Overpriced. Tastes more like frozen foods than a fast food restaurant.

Pizza Hut never fails to impress! . The service was prompt and friendly, and the staff made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Especially the man from the Crwys Road branch, his name is Vishnu. He treated me well and served very fast. I am really impressed by his behavior towards customers. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a satisfying pizza night!

One day I visited the pizza hut in crwys road branch. Such an amazing customer service and politeness towards the customer is make me more happy. A tall person which is served me I don't his name. He is really good. The pizza is delicious and the quality is really awesome. After that I visited there too many times.nice and good experience

used to love pizza but, but last few times i’ve ordered they’ve used half the amount of toppings, never tastes like there’s sauce on the pizza anymore because it’s such a thin layer, and you get even get a garlic sauce anymore. too expensive for what it is now

The first driver brung us our pizza, but instead of 2 he only brung one. Was told that the next one would come with another driver. The next one came, but they were now all cold. I asked for a refund because of their own mistake, but the person on the phone was very unprofessional and wouldn’t do anything about it and was ranting about how the pizzas were in bags so they weren’t cold. Do not recommend this place. If a mistake is made, they will not own up to it and are very unprofessional with their service.

El primer conductor nos trajo nuestra pizza, pero en lugar de 2 solo trajo una. Le dijeron que el siguiente vendría con otro conductor. El siguiente llegó, pero ahora todos estaban fríos. Pedí un reembolso debido a su propio error, pero la persona en el teléfono era muy poco profesional y no hacía nada al respecto y estaba despotricando sobre cómo las pizzas estaban en bolsas para que no estuvieran frías. No recomiendo este lugar. Si se comete un error, no estarán a la altura y son muy poco profesionales con su servicio.

Seal stickers weren’t on the pizzas properly but that was likely pizza huts fault, delivery was on time and the driver was polite

Food delivered was cold, in same bag as bottle of pop, rung and was told I could have a refund only because I said I was going to leave a bad review , chased up my refund with Customer services to be told store said no refund offered, complete lie.

Have been to the place quite a few times, the atmosphere is quite welcoming. I was attended by Mr Aakash, providing me the necessary queries i had on selecting the pizza. Looking forwarding on visiting the place soon.

One of the best places the on the street to order pizza with multiple options. I would highly recommend the pan pizza which is a speciality and is only available in pizza hut and the cookie also hits the right spot. The staff including the manager are a super friendly bunch, always ready to help and a quick chat. Especially Akash who works in the evenings is a joyous guy , makes smacking pizzas and you can rely on him to get the order done right. I would recommend anyone to try this pizza hut joint and you'd definitely like their food and the people who work there.

The menu was confusing, listing a vegan meat feast next too the regular meat feast, both of which were not vegan because of the meat… plus the vegan cheese is disgusting

My food is freezing cold. I have no dips. And the Ice-cream is like milkshake.

Phoned up and claimed driver was outside for 15 minutes. Yet I was waiting outside for ages so they lied.

Do not order from here, they will tell you its just under an hour but then the delivery driver will contact you making an excuse and even when you try and help giving them alternative directions they still do not turn up, and when you contact the driver again he the makes up another excuse, reported the restaurant and driver as currently at the time of writing this I have being waiting nearly 2 hours

Driver did not come and knock on my door they just stayed in their car outside and we had to go to them and the food was freezing cold will not order again

Driver has been having hard time to find my place, but after 10 minutes with me on the phone + 3 text messages he finally found the way and delivered still warm delicious pizza hut, like always taste excellent 👌

Called here, my first time eating from a pizza hut! Service was slow, food was mediocre, the customer area was untidy. First impressions of a pizza hut, I won't be in a rush to go back to one!

Food didn’t come in time so I had to work a 13hr Night Shift on no dinner

Ordered from Pizza Hut and food was mediocre, not extremely warm and slightly burnt. One of my orders was a double pepperoni pizza and yet there was at least one slice that pretty much had no pepperoni on it. Pizza was nearly 30 minutes late and only got told about the delay after I asked where my delivery was.

The order was wrong, the hut delivered garlic bread instead of cheese garlic bread. They did not provide any dip with the pizzas.

Very good service, all the team members in Woodville road store are very approachable and kind. Now we are regular customer there..

Pizza doesn't taste as good as before. Veggie supreme has 2 or 3 prices of tiny pepper or onions on it that's all. The whole order came to £36 is wasn't worth it at all. Will never order again

I can only comment on collection. The customer service was great, friendly and quick. The food was ready in good time and fantastic quality and taste. I want disappointed in any way and will call and recommended them in future.
