Gr8 Pizza in Liverpool

Cold, late to arrive, Tasteless chilli oil from 1 dish leaked all over everything else. The food was so tasteless and bland that it was a total waste of money; how this place got high marks is a complete mystery.

Salt and pepper chicken and chips just tasted of grease and took a look at the pizza and never tasted that awful

These are the best salt & pepper boxes BY FAR!! Love them! They have so much more in them than anywhere else and tasty gorgeous food! I always get some curry to dip with them 😂

Hello dear I hope you’re well. I bought the pizza for my guest but they didn’t deliver to me and they rubber me £20 on 17/02/2023 and we went the shop they are close.

Took my payment on the 14th February they didn't bring anything the phone number for shop doesn't work not recognise I was ripped of for £21 . 48p

Been a long day. Fancied a takeaway. It was late, but tried this place. The pizza!!!! Amazing. It arrived quick, hot and my gosh was it tasty. I've eaten pizza from nearly every takeaway but this was the best. Thanks guys!

Chips under cooked chicken on wrap over cooked and left out a drink, delivery driver was about 14 and started being nasty about my cat 🤣 was shouting all over the street as well 🙄

Food is extremely bad. Who puts peppers and mushrooms on a kebab. What if I had an allege to mushrooms?. The kebab its self was awful.when you seen a cook picking his nose you know its not good. . Had to order from else where

#Beware# I went to this gr8 pizza House on tuebrook liverpool ordered basic food kababs chips pizza it was horrid kabab meat dripping in grease and half cooked on one side tasted horrible makes me feel sick writing this as I have to think of that smell and tangy horrible taste it left in my mouth even the chips were horrible now you can't get chips wrong and the pizza well let's just say that was that hard we never challenged it resembled brick and mortar from builders yard if you have sense dodge this yard and save Ur cash it's a waste of money to put straight in bin so #beware#

Don't waist your money really take some advice.... the foods below average and cold even when you collect yourself. Part of.the order was missing when we unloaded the bag at home From bad food to bad sevice . I have nothing good to say about this takeaway. NEVER AGAIN !!!

Such a bad experience, food was missing, took ages to receive , everything was too cold to eat , on complaint, staff was rude , never going to the order again .

Mixed review. The onion rings, the chicken nuggets and the chop suey rolls all tasted the same as they were completely overwhelmed with the after taste of cooking oil. On the contrary, the chips and the pizza saved the day as these were the top 2 out of the 7 different items I got off of the menu. The 'milkshake' is overpriced for what you get (din't know it would be a fridge drink and not a freshly blended milkshake) but the chocolate gateau which was actually quite underwhelming at first sight, ended up being very rich and delicious. So having tried all these different things I would say that this place is a hit and miss hence my 3/5 score. However if ur really pressed for cash and want to do a large fast food mukbang for YouTube, this is the place for you.

Entered the shop and wasn't acknowlegded by any of the staff. Waited for a few minutes and was just about to leave when the girl finally acknowleged us and asked what we wanted. I asked if we could order food for delivery to our home and she wanted to know if I was trying to deliver something to her. Ordered fries, onion rings, garlic bread with cheese & mushroon and two pizzas both with extra toppings. Girl told us it would be about an hour. In their defence it turned up at our door in 35 minutes which is pretty quick. However the fries and onion rings were soft and a bit soggy and one of the pizzas was missing both of the extra toppings we'd asked for. The garlic bread was petty good. Overall the price was reasonable, the food was mediocre to average, the inshop service was poor, the delivery time was quick and the total experience was only two star. With so many different fast food outlets in the area we won't be spending our money there again. I wouldn't suggest that you don't try them as we may have caught them on a bad day but in our opinion you only get one chance to make a first impression and they one they made on us wasn't favourable. Hope this helps.

Would have given 0 if its possible. Placed my order today at 5.07pm to have my order set to deliver at 7.05pm 2 normal pizza's 1 calzone Called them 9 times in between, finally got them on the Phone and told them I have been waiting for 2 hours. They hung up on me and still didnt contact me or deliverd the food. AWFULL SERVICE

Half the order missing , rice over cooked donner meat dry , curry sauce watery . Chow mein no beansprouts , 6 small pieces of chicken smothered in soy sauce so inedible. rang and asked for the rest of my order arrived 40 minutes later , rest of tea gone cold . ordered large chips they were bland tasting and was only a small portion. save your money and go elsewhere . Shop staff rude and dismissive

Delivery time was good, price was good, food was hot and everything, but the quality of the food wasn't the best. Felt like it was was made from cheap ingredients. None of us ate much of our order, rather pay more money for better quality food.

This place is at the left side of the road if you are driving down from the city center... It's a nice place to get a pizza

Food is great but.... 1hr 45mins wait for 2 chicken kebabs! The staff are comical in there approach and haven't got a clue. Customer service is very bad-AVOID!

They always sell really nice pizza, yesterday they gave me a free garlic bread with my order because of a slight wait in service. Excellent, I recommend and will be returning in the near future.

Waited an hour and a half when it finally turned up the pizza was practically cold an the nuggets and chips wer cold and soggy! Rang the shop and was told that they were not cold and soggy and hadn't been in the bag for ages! Went straight in the bin! Will never order from there again!

went in to the shop for food the staff were not very welcoming i waited 25 minutes to be served by a member off staff which is appalling, second when i placed my order the woman behind the counter was to busy chatting to other members of staff to take down my order correctly i then proceeded to wait another 50 minutes in store to receive my food when i got my food some food was miss placed such as two pizzas and a mixed kebab i told the woman i placed my order with and she called me a liar so i asked her to check her receipt which proved i was missing those food items so i then had to wait another 10 minutes for the missing food with no apology i was appalled by this also the shop was dirty not once did i see any member of staff handling food wear gloves or wash there hands. ALL IN ALL VERY POOR SERVICE WOULD NOT EAT HERE AGAIN !!!!!!

absolutely disgraceful. i made a £25 order to them and the food arrived undercooked. i called and asked for a refund but the refused. accused me of asking for free food. repeatedly slammed down the phone and refused to deal with my complaint. i was told not to order again from here. disgraceful customer service.
