We had a beautiful 40th Wedding Anniversary on Saturday and all enjoyed their Pizza. Helena, Tawanda and Kirstin were all very friendly, organised and made lovely pizza. They were a great addition to a sunny celebration.

My husband and I would like to say a huge huge thank you! The Pizza Post was amazing catering at our wedding. One of our guests who is gluten free said its the best gluten free pizza his had! They cooked up any left over pizza we ordered and put them out on the buffet table too! Great service thank you!

Booked for a company event. Had to reschedule a couple of times but staff were always very accommodating and very helpful throughout. We had both the Pizza Post and Burger post at our wedding and could not be happier. The customer service team in the lead up to the wedding were fantastic and the staff on the day were brilliant. We had the team nearly two weeks ago at our wedding and they are amazing, the pizza’s were so delicious and still today everyone is telling me how good they were! They were professional throughout and very accommodating to dietary requirements and preferences. Their set up looked really good and I cannot fault them. From the first phone call, to getting a quote, to changing our minds about the menu, to communicating with Pip, who answered every email immediately, to seeing the beautiful Pizza Post van arrive, 15 mins early, at the wedding venue, this company has been a joy to work with. The guys that made the pizzas for our evening wedding reception, (I think it was Joe, Jess and Akash), were so friendly, and the pizzas were delicious - everyone had plenty and everyone commented on how delicious they were. We had a choice of 4 flavours which were served on platters. They let me know when we were nearing the end of the allotted number, but we had judged it just fine. There was one coeliac at the reception and they made sure she could have her pizza either at the beginning or at the end of the service - her choice - so they could clean everything down thoroughly. This is a small, family-run business that knows how to provide excellent quality at a reasonable price, with real class and no hassle. Well done Pizza Post, I will highly recommend you to family and friends.

I contacted Pizza post for a quote. After many calls from them to me where I explained each time I would be in touch should I wish to proceed, I was bombarded with calls, emails over and over again. I emailed again in detail and explained that we had hit a financial situation and plans weren’t as expected and again, I would be in touch should I wish to proceed. I again have received multiple calls and emails and it is now borderline harassment. I will now not work ever with them in the future due to the immense pressure put on you. Only contact these people if you are 110% and need around 24 hours to decide because otherwise you will be contacted non stop, including one call immediately after the other.

If you want to impress your guests and add real class to your private party use this company! Thank you so much guys for fab food and service 😊

Really pleased that we hired The Pizza Post for our daughters 21st birthday party. The process was very easy, they turned up in plenty of time and served at the time we agreed. The pizzas and the garlic bread were absolutely delicious and every guest commented on how good they were. All pizzas served piping hot, great selection to accommodate all taste and served in individual boxes. Definitely took the stress out of hosting a party. Dealing with The Pizza Post was a delight when booking. On the day of the event they arrived on time and the 2 staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was real efficiency in the operation. And of course the Pizza were quality! All our guests were left happy and very impressed. Couldn't really ask for anymore.

All of our guests loved them. Secondly the team that were on site for us were amazing and accommodating for our guests needs, going above and beyond at times. That is the sort of service that grows your business and reputation. The team that night deserve praise for that as I would recommend you to any one without hesitation. Easily an 11/10 for the service received.

!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The Pizza Van was such an amazing addition to the event and managed to impress the MOST difficult of cuatomers; Those dreaded TEENS! THE Pizzas were delicious, as were the Garlic breads and Eaton Mess dessert pots! Can't wait for an excuse to book again.

We had the Pizza Post as surprise late night dining at our wedding this summer and it was an absolute hit! The van arrived outside our wedding venue and our guests could order their own pizza from the four options we pre selected. Nothing beats freshly made pizza after a long day of boozing and partying! We had a veggie/vegan wedding and everyone enjoyed the options - even the meat eaters. We were pleased that they also had gluten free options, so no guest went without which was such an important thing for us. For the pizzas that were left over from the order, the guys made them up and boxed them all for us to take home so that we didn't lose out on what we had prepaid. The leftover pizza was very welcome the next day! The guys were really professional and easy to communicate with in the run up to the big day and really came through for us. We booked The Pizza Post to cater our wedding. All of our guests loved it!! The team were so great on the day and just got on with it! We had a few different food truck options which meant we would have some leftover pizza at the end. The team gave me a heads up towards the end of serving time and then cooked and boxed up the remaining pizza so our guests could take them home. The booking experience was really easy and the number of choices we could have on the day was great. I was a bit disappointed after hiring the pizza post for my wedding. I’d read the great reviews and being pizza lovers we were so excited. They turned up 30 minutes late which we were fine with as they said they were going to bake 20 extra pizzas as an apology - then they proceeded to be rude to my guests - (shouted at my mum?! When she tried to get me a pizza so I didn’t have to queue at my own wedding) and we didn’t even get the 80 pizzas we paid for let alone the 20 extra. I appreciate catering can be stressful but you shouldn’t impart your stress onto people who have paid good money to have you at their day. The pizzas themselves were very tasty and well made. Shame about the customer service & that seemingly it was an off day for them EDIT: hiya I don’t have any emails or missed calls - I have emailed you as requested.

We used pizza post for my wife’s 40th and we wasn’t disappointed, from making the booking to right up to the party they were brilliant, their pizzas were incredibly tasty, love the toppings they do as standard too but also very flexible on the day with changes, their vans I very cool and are the main focus at the party, the staff were super friendly! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and I would highly recommend them! Cheers guys!!

The Pizza Post van came to my wedding and provided evening food which was delicious and all the guests really enjoyed it. So much so that we ran out quite quickly! The ‘pizza’ sign didn’t work unfortunately so the visual of the van wasn’t quite as fun as it could have been but I would recommend using them for sure if you like pizza!

Couldn't recommend Pizza Post highly enough. We booked the Burger team for a private party at our home and all our guests not only commented on how great the food was and presented but how engaging and lovely the team was. Costin and Kiyon arrived early, set up without any fuss and were ready to go bang on time serving food for 2hrs. Their chat and engagement with the guests as they made food really added to the party and they were wonderful to deal with. Packed up quietly and efficiently leaving nothing behind. thank you.

UPDATE: I wanted to amend this review to say that the Pizza Post did contact us after posting my review to make this right. Tom, the Executive Operations Secretary, reached out having seen my review and being entirely unaware of the circumstances. He called me on the Friday, updated me daily and reached a resolution by the Monday. As mentioned in my review below, I like to be fair and wouldn't have minded the cancellation as much had the customer service that followed been satisfactory. Tom's customer service since writing my review was far more than satisfactory and he mad it his mission to show us that this mistake was a one off and it was more a case of bad luck for us than intentional carelessness. Thank you Tom for putting this right. OG: Unfortunately the Pizza Post cancelled on us 8 days before an event, for a reason that was entirely foreseeable and could’ve been avoided had they been a bit more organised. After making an initial enquiry, they were very quick to take our money. I received phone calls and emails daily and was told that ‘spaces were flying off the shelf’. I wasn’t necessarily concerned about this as I’d read their raving reviews online. I Though It seems from more recent reviews we weren’t the the only ones who they let down this Summer. I fully understand that things happen, mistakes are made and human error is a thing. Though the reason I am particularly irritated and upset, is because of how the situation was followed up. After receiving a very apologetic phone call late on a Friday evening, an assurance that our deposit would be refunded and an offer to assist us in trying to find an alternative supplier, we were disappointed, but understood that these things happen and remained positive. Saturday afternoon, no sign of the deposit, no answer on the office phone all day, so I called the mobile number that had called me the night before. The call obviously took the owner by surprise (I assume it was his personal phone) and the conversation was far more casual than the heartfelt conversation we’d received the day before. I was then told that ‘he wasn’t working that day and someone would probably process our refund until Monday morning’ (leaving us with no deposit to pass onto another supplier!). Personally, if I or someone/something in my company makes a mistake that leaves another small business short of £750 and with no caterers, I certainly wouldn’t be clocking off early on a Friday and picking up the pieces on a Monday Morning. We were never contacted again and no help was given to find us an alternative caterer, as was offered in the initial cancellation call. This cancellation has has cost us a fortune in wasted marketing, partial refunds for our event and having to spend much more money that anticipated on alternative catering which didn’t fit the event. Deeply devastated at how the Pizza Post have left us. We picked them because they were a small family run business, like us, though unfortunately regardless of the cancellation, their customer service and care was just not up to par. won’t be using them again.

Pizza Post we are brilliant we use them to cater for a birthday party for 80 adults and children they arrived on time the food was impeccable and the staff on site were extremely helpful even for guests with allergies It Gave us time to enjoy the party and mingle with guests whilst all the hard work and cooking food has done for us all of the guests complimented the food and could not believe how hot and fresh tasting the pizzas were! We were so pleased with the service that we are looking to rebook them this year thanks once again Pizza Post

Our experience with the pizza post was overwhelmingly positive! Planning a wedding involves interacting with a lot of different vendors but none where as easy to work with as The Pizza Post. They communicate clearly and effectively throughout, make it easy to order and are easy to contact if needed. A courtesy call a few days before the event might seem like a small touch but makes a huge difference when you're planning an event. On the day the quality of food and service was exceptional and was widely praised by all our guests. All pizzas were delicious and cooked to order (40 pizzas in less than an hour! All absolutely delicious too!) Extra mention to the gentleman who turned up on the day, both were charming and provided an exceptional experience. All round top notch company, can't praise highly enough. Would strongly encourage anyone reading this to hire the Pizza Post for your event, you won't be disappointed.

I would have considered booking with Pizza Post, however, im planning a wedding so just getting quotes. Pizza Post had a very reasonable price however when I said I would call back once the venue was confirmed I received at least 4 very pushy up sale calls. I then received another call and I explained I had found another supplier, they hung up on me. Good price, but customer service is appalling.

We hired Pizza Post to supply wood fired pizzas for our wedding guests for a few hours in the evening. They were highly organised, attentive and a fair price too. The pizzas went down tremendously well as our guests stormed through what we ordered and were hungry to go back for more. Luckily they had backups to keep our guests satisfied with a brilliant menu that can cater to all guests, including vegans and those who are coeliac. My only disappointment is my wife and I have no idea how the pizzas tasted. With so much going on by the time Pizza Post turned up they were gone. Time went by so quick we didn't have a moment to stop and queue to get a pizza. What's a shame is our other suppliers on the day made a conscious effort to make sure we experienced what we had paid for. All I would have hoped for is a tap on the shoulder to ask if we had enjoyed the food and there wouldn't have been a problem.

The Pizza Post hosted a work event for us at late notice this week and catered for over 100 members of staff. The team were absolutely amazing and friendly despite working on the hottest day on record and did so with a smile on their faces! Utterly professional delivering seemless experience form order to delivery!!! We ordered a pizza post van for 70 people up to 90 pizzas for my daughters 16th birthday. It was a HUGE HIT, the pizzas were absolutly delicious, they ate every single 90 pizzas. We couldn't believe it. Usually there is lots of food over after these parties. Constin & Jovanni, in charge of the van and pizzas were outstanding in the delivery. All the kids loved them, my husband and I and even all our dogs. We booked The Pizza Post for our wedding. They provided us with very competitive pricing, a choice of different pizza toppings which were all amazing and a great choice to cater for everyone. They provided us with gluten free bases. Every guest loved the pizzas, they tasted amazing with so much flavour and we had nothing but compliments. The staff were friendly on the night and the van looks great for wedding pictures also! Couldn’t recommend more!

I recently went to a friend's party and the pizza post was there and I just had to leave a review. The team were working tirelessly and kept on producing these delicious pizzas, the garlic bread was also an added bonus that was equally as delicious. Notably, I remember Kiyan being an especially good server (obviously the rest of the team were amazing) but I had to mention his friendliness, contagious smile, and being an all-round good server. Loved it!!
