Domino's Pizza Bristol - Emerson's Green in South Gloucestershire

Terrible pizza dry as bone couldn't even see any cheese ontop of pizza or the cheesy garlic bread, disgusting service plus you've to now wait a eeek for a refund!

Just called to place my order. A lady pick up the phone that was sooooo rude. She was pretending that she can’t understand me and also she was laughing. I asked for the manager and she said that she is the manager. I ask her for her name and said her name is Roxana. Im so sorry to have staff rude to costumers that they paying theirs wages.

Ordered some pizzas online, waited over an hr 10 mins, went to the store and was told we have been busy, guy behind counter named Florin just laughed when I complained, absolutely disgusting behaviour, was told I could have a refund but would have to wait 7 working days. Do not order from this branch as they do not know what customer service is. Such a shame I can't put in minus stars

I ordered a pizza and it’s been one and a half hours. I tried calling them but they don’t pick up the phone. Literally avoid this place. Needs new management and workers clearly

The customer service is absolutely shocking. I rang them complaining after waiting over an hour for small pizza. They then cancelled my ordered because of my complaint. The driver actually sat in the car outside until they cancelled my ordered and drove off. This is the second time this branch has been reported. I reported them to Dominoes HQ UK and they advised that this branch is currently being investigated because of numerous complaints and unsanctioned cancellations. Avoid Emersons Dominoes at all costs.

I rang as I was waiting over 40 mins for food. When the phone was FINALLY answered I was met by a bloke who told me “it’s a Friday night this is how busy we usually are” which I think is fine but if I’m waiting so long and keep having to ring for my food and keep getting the same excuse it doesn’t sit well with me. For the bloke that works in Emerson’s green dominos get yourself an attitude cha be. Embarrassing

After had a really hard day of work, I didn't fancy to cook so I order couple of pizzas from Dominos at Emerson's Green which is 5 minutes away from where I was. My son loves pizza so we looked forward to it. They took more than an hour to deliver, no only that, the pizza was nearly cold and they didn't deliver the drink I bought with it. I called them and the man on the phone hang-up on me. And the drink never come!!!! I really don't fancy buy from them not more.

Tried to contact store throughout whole delivery and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Been trying to call for over an hour and still no response.

Last year we submitted a few complaints about this Dominos. Service was poor, delivery times took well over an hour, but they’ve massively turned it around! We live in Lyde Green and get Dominos once or twice a month. The quality is great, the pizza is delivered so quickly, often in under 25 mins, it’s hot, fresh, exactly what you want. I ordered pizza tonight, as it’s a Friday I was worried there would be a delay.. not at all! Friendly driver too. Fair play for turning this store around so so well!!

Very quick and friendly service. One pizza was wrong when delivered. When I called the person answering was lovely and gave us a replacement pizza. Overall great service!

Considering it was past 22.00hrs on a Sunday night it took a while for my order to arrive and when it did it was like warm. Glad I didn’t pay full price and ordered something that was on offer. Very poor.

Over an hour wait for the delivery driver, for a cold pizza crusty pizza and garlic bread l. Would not recommend.

Daughter ordered 2 pizzas at 7.25pm for delivery, at 9.25pm tracker said it was out for delivery, 25 minutes later at 10pm cold pizzas arrived. Too late by now as daughter had to go out, I guess its cold pizza for breakfast then! This is not the first time I've experienced very poor service from this branch of Dominoes, would definitely not recommend. Should be warned if delivery is going to take a long time.

Rubbish. Had to drive to get delivery myself in the end. Go elsewhere. Poor poor poor service. Not what I expect.

ordered a pizza on thursday at 3am, looked on the app at 3:45 to which it said ‘delivered’ - it certainly wasn’t. called the store at 4am and the man on the phone said it was 5 minutes away. called again at 4:30am to which he said the same thing. at this point i didn’t want the pizza as it had already been 1 and a half hours late to which he said i would receive a refund, checked my bank and they’ve taken the money and now can’t get through to the store. not the first time i’ve waited a ridiculous time for pizza and dealt with rude staff. worst dominos i’ve ever been to, wish there was another one that could deliver to my house.

Ordered via the app and said it’s was ready However when arrived wasn’t even made I will add this was a Wednesday evening which should be a quiet night Staff try their best but are rushed off their feet Spoke to manager who was extremely rude and unhelpful Such a shame as the pizzas were lovely

I called Emersons Green Dominos at 9:30 pm yesterday! But my order was delivered today at 1:35 am . 4 hours waiting time! The pizza was wrong I ordered vegetarian pizza but it came with lots of meat and salami on it!The order was including pateto veggies as well but it was missing!I called the store around 12 am the staff told me he will call me back after 5 mins but he did not call back.I called the shop many times and no one answered the phone!!!!Emersons green bristol dominos store this is second time my order delivered 4 hours later. Waited 45mins in-store for a half and half pizza. Very little meat on the Mighty meaty and no spice on the hot and spicy, pizza cold. Terrible service

Seems like every time I order food from this store they can’t get it right tonight sent me a pizza with no cheese on it twisted dough balls fat no cheese the food was cold and been waiting over half an hour to get through to replace this....,terrible

Staff are lovely and there's lots of deals both online and in store. Everything is made very quickly and taste great. they do eat in, takeaway and delivery

Ordered a few times, delivery is always fast and hot no issues, drivers are friendly and food is typical dominos

Me and my husband often have a takeaway pizza night in the meteor is a favourite of ours always hot on delivery and very delicious

So me and my friends were at UWE doing NCS and we planned on having a cheeky Domino's because why not. So we placed an order and we were told it usually takes 10 mins to deliver so we head down to the pizza pick up point and wait and wait. After an hours wait, still there was no sign of the pizza guy or a phone call so we call Domino's. After calling we are told that the guys was on his way but got stuck in traffic and he should arrive in about 10 mins. After a further 40 mins wait we phone again and it turns out the guy "phoned" my friends phone and for some reason she didnt answer when he arrived at "our door". Funny thing is we weren't at a house or anything and there was a designated pizza pickup place which we were at and didnt see him. so we gave them another phone number and then were told he would reach UWE in 10 mins but by that time we were starving and went well over our lunch time. The guy finally arrives and gives us our pizza we ask for a discount because of long wait but he declines and instead offers us a free pizza. We go upstairs ready to eat our lunch but the pizza is cold. Honestly I was not happy with paying for a pizza that took 2 hours of my lunch time to get and the end result was not worth the wait which is a shame since Domino's is actually great for pizza's.

Pedimos desde aquí varias veces. Cada vez que he pedido en mi queso extra de queso y tomate, es porque son tan estrechas y dará una pequeña cantidad.

Good service, always delicious pizzas, good discount offers. All that you normally get from dominos.

Mi hijo le encanta Dominos, no compartir sus vistas, las pizzas un poco insípido, y las coberturas son muy escaso, y son muy caro, no es una buena relación calidad-precio. Si no fuera por el hecho de que ofrecen un muy buen descuento del NHS, no visitar.

Ordered two large pizzas and two sides and desserts it took over 45 minutes to get to us and the order was wrong! I am not happy and I would not recommend ordering dilervery as you may not receive what you ordered!

Order a few pizzas and snack bits to watch a film! Took for every to phone order throw. Then took longer than normal turned up missing dips both pizzas burned and food wasn't that warm.

Have order food for pick up, and its always made quickly and served hot. Staff are easy to communicate with. Not sure about Delivery as I've never had it delivered. Although like all food chains, this is so overpriced!
