Domino's Pizza in Cardiff

Rang me to say that one of my items was out of stock. Order cancelled but never refunded. Currently doing a chargeback with card. Never again!

All the words that describe the pizza delivery from the Barry store. Tasteless, poor quality, disgusting, over priced, s*it. Don't order from this place! Better quality pizza from the reduced section for a £1 pizza from superstores!

Absolute chaos!!! I ordered two small pizzas online at 7.16pm and was told they would be ready at 7.36. I turned up at 7.30 and walked into a wall of noise. Staff members shouting very loudly at each other and even swearing on a couple of occasions. There was another customer in store and we both just looked at each other in sheer disbelief. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. I felt totally ignored for the first few minutes of being there as they were too busy arguing with each other. Eventually I was asked what my name was before the one member of staff who seemed to be the boss (female with glasses and definitely the loudest) shouted over me to another member of staff that she wanted a medium not a large. Once the latest shouting episode was over I was then told that my pizza had been made ‘wrongly’ and had to be made again. Another wait and another 20 minutes of watching staff argue. My 10 year old daughter wanted to come with me- I’m so glad she didn’t as she would have been petrified with all the noise. Eventually the new pizza was ready and I left the store at 7.57. My daughter enjoyed her pizza but mine (which had been ready for a good 20mins) was now cold and had to be reheated at home. Awful customer service!!

Una experiencia atroz en la pizzería Domino's, Llandaff (Llantrisant Road Business Park) el 27 de mayo de 2019. Fui en persona a comprar una pizza sin gluten, como lo he hecho en numerosas ocasiones anteriormente. Pero, esta vez, me dijeron que solo podía comprar una pizza sin gluten si la compraba en línea. Señalé que no tengo acceso a Internet en mi teléfono y, en realidad, nunca he comprado nada en línea. Dije que de todos modos no tenía sentido ya que estaba allí en persona. Me dijeron que esto era 'por mi propia seguridad' y que no había forma de que me vendieran una pizza en persona. Creo que esto es ridículo. De hecho, en todo caso, tiene más sentido para mí estar allí en persona, de modo que si hubo algo que discutir, con respecto a temas sin gluten, estoy allí en persona para discutirlos. Tampoco me gustó que me dijeran lo que alguien más cree que es por mi propia seguridad. ¡Soy una persona madura que es completamente capaz de tomar una decisión sobre eso yo mismo! !

After spending £60 on pizza only half the order turned up! Then after several phone calls they sent out the rest of the order which was time stamped with the original order time and gone hard and cold! To be offered a fiver off the next order when you have hungry teenagers celebrating is a joke! Their solution is take it up with head office.....don’t worry we will!! 😤😤😤😤

Nos apetecía un Domino así que fuimos a Domino's en Holton Road Barry y no nos decepcionó, pizzas muy bien cocinadas como era de esperar de Domino's, definitivamente recomendaríamos esta rama de dominós.

Solo un dominó promedio pero parece bien organizado y eficiente. No es el lugar más barato para obtener una pizza, pero algunas de sus ofertas son buenas y, si todo lo demás falla, ofrecen descuento al personal del NHS en pedidos recolectados.
