Domino's Pizza Prestwich in Bury

Said they attempted delivery but we didn't answer. Got an unintelligible call from the manager saying our delivery would be with us in seven minutes. Twenty minutes later,driver called saying he was four minutes away. Needless to say,the food was stone cold. Complained to corporate. They lied to them as well.

Delicious pizza, thin crust, crispy just the way I like it. Perfect. Professional order. The company has improved a lot. I am very pleased. I recommend ❤️👍

Caught them with Herroin outside, must be selling it. Wouldn’t trust them from now. Prestwich dominos are bad for This. All look guilty

Awful and liars will never use again. I was told by the app my order was out and still waited 30 mins after.

It had been a while since I had ordered from this place as have been a regular at Papa John's recently. All seemed to be going well, and the pizza was out for delivery after 20 mins. Then the problems started. It took 30 mins for the driver to deliver the pizza, and I only live 5 mins away from the store. This is because he decided to drive past my house to do several other deliveries before my delivery.Therefore the pizzas were cold when they arrived. Then he delivered the wrong items. Instead of a garlic bread we were given a box of cookies. The pizzas were good, the service was very poor. Therefore 3 stars is about fair.

Undercooked pizza the meat looked like it could of got up and walked off there running the place into the ground obviously the managers cousins with the new pizza place across the street taking back handers such a shame

After 6 months l've treated myself to GF pizza. I really miss real pizza. Was very shocked at the size of my pizza( which was only small size but l got charged for large). It was really appalling !! My large CH+T pizza cost me 16£ but small one ( just because its gf) cost £20, you CHARGED ME FOR LARGE PIZZA !! COMMON DOMINOS !! Just look at that small pizza ( 8 piece of chicken, 4 small pieces of bacon, 6 green peppers, 2 red ones and some onions ) and it was really dry compare to last time l've had it. If your pizza is made on premises , how can you not make large gf base ?? Or is your gf base NOT made on premises ?!? If you cant offer large gf pizza at least offer 2 small for 1 large. Dont think l be ordering DOMINOS again.

Feel bad about giving these guys a bad review, but this branch has really gone down hill recently. The pizzas often look like they've been thrown together. They put too much cheese on a well so often the pizzas are v sloppy and greasy. A few years ago the didn't put enough cheese on. I recently had an order where they made the wrong pizza but I couldn't be bothered to take it back. This time the pizza looked a mess as they had missed the cheese on quite a bit of it. Took it back and it seemed like I wasn't the only one who wasn't happy. The TripAdvisor reviews tells me a lot. It's a shame because they seem like nice people and they work hard. Something isn't working though. Given were surrounded by pizza takeaways in this area I won't be going back.

We ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered. We waited 20 minutes after the app said it had been delivered We then called to see how long it would be and they said 10 minuets. Another 20 minutes went by and we called again they said they were close by. So we waited. In the end we called to cancel the order. The local dominoes is only 1.6 miles away.

Just giving 3 star because of the pizza was good but the service and specially delivery was rubbish and when I phoned the guy on the phon was very rude. Not order online again

had issues before with this store but thought it had been a while and i would try again. big mistake. pre-ordered this morning via the app for delivery for 18:00 thinking i would have a nice hot pizza when i got home from work. ten to seven and still no pizza, asked to cancel order and to get a refund, pizza arrived ten minutes later. i turned him away, i don't want an over priced pizza that has been sat in the back of the car for over and hour. the store is a ten minute drive away, i got home from liverpool to manchester in less time than it took for the pizza to arrive. might as well have got one there after work and brought it home would have been fresher.

The pizza and sides were cold. Took a huge amount of time from oven to door. Driver and shop told me different stories. Gave the chicken sides to my dogs and even they didn't really want to eat it. This is the last time I will order. I'll be trying pizza hut instead next time.

Worst Pizza Service I have seen for a while. Made an online order. Which after 1 hour did not receive any delivery. Phoned the shop to see where there order was and received a "Please Hold" and Laughing in the background. After speaking to the manager he assured me the order would be sent out immediately 1 Hour Later the order arrived by driver who didn't believe I paid for the order online. After he spoke to his boss reluctantly he handed over the pizzas as I had paid for the pizzas online The Pizzas were the wrong order and they were cold (Cheese was congealed). I would rather eat my own pizzas (And I am the worst cook) Eat elsewhere people, there are better pizzas available in the Prestwich area (Use google to help if you need!)

When I went to visit a friend in Prestwich who never has takeaways I thought I would treat him. Worst decision ever. He has now told me never to order one for him again. Is there a cheese shortage on? There was hardly any and the pizzas also lacked and toppings. Ive no idea if Dominos actually check what their stores are doing but this one needs shutting down. PS I might have lost a friend because of it.

Horrible and disappointing pizza and delivery service ?!!!!! Not at all cheap and pizza is tastless prefer from somewhere else

Very expensive for poor pizza not much topping and too long in oven not worth £43.00 for 5x 9.5 inch better value from store bought pizza, Would NOT recommend this place to anyone

Es un poco difícil explicar lo verdaderamente horrible el servicio y "entrega".

Used pick up service, no where to park, all the spaces taken by there own delivery drivers ( block all the bus stop ) they park on the kerb also, complete disregard for anyone using the other shops on the block, I watched as they do u turns on bury new road, pizza is overrated , and expensive, but it's more of an issue if you pick your pizza up, sadly can't continue to shop where the staff and drivers don't care about the pavement parking issues that they create, also watched as lady with a pram had issues trying to negotiate a car on pavement from one of there drivers, I won't be going back thanks.

No conseguimos lo que pedimos! Completamente desordenáramos y la chica que contestó el teléfono no era precisamente muy servicial o educado. Ella claramente no quería estar allí y que se mostró con su tono de voz y su capacidad de escucha 'no le pedir de nuevo!

Pedí una pizza con pepperoni "en bruto" en mi pizza. Cuando llamé el restaurante me dijeron que 'f@@k'I colgó y poner la pizza en la papelera... He estado pidiendo al dominó durante años. No sé si es el nuevo propietario, pero son muy grosero.

La comida es buena. Caro pero contundente! Mejor si tuvieran más variedad de ofertas como parte del desierto en vez de pizza pizza montones de ofertas, pero la comida es muy buena y una entrega rápida.

bad customer service, pizza was no sooner in the oven I asked for a little more cheese told NO!! also ordered chicken dippers I reminded the worker about them and he only put them on when the pizza was finished and under the lamp. Had to wait in total over 20 minutes for quite poor food.The workers were shouting in a native language this is not appropriate conduct.Eventually got the cold flavourless food home very diappointing

Brilliant food never been disappointed by the food worth every last penny. Best thing about it is the dessert's.

Always hits the spot! Great value (only deals) feeds all the family, food is absolutely yummy! Apart from the wedges could do with a few more mins but other than that's is great!

Not had a Domino's for many years but as they were promoting any pizza size for £6.99 thought I would try it - ended up sharing with the dog. Iceland £1.99 frozen stone baked pizzas are streets ahead

The Pizza Express on Bury New or Old Road I can never remember which is which was a gem. From the moment we stepped in to the restaurant we were shown promptly to a table and given a choice which I like. The service was outstanding even to the waitress (who I think was called Charlotte) noticing that my husband had dropped his knife and was there in an instant to give him a fresh one. The food was excellent and arrived promptly. Some michelin starred restaurants could learn a lot from the service we received. Well done. A superb experience from start to finish.

I received a txt message saying my food had left and I didn't receive it until a hour later. My food was stone cold and when I tried to ring to complain they just put the phone down several times and it was just crackling. Over all discussing service and food.
