Used to always have chicken shish kebab here, I wouldn't go anywhere else it was amazing. But they have now changed there chicken shish meat and now I have to go elsewhere.

I started ordering pizza and fries from Firats place after another local pizza and kebab place, I was using before, started going down hill (delivering awful food and bad service). The food I've received from Firats has always been delicious and hot. Friendly service too.

The food is very fresh and high quality, the staff provides very good service, the family atmosphere is very professional.

Worst kebabs and pizza in Yate. Doner kebab. Meat is vile. It's always cold when it arrives and the customer service is shocking..Avoid at all costs don't waste your money.

Ordered via ubereats they were as bad as the food that arrived. No refund offered. Won’t ever use or order there again

Years ago it was good, now it's just bloody awful. Chicken shish kebab is like spot the chicken, only 3 or 4 Oxo cube size bits. Dry as a bone and normaly only warm at best. Not to mention the lack of chilli sauce or mayo. Never again 🤮

I've never had an issue with the food or delivery service, food always hot and delivery driver always polite. Delivery always within 45mins or less.

Ordered at 6.08 phoned to see where it was at 7.12 told it would be there very soon . called again at 7.40 said it was in 2 mins. Finally arrived 7.50 . Driver did apologise but the Chips were brick hard and pizza overcooked and cold .

Chips were very dry everything else was ok but when you spend all that money you expect better quality not happy at all won’t be coming again I’ve never had a problem here before which is what makes this disappointing.

This place is highly disgusting! The manager of this place yelled at my mate for complaining about her food being rawr!! The manager had the audacity to called my mate a liar and he started yelling at her for the complaint. Avoid at all cost and it’s not your moneys worth. It was the most disgusting customer service I have ever received the way he spoke to me was disgusting

Lamb shish wrap for £9.50… I had 3-4 small pieces of meat and you filled the rest of the wrap with salad. Shocking Firats, you’ve gone downhill!

Portion sizes are terrible and not what they used to be. I ordered a chicken Shish kebab and had to delve into the pile of onion and cabbage to find roughly 8 small pieces of chicken. Disappointed

Absolutely disgusting food tonight , hair in food and under cooked chicken. Rung up to complain and all of sudden they can’t understand me , could understand me when ordering though. Will never use again and would not recommend disgusting food !!! 1 star is generous

The food was ok, but the gps doesn't lead you to my house, they had to look, the delivery driver was good, friendly and found us while the food was still warm and the portion size are generous. With that said, they did ask for a extra 3 quid when they got here as were far away, 3.9 miles, on the lanes of north yate, well i ordered again and they wanted 5 quid. They did call head of time and i still had the option to cancel. I don't mind paying delivery but as i ordered on their website that has nothing stated about the areas they deliver to or cost i would say it would be a good idea to add that, It also isn't stated on the final price on the receipt too. The extra 2 quid on top of my first order i wasn't so happy about. Unfortunately there are other options for kebabs in yate with cheaper delivery prices, so will have to try them instead.

Food is as expected from a 'kebab house' but looks and tastes fresh delivers fast, cheaper than the chain options local and polite, helpful if you have an issue and I will always be a repeat customer.

Their food is terrible. I gave them the opportunity to come & get it & refund my money but the woman refused & now won't answer. Do not order

The chicken wrap..was disgusting. Meat didn't realy look like chicken. And was like rubber. Put it in the bin. Won't be going back.

Always had good food from Firats, their pizzas are probably the best in Yate, they come full of toppings and so tasty! The chicken is great, fries are good and the lamb kebab is decent. The only downside which is quite a small one in my opinion is that they do take quite a while to deliver even when you pick a specific time it can often be late but this is not the biggest issue.

Ordered beyond an hour now. No food. Tried to ring and no answer, yet when I ring again the phone is engaged. On call 46 now and no answer.

Never had a problem with the food its always great, but my issue is they show food as available on the app when they dont have enough and delivery has gotten alot slower. Never arriving by the time shown

Great food as always and tonight they went above and beyond as ordered a 14inch pizza and a 10 inch arrived rang Firats and 10 mins later drops off another 10inch brilliant.

Had a lovely kebab from Firat's place last night - the meat tasted a bit odd but the salad was spot on! Back of the net!

Food not too bad... Defo had better but could be worse. Food was quite greezy (burgers, mixed donor kebab, sausage and chips)... If you order through the app, my stages of progress didn't update, stayed on confirmed. Arrived within the time that was provided

Awful chicken kebab,just plain,no any spices no salt ,nothing. Ordered with sweet chili sauce don t feel anything from that sauce,chips not that bad but cold,delivery been late,probably will never order again

This was possibly the most tasteless pizza ever purchased anywhere on the planet. Have tried this place before, for kebabs and said I wouldn’t use again but fancied something different so though would try them again. But yet again........Never again!!! There were three of us that all agreed so not just a single case!

Always had a good takeaway from here ..the chicken shish pitta lovely and so much of it ...good value....and delivery what more could you want ...

A takeaway is a takeaway. I'm not expecting Gordan Ramsey. It does the job, love the cheese pizza, love the kebabs. They've recently changed the chilli and it's more crushed chilli's now which is what I like 👍

I ordered my family takeaway we will never use this place again my husband’s kebab was all dry the order was wrong mine had sauce the wrap was absolutely covered in sauce I couldn’t eat it abs the pizzas were like rubber £36 we look forward to our takeaway and that was so disappointing.

Firat's can be either really good or discusting there is no in-between !! The kebab can be cooked perfectly or taste like it's been left for to long and just reheated with its crusty outer layer 🤢 Do not ever add sauce unless you like more sauce than food!!

What a shame, I have had a few alright kebabs here in the past, However the past few time it has gone drastically down hill. The chips are reheated chips which is absolutely not acceptable, kebab is undercooked, I had no salad when I asked for salad, and the pitta was burnt. A lot of money they received CASH IN HAND for the very poor quality of food.

my son and I are new to this country and decided to get a kebab (first time trying British food!!!). It was FANTASTIC! We both loved it! Thank you mr Firat and co. for your brillient service! thank you thank you thank you! Made my day and Ruined my holiday!

Decided to ignore the reviews as I'd heard some good word of mouth about Firat's Place. On reflection, that was a mistake. I'm giving it three stars because my wife enjoyed her cheesy chips. However, I had the donner kebab which was severely under done to the point that I couldn't stomach eating it. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a fairly common complaint. Some constructive feedback: cook the meat a little longer. Its always better to be very slightly over done than under done, and my meat was in danger of getting up and walking off.

AVOID!!!! TERRIBLE UNDERCOOKED FOOD! CHICKEN WAS STILL PINK!! CHIPS WERE JUST AWFUL!! NO DRINKS DELIVERED TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SOMEHOW ITS MY FAULT!!!

Really good alternative to the big chains. Burgers are tasty and the pizza come loaded with cheese. Only down side is the drinks aren't chilled!

Just ordered a delivery from this lot....i asked for a mixed kebab. It arrived with no chicken and as i started eating it I found 4 hairs in it after my second mouthful. Truly disgusting. Will never have anything from this lot again.

Ordered online at 17:10 had an email saying your order has been excepted and we hope you enjoy your meal your food will be with you by 18:00. 18:45 my food turned up told the delivery it should have been here by 18:00 so told him I didn't want it . I won't be ordering from here ever again lousy service.

Don't know what happened to this place, it used to be the best place to go, the last couple of times I have ordered from here thetthe chips tasted like they were microwaved and meat I had was rock hard and cold, Shame to say but I would no longer recommend to anyone.

They tasted old , the smell was like the potato’s where rotten.-and to finish they where burned.oh my god just has I was ready to eat my chicken burger the bred was so soggy... it just fell apart!!!

Been ordering from here for a while, pizzas are great value for money and they're always piping hot. Delivery can be a bit slow at times but I've never had a wrong order delivered. Definitely reccomended.

Wow! First time ordering from this place. Shish lamb and chicken was amazing. Partner was very impressed by the Dover meat. Everything was super fresh. Home made chilli sauce was lush. Whole family were very impressed. Definitely order again in the very near future.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU LIKE COOKED FOOD!!! just ordered and i have to say it is THE worst kebab i have ever had in my life. Doner meat wasn't cooked and was called a liar when phoned to complain. Had to put a star to put the review up if i could i would give it minus 5

Sorted me right out. The Cheesy Chips and 1/2 pounder is a staple of their menu. Fast delivery, huge portions and reasonable prices. Ordering from the Website or App is also very easy.

Lovely food, always get the 1/4 cheese burger with cheesy chips and their great chilly sauce, open all the time and has a great website

Not local and saw a leaflet for the place . Was glad I decided to go with it. The pizza was very tasty and excellent value for money! The mighty munch pizza really does come with all the toppings! Would recommend the pizza. Was able to accommodate my request of card payment and VAT receipt

Same as last review! Clearly spoke my order twice!! Still food missing. Thoroughly ruined a family meal. Avoid at all costs. told the driver I would make sure no one uses them and he said “everyone says that” Waste of time.

NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE - Worst staff I have ever come across. Called up to place an order and asked to repeat the order to ensure all was correct as we have had many mistakes on our kebabs from them. They told me they were to busy and swore down the phone and said they didn't want customers who wasted their time. They hung the phone up and i called back and said they were to busy to appologise. These people should not be answering the phone and certainly not cooking your food. There are other places in Yate to go - Go to Tiffany and Tomato as they are great people and much more helpful with better portions.

Food is OK, but placed an order at 8 50pm then had a phone call at 9 30pm saying they don't cook chicken after 9 30pm even though order was placed before

friendly staff quick delivery when ordered by phone they always aim to please. They once redelivered because garlic mayo was on a kebab instead of chilli.

terrible food & service.the kebab was very,very greasy & there was load,s of fat on the bottom which it was lying in & absorbing,the chips were all full & disgusting.The chicken was dry,over cooked & the only way i could dis crib it was unedible.

We have and endless supply of Kebab takeways in Yate and everone is pretty much the same but Firats Lamb Kebabs are simply brilliant. The lamb has a subtle marinade and has a strond smokey chargrilled taste to them, the salads are fresh and crisp

Local Pizza/Kebab place and the food is excellent, we especially like the Ham/Pineapple/mushroom jobbie and the Chicken Donner - without the pitta bread!

Hemos visitado varias veces para llevar; las pizzas son siempre muy caliente, fresco y nunca grasienta. También hemos disfrutado las patatas fritas (muy bueno) y el pollo pesar (realmente excelente).

Simplemente kebabs globales, nada especial. la última vez que lo intenté pollo frito como escena de pollo frito de Yates es inexistente y fue muy seca y poco apetecible.
