Appalling customer service, showing that this domino's really doesn't care about their customers. We ordered online with delivery, and after watching the driver go past me, the delivery driver then parked at the wrong house and didn't move. He called me saying he was moving to find me. After 7 phone calls, I had to get in my car and drive to him where he was still parked even though he said he was trying to find me. The food was only slightly warm as it had taken nearly 40 minutes, and when I called to speak to someone at Bradley Stoke Domino's, they said bring the food back and we'll refund you, otherwise there was nothing they could do.

Only for a quick bite, seating is limited.

Food was nice and hot, delicious, but really wish to have a nice sitting arrangements. So that we can spend great time with our family and friends.

Arrived cold spent 20 minutes in a residential area in Patchway. Called up to complain spoke to a woman who was very rude saying she had remade the order (It was my first time calling up about it) and that if she remakes it again it's going to cause problems because they have 2 drivers on a saturday night.

I needed water for my young children and this was the only place open, refused to accept cash (which i didn't realise was even legal ), i didn't have a card on me just cash and we had to go through the night without water.

This Domino's store is a joke. I ordered a pizza on Just Eat and it was delivered as I expected. Twenty minutes later, another driver knocked on my door and gave me abuse because I refused to accept the pizza. So, I called the store and a member of staff claimed to be the manager and barely spoke a word of English told me that their colleague should have contacted me about mixing up orders and would not transfer the call to someone else.

We had pizza on our way back home from Wales,and we all had a bad tummy afterwards more then a week. Not going back never

Ordered two pizzas last night. One was fine, the other had the correct label on the box but the wrong pizza inside; not even close. I rang the restaurant and they sent the correct one round fairly quickly, but it meant that my friend ate hers after everyone else had finished.

Took 1hr and 30mins to deliver and when we contacted the store after 1hour of waiting they said a further 25mins eventhough the app told me my pizza was delivered. Wouldn’t order from here again waited all that time for cold pizza and pizzas with the wrong toppings and cold disgusting chicken kickers really disappointed and feels like a waste of money

Food was as u expect but wanted to say massive thank you to one of the delivery drivers as we had a technical mishap and the address stored was a hotel we treated ousrselves too and when we received a call we’d realised the same address was still inputted however he asked for the right postcode and still managed to come through for u food was lukewarm but that’s to be expected after the almost hour wait on our own wrong doing - thanks for not making us cook

Food didn't turn up and the guy argued to the end of the world about it so I just gave up in the end

One of the best Domino's Pizza's I've had in a long time. Pepperoni Passion looked and tasted great. Staff polite and helpful. Service and cook time quick. Was ideal getting back from a day out late as this Domino's is open until 3am for collection 🍕

Orders pizza and had to wait for 30 mins with kids.while ordering time they confirmed delivery by 10 mins. And when asked they were rude and just said when not cooked it’s not cooked. I will not come back

I called mariam the manager to let her know that my cookies were not delivered. She was very rude on the phone, had attitude and when I asked why they weren’t delivered she said ‘I don’t know’. She is supposed to be running the shop and has no clue what’s going on. I asked for my cookies to be delivered again, she then said it’ll take about an hour then decided to hang up the phone on me. I rang back and asked to speak to someone above her and she said no one is above her, so I asked to speak to a colleague and she said no. Disgusting behaviour, won’t be going back and I’ll be sure to write a review and let all my friends know not to go there. Really bad attitude

Totally unbelievable customer service. I placed a order and paid for it. Never showed up. Spoken to them on the phone took 20+ minutes to get them to resend my order, I had to pay again!!! I will be going down in the morning and and showing my bank statements to confirm I have ordered. And then they have put the phone down and I haven't got anything. I will be taking this further!!!

They got my pizza wrong with something that my girlfriend is allergic to. I then rang them to discuss this matter and I got hung up on. I then had to drive back to sort out the order and the guy we spoke to was really understanding and sorted it. We then got stared at and spoken about until our order was created

Ordered via the app, arrived and collected. Got exactly what I ordered by the time I got home ot was still very hot which was great.

This place has the best atmosphere and customer service ever, even let us share a bottle of water for free and got to stand at the counter and watch a pizza being made! 5*

The Bradley Stoke pizza have extremely rude and un-helpful staff i phoned to order pizza as i could not get what i needed on line (was having a create your own) the member of staff who answered the phone was extremely rude i tried to explain the problem but he kept rudely interrupting me saying i had to order on line and slammed the phone down on me as i was trying again to explain. Absolutely disgraceful

Extortionate. £47 for 2 pizzas and some under cooked wedges LOL they have numerous "offers" so i rang.(after being confused) and spoke to a girl who knew nothing after confirming, I was told £47 I can only assume one of the toppings was 24 carat gold. Also it's 20 quid cheaper if u collect, I'll assume the delivery driver drives a Bentley

I've ordered Pizzas from here countless times over the years. Never had a problem! One of those go to meals where you know exactly what you're gonna get.

Placed a order for delivery 1.50am the food didn’t turn up and by the time I tried to call at 3am they were shut so paid £20 for a pizza and sat up waiting for it for no reason at all… not even a phone call to say they won’t be able to bring the food. Complete p*ss take

You think its acceptable to not deliver my food then take longer than you told me for a refund which was over 2 weeks ago and I still am yet to recieve it, once I asked to speak to a manager I was lied to and then the rude lady hung up on me and would not answer my calls!! Very unprofessional and I will be taking this to the higher authority of your buisness!

Order from this location regularly and it’s consistently good. Delivery is always quick and super friendly. I’m stoked they have vegan pepperoni now! The cheesy bread is wonderful, though sometimes they put red sauce on it, which I find odd. The cookies are fantastic too! Overall, good pizza!

Regular customer as pizza is consistent and always available within the time advised. I use for collection only though and so I can't comment on delivery service.

We order with the app from time to time and have always had speedy service and good food. Delivery drivers always seem to have a smile and it’s sad to see some negative old reviews on here.

I accidently ordered 14 wings (10.99) when I was supposed to order a (4.99) garlic pizza and so i phoned to asked for it to be changed for two garlic pizzas. Man on the phone was very rude and only cared for the fact there was a 50% discount. He doesn't understand that just because there is a discount does it mean that the prices of the actual food changes. Dominoes you need to hire more capable staff that understand and at least TRY and help the customer.

Good overall, but 1 star less because my pizza was not so warm when ordered by delivery.

Great pizzas, offers through the app work really well and pizza was ready when I arrived to pick up and still piping hot when we got home 5 minutes later. Great flavours in the pizza and not greasy unlike some of Domino's competitors.

Truly awful. Rude, combative and indifferent staff, who make food that doesn't comply with brand standards to save money (The game now seems to be trying to use as little cheese as possible and turning down the oven temperature - last 2 orders have turned up like this or uncooked). Not on.

Excellent service for a staff lunch of 18 pizza's and sides. Easy to order, great delivery (on time) and food was great.

This is just like any other Domino shop but comparatively quite busy with its delivery. They are happy to hire delivery drivers for 12£ per hour. Right with the obviously it tastes much better when you go to the store in person and collect it yourself and head right back to home. The crust was soft we all are it full And u always get one for one when you walk in to the store So I would recommend collection than delivery(where 80%) they do more than one delivery so you won't get your pizza hot.

Must say, of all the local pizza operators in my view Domino's is definitely the best. They usually have a deal on so you rarely lay full price and the quality is 1st class.

Ordered pizza, waited over an hour & whoever the driver was lied and said they delivered but I’m still currently waiting for the pizza. Tried calling, no one answers.

Do not EVER order anything from this Domino's, here is why. I have ordered pizza 2,5h ago, I was waiting a standard hour - no drama Delivery driver was rude, extremely busy talking laudly with someone on the phone in his language, did not answered to the intercom and did not entered the building. Pizza was uncut and had a topping that i did not ordered, so I called to report it, after 3 tries, someone picked up and told me that the new pizza will be delivered to my house shortly, 70 minutes after this statement I called again, Sam, manager picked up a phone and told me that my pizza is on the way, no apologies, then he called me back after 2 minutes stating that his driver just arrived to Domino's and he is stating that my pizza has been delivered to my address, so I asked what can we do, because I did not received anything, thats why I was calling 2 minutes earlier. Driver was stating that he has delivered it to my door, upstairs, and blonde lady has picked it up, so I gently asked if I sound like a blond lady or if any name confirmation has been done or anything, Sam asked me why his driver would lie, so I asked why would I call 2 minutes earlier starving and asking where is my pizza. Ive asked for a full refund and I will never, ever, ever order again from there, because for this Domino's making a double pepperoni pizza with bacon and delivering it to the correct person is clearly more difficult, than nuclear physics. Maybe if driver wasnt so busy being on his phone during delivery, he would see that im not the person he delivered one hour earlier. I do not recommend, this review is a proof for my money refund, maybe try running down the street rather than running a pizza place, because its clearly too difficult for some people. Absolute rubbish.

As a whole the food I recived I couldn't complain about but not all of my order was recived which the driver promise to collect and bring back to me it is now the next day and heard nothing. As a customer it's not my job to chase what I have ordered and not recived.

Close it down!!! The people who work at domino's haven't got a clue how to make pizza and I they somehow mixed barbecue base sauce with tomato sauce... If I could give 0 stars I would!!! AVOID

I always customise my pizza, and they always get it right. They don't always answer the phone, which is how i prefer to order as the website isn't quite as good for how i customise it. They're not far from me so i walk in to order when the phone isn't getting answered. Most of the time, whatever person i meet at the counter is friendly and helpful. The last time i went, this wednesday, the person i got seemed a little impatient, but I'm sure they had a good reason... Even so, I don't like Pizza Hut or Papa John, so I'll go Domino's every time I want pizza better than Dr Oetker.

Absolutely horrible. Turned up uncooked. Won't be going here again. Then the cheek on their staff to claim this never happens. It's nothing to do with faulty equipment. Want to see the pizza? Here it is. Update: Both myself and my partner have had food poisoning, wonder where we've had uncooked meet from... mystery that one.

Under baked crust. The pizza dough was very under done. So much so that we put pizza slices in the toaster to bake the dough further. Never buying from here again. Ridiculous!

Order process great, delivery great, delivery driver, super polite. But oh dear, what a disappointment with the Pizzas. Soggy, lacking in taste, practically no topping, certainly far less than previously. I feel cheated as a customer. You really could do better Domino Pizza or you're going to loose your customers.

Ordered on New Year's Eve, OK, I get they will be busy especially as no one can go out. The wait wasn't too long which was good but the order was wrong, wrong crust and 2 x chicken strippers instead of 1 x strippers, 1 x kickers. No dramas, thought I'd ring and just see if I can get something sent out and swap it. I called three times and nobody answered at all. Upon calling back approximately an hour later I spoke to a gentleman that informed me that due to how busy they were, he was instructed not to take any phone calls. I asked what would happen if it was a complaint and needed to be rectified and was basically told that that was the instruction he was given. The incorrect base I was told was either a mistake and not noticed, or noticed and then because it was so busy, was sent anyway. Absolutely awful reasoning, especially as I was unable to get through when calling to sort it. The kickers had the kickers sticker on the box and the right dip, but were strippers instead, no real reasoning behind that. I felt slightly empathetic for the gentleman that took the call but unfortunately it's not a customers fault they cannot cope with the volume of orders coming through and to not be able to call to rectify it is disgraceful. I was offered a coupon of £15 for a future order and was told it doesn't have an expiry date but that didn't sound genuine. I'm giving one star for the for that was right being tasty, and one for the gentleman trying to rectify the problem. Unfortunately that's all I'm giving due to the abysmal attitude of not taking any phone calls to rectify any problems, clearly being understaffed and not being able to deal with the increased volume, and thirdly for the poor offering that the pizza may have been identified as being incorrect but was sent anyway.

Ordered 2 pizzas on the Tuesday deal. They were lacking in flavour and the base was overcooked in several places. Really disappointed will stick with our local takeaway who does much nicer pizzas.

Honestly, do not waste your money ordering from this store, when you could buy something so much better elsewhere. This store has successfully doomed the Domino's franchise with rude staff and drivers, who take forever to deliver items. The food is edible, but not delicious. The reason I generously gave it two stars is because of the desserts, including the Ben and Jerry's ice cream, something these morons cannot ruin.

**BEWARE** ALL THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS ARE RIGHT!! The pizzas literally did not turn up... We ordered and waited for 2 hours but sadly no pizza. We phoned up to enquire and were told to wait a further 30 mins, but still no pizza. After calling again to ask for a refund instead, the manager started raising their voice and shouting at me for asking for a refund. I understand times are hard right now, especially in customer facing roles, but it's a bit silly to expect me to just 'donate' £50 to domino's. The manager refused to give a refund and hung up on me, so I'll be charging back the payment through my credit card and ordering from a different domino's instead. If you see this Mr manager, who hurt you? Lol

Love this pizza but sometimes it is messy and different shapes of slices but it tastes so good. You can choose how thin you want the crust. And really love the garlic bread pizza.

Ordered from here whilst working away, was the most rubbish domino's I've ever had food wasn't cooked proper waste of money I'd get pizza hut next time as there is one in the area.

Being a vegetarian, I ordered a veggie feast pizza tonight only to find (after already eating a slice) that my pizza had several strips of chicken on it. When I called the branch I was disinterestedly offered a £15 credit or a new pizza. An apology was given as an afterthought but was the first thing I was looking for. Completely unacceptable.

Tasteless crust, barely any toppings, barely any cheese. For a pizza called "Mighty Meaty" I expected more meat as well.

My partner and I have been using this store many times now, we basically get two large pizzas once a week, and the service has always been pretty standard. However, what happened last night is just unacceptable! My partner and a friend went to the store to order and collect 3 large pizzas. Whilst they were placing their order at the counter, other people were queuing and waiting behind them. At some point the manager started shouting like a mad man, inviting everyone to keep the distance. I understand it's a very peculiar time we're going through, but I work in the customer service myself andI would never scream at my clients as this man did, no matter what! Who was queuing, stepped back and kept the distance, but this man wouldn't stop yelling and asked his staff to stop working as he wouldn't serve anyone if they hadn't kept the distance. In the meantime, my partner was trying to pay for our pizzas (and the guy at the till was struggling to put through the NHS discount, asked for help to his manager but he was clearly too busy shouting at his own customers). The best has yet to come, when another member of staff approaches my partner asking him to go outside and queue. He then replied he was trying to pay and definitely that can't be done from outside the store. This man kept insisting, clearly not understanding what was going on, so after repeating himself several times, already frustrated by the whole situation and the inability to pay due to the discount issue that wasn't even being acknowledged, my partner decided to leave there and then, giving up with the order. I'm looking forward to seeing what the business is going to do to make up with us for this massive disaster. Clearly you lost a loyal customer.

I stood outside the door,ordered a pizza online because it's easier.walked in, paid and left with a hot pizza made to order. Not warped or cold or badly cut or missing anything as they can be when delivered. As you'll notice when you're in there they take a stack at a time to deliver.

Still waiting for a reimbursement this was burnt offering at it's best l phoned I sent emails and I have placed the photos on social media but still no response from this cowboy out fit if they contact me I will keep you all in formed but don't hold your breath as I can't see them contacting me they just bury there heads and hope it blows over.

Delivered Food from here is a bit hit and miss. Food can be tepid rather than hot. Some Items can be undercooked. I’ve had potato wedges where small items are cooked but larger ones are not. Pizza can be doughy in the centre. Cookies similar. If you order any pizza with bbq sauce expect it to be smothered in the stuff. If you go for a half and half pizza expect you end up with three different flavoured slices the two types you ordered and a hybrid of the two. Will you be lucky?

Made an order online , waited an hour no delivery , rang the shop , had a long and repetitive conversation with some idiot on the phone who passed me over to advise they hadn’t had the order and blamed “the system”..with a hint of attitude in his delivery , pardon the pun. The payment is still pending and has not been refunded just to add to the woeful service .

This Domino's store is an absolute disgrace and the staff who work here are even worse. I have been a loyal customer of this store for about a year now and ever since recently their food has been low standards. I have even placed them in Bristol Post for their behavior and received both my money back and a voucher as an apology. However, I was refused to use this voucher by the delivery driver, who told me that his manager told him to collect the money. Then I got a call from the manager, after I refused to pay cash. The manager called me "trash" and that I was the voucher was not genuine. Well go to hell Domino's and sod your food.

pizza is lovely-as this is located in the shopping centre is busy - pizza remains hot and is located in a shopping centre so is buey at time but food is worth waiting for

Ordered online at 18:59. Online tracker said it was "out for delivery" at about 19:20. Still not arrived at 20:00, so called them up, only to be told that they were "very busy", and that it was "out with the driver". Still not turned up at 21:00, phoned and asked for a refund. Manager said that it was "out with the driver" who was "5 minutes away" and offered a full credit of price paid towards future purchase. Still not turned up at 21:30. Phoned up and demanded an immediate full refund. Manager tells me that they had tried to deliver, but I was not at the location. This is a blatant lie. They had my phone number, but never bothered to call it. Remains to be seen whether the refund turns up. Two and a half hours, and they can't deliver a pizza to a location 5 minutes' drive away. Message to Domino's management, if they're reading this: Don't lie to your customers. Won't be using them again. Shame you can't give negative stars. Update: a month later, promised refund has not turned up. Yet another lie by Domino's Bradley Stoke.

I've used this branch for a few years and have never had cause to complain. Been the odd occasion when a dip has been missed from the delivery but it wasn't the end of the world. Sadly today I felt let down, I ordered 3 portions of plain chicken wings and they sent 3 boxes of wings covered in red hot sauce. The boxes had the correct labeling but the contents were wrong. Went down like a lead balloon in my house, nobody liked them and they ended up in the bin. Very disappointed.

Fast service, however as soon as "Mohamed The Unstoppable" arrived he had a rather fond stare at my girlfriends chest. If that doesn't put you off then I don't know what does.

I am very dissapointed with Dominos Pizza tonight. First I placed an order with resulted in "Payment unsuccesful" to with I checked with the store and they had no order confirmed yet the money still came out of my account. I then re-ordered my order on the phone. To try and avoid any further problems. I placed and paid for the order. However the wrong order was sent to me! The delivery driver took the food back to the store I then rang up the store and they are remaking the order and sending it out again. I have waited over 2 hours for a pizza. I have paid twice and recieved 1 wrong order. I am very unhappy and unless I am compensated with free vouchers I will not be using this comapany again and I will be posting about this bad experience on social media sites strongly advising people to go elsewhere for pizza
