Order wasn’t ready for 45 minutes (ordered a singular small pizza) When pizza came tomato sauce was watery and the cheese was thick and greasy. The workers don’t wear gloves and kitchen looks a mess 👎🏾

I cannot express this enough… YOU NEED TO AVOID THIS PLACE. I ordered food from this establishment via Uber at 11.30pm on a Wednesday. Me and my mate were staying in Liverpool for the football, we were starving and needed something to eat, we had no idea what we got ourselves into. (I’ll keep the story short we never ate) The order status never changed on Uber, so I tried contacting the store multiple times to see what was taking so long. They didn’t respond. I then called the store as my order was 1 hour in as I had no updates on my food. I then checked the store opening times via google which were telling me they were closed at 11pm. I appreciate UBER are a different company; I was told by UBER I would get a refund when I cancelled the order. (I never got the money) Because Papa Johns apparently already started making the order, which is absolute nonsense btw. I then rung the store countless times speaking to a range of managers and staff hoping one of them could string a reasonable explanation together (which they never did) all of them giving me the same boring excuse. As far as I’m concerned this place is run by idiots. Rule No.1 of business - Update your business hours!! Long story short - I NEVER GOT MY FOOD OR MONEY BACK.

Stood there for 10 minutes shouting them and they're all just talking amongst themselves 1 person brushingthe floor in the back with a pizza waiting on the side.... Sorry for whoever that pizza belongs to a so don't know what will be on it. Store manager then told me to wait 20 minutes after I had placed my order 20 minutes ago. I asked for free side to compensate me and he told me no. Talking to me in an arrogant way. Never eat here

Got a call 40 minutes after I’d placed the order to tell me they didn’t have some of the ingredients. Was delivered after an hour - but they hadn’t given the delivery driver the drink. Pizza was hard and stale, in parts cold and others blistering hot as if microwaved, and drenched in grease. The chicken from the Side was very cold - didn’t feel comfortable eating it. Threw the majority of it away and ordering from elsewhere.

Completely awful, orders on asap take over an hour to arrive. Another time when given 5 hours notice to deliver then just didn't deliver then when going in store to ask what happened they claimed it was delivered when it was not. They also do not ever answer the phone. PLEASE do not order from here and if you do make it for collection.

Used to be the best pizza in Liverpool by far. Ordered many times over the span of a couple years and always consistently good quality and service from them. Must have new management these days because I’ve had 3 bad experiences in a row. Food quality has absolutely plummeted as has service. Never ordering from here again.

Ordered from here twice, first time my order was delivered with the wrong desserts which was not too upsetting but ordering again yesterday my pizza was delivered cold and incredibly undercooked, not happy with it in the slightest.

Absolutely terrible! Missed most of our order and then won't pick up the phone when we call. The pizza has hardly any toppings on it either. Please save your £ and order from somewhere else!

Update: I was tryng to cancel but no one is answering the calls, eventually the pizza was delivered after 5 hours. Nothing wrong with the pizza. It’s the delivery time that made me give them 1⭐️ Order never delivered, been trying to call the store but no one is answering.

Ordered once and they missed half my meal, phoned them up and got told to come and collect it, gave them the benefit of doubt. SECOND TIME ordering and they forgot more than half of the meal due to "every human makes mistakes" after calling up the manager who didnt have the slighest sorrow for his and others hes in charge of. I ordered a meal deal of 2 pizzas and 2 sides with a drink totalling £32 from Papa Johns. The status went from ready to delivery and then cancelled. I called the store to enquire. The staff said they cancelled it because there was no delivery available. What the heck? They did not call me before cancelling it like every other seller does. If there was no delivery available why did the order get accepted? Why did they start preparing the order? I told them I would come down to the store and pick it up in person and they agreed. I went down to the shop only to get treated rudely. They asked me to place the order again. When I told them they should have informed me before cancelling the order they started speaking in a rude and careless manner. I am the one who got his Friday night ruined, walking to the store in the middle of the chilly and rainy night despite paying the delivery charges, got treated badly walked back with nothing and slept hungry. All this after a hard working day. I just wanted to relax at the weekend. Still haven't received my refund. I am writing this review so that people can be extra vigilant about ordering from Papa John's, especially from Unit 1A Prescot St, Liverpool L7 8UL

I placed an order at 10:20pm the pizza was being made snd almost ready to collect when it was cancelled. I phoned the store to find out there was no drivers so if I wanted I would have to collect. I was at work so had to place a new order at 11:00. The time got to 11:30 and couldn't wait anymore so went to collect even though the app showed pizza wasn't ready. When I arrived there was a large queue, only 2 people working and no one checking orders. I saw a pile of pizza just sitting there. We then waited almost 20 minutes for the person to finally start handing out the pizza. When I brought them back to work the pizza was stone cold!! The backs of the garlic bread was rock hard like it was made originally at the 10:30 and was left to sat there. There was one pizza that wasn't even cut and it ended up being more like a tear bread as we couldn't even cut it with a knife it was that hard. We put 2 slices in the microwave to try and soften it up but honestly the whole thing was unedible. To make matters worse we had no sauces that was ordered and the chicken poppers side only contained 6 pieces with 2 being raw. I was devastated as we where working for the NHS on nights at the hospital and was meant to be a colleague leaving celebration pizza that turns out so wrong. I have never experienced a 45 minute wait for stone cold pizza and raw chicken. I will never order from this branch again and can see why they only have 2 star review on Google. I think even collecting in person would have helped but was terrible and was told that the sauces would be refunded and the side but never recieved it, for £40 was an absolute joke.

Ordered at 5:19, arrived at 6:30, spent 30 minutes in the 'checking and cutting' only for us to call and have them tell us it was on the way, tracker showed them leaving the place 5minutes later (tracker was sent via text message) arrived cold and missing part of our order. Tried to contact the store to ask for missing drink only to have no one pick up when called. Update: have since called 6, SIX, Times and been ignored everytime. Each time its rang through with no answer.

I placed my order online at 21:00 and received my order at 22:31. I had to call four times, I called at 21:50 and the pizza was still not in the oven, 1 hour and 31 minutes is an unacceptable time for one pizza and a side to be delivered.

Ordered in person as husband was just out of hospital so it was easy to get to. One staff member was helpful and serving customers etc., another was making pizzas, but another one sat on his phone the whole time we were waiting to collect. Thought he was on a break and that’s why he was ignoring us, but turned out he just wanted to get paid for doing nothing, unless he’s a volunteer they can’t get rid of. This place has screwed our orders up in the past. We thought turning up in person might be a better experience.

Wrong half pizza, sauces squashed into pizza, not good when loads of other places do better pizzas, I should have ordered from one of them! Starters were cold and not cooked and it looks like the peri chicken has run out and they have put some salt and pepper on normal ones! Ordered a pizza it came with the wrong topping and without the drink and ice cream I ordered. I still tipped the delivery man thinking he’d be bringing me stuff or give me a full refund when I found later he told me he was only giving me a partial refunded for the drink and missing ice cream. Go to domino’s it’s consistent.

I ordered two large pizzas with two sides and pepsi. The driver instructed me to phone the shop and request a refund because he forgot to bring the drink. When I called the store, they refused to give me a refund and instead promised to deliver the drink to me again but he didn't. I raised this issue via their website but I haven't received any response.

I’ve been ordering from here for a long time since it was the best pizza in Liverpool but…..The last 3 times I ordered it’s been the same bad experience: it says deliver when it hasn’t and it doesn’t come until way later. Today was the last straw tho: - It took one hour to arrive - They send the wrong drink - Not even one sauce on the boxes or any of the 4 extra sauces that I paid for - Everything was freezing cold - Nothing was cut properly, so I had to cut it myself - I called and I was told someone will bring the right drink and sauces…. It’s been an hour and nothing. Waste of money. My fault for allowing them to fool me 3 times, never again.

The ordered arrived late and not what I ordered. I am allergic to mushrooms, it clearly states no mushrooms in my order yet they messed it up and they don’t answer calls on time. I still haven’t received my refund.

Rang up to make sure a vegan pizza was without cheese and instead a fully loaded meat version arrived. This meant half of the party ate and the other didn’t as they wouldn’t send a replacement and ‘couldn’t handle the order’. This should have been a nice one off treat! Wouldn’t order again! Ordered food at 19:50. Rang up at 21:10 because it still wasn't here and was on quality check for 40 minutes. The guy told me it would be 20 minutes. The tracker then at 21:46 said it was out for delivery. I went downstairs and waited for it and checked the tracked again 5 minutes later and it said it was delivered. I waited another 5 or 10 minutes and rang the shop twice to no answer. Checked on here and it was now closed. Absolutely scandalous service and mo way to get in touch for a refund.

We ordered pizza after an hour and a half I phoned the shop and was told the delivery driver had left 5 minutes ago and the lady apologized for the delay. After 2 hours I phoned back and she was unable to say if was in the shop or on it's way??? I told her I want a refund and she said that the next time we ordered we could have the pizza free of charge. I asked to speak to a manager and she stated they are not in work at the moment. I asked for a refund again as we will not be ordering from them again. She then agreed to the refund and stated it will take 3-4 days.

Been here a couple of times and tbh as vegan pizza goes, this one is pretty good... However the service here is ridiculous.. people behind the till will literally look at you, stand there chatting with the 9 people behind there who seem to be just dossing about, then when they are ready, they will just look at you, say absolutely nothing and expect you to order.. no hello, no next please, no what can I get you, just a stare.. then as a thank you, you will he stood there 25 mins for 1 pizza.

Walked in to order a pizza, told it's online only. No walk ins, no telephone orders and card only. Had to make an account and pay for a pizza online while I was in the shop. What's wrong with taking my order and taking cash.

Really enjoyed the vegan pizza and cauliflower from here!! They are good. If you are vegan they have lots of options including stuffed crust. 👍

I have worked as a shift leader at papa johns At another store and have alot of kitchen experience outside of papa johns too. I started work at papa johns Prescott road earlier tonight and I was absolutely disgusted by the hygiene instore, I brought multiple issues up with the store manager and he told me to stop complaining and carry on making orders. I have now reported this store to environmental health and I am waiting for a response. The issues I seen instore were: 1) None of the staff were wearing hats/hairnets & multiple staff wore there hair hanging loose in food areas. 2) Most of the staff were wearing their own clothes in food prep areas. Including dirty jackets. 3) Only one person in the store was wearing an apron which was covered in flour and pizza sauce before she had even started her shift. 4) I pulled out the slapping bench & there was mould growing up the wall which me and a driver cleaned. 5) I pulled out the Make-line & there was rotting food underneath it which I scrubbed away. 6) I was told by the manager to put very small amounts of each topping on the pizzas so he wouldn’t run out. 7) I was told by another member of staff that they re label product at the end of the night instead of replacing it. 8) I was told to slap very overproofed dough that was straight from the chiller. 9) I saw trays fall on the floor and they were put straight back with other trays without being washed in between. 10) The pots on the drying rack were filthy. 11) The water coming from the potwash sink had a strong smell & was not running clear. 12) The same tongs were being used for bbq buffalo & roasted wings without being cleaned in-between. 13) A pizza was make with wrong toppings on it, the store manager told the staff member to pick the toppings off the pizza and put correct toppings on. 14) The filter at the back of the make-line was full of fluff, and the wires & plug sockets were really dirty, which is a fire hazard. 15) There was an open can of tuna left on top of the make-line for at least 50 minuets with no labels before I binned it. 16) All the services were unclean either covered in crumbs or sauce. 17) There were no clean mop heads in-store, the deck drubbing brush was dirty and the floor squeegee was broken. 18) The oven was really dirty, like it had never been cleaned. It was also set on 270’c, the manager said this was because the oven was faulty because of its age. All the pizzas that were served looked under cooked. 19) The mop sink was black and so was the mop bucket I didn’t even attempt to this. The store manager also walked around store on his phone talking to friends, he spoke about his staff really poorly and had a terrible attitude when I was questioning him about the hygiene in-store.

I don't know if they can not read in this shop or their heads are usually somewhere else when making orders. I have ordered here several times and they have put the wrong pizza in the box while sticking the right item sticker on the box, I have continously let it go everything and then today I ordered and they made same mistake. I called the shop to make a complaint and the staff or whoever picked up dropped the phone on me and I called back several times afterwards without them picking up again. The pizza is also very oily. Bad customer service always.

Attitude from staff is awful. I was tracking my order online when it said my order had been delivered so I rang for an explanation to be met on the phone by a arrogant young lady with the worst attitude ever I asked what was the point in the tracker if it said my order had already been delivered told me that it’s an automatic thing that it says it’s been delivered when it hasn’t I told her that I used to work for them and that I know what they’re up to because they get brownie points from their store owners for quicker deliveries so they say it’s been delivered when it actually hasn’t. Will not be ordering from papa johns anymore.

Ordered garlic bread sticks and got brownies, also asked for an extra bbq and didn’t get that. When I called the store, they said they were busy and can’t replace my missing items and promised to give me my missing items next time for free. Lol. Made me laugh!! Don't even bother with this one if you like to customize your pizza. Costs a fortune to add the toppings if you can bother to call them that, added 2 portions of chicken breast toppings and there is maybe 4 or 5 tiny bits of chicken added to the whole pizza. Not to mention I've ordered 3 times now, 3 times I've ordered a bottle of pepsi and 3 times they've never delivered it, why I keep trying I don't know but today is the last straw.

Very disapointed, pizza had no taste, actually weird taste of the sauce. Asked for ham and cheese pizza with tomatos. They have sent me few tiny litle pieces of tomatos, does not make sense... Expected something better for more than 20pound, but left very dissapointed. It is not better than you normaly find at kebab shops.

We used a just eat loyalty voucher and paid £14.49 in total for “the back of the neck” deal (double xl pizza two sides dip and drink). We placed the order approx. 6.45pm. Come 7.55pm, just eat showed “enjoy your food” as though it has been delivered. We called papa johns to see what happened as we had no food, they said the food hadn’t appeared on the screen, therefore they hadn’t received the order. Baffling. It looked as though our order has been cancelled. This is obviously not good enough, it’s not our faults you have electrical IT problems. But also, not theirs. So we gave them the benefit of the doubt and reordered over the phone. They said it would be with us in 20 minutes. 50 minutes later- nothing. So we called papa johns again and the worker said the driver had tried to call me but there were 0 missed calls. We are sat staring at our phone STARVING and angry for hours. It has now been nearly 2 hours and no food and my money has been taken from my account. The worked said the delivery was outside but I was waiting directly outside and he was not. I may be hungry but I am not blind. In the meantime, we have smashed a whole tub of Pringles in our starvation. It’s now 9pm and I’m writing this with no pizza still. Not good enough Liverpool papa johns. The delivery guy on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me twice. I walked three streets down as the driver had no idea where he was going. The food finally arrived and it was cold and the order was incorrect. I called the papa johns for the third and final time and explained the situation. I spoke to a lady called Chloe who was extremely patient and polite. She helped me every step of the way and fully refunded my pizza (rightly so). Kudas to Chloe who saved the day but shame on the gentlemen she works with who have 0 manners. Wont be ordering from here again.

I placed an order that took over 1 hour to change status from "cutting and checking" to "out for delivery". During this hour I tried to ring the store several times, letting the phone ring for at least 5min without any answer. Finally, after that whole hour, the status changed to "out for delivery". My partner went downstairs to wait for the delivery outside, and after more than 20min, all of the sudden the status went to "delivered". Obviously, no one tried to deliver or to contact me at all!! I rang again several times, finally I got through someone, a man, he didn't give me his name. I explained the situation and he "suggested" that it might have been my fault for not giving the correct address and telephone number. He then contacted the driver, who rang my partner for the FIRST time. The manager in store said that they tried to ring me 4 times, which was OBVIOUSLY not true. I requested new pizzas as the ones that we got were completely cold because it was the driver's and the restaurant's fault!! What awful customer service and experience. Dint even get an apology!!. I will never be returning or buying again!

I ordered two pizzas two weeks ago and there was an issue with my half and half pizza where I only got a full Hawaiian but I called up and explained the situation and was offered a free pizza for another time. Anyone can make a mistake so although I was annoyed at not getting my initial pizza I was very happy to take up the offer of a free one today which was great. The staff member who dealt with it was very helpful and professional.

Wanted give it a try as I always order Domino’s well worst decision ever! Got an email saying that it was delivered when it hadn’t! Called the store more than 10 times and no answer, over 1h and 20 minutes later pizza arrives stone cold and it’s pretty average. Never again

Leaving 1 star is even being generous. All of this started off with this branch not having any of the cinnamon scrolls in stock, which although was a bit annoying wasn’t a big deal as I thought they could just refund my money. This is where I was wrong! Apparently giving refunds back to customers isn’t the usual procedure in their words and would rather us order something else for the same value of which we declined as we just wanted our money back. After a bit of back and forth with the staff on the phone they said I would get a refund for the cinnamon scrolls in the next 48 hours. 7 days later and still no show for this apparent refund. So again, we call up Papa John’s and speak to one of the Managers called Frank who informed us again that refunds weren’t the usual procedure, but informed us rather than giving a refund as it would have to go through head office he would instead offer us £20 store credit. Great, we thought! Frank told us that he would inform all of the staff and leave a note with my name and phone number so that we could redeem our store credit. They make it sound so simple... Later that evening we call again and speak to another Manager called Jimmy this time, who in the bluntest terms said he had no idea what we were talking about and that he couldn’t give us the credit. Despite us telling him numerous times and going back and forth for 10 minutes on the phone he eventually said he was going to check with Frank and for us to call back in 10 mins. 10 mins passed and we attempted to call back and had no answer, tried again but no answer and then a third time no answer. This went on for about 30 mins, before we had enough and went down to the store itself and had to argue it all out again, before they finally agreed to honour our store credit! Plus he had the cheek to answer the phone right in front of us whilst he had been ignoring it the entire time whilst we were calling! Quite clearly there is something fundamentally wrong with either the training Papa John’s staff undertake, as their customer service skills are absolutely shocking and in addition to this the company policy of no refunds is absolutely insane, not to mention illegal! If you’re after pizza with even a decent amount of customer service you’d be better off going absolutely anywhere else than this bunch of clowns.

The driver didn't deliver my order and said they did. When I phoned up the store the staff accused me of being a liar. When asked could their driver describe my physical appearance or house door colour they refused to answer. They insulted my sister and called her a liar. They never offered any refund or another order of the same goods. Do not use this store!

I used to regularly order from Papa John's but my last two orders have been awful. The pizzas are delivered very oily and drenched in sauce, so when you try to pick up a slice all the ingredients just instantly fall off. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again, it's a shame as I used to prefer them over Dominoes and Pizzahut but the quality of the pizzas has decreased versus their competitors

Spent time trying to order on line as web site seemed to not be working so phoned. Phone was answered promptly, took my order but then tried to charge me an extra 50p for deliver as he said I was over 3 miles away. Its less than 1.5 miles so I challenged this. He said he could charge what he liked and I should do it on line if I did not want to pay the extra 50p delivery. The guy I spoke to said he was the manager God help Papa Johns if he is as this has to be the most dishonest and dreadful service I have ever received. I agree with so many others here this place gets a massive zero

Great pizzas and excellent value for money, had a slight issue with one of my pizzas but a staff member at the Prescott store called Frank went above and beyond to rectify this. Exactly the reason why I prefer PJs than any other pizza place. Great customer service.

I ordered to deliver because it was the only way due to the lockdown. I live 10 minutes walking from the store and it was delivered after 1h and 40 minutes of waiting, it was cold and they gave it to me directly instead of avoiding contact and keeping a safe distance.🤷🏻‍♂️

Ordered 2 pizzas, 2 sides and a dessert on a Saturday night. We waited an hour an a half for the fella to turn up saying he's left a pizza and a side. So he's left half the order. Brilliant. He gives me the food quickly before speeding off into his car shouting 'sorry I go back and get it' he wasn't assed in the slightest. Gave it an hour no food turned up so rang after another hour and they said they were really busy but could issue a refund. Got no email confirmation other than a fella calling himself the store manager on the phone saying he'll give us a refund. So we wait and no refund it's now Tuesday we ring up again and are told again yeah it just takes a few days to go through. We ring up Wednesday and get some snotty unassed employee on the phone telling us No we don't issue refunds you have to go to head office. We proceeded to tell him No use are in the wrong, you've lived to us for days and you stole money off us and didn't provide good quality customer service. I messaged papa John's on twitter, for a generic reply saying oh use this link and 'leave feedback' for our customer service team to get back to you. No this is a complaint and an issue that needs resolving. Told we have to wait 5-7 days for someone to get back to us about a refund. Absolute joke of a company and the employees in this particular shop are disgusting. They don't care about the customers and can't even get an order right. Will never be going here again, and I can see by the other reviews I'm not the only person who thinks this shop is diabolical. Head office need to sort it out and get better staff on. I worked in customer service for 4 years and would never dream of being so rude and unhelpful as this lot are.

Good vegan pizzas but very rude staff.

Customer service is terrible and food doesn't show up. You could be waiting over 2 hours for your food to appear. The people who work there don't care and you're left out of pocket with no food!

we had ordered a couple of pizzas for the whole reception team at Crowne Plaza on the docks, after payment was taken and we waited for an hour we had a notification that the food was delivered. we left instructions for the pizza to be left with the reception team and a number to call if there were problems(we received a confirmation text so we know the number was correct). the food had not arrived despite the notification. We obviously called to see where our food was after a long shift that was nearly finished to be told they tried to called and the number was wrong which is not true, then we were told they attempted delivery thinking we were hotel guests, they did not. We were told they could get the order back out but would take another hour!! we asked for a refund which they did do and told us to call back tomorrow to reordered the delivery free of charge. the next day we did this and waited near 2 hours for the delivery and had to called 3 times again to confirm it was actually coming!! overall very bad experience even though we eventually got the pizza (which was cold and badly presented) not happy with papa johns at all and wont be going back or recommending to our guests either who frequently ask for places to order food.

Ordered online, paid with paypal, only to find out that my order fot whatever reason was cancelled and now I have to deal with PayPal to get my money back.

Sorry to break with the consensus; all the previous reviews were 1 star, I’m going up to two stars. The service was woeful and clearly no star. But the actual pizzas were very good. The problem is they drove to our building and then just phoned rather than walking up to the door. Our phone didn’t ring so they drove off. After much discussion they came again and again sat in their car and required us to walk over to the road 20 feet away and get the pizza from them. This is not a delivery service as I know it. There were even two of them in the car. You would have thought hopping out would have even make their shifts more interesting.

Never again form this place. After waiting an age outside my hotel for delivery I called to see where it was. I was told it was out for delivery. 20min later I called back to see where it was only to be told it was on its way and the driver had 2 deliveries to do. When it was finally delivered the bottle of Pepsi max was missing. when I called back they said the would send one on asking how long it would be as my pizza was getting cold i was told it could not be told as it was only cooked 20 min ago, I asked how was it only cooked 20 min ago when over 20 min ago it was on its way. the driver came back went into Tesco next to my hotel to buy the pop. He bought normal Pepsi which I had to exchange due to being a Diabetic.

Ordered a pizza at 2pm. Still hadn't arrived by 4pm. Called them to ask what was happening. They told me the order was out for delivery. This was a complete lie. When the pizza finally arrived part of the order was missing and the food was cold. No refund or replacement offered. The delivery driver was rude and when I told him the order had taken over two hours to arrive, he just shrugged his shoulders. I will never be ordering from them ever again.

It takes and hour and a half to arrive and the customer service over the phone is absolutely shocking. When it finally arrives, its cold.

Ordered 2 pizzas 🍕 🍕 both or different kinds. One was Spicy Chicken Burger which features some cut poppers as a topping and was looking forward to trying this one as never had before. Received 2 pizzas but the one which was meant to be this was just a plain Margherita Pizza. Called up the shop and couldn’t get through so dropped a msg on Facebook. Received a call in 10mins and arranged to send a new one with the correct topping and keep the ones received free of charge! Happy with that, ordered from here without issue previously so happy they are more than reasonable in rectifying the issue :)

I have placed an order online for a pizza for 7:30 in the evening. It was 8pm when I decided to ring them as I had not heard a thing form the shop. I spoke with two different staff that told me that the "system was down" and that I would have to wait another 45-50 minutes for the pizza to be delivered. They took my details but when I asked the individual if the delivery was likely to take longer than 50 minutes, he laughed and replied "probably". I cancelled the order straight away and was promised an immediate reimbursement for the money I had already paid online for the pizza that was never delivered. I rang a couple of days later as my account had not been credited with the £15.99. I was told by another staff of member that I would have to wait until 5pm that day to get my money as there were no drivers available. Eventually, and after some persistence, he agreed to send someone around before 5pm. There was absolutely no apology and the staff appeared genuinely clueless about the most basic rules of customer care. I can not begin describe the abruptness and dismissiveness that I was dealt with. This was my first and last time with Papa John's. I ended up ordering a pizza from Domino's, which actually arrived on time.

Used to order from here fairly frequently and was always good. The last few times, the food has been cold and undercooked especially the potato products . Tonight, it took over an hour to arrive, arrived cold and they sent a cookie instead of a brownie. Last time we had to re cook the food as it was so undercooked. We should’ve sent it back only it so long to come. Tonight when we rung to enquire how long the food would take , the person was rude and couldn’t be bothered to answer the question . Just said it’s on the way immediately without even checking the order. Won’t be ordering from here anymore, we’ve given them enough chances to get it right.
