Domino's Pizza London - Upminster in Havering

Ordered takeaway. They rang to say the driver was lost but after 2 hours and many phone calls I gave up. The pizza never turned up. Manager was awful. Ordered from another local pizzeria which arrived in 20 mins. Did eventually get a refund but doesn’t make up for the service. Will never use this branch again.

Pizza was good, very quick, friendly staff. Joe was very helpful with all the information i needed with the allergies! would definitely go back.

Absolutely awful service, it is very dissapointing as i love dominos pizza, however this branch lets them down massively. Food comes cold and the delivery driver dropped my pizza and cookies on the floor. They said that they would be back within 30mins with a replacement and never came back. Called the store and they were clueless. Never buy a pizza from here!

Ordered a couple of pizzas,1 ltr still not delivered,after 1hr 15 mins a pizza turns up,not ours,different address on sticker and only 1 pizza. Rang them and they really couldn’t care less. Tried to fob of one pizza and wait for other! I said no as wanted to eat together as family. They then offered to take one back and cook the other. Nope,I don’t want a pizza that’s been hanging around for nearly two hours. After finally getting them both after nearly 2 hours they was only warm. Don’t bother with this place as they’re not bothered about customers.

Bought a pizza from here and it was awful, fat soggy and greasy with the main issue being that the meats looked undercooked grey and flabby, yuk, cheese was barely melted, it should be hot and the meat cooked into the melted cheese. never again.

I always use this branch of dominoes, the service is spot on and the pizza is always consistently good, I drive down from south ockendon to collect here rather than use the south ockendon branch, which I can honestly say is well below par compared to this branch, the staff here are always polite courteous and go out there way to help you out, a breath of fresh air compared to the ockendon dominoes where pizzas turn up cold, and and even when there not cold, they look like slop in a box, and when you politely point out the error of there ways the staff seem disinterested and rude and completely unprofessional including the manager. Upminster Dominoes all the way for me feast out guys.

I will never order from here again. Got a pizza when they had a promotion in the summer and had people dressed up waving signs around town. The pizza tool over an hour to be delivered and literally looked and tasted like cardboard ! I complained and they never even responded !!

I ordered quite a few pizzas today for the family and I have to say I was very disappointed in the food. Especially for the money it cost, the meat was not nice and the chillies i wanted was not hot. The jalapeños are taken from a jar that has too Much vinegar and you can taste it in the pizza itself. I asked for anchovies and they said they don't do any type of seafood one! What sort of a horrible pizza place is this? This is quite honestly a tasteless and full of oil pizza place who are too expensive and only cater for people with no proper taste buds. I will NOT be going to this place again - so disappointed and all that money I paid for it! Very oily and soggy pizza with no flavour whatsoever - too much of that tomato sauce as well and the dough is soggy - what are they thinking when cooking these 💩💩🍕🍕

I went here with my family, 4 of us in total. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The service was great, so much choice on the menu and the food was great! The fact we had a 2 for 1 voucher made it even more impressive at just under £15 a head for two courses and a drink each you can't go wrong!!

I order my pizza at 7:58pm tonight. it didn't arrive till 10;08, called a dozen times and no answer until 9:54 when she told me it was out for delivery. when it arrived it was freezing cold and isn't edible at all. they are only willing to refund half because i took delivery. what a joke of a place. save your money or take your business else where. I was told by the store manager that the area manager 'Depak' will call me to discuss. this isn't the first time i have had issues and have ordered on several occasion in the hope they will improve.....disgraceful service

Average Pizza's, limited toppings and unless you use a coupon can be expensive. Always confirm the prices as they have so many different promos, the wrong costs have been keyed in.

A good reliable service. I have ordered multiple times from this dominos, and only once has my order been slightly wrong - and with a quick phone call the correct pizza was delivered within 15 minutes. Friendly staff, and a relatively prompt service.
