Dominos Pizza in Northampton

APPALLING SERVICE FROM STORE MANAGER I called up to place an order and was being rushed off the phone the store manager told me to order elsewhere as she was too busy and couldn’t serve me! I asked to speak to her manager and she said there was no one above her and she hung up on me! AVOID this place - call the town Center branch, friendly and professional service there. Pull your finger out dominoes, that woman has cost you money today but worse so, a regular customer.

The woman who said she was the store manager was arguing with me for giving feedback on the delivery option not working on the app. She kept saying we’re always good, there’s no problem with us. You must have selected the wrong dominoes. She would not listen and kept accusing me as a customer. Strange women! Needs to learn to take feedback. Made my choice easier, don’t choose food from people who don’t respect their customers .

Ordered pizza on line for delivery fine , waited an hour and nothing so went on to track my pizza which then said there were no deliveries. So my wife rang and was put on hold when she did get answered the unhelpful lady on the other end informed us that the pizza had been made but was sitting waiting to go in the oven when they had a driver so God knows when we were going to get it delivered .We had no notification of any problems So cancelled the order due to the incompetence and rang Pizza Hut who only took 35 minutes from order to delivery . You should be ashamed and disgusted with yourselves , plus won't be ordering again from you shower as this is Not the first time , pathetic customer service.

Pizza took the whole 36 minutes to arrive, and was lukewarm at best, and the bottle of drink with the deal was missing. Not a lot of value, but it's the principle. Not happy. Didn't enjoy it at all🙁🙁

Ordered over the weekend. 24h later me and my son both being sick, stomach cramps (you get the picture). Didn’t eat anything else the day We had the pizza. Ordered from here a few times and have had a number of probs. Meat on a veggie pizza. Money being debited twice, things missing from orders, food not cooked properly. Like all dominos this one is also over priced.

It took forever ours was fifteen minutes after someone's who the screen said was being made when ours was 'ready' and the people their weren't helpful about how long it took

My first ever domino's pizza came from here. Was a lovely pizza - I had a margarita cheese stuffed crust and then some cookies for afters. Staff got easily confused over how much change they were giving us back which delayed us for some time causing our pizzas to become cold. Maybe employ some staff who can actually count? Anyway - apart from this - lovely pizza :)

Last time we took up a 'special offer' and they said 90 mins delivery, so we collected and so many issues with the food I complained and got a Gift Voucher. So, last Saturday I phoned at 12 noon to place an order for 7.45pm .. I thought no way they could get it wrong this time... I WAS SO WRONG... Got there 7.45 to see me as No 3 on the board but with 20 mins wait. Meanwhile some 250 other people seemed to have been served. General 45 min wait then being advised for callers. Food Ok this time but quite cold by the time I got home [why?]. Not a place to use when busy if you are in a hurry.

Have used this Dominos several times for delivery. Food has always arrived piping hot (a little too hot some times!). Delivery staff have always been friendly and polite. Having used Dominos delivery in London, where food has arrived burnt and cold, this is how a pizza delivery business should run.

The Pizza's are overpriced unless you get a deal of course. We live fairly near to one and often have a package delivered. We as adults are not really familiar with all the deals so we were charged £19-48 for a medium pizza and one portion of wedges. Yet our teenagers who know the menu got an amazing deal of a LARGE pizza, 2 litres of pepsi, 7 chicken strips and a portion of garlic bread all for £19-95 (Around 50p more) My wife and I were a little annoyed that the staff did not make us aware that there were better deals around, so felt a little ripped off. However, the quality of the food we had was very good. I just think the staff should perhaps let you know there are better deals for the same items when you phone in.

We order 2 pizzas on a busy Saturday evening. They were a simple cheese and tomato. The online ordering system shows order-made-oven-inspection-etc however, the pizzas were left far too long in the oven as they were both burnt and dry. The inspection part must have been overlooked because nobody would think they were edible! I'm not sure how difficult it is to create consistent pizzas when that is all they do day in/day out, but this is another example of Dominos poor quality and we'll give them a miss from now on.
