Absolutely awful every single time we order a pizza from here it’s so bland and as dry as the Sahara desert it’s like they refuse to add moisture to your experience! I tried to complain for the second time we’ve ordered from here and I get the same delusional woman as before being rude and saying it’s not dry it’s not dry u always complain then hung up on me! yes we do always complain because the food your delivering to us is barely edible let alone enjoyable so yes I will complain when you’ve taken £40 of our money for something that is a choir to eat! please avoid this place they are completely incompetent and rude they don’t give 2 💩’s about their customers never ever again put me off dominoes for life! Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5

Poor, the girl at the counter stood with her back to me scrolling through instagram for 5 mins before acknowledging I was there, while there were 4 guys starring at boxes changing stickers on boxes, they forgot to put my dough balls in the oven, then I finally get my order and it’s wrong, no wonder it’s wrong after the amount to times they changed the stickers round, If you are vegan / veggi or have an allergy avoid this place like the plague, But if you want to play cold pizza lottery then go for it, I won’t be going back

Appalling, it’s amazing that they are in business at all. Every single time you order, they get it wrong. This time one pizza missing and one pizza squashed to the point the topping was on the box not on the pizza. Absolutely useless and the staff on the phone don’t listen to you either when you phone to try and rectify it. Won’t be using ever again!

The Manager was Arrogant, Rude and had a cough . Reading the previous reviews on this place I should have known better, gone to the supermarket 2 minutes away and bought a better Pizza and Drink with polite service and saved myself £15 for beer

Absolutely useless. Pizzas to 1h45 to arrive by which time it was completely cold and to crown it all one of the pizzas had the wrong toppings. Tried to call numerous time but nobody answering the phone. Iwon't be bothering again

Ordered a delivery and told 30 minutes, 60 minuets later, guess what cold pizza. Passed to 3 staff on the phone and shouted at when asked for a refund. No sorry, no nothing. Never going to order here again. Back to Pizza Hut for me.

My friends and I attempted to order a Domino's delivery for a joint birthday meal for myself and one of my friends. We had a discount voucher "DINEON50" for 50% off when you spend over £40 - the order totalled £43.76 so should have been reduced to £21.88 (£21.875) but for some reason I noticed that post-checkout the code hadn't registered; I couldn't rectify this online, so myself and my friend kept calling the store repeatedly. I called 8 times before going down there as no one was answering the phone to me or my friend. This so far had already put a dampener on the birthday evening, the reason we ordered in was so we didn't have to go out. I went down to the store to speak to someone and explained everything as above - I had a very unpleasant encounter with a female member of staff who firstly told me she couldn't even find my order to help me; I had told her multiple times that I had done the order for delivery, yet this staff member insisted I was collecting because I had come in. I told her over and over that I had come in as I couldn't get through on the phones. She then found my order under 'deliveries' (as it wasn't under 'collections') and told me that the code wasn't applicable because we ordered a £1.20 large dip - I pointed out that (1) the exclusions on the voucher do not exclude large dips (or dips of any kind) and (2) £1.20 still leaves the order over £40. The member of staff then proceeded to tell me the garlic bread is also not included, to which i pointed out that (1) the exclusions on the voucher do not exclude garlic bread and (2) if it does then the vouchers is wrong and this is false advertising. I showed her the voucher and repeated that the voucher does not exclude what she has stated. She said she couldn't do anything, and I asked her why, as I've done everything right according to the voucher and it is a Domino's fault what has happened. I mentioned again to her that I tried to rectify the issue online and I tried calling - she just shrugged and motioned to the ringing phones (seemingly amused) that all staff seemed to be ignoring (as not one person made a move to answer them)! I told her that I have had to come all the way down there as a result of Domino's error or glitch (or false advertising on voucher) and I wanted this resolved; I wanted the voucher code adding/ the order reducing by 50% or to be told how I can resolve it. She said she couldn't do anything so I asked for a manger and she spoke to the manager; she then returned telling me she could do the order for £25 if I paid then and there (as I had ordered with the payment to be cash). - I pointed out that 50% of £40 is £20 Not £25! She said that's the best she can do as it's what the manager said. I asked to speak with the manager; he came over and told me he couldn't apply the voucher code in store but he'd do the order at £25 - I then told him that that is not 50% of £40 or even £43 and that is not the deal I had based my order on - and that also I had guests left at home so I didn't have the full payment with me. He told me he could either take £25 payment in store (why he ignored me telling him I didn't have the money as it was at home divided between me and my guests) or he could cancel my order and I could try the voucher code again if I reorder (I had no confidence the same thing wouldn't happen again). I told the manager to cancel the order, and he confirmed he had done that before I left the store. This had taken a large chunk out of mine and my friend's joint birthday evening and left guests sat at mine whilst I tried to resolve this with rude and unhelpful staff who acted like it was my fault.I returned home and we then ordered food from Canton Kitchen (which was done very quickly and efficiently by friendly staff) - as we were in the process of ordering the door went and it was Domino's with a delivery! Clearly the manager had either not cancelled the order despite confirming he had before I left, or he'd not passed the message on to his staff resulting in wasted time, resources and food. I have a buzzer to let people in and I spoke to the deliverer and told him that the order had been cancelled and he needs to speak to his manager, and I ended the buzzer conversation - I didn't open the door or do anything else. I am now very wary of every ordering Domino's again - especially from this store.

I would give no stars if I could. 2 complaints have been sent to head office regarding this. I’ll keep it short. My food was wrong, cold and disgusting. Team were rude and unhelpful. Offered a free pizza as an apology. Thought I’d give a second chance, to be greeted by a rude older lady. Claiming we were limited on what we could have on our free pizza, when that’s not what i was told on the phone. I’m not sure what has happened with Hayward’s heath dominos but it has gone so down hill. They need customer service training. Would never go back. I’m awaiting a refund, I wouldn’t waste your time/money go to the Uckfield branch they are so lovely and attentive & you actually get hot food and the correct order!

Whilst with the family watching the World Cup, my son decided on ordering a Dominoes Pizza for the 4 of us. We went for the mega mix deal which included a large pizza, cheesy wedges, and a cheesy garlic bread. We also opted for spicy chicken wings on the side. For our pizza we selected the mighty meaty which was topped with a selection of sausage and cut meats. Sounds great actually, but it was a little on the bland side. The best bit by far were the chicken strippers and wings which really added some needed flavour to the meal. To be fair though, the cheesy garlic bread was extremely tasty and added to the flavour of our meals too. The cheesy wedges remained untouched by everyone which unfortunately speaks for itself. The whole meal was £19.99 which to feed 4 people we felt was very reasonable and quite enjoyable as well. We will use them again probably.

I was very hesitant about ordering from Dominos after reading all the negative feedback both on Tripadvisor as well as Google. I was after a pizza and since Pizza Hut came across worse I took a risk. Ordered online and waited. It was literally ready in 20 minutes after ordering. Staff fairly friendly. The pizzas were well cooked as were some of the sides. Not the best pizza I have had, but certainly was good. It appears they have got past their low point and are now on the up.

We ordered 2 pizzas online, one was not the right pizza so I phoned the Haywards Heath branch and asked them to send me the correct pizza. They said they had sent me what had come through online and I should check my confirmation email. I told them I had no confirmation email and it must be their online system as I have ordered online before and received confirmation straight away. They were very unhelpful, could not admit it was a fault as apparently they have no control over online orders. I got a fun, refund and the pizzas picked up. I wouldn't order online from here as they cannot guarantee getting the order correct and if it's wrong, they say the customer must be at fault which is very rude. Over priced as well. Try Pizza Hut on Broadway

We ordered three pizzas, that wore pan pizzas. They reminded me of pizza hut, they even have "half-half" were you can order two different pizzas made in one pizza. The delivery guy was nice. It took about one hour to get the food.

First of all, the customer service is terrible! The staff just don't care and make it blatantly obvious they just want to get the day over and done with. The pizzas themselves can either be okay or be terrible. I had a mighty meaty which had little meat at all and wasn't even cooked properly. Won't be going here again

Un grupo de amigos y yo pedimos de dominos antes; la comida apareció, fría, 2 horas y media después de haberlo pedido. Llamamos a la tienda y después de estar colgó dos veces, el gerente nos dio un reembolso. Hoy, pensamos que habíamos pedido nuevo para ver. Nuestra orden se apareció, pero nos enviaron patatas grandes en vez de striptease pollo error sincero, así que llamamos a la tienda y nos dijeron que habían enviado el striptease de pollo dentro de los 20 minutos. Una hora más tarde, todavía no había mostró así llamamos solo pedimos las 4 libras de restitución, pero el gerente muy agresiva en el teléfono y dijo que no podía haber un reembolso porque hemos tenido uno antes. Ridículo. No debería haber un límite de quejas puede hacer!! Les dijimos que no se usan de nuevo y todo el gerente dijo que era "bueno!". Increíble. Asqueroso servicio al cliente!

2 months ago we had a terrible experience with a simple takeaway order in which the staff lied and resulted in me going to the shop and arranging a full refund for a pizza order that hadn't materialized in nearly 2 hours. My wife, (forgetting our last experience) orders from the same Haywards heath and surprise surprise another bad experience. This time the order arrived after 50 minutes and was cold! The pizza, sides and cookies were all cold! Now, when you order online you can track the order and our was sat in Quality control' for 25 minutes. Basically it was sat on a shelf, losing heat, whilst they waited for a driver! We didn't complain, because why bother? Based on my previous experience the assistant manager and staff couldn't give a toss. This is the last time they get our business!!

Ordered last night (a Wednesday) the pizza took over an hour to arrive and it was cold and not cooked properly. When I called to ask where our pizza was the lady was very abrupt and didn't give us an ETA. She also hung up without saying goodbye which felt very rude.

Iv been hear quite a few times and they never get the order right. Either they miss something from my order or the pizza is the wrong one and very greasy. I have phoned in the past and complained about missing items and they say they will deliver them within half an hour but the items have never turned up. I will not be ordering again

Easy telephone order. Super quick delivery. Slight error with some dips that cost us a couple of quid extra but there seemed no point raising it. Will just make a point of it of we order again. Price was good because we had a voucher. Massively overpriced if you didn't have one so wouldn't have ordered if that was the case. Hubby used to work there so know the good quality, but also know the mark ups. Even so I love their pizza and wouldn't order from anywhere else.

Last month I went in to get a pizza and whilst my pizza was being made I overheard the rude seemingly greasy manager moan about customers which is disgraceful. She could have waited till I and the other customer had left, never mind it wasn't too busy! I also noticed that the other month when friends and I wanted crap greasy food the pizza came without there famous dip...? Whatever obviously a mistake. But twice in a row? Really? I rang them to check it wasn't my mistake and they'd changed it so customers have to now buy them which she said they dont..and although she apologized she didn't seem fazed or bothered. I wasn't ringing to complain I was asking a question! I'm pretty sure she slated me to her staff like i witnessed her do to others.. she's lost out on our orders for the future. Its a shame because there pizzas are averagely ok compared to the ooor service. Pizza hut 100%

Been using this Dominos for over 15 years and having the same 2 pizzas for as long as they have been on the menu. After a 4 hour non stop drive from Cardiff I stopped in to buy our usual 2 pizzas, only to find the Chicken and Rasher Bacon one absolutely appaling!! Hardly any toppings and tasteless!!As I was extremely tired I left calling until the next day to greeted by a very blunt and unhelpful foreign man!! The result being that we will NEVER use Dominos EVER AGAIN!!!!Rude, ignorant, very poor customer service and you can kiss goodbye to my £360 (approx) per year and I hope many more do the same. I for one NEVER GO BACK ONCE I HAVE BEEN TUCKED UP!!!!!!Pizza Hut Delivery is far better anyway and they can have my £60-£80 that I am just about to spend on pizza for my family and our 2 groups of friends that are dining with us tonight - 12 in total :-)

We had a beautiful 40th Wedding Anniversary on Saturday and all enjoyed their Pizza. Helena, Tawanda and Kirstin were all very friendly, organised and made lovely pizza. They were a great addition to a sunny celebration.
