Went on the website tried to order it wouldnt accept the voucher so phoned up to ask for help was told the website needs altering the offer is no longer available, then ordered something else was told collection only so rude on the phone too wont be ordering there again anytime soon avoid at all costs

I ordered from them [AKA Valley Pizza] last night via just eat. I received the order in the time I expected. The driver delivered the order and left. I opened one of the starter/side boxes. It was the chicken strips I had ordered so I started eating. I hadn't opened the other boxes yet when I heard a knock on the window, it was the delivery who had delivered the wrong order for a house further down the street. I returned what I hadn't touched and he became rude and angry with me asking why did I take the order, insisting I had to pay for the wrong delivery, and that he was calling the person whose order he had incorrectly delivered. He blamed me for his mistake. The person whose order it was no longer wanted their order, and I cancelled the order online, but was still charged a cancellation fee.The driver's behaviour, the angry, confrontational way he spoke to me, attempting to lay the blame on me, and the fact that he tried to ring me later at 2;30 am in the morning was very inappropriate, and as a single female receiving a delivery at the time of night made me very uncomfortable. He was clearly angry at himself for his mistake but his reaction showed that he handled it very poorly, instead of apologising for his mistake and rectifying it with myself, and the other customer,

Dreadful. Kept waiting far too long, watched an incompetent fool trying for 2 minutes to shake a pizza off the rack it was cooed on so pizza was cold by the time we got it home. At home found there was no stuffed crust which we ordered. Called them, they said "It's OK because we didn't charge you for stuffed crust." Total idiotic logic… if you buy a car and it only 3 wheels, you can't drive it, so it they charged just £200 less for the missing wheel, does that make it all OK and a good car to buy?

i ordered a big bottle of coke but i got a small one and i ordered a LARGE pizza but i got a small!!!! im now starving and wasted my money

Asked for small chips and curry sauce. Was not asked if they were to be separated. Didn’t get asked if I wanted salt and vinegar. Or the sauce on the side . They did what they wanted and was disgusting. Have kept my order and will demand a refund. Do not go here . Uhhh

The food and the service was very good. It was a much needed meal, after not having the best of days as my groceries did not come.

I ordered my pizza, about 30 minutes later I got a call saying the delivery driver had arrived. I immediately went down to the front of my apartment complex and there was no one there. I eventually found him at the front desk, seething and saying awful things about me, not knowing I was standing right next to him. He said he’d been waiting ten minutes and he even entered my building (which deliverers are not supposed to do, it’s locked for a reason) to try to find me. He then gave me my pizza and said I wasted his time. Why did I receive the delivery call 10 minutes AFTER the delivery guy arrived?? Such awful service. I understand why he was upset but he took it too far. I will never order from dominos again. TL;DR Do not order from this location, staff are rude and uncoordinated. Would give zero stars if I could.

Had a lovely kabab meat and chips, salad nice and fresh and huge portions. This is gonna be my new to go to place. Looking forward to trying some of the other menu items

DISGUSTING floors, DISGUSTING tables (hygienically) the 'sharing pizzas' would just about satisfy an average male staff WILL NOT take your order verbally you have to use your phone - process is disjointed and frustrating the 'touch screen' ordering in the restaurant kept buffering - useless pizza was average to be honest SUMMARY: EXPENSIVE/DIRTY/DIFFICULT to PLACE ORDER Finally the cheeky bu%^$rs ask if you want to leave a tip? Food was really hot and tasted nice. Staff was really friendly offered some discounts as well. There are many vegan options available.

Ordered pizzas wedges and cookies. Took 65mins to come. My daughter pizza was burnt cold and her cookies the same. Rang up to complain and they told me they would send some more. And it would take 20 mins and to give the old pizza back to driver. After waiting another hour I rang again and they said it’s on its way. After 20 more minutes I rang again to be told by a woman called (Ashley) on the phone that if I don’t talk to her in the right manner she will cancel my order!!! I asked to speak to the manager and he told me they no pizza was sent out and they he will send one out so in all. The pizza took over 2 hours and my little one had fell asleep 😴 My little girl is autistic and was so upset that she was not getting her pizza. Am so upset about this that I will be taking it further!! I will never order from the haydock branch again !!!

I ordered was told half hour to 45 mins delivery and still nothing 1hr 15mins and food was cold driver and person rude will not be returning that's for sure

Next time your resident delivery driver in the blue Focus cuts me up I'll put his windscreen out. No more deliveries for you.

I have ordered here on a few occasions before. And on more than one occasion the food is over an hour late with no explanation or apology. To make matters worse when i rang to ask where it was and then speak to the manager he was very rude and abrupt with me. him saying what did I want him to do! I said that as a customer it shouldn’t be me doing that he should be the manager explaining the problem and ultimately apologising for it. I can’t imagine if you were in a restaurant that a manager would come over and say that. I ordered food at 5:15 and I’ve juat been told now at 6:20 it will be another 15-20 mins late . This is definitely the Last time I order food from this place!
