Village Pizza in Liverpool

Awful food, 5 pieces of meat in kebab with brown salad for £7.70 absolutely disgusting and the pitta was rock hard, avoid!!

I never have a problem here and the service is good. Always go here for my kebab 👌🏻

Fed up up of getting things missing in the delivery so I went in this shop only wanted a burger they couldn't even get that right the guy who served me was very arrogant won't be going there again I would advise you to go somewhere else

Ordered a family pizza meal but arrived 50 minutes after the expected delivery time. Did not taste an anchovies as requested on the pizzas.

Amazing takeaway. The best in south Liverpool. Great prices, big portions and very tasty. Can’t go wrong here.

Ordered house special pizza & Large chicken kebab, Pizza fine, look at pictures Kebab never seen anything like it even for normal Kebab, they came with another Kebab P*ss take covered with loads lettuce nothing else… Kebab I have had from any where else has chicken with lettuce, tomato, onions and cucumber. PLEASE Look at Pics

They take your order say it will be a time then when you call up they say it will be another half hour they are a joke

Not a lot to say tbh...don't eat lamb and the chicken kebab I ordered had pieces of lamb in ot...binned it sadly.

You never get what you order. I ordered the Village special kebab, come with no fries and this was the 2nd time. Nasty rude man just said were busy you will get them later and put phone down on me, they never did come. Cheap s..t meat. Stay far away from S..t Hole.

Village Pizza ? More like village, we forget, the pizza . Asked the driver where the pizza was an he got in his car and drove off . Rang the shop to no answer. Other than that the food that actually did turn up was nice . Shame

ordere regularly from here disappointed tonight 6th april ... no can with cheese burger meal (still waiting after an hour for him to return with the can ) and no chips with donner meat and chips

Joke of a place ordered food at 7pm and still sat here waiting, chef must be chasing the chicken in the back for my burger

Ordered and the delivery driver got the wrong address (address is written on receipt) when the driver turned up with cigarette in hand and food sat on parcel shelf. He then said "if I had know the job was this far out I wouldn't have accepted it). Got the food in and with no surprise it was cold. First time ordering and probably will be the last.

I ordered two 12 inch pizza only got one 12,other one was 10 order completely wrong,charged me for two 12inch pizza aswell,"not happy;,my bill came to 22.90,only got 2.10 change back,out of £30.Totally got ripped off,short chaged me out of a £5,wont be going back there again.

Very friendly people and only had to wait a short while for my delicious doner and chips. Good portion and it was the best doner I’ve had in a long time!!

Very nice pizzas, and very nice people also! When placing the order he told us we should pick the pizzas up in 20 minutes. But they weren't quite ready because it was a big order. To apologise they gave us a free garlic bread (also delicious) and even wanted to give us a free big bottle of 7up! We took the pizzas and free garlic bread which were all delicious, and so well garnished that we couldn't finish! Lovely place

Good hot Pizza lots of topping and special sauce is good and spicey.

I will never ever order from here again, long black hair in my kebab, I picked order up and rang 10 mins l8r to explain, given the height of abuse, not thr problem, am ringing trading standards, given pandemic they dnt even wear hair covers, food hygiene should be 0. I returned with the order got a refund but I will not go here again even got the height of abuse in the shop.

Terrible service, they say they have been to your house even though you have cameras and a ring doorbell and can see any visitors. Used then before but not again while the drivers are saying they have been when they haven’t.

17/07/21. I ordered 2 pieces chicken, A Hot & Spicy 12" Pizza & small chips. Absolutely beautiful. Nice & hot & delicious, friendly staff. Amazing Thank You.

Just received my order it wasnt what i asked for , always used them and it has been very good but this time i questio ed my order and the fella on the phone was very abrupt not using them any more

The food in general was ok but the tomato base to the pizza is disgusting, really not nice at all. The cheese is cheap and flavour less.

Have heard really good things about yourselves, have just had my food taken back because the note i gave had sellotape on it. I would like to point out that this is still LEGAL tender....there is none of it missing and the serial number is completely in tact. I'm disgusted and starving and think you should get your facts straight before you go taking people's food off them. I have been isolated alone for four weeks, felt like treating myself .... Only have that twenty pound note. You driver also took my 2.30 tip, and only gave me back the twenty. I'm furious and starving. I have only just recently moved to garston, I work on hospitality and know how to treat my customers and would rather accept a damaged note which I still recognise as LEGAL than take someone's food away from them to throw in the bin. Not good business and absolutely terrible service.

Just enjoyed takeaway from here. Lots of lovely chicken breast with fresh salad.

A medio camino de comer mi pizza, encontré un cabello negro soldado en la pizza, con los teléfonos hacia arriba y el hombre afirmó que no hay nadie que trabaje allí con el cabello negro. ¡Así que traté de llamarme básicamente una guarida y luego me dijeron que bajara a la cáscara sobre el cabello! Terrible actitud del cliente repugnante!

Ordered food through JustEat and asked to deliver after a while. Payment was taken but no confirmation email came through. Later when I enquired a few minutes before it was supposed to be delivered, I was told that they had not started cooking my order and it may be delayed a bit. I politely asked them to cancel it and though it was in part because they haven't yet started cooking, I told them I do not want it as I thought it would be quicker now to just grab a sandwich from nearby and since they have not started cooking it will not make any difference to them. I do not know which part Village did not understand and kept on arguing that I cannot cancel my order even though I admitted it has nothing to do with the delay but I have the right to cancel if they have not even started making my order. After a while the guy on the other end became threatening and refused to return my money. I tried persuading for a while but then I gave up and called just eat who eventually did refund my money and said Village accepted what happened and I was within my rights to ask a return. Duh !!! could have said the same thing to me. JustEat said they have no mechanism to lodge a complain against eateries. It happened a while ago (02/10/2018) but I remembered it now when I was talkng to another friend who did not have a good experience either. Thought to share it rather than let it pass.

Más tarde, cuando pregunté unos minutos antes de la fecha de entrega, me dijeron que no habían empezado a cocinar mi pedido y que podría retrasarse un poco. Les pedí educadamente que lo cancelaran y, aunque era en parte porque aún no habían empezado a cocinar, les dije que no lo quería, porque pensé que ahora sería más rápido simplemente tomar un sándwich de un lugar cercano y como no lo han hecho. Empezar a cocinarlo no les hará ninguna diferencia. No sé qué parte no entendió Village y continué argumentando que no puedo cancelar mi pedido a pesar de que admití que no tiene nada que ver con el retraso, pero tengo el derecho de cancelar si ni siquiera han comenzado a hacer mi pedido. Después de un tiempo, el chico del otro lado se volvió amenazador y se negó a devolver mi dinero. Intenté persuadir por un tiempo, pero luego me di por vencido y llamé a comer, quien finalmente me devolvió el dinero y dijo que Village aceptó lo que sucedió y que estaba dentro de mis derechos para solicitar una devolución. Duh! ! ! Podría haberme dicho lo mismo a mí. JustEat dijo que no tienen ningún mecanismo para presentar una queja contra los restaurantes. Ocurrió hace un tiempo (02/10/2018) pero ahora lo recordaba cuando estaba hablando con otro amigo que tampoco tuvo una buena experiencia. Pensé en compartirlo en lugar de dejarlo pasar.

Visitamos aquí para llevar rápidamente y descubrimos que tenía nuevos propietarios. Los precios han aumentado y la comida es muy pobre. No volveré y le aconsejo que evite si es posible si no desea que lo decepcionen. Doner meet se asemeja a cartón cocido.
