I recently ordered from the Domino's Pizza branch in Ramsgate, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! From the moment I placed my order, the service was top-notch. Probably a perfect Domino's? I have had food from here multiple times, I always order online or app, I always collect, I always get a deal price. They never get it wrong. It's consistently good. Always hot. Pizza always presented well; toppings evenly spread and (usually) cut evenly sliced. Cooked correctly, not burnt. Staff are always pleasant / friendly. Public area kept clean. Food preparation areas in view are always being tidied by kitchen staff. Can't fault my experiences. Will be back!

walked into the take-way, stood their around 6-7 mins around the counter even said excuse me and they just looked over , one man walked towards the till did something and completely ignored us, the customer service is absolutely appalling never experienced anything like this before

We had a double decan pizza and the guy has given it to us with it all fallen apart and clearly dropped it before gave to us or take care of it I'm shocked as Domino drivers are normally good and careful

Love the pizza but they have taken up to spamming my phone with text messages at least 4 times week I called to ask how do I get them to stop and they hung the phone up. Won’t use again shame was nice.

This is not the first time I have had this problem with this place. I ordered a pizza, and it was not correct. When I called to ask them to rectify the problem, they basically told me that this is how we make them when I know this was not the case as they have sorted the problem previously. So not only did they give me a pizza, which I paid an additional charge for, but they would not rectify the problem. Steer clear and go to Pizza Hut and Papa John's better pizzas. Better service

Ramsgate - put cheese on your pizzas. Every time I pay more for extra cheese, I get less than normal and it’s always burnt! I swore I would never but he kids begged. Worst!

Got a takeaway thin pizza, was slightly overcooked but still enjoyable. Service was nice when we went to pick up.

Just got a pizza. It was nice, but there was a piece of ham on it (that I didn't ask for). I don't really care about the ham, though I know many different religons say that their followers can't consume it

Ordered 2 pizzas from here, not only did it take an hour for delivery but stale cold pizza is not what I expected from domino's. Great offers ! Yeah right just clearing old stock, absolutely discusted and then to be told they can't do anything about it, I've had better pizza from asda, my advice stear well clear

Was fishing Ramsgate pier last weekend and tried ordering food from a couple of places. Once we rang the old faithful Domino’s the kind gentleman (Josh) couldn’t have been any more helpful and although I wasn’t local and struggled to find the correct postcode managed to deliver two nice fresh and hot pizza’s. Thanks Josh you are a great asset to the business.

Angry driver who lied about phoning when outside when there is no missed calls, the app tracker said it was still baking and he’s outside for 5+ mins? Be angry on someone else’s time

The delivery took 46 minutes, but unfortunately, my delivery was taken to another house. When phoning the store, to explain the mistake, the manager was very rude and refused to give his name. He did say he will send the order again, but fresh. 15 minutes later the driver arrived with our previous order that had already been opened inside another property. He lied and admitted he lied after confronting him on the fact the pizzas were stone cold. I phoned the store again to raise my concerns about this, the manager hung up on me. The new order eventually arrived just past 7pm a full hour and half after placing the original order. My main concern was the fact the driver had openly lied and tried to hand us food that had been opened in another property, and the dire attitude of the store manager.

Ordered our take away as delivery time was between 27-33 mins. an hour and 15 mins later I ring to see where it is to which the person on the phone very rudely told me how busy they are which I understand but 5 mins after I put the phone down food turns up Luke warm as if it had been sitting on the side for a while. Very disappointed and will now take my custom elsewhere. Didn’t even have the decency to apologise for the long wait

Very disappointed, have not ordered from here before and won't again. Went for their offer of 50% off, even then not worth the money, pizza not that big. Nachos awful, small hand ful which were burnt for £4.99. Absolute rip off.

Everything was easy to do ordering online, food arrived in good time & was still hot. Unfortunately the pizza that we normally order was not at its best, toppings were scarce, chicken strippers looked anemic like they were waved at the fryer to tease them? Never had any problems before ordering from my regular place, that is local to me, always enjoyed their food, but this time the main parts of the meal were not up to standard. Shame will be a longtime before I order again.

I tried ordering online and it wasn’t loading properly so I rang up and made my order over the phone, I ordered a home alone deal which on their website is £12,99 and when I rang the man said £14,99. I questioned it and he said if I have a Coke Zero instead it will be £13,99 but I was still confused as to why it was a pound extra, I couldn’t even understand the man on the phone and he said something to do with the prices go up (I think) but the website still had normal prices. Having I ordered online I would have got my meal for £12,99 like I have always had. But I ordered it and paid anyway. When it arrived I was expecting a large bottle drink with it for the price and instead was a small bottle of coke. I’m not very happy with my service today and I’m a customer that orders from this place frequently

Ordered a pizza waited an hour and half for delivery at entrance to caravan park no driver arrived, no answer at store , no apology just a whatever the driver was there so basically calling me a liar. No compensation offered wont bother again from this store poor management.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza on Friday, and found bacon on it when it arrived. Not happy at all.

Terrible service, charged me for an order, then said it hadn't gone through when taking the money from my account! After 4 phone calls they eventually sent me a cancellation receipt, which didnt have the correct time on it (strange). Had to contact my bank in the end to get the money refunded.

What a joke!!!! I ordered my food around 10:40 and payment had been taken and purchase approved. It gets to about 11:30 when I decide to ring them only to find out they are closed even though I have paid for a pizza and I have had no contact from them to let me know that my order has been cancelled or that they can't provide it. Now I am £30 down without dinner

I have used a few Dominos stores around the Thanet area. This store, like the others offers quality food and delivered in good time. Friendly staff, clean shop and do regular deals on their pizzas and other food they offer. The food is always hot, tasty and has a great menu selection.

So expensive for ordinary pizza

Went in ordered two pizzas, name not taken, no receipt given. Called up to desk, offered two large pizzas. Got home turned out to be wrong order. Called only to be have it made out to be solely my fault! Double check your orders unless you want random pizza....

When ever you are hungry just step in and you will get good pizza's with great offers

I ordered a Dominos the other night and I was shocked at what I recieved. I ordered a meat feast pizza on a thin base and they gave me a cheese lizza with barely any cheese on with a thick stuffed crust. The pizza was unedible. It was burt to a crisp and crumbled when I picked it up. I also ordered mozerella sticks amd they were cold, stale and were revolting. I wouldnt even give this 1 star it would be a -10 start from me.

Overly greasy and they short changed me by a pound. Better than anywhere else locally.

Shocking service, was having trouble ordering online, called them up they said they can’t offer the same deals and told me to put the order through online and they would change the address. After doing this they said they couldn’t change the address.... They explained their in house ordering system, with not a care in the world about the fact I had youngsters to feed and when I pointed this out the server responded “I don’t give a shit”. Romeo was his name apparently. 12 days later I haven’t received my refund of £35. And when I called the other branch they didn’t have a contact number for their own head office and couldn’t be bothered to sort the problem, then hung up on me! They responded better when I went down to the branch but I am still waiting for my money! Requested a manager called at Ramsgate Branch, no such thing. Disgusting service, hate to think how much care they take in that kitchen!

i WOULDNT EVEN GIVE ONE STAR!!! It was our first time visiting Ramsgate, after a disappointing reception received from Travel Lodge, we decided to order a pizza! OMG, what we got, i wouldn't of called it a PIZZA! It was more like a cardboard cut of a pizza. After 5 mins from ordering it, it was being delivered! Really!!! It arrived slightly burnt, hard as a rock. The cheese slid of the base! It was not fresh at all, it seemed like it was already cooked, and they just re heated it. It didn't even smell or look fresh!!!! When i called up to complain, the man couldn't of careless, his was rude and unhelpful!! NEVER NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FROM DOMINOS RAMSGATE AGAIN!!!!!

An average dominos, but twice I've ordered two pizzas and they have forgotten to put the second in. This caused me to wait another 10-15 min while the second was made

Miserable delivery, no passion, not hot , staff couldnt care less if they tried . A tesco bought meatfeast is a safer and better option, it is bizarre as we were lwft feeling like we had put them out .....................................

Worst dominos i have ever been too! This is not the first time they have messed up! I asked for double cheese on several occasions even putting a note on the order to make it clearer and still there is hardly any cheese on the pizza! They gave us the wrong order on one occasion! Have given us the wrong dips this time and the so called 'manager' over the phone sounded very unfriendly and unwelcoming! Would never recommend this place to anyone!

Waited 2 hours for a delivery. After 3 phone calls and various excuses a pizza finally arrived which resembled something you'd find on the floor out side a pub. It was cold, looked soggy and in edible. I sent it back and was told a replacement was on its way. 30 mins later still nothing so I ended up collecting it. Rude staff and I would advise going else where.

Dominos sent me a text with an offer of 50% off when I spend £20, that's Friday night dinner sorted I thought. Normally the food is amazing that's why dominos is my favourite pizza restaurant, although sometimes the obviously cheap wedges are still raw!! However on this occasion the large pizza we ordered arrived a lot smaller than expected and the garlic bread was so cooked it nearly shattered when broken off!! Hopefully just a blip, I will be back!

Hey dominos, thanks for messing up your half of "pizza and movie night". Late pizza, driver couldn't find the house (he called to check directions but unfortunately couldn't understand the request to drive straight down the road) so we had to go to him. Pretty hostile when we were finally united with our pizza. Got the pizza to the house to find it was at best lukewarm, so called the store to ask for a refund. Queue shock from the person on the phone. We were offered another pizza, but as it had been over an hour to get the first one and was already 10pm that didn't seem like a particularly good offer. We were informed the driver would be back to take the pizza back to the store, and we could expect a refund in about a week. Thankfully there's a 24 hour supermarket not too far away, our pizza is almost ready and despite driving time it's still faster than a replacement would've been from dominos. So in short, either get your pizza delivered by another company (who care about customer service), or buy it from a supermarket and cook it yourself.

So ordered food this evening and the food was fairly quick! Not bad I thought! Checked order to discover something was wrong, told the driver and he argued with me until he realised he was wrong!!!! He told me to phone store which I did, they said that they would send out item with next driver but by the time it arrived the food was cold and told this driver and he said to phone store Not impressed

Frequent takeaway treat never had a problem and pizzas are always full of toppings and flavour along with a great choice of scrummy sides

Takeaway Pizza is always a compromise. That said, Ramsgate Dominos has been a revelation. Piping hot, fresh ingredients and always bang on time if not earlier. We've been getting one a week for the past year and always excellent but, the last two weeks have been poor. Overcooked, stale looking, and very late. There's nothing more annoying than your Pizza, being delivered late, by someone who doesn't know where you are and finding it cold and old. I don't mind it being late, as long as when it gets to me its come straight from the oven and its right. Late, overcooked, badly prepared Pizza is obviously not up there with the tragedy that is Trump but it will make us think about ordering again.

Poor service! Every single time is problem with the order. We never had our pizza on the time. Pizza is perfect, but the staff is extremely unprofessional, not helpful and rude. This place is mess, totally not organized. I am not ordering my pizza here anymore.

I have ordered the last 5 times from dominos at st Lawrence Ramsgate and at every order they got it wrong! I even repeated the order to the girl on phone and said I will send it back if it's not right , quests what ? It was wrong again , 5 times ins row , I never normally complain but this was the 5th fine in a row that this happened! Always over an hour for delivery too , if you want to get ripped off or pay about £25 for a simple meal then good luck ! Shocking service for people who don't listen to you! Terrible.

We often have a dominoes pizza as we like the corn base but we have found the last couple of times that they are over cooked and the fact that they never cut the portions equally is a nightmare if you have to share with kids as sometimes one can get a huge slice and another a tiny one? I am sure we will be back but will give it a break as I don't like to pay for over cooked pizza

Called me to say you dint have a certain ice cream but the cars already left so i couldnt choose, by that worked out my pizza was sitting in the car for about 40 mins, was well cold plus forgot my drink and dips and still charged me full, also there was nothing in the deciadance, cheers for that.

Absolutely delicious pizza, but don't ask to deliver, their driver couldn't find his way to Newington road, right next to the road Domino's is on!! Blamed it on the gps, though even after I told him directions, and their other driver told him directions, he still couldn't find us! Got pizza 35 minutes late and even after all that hassle, we just got "a free pizza with our next order", yeah, if there is a next order!!
