Waited 4 Hours for food, got lied to the whole time telling me it's 5 minutes away. After it arrives over an hour after they closed, it's all the wrong order. I rung up, got told to ring back tomorrow and when I did got the phone put down on me.

Won't even bother not worth the money the food makes you ill need food hygiene inspection.! So if you dont wanto get ill and mugged if go else wer !!! AVOIDDDD

We have always ordered from the chicken shack when we have gone to Liverpool for years and it been lovely but tonight was terrible we will not be going back I don’t know what has happened the food was disgusting

If you want your food to turn up don’t order from here. Ordered at 08.53pm estimated delivery was 09.00-09.20pm. Order still hadn’t arrived at 10.30pm Several excuses given including running late, my husband declined the order, oh and the driver apparently has squashed the pizza and returned, which was the sole reason why it wasn’t delivered. Steer clear so you don’t end up disappointed and STARVING like we were.

I ordered our dinner at 5.30pm it did not arrive till 10.15 , four and a half hours for chicken, was told for over 2 hours my order was next to be sent out,I explained to the staff this was my childrens dinner, will not be going back

So firstly I waited 1 hour and a half for them to tell me it would be 15 mins more with no apology. Waited 20 mins, called back, no answer. So I rung another 3 times for them to finally BLOCK my number. I had paid by card too which makes it worst. Luckily it was through just eat so I got my money back with them. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Obtuvimos nuestro regalo mensual antes, patatas fritas o pollo maravillosamente cocinadas sin grasa, leí algunas críticas antes y me sorprendió verlas, en todo el tiempo que hemos pedido aquí, NUNCA hemos comido mala comida de aquí. Le pediría a la gente que no mire las malas críticas, en lo que a mí respecta, es basura,

El propietario se ofreció a recoger el pedido de inmediato y reembolsarlo. Lo empacamos todo listo para su recolección.Ellos no vinieron. Se negaron a responder a más llamadas.Contactamos a Just Eat¡No volveremos a ordenar desde aquí!

The food was absolutely amazing, the chips were great and the seasoning added onto the food was amazing, nice staff and brilliant food!

Placed an order for delivery at 21.20. Its now 22.55 and we still haven't received it. This is the last time we will be ordering from here. Disgusting service.

La comida estaba muy agradable, especialmente la sal roja de patatas fritas.Buen precio.Parecía muy ocupado durante el momento del día y teniendo en cuenta que sólo parecía ser un tipo de trabajo en este punto estábamos en y fuera en ningún momento.Sin duda recomiendo este lugar para un rápido agradable comida rápida.
