Good food quick sevice all round good place for food

Burger meals were lovely and tasty very filling , good value for money. Service was quick, busy in the shop l'd go there again.

Came in for my order on the way in the door i noticed what appeared to be a grossly overweight women laughing while looking directly at me then looking at the staff which they both kept laughing made me very out of place food went in to bin will never eat from there again avoid

Absolutely shocking, the order is never correct how I ordered, will never buy from them again.

I ordered from here and was quite a big order so im very disappointed at the service received. They left out an item that i had paid for and when i called they called me a liar and said that they had seen the item being packed on their cameras. The item they mentioned wasnt even on my order so they were clearly lieing about it! And to top it off i found numerous hairs in my cheese and chips so after all of that it didnt get eaten anyway. The manger was very rude and unprofessional absolute vile place and i will not being eating here EVER AGAIN !

Forget Pizza Hut & Dominoes, Pizza Choice is banging! Lush food and they also contribute greatly to the local community with all the sponsorship, they provide for children’s and adults sport teams.

Rang and to order, girl was rude!! Wasn’t listening when asked her to repeat she rushed the order back to me! When I told her that was wrong, she got louder! And ruder Called back as food hadn’t arrived an hour later another lady answered who was very helpful and polite Food arrived cold!!!

Been eating from this place for 15 years and have never once had a bad meal. The menu is quite large with something for everyone in the house, delivery is always quick. My favourite is the chicken Shish with salad (always so fresh) and it’s a great healthy option. I myself have had gastric sleeve surgery and this is a great option as it’s high protein, low fat and delicious. Pizzas are delicious and fresh, my children love them. My daughter is vegetarian and enjoys the veggie burger, vegetarian pizza and the salad and chips in pitta bread. The sauces are gorgeous, the garlic sauce is like nothing else I’ve ever had and the chilli is fantastic if you like a little kick 🌶️

Found a long human hair in my battered fried chicken wings. The hair was stuck to the batter, I pulled it and the hair was covered in the batter, it was about 40cm long not happy. I am never ordering from them again it's disgusting, put me off wings for life.

Man that took order did not speak English. Ordered Kebab Salad Chips & Wings Had a plate of dodgy looking kebab meat and wings Called them and they couldn’t care less NEVER AGAIN scammers

I have always loved pizza choice but after my recent experience I am really annoyed. I rang up to order and the woman on the phone was extremely rude in fact she made my nerves bad. I was explaining my order to her an she was not listening to me and had 3 out of 5 meals wrong. When talking to her she was talking to another worker slagging off a customer saying ‘ why is SHE moaning about the prices’. Completely rude which was uncalled for an even puts you off ringing again to save putting up with her attitude problem. She was huffing and puffing and I didn't feel comfortable asking her to check all my order. Delivery was quick but meal was not enjoyable as order was incorrect. To be honest in future if she answers the phone I will hang up an not order but the other workers are extremely lovely an happy to order with them in the future.

Food is always really nice, but lately we have been buying for large meals and only receiving medium sizes, they then claim when questioned that we only pay for medium but the price says otherwise! Also can be very rude when speaking to the manager!

Great food go to place for kebab or burger meal 2 is so great only problem is sometimes there card machine goes down but other than that it’s my go to take out

15 minute wait for the donner to be cooked even though they had been open 30minutes. Garlic sauce was missing the garlic.Smallest 'EXTRA LARGE' donner I've ever had

Everything was hot great meat, salad and pitta bread. Unfortunately for me garlic sauce was like yoghurt and cucumber with garlic granules, so so sad to say it spoilt the kebab

Definitely the worst pizza I've ever had. Way too greasy and the crust has the texture of cardboard. Never again.

A place for a quick tea when I've finished work and don't feel like cooking. For a small shop there is good choice and it was tasty too

Wouldn’t suggest for anybody to be eating from this place. I was hospitalised at 37 weeks pregnant and found to have campylobacter food poisoning from here. Not to mention 3 weeks later and I am still really ill and due to give birth at any moment. The discomfort I have suffered I wouldn’t wish on anybody and the reason for my review.

Waited for food, called to see where it was and was told that I hadn't even ordered yet the money was taken out of my account. Tried to resolve over the phone, but was passed from person to person, argued with me, then eventually hung up on me calling me a liar! I went to the shop, they argued that I was lying once again, but this time saying that they had my order but it wasnt what I said it was! Absolutely disgusting customer service, argumentative and intimidating! I'm a regular but will never order from there again! Absolutely disgusting. If I could I'd give them less than 1 star. Disgusting!

Absolutely disgusting service I have been a customer for a number of years but never again. I ordered food last night that took over 3 hours to come , when I phoned to ask where my order I was told it had gone to the wrong address and would be with me soon , it arrived about 20 minutes later and wasn’t the food that I had ordered and no cans of drink that I’d ordered with my meals so when I phoned to complain it was so late they had shut so I phoned today and got passed from person to person on the phone to eventually be told it was my fault and he put the phone down on me .disgusting ignorant people with no loyalty to their customers

Just ordered 1pc, 2pc & 3pc of chicken all with chips, and they all came in the same sized box, so obviously the more chicken you order, the less chips you get!! Also, almost every time we eat here the prices have all gone up like 10p per item.. It's like a monthly occurrence!!

ordered lots from here not sure why I bother its well over priced pizza taste cheap chips are always hard and sticky to chew disgusting really had a delivery I work out the price myself at £16 but for some reason was £19 well over priced for a scabby thin pizza with not much toppings and 2 chips 5 onion rings foods always cold as well have to re heat it chips are re cooked I would say heath and safety should look into this take away

Nice kebabs, usually cooked well and really tasty, chips are usually quite nice as well. Although it depends which chef is in because sometimes the chips aren't so great. Since I order from here once or twice a fortnight there have been quite a few small mistakes with the order over the past year and a half, whether it be not leaving the pita bread seperate from the kebab, or forgetting to put a certain sauce on the kebab. Also sometimes they put too much sauce on the food. But that's to be expected from any restaurant. Haven't found a hair in the food since i started ordering from here at least fortnightly about a year and a half ago. Although there has been once or twice where the food hasn't been so nice, whether it has been overcooked or something. But consistently nice lamb Donner with quite nice chips for a good price. Would recommend

So I ordered like 5 minutes ago & my order was messed up I asked for garlic sauce on chips mayo on burger was all wrong and when I phoned (politely) the manager was very rude.

Disgusting customer service at my front door from the actual owner of this shop and company! Never again will I order from this place and all because we received cold, hard kebab meat and wanted a replacement !!

Utilizada para ordenar desde este kebab shop regularmente, pero nunca más. Ha sido completamente inconsistente de los últimos tiempos, pero esta noche se lleva la palma. Kebab de carne repugnante sobras congeladas que estaba helada, a pesar de estar entregado a menos de 10 minutos después de la orden. Concedido un poco de calor se pierde durante el transporte, pero esto podría haber sido tomado tiene directamente de la nevera que estaba frío. Cuando protestamos, la operadora fue genial pero la reinstalación de los mensajes desde el servidor propietario/kebab que dijo que cortar la carne fresca y empaquetado que 5 minutos después de que pedimos. No es una casualidad. Parece ser que el fallo era que los climas fríos Bien hecho elección pizza!

Ordenados de este restaurante por su galardonado status comida. Han dicho mucho sobre él por amigos. Hice mi pedido por teléfono el portavoz era encantador, amable y muy bien informado. La orden llegó bajo tiempo asignado muy satisfechos. Pedimos dos pizzas y un kebab oferta . Comida increíble muy limpio y bien presentado sin duda ordenar desde aquí.Muchas gracias. . .

Así que pedí una pizza kebab de elección hace media hora, sobre teniendo en cuenta que nunca he tenido un problema con su comida. Encontré 3 largos pelos negros gruesa en mi kebab. No felices en todo. Estoy seguro de que no ordenar con mi comida

Just ordered 3 meals from this place that is usually lovely, however, tonight we found at least 3 long black thick hairs in each of our meals! Absolutely disgusting, never order again! I have attached 1 of three hairs!

It's ok. But they regularly mess up your order and the meet is taken from a shady pan on the side. The pizza is not the best, as the kebabs are much better. It's ok, if your on a budget too.

Placed a order for a pizza deal. Was told we would wait 30minutes. After a hour and 15minutes still now pizza. Rang store and they said it had left. Then pizza arrived 5minutes later had waited 1 hour 20minutes, pizza was stone cold. Rang store and asked for money off. Store manager was rude on phone, had no customer service at all and refused to take money off. Then said he wanted 15pound! 15pound for cold pizza! No thanks. Gave pizza back to driver and ordered dominos! Crap service crap food

This is my local and I order from here a fair bit! Never had bad food, always been excellent. 100% do the best Kababs in Wales! I wouldn't have one anywhere else, their pizzas are also equally amazing, prefer them to dominos any day! Plus they are very reasonably priced!

I had a donor wrap and the meat is disgusting. I would much prefer to go to Adam's just behind this place. My girlfriend had a donor kebab and the pitta bread is rock solid.

Have visited this takeaway on several occasions and have not been disappointed. Main order is usually kebab including the lamb donner and chicken shish kebab both amazing. Sometimes gets a bit busy but well worth the wait, staff always helpful and pleasant. Best kebab house in my eyes too.
