. Used to use all the time but since under new management it’s gone 10000 times down hill! A lot of problems with few different orders, food isn’t great, takes orders even when closed so you’ll wait hours for your food to go up there and find out they have taken order and money when closed ! Absolutely disgusting

We used to always use this company as the food always used to come perfectly always hot and freshly cooked until today. Our son got some garlic sauce and it absolutely burnt his mouth off and he was screaming, i called up and tried to explain the situation and the gentleman on the phone started laughing. Last time ill ever be using them

We've both visited and had delivery and both times have been over the moon. The smell outside is what sold us. Food has a bbq type texture and smell which is really different to other Kebab shops. The staff are really freindly and great when we came with the kids. Had a pizza last night, half Big Boss Pizza half Pepperoni and the man even rang back to check we wanted two different bases which was appreciated. Even the Pizza's where different to everywhere else in a good way, loads of filling right up to the edge! Can't wait to go there again 💪

Everyone has a bad day , but i have just eaten the best takeaway for years, hot not greasy everything with my kebab perfect .. and the tikka pizza best anyones ever had .. absolutly top food ,, driver most polite . will use till i die xxx

i have been a bit of a piggy today , i git up at 1300 and fancied some chips . wow Ramsgate Chippy best ever .. Thrn i started drinking .. Party on. No good for diet . lol but as you know 3 or 4 of us 10pm mac ds , pizza , kebab ect. so not being a fan of uber . but sucked in by good deal chose zest .. omg nicest driver in kent , best kebab ive had in years and the pizza, tikka special the best from a home delivery 3 out of 4 have ever had ... well done guys . customer for life .. and trust me at 23st and 52 years old i know peeps .., try it . trust me xxx A+++

Always used to be my go to. Now I don't think I'll ever eat from here again. Burgers used to come with salad and sauce..... This came with neither. Dry and disgusting. Chips were cheap and nasty. The only good thing about it was the pot of garlic sauce I ordered. I will take my custom elsewhere in future

Used to be my go to place, but standards have plummeted since being under new ownership. Incredibly, when I spent £5 on hummus and pitta, I was delivered a pot of Lidl hummus! After finally agreeing to refund it, I have still yet to see the money. Jokers

Very disappointed tonight. We have been ordering from Zest for a long time, however, tonight they have lost us as customers. After waiting 2 hours for our food, it then turned up with sauces missing, salad not what we asked for, lamb and chicken shish burnt so much it was inedible and halloumi in a wholemeal pitta. The girl on the phone was rude, didn't seem to know what she was doing and constantly telling my partner to "speak up" even though he was practically having to shout down the phone for her to hear him. I don't know if they've changed hands or something but if it wasn't bad enough that we'd had to wait so long, to get things wrong with our order too really takes the mick. Asked for a refund, will have to wait to see if they actually put one through..

just ordered a chicken shish kebab for £8.50 , had 6 bits of chicken , no salad , no sauce and a pitta that was worse than cardboard, awful will avoid in future

Food quality is not up to the same standard it once was. When the chips arrived they were all stuck to the bag and when trying to remove bits of paper bag came with it. The kebab meat was chewy and cold in certain areas which is worrying. Jalapeño poppers not bad but have had much better

I had a medium lamb Donna kebab it was the loveliest I've ever had, so tasty not greasy and getting the salad in a separate box is pure genius! The cost was £5.00 which for how much meat I got was a great price. Very clean establishment with polite staff. 100% would recommend and will definitely be using again.

Ordered 3 kebabs with salad, salad did not arrived called straight away, said salad was on way 40 mins later still no salad. Would not recommend these, don't order off website bad service. ☹☹

I ordered a takeaway and after was promised to be delivered within 45 mins it didn’t come for hour and half. I received no apology when I rung to ask where my food was and tbh staff was very rude. When the food finally it was cold and the chicken wasn’t fully cooked. I’m disgusted and will never go back again!!!

Wouldn't go back again - substandard food, charging £1 for salad on top of a kebab and offering sauces without saying the charge (50p for a small pot) - just cheap tactics to get more out of you - avoid! Not to forget to mention, the customer service is appalling - all the staff had faces on, came across really rude and were unwelcoming

Wish I had known about this takeaway sooner 'Zest kebab is the best kebab' by far in Ramsgate, if not Thanet!! I was so impressed I had another the following week 🤦‍♀️🤪 chicken shish is to die for and the dona is very tasty and not greesy at all. Fresh salad and homemade sauces and portion size was massive it beat me 😯 I may have to try the pizza next I hope I'm just as impressed. Great value for money. Will be recommending. Photo included is meal 1 dona kebab,salad, chips, 2 chicken wings, 3 sauces (instead of a drink) and extra cheesy chips £7.

I love this establishment, the staff are hospitable, great communication, their food is always on point and their pickled cabbage is to die for. I love that the salad is always packed separately so that it doesn't wilt with the heat and my food always arrives 10-15 minutes early. Thank you all at zest

Having previously been a regular customer of this establishment I made an order for a delivery, After a while I checked my order status on their website and noticed it wasn't listed, I checked paypal and saw my order ID and meal listed there. I gave it an hour and enquired on the telephone about the status of my meal, I found the staff to be most unhelpful and cocky about my order not coming through, I said check your paypal account it is there and it is paid for "I can't do that take it up with paypal" was the only mantra repeated to me, So there we were left hungry and dissatisfied, Shall not use again.

Well that didn't take long to polish off! That was easily the best take away doner kebab I've ever had. Tasty non greasy meat & super fresh flavoursome salad. Excellent value too. I'll be back for sure

Zest is a great take away. The kebabs are not greasy which is excellent the burgers are always piping hot. The chips are ok but are sometimes a little soggy will definitely use again

Not at all what I would normally expect from a kebab and pizza house. The food was absolutely incredible and promptly delivered. The delivery driver was very friendly, professional, and more like a waiter in a posh restaurant than a kebab delivery driver! Very very impressed. I note the only previous review is from March - the negative rating is not at all deserved, and should be completely disregarded!

Fantastic service, I forgot to add stuff crust and they had already cooked my pizza, yet was kind enough to cook a new one free of charge, extremely kind and pizza is always hot and quick, not a single complaint, very friendly staff.

The best kebab takeaway in Thanet. Brilliant staff, great food the adonna kofta fabulous, fresh salad, salad fresh all in all brilliant. 4 years we have ate rubbish kebabs, this place is terrific. 20 out of 10

First time visit as recommended. My order was unfortunately wrong. Long time for delivery. Strange chilli sauce and not as good as other local kebab houses. Very disappointed.
