Absolutely terrible customer service, after working a long shift in hospitality, I ordered from this store, the app gave an estimated delivery time of 1.25am but with no sign of my order by 2.10am I called the store only to be told they were too busy and my order had been delayed, I asked why they didn't call to keep me updated, but once again was just told they were too busy.

I was visiting Bicester for one night and stayed in town. Fancying a pizza I went to Caprinos. It was a tasty pizza, good value and halal. Staff were polite and quickly prepared my pizza, while I waited. Will definitely come again.

The price was much better than chain comparisons so we decided to give a local a try. Unfortunately, the pizza was undercooked so the dough was still doughy and the pizza very floppy. It tasted rather bland. Neither of us enjoyed it and we only ate a slice each out of two pizzas.

Staff are very rude and food was terrible. Certainly will not be using them again. Had better quality out of a microwave pizza.

I ordered the £12 deal as I wasn’t extremely hungry and wanted to just give them a try. What I received was an absolute insult. A pizza as thin as a wrap, the veggies on it were still raw. It was obviously freezing cold by the time it got delivered but considering how thin it was, even if Flash had delivered it, it would still get cold. Don’t offer something and then disrespect your customers like that. I wouldn’t feed that pizza to a stray animal.
