Dreadful, food pretty much all cold only thing that had any heat was the overcooked cookies. Pizza crust over crispy barely any cheese on the pizza pretty tasteless, loaded chips with cheese blandest cheese ever. Would not recommend. Definitely order from elsewhere. Total waste of money

Shocking service. It's happened twice now where the order has taken hour and a half to arrive. Why bother having an app that tells you it's been delivered when it's probably not even been made yet at that point. Food eventually arrived stone cold after 90 mins. Cheese all congealed like the pizza has been sat not even under a heat lamp for ages. The store don't take any responsibility they hide behind their app/bot. Disgusting service, it's gone in the bin waste of money won't spend it on you guys again.

Absolute joke of a service, original order 2 weeks ago took over an hour and half to come, when arrived was cold. Rang up today to order our 2 ‘complimentary pizzas’ that we obtained, told that they have no recollection of the complaint and nothing on our account. I would advise no one to order from here init he future, especially at the price they charge

I’ve ordered a pizza. The preparation of the pizza was around 20 mins then I waited around an hour to be delivered. Not happy with the service at all

I’ve only ordered from this place twice both times me and my family have been I’ll, on one occasion ended in hospital. Will never order again order a pizza which comes with free food poisoning from this company

Good pizza. One of a few issues are that the base which originally drew me towards domino's isn't available anymore (double decadence). Quite pricey and the wedges appear to be asdas own

They never put a good amount of toppings on. End up eating a plain tomato pizza with barely any cheese or toppings when you’ve ordered a meat feast. Order from Whitefield where they’re not a shambles. Been terrible for years. When they used to do the double decadence, they barely put any cheese in the middle of the the 2 layers. Awful place.

i have met such an amazing manager he was absolutely amazing guys (manager jav) when the pizza got here it was warm really nice cheesy and delivery took 15 minutes so dont know bout u guys u have all got the wrong dominos with all ur bad reviews

Not good at all under cooked not enough filling poor service cooked 2 had to wait 10 mins for third kids wouldn't eat .choc pizza it was that bad

If I could give it a negative star I would, cold food missing items terrible service will not order again

Arrived in about 45mins, acceptable. All items present and warm. Box lid was squashed into the toppings, should have come with one of those little white plastic table things for protection. Tasted nice tho but overpriced compared to non-chain pizzas. Large wasn't all that - if I pay extra for stuffed crust I expect the pizza to still be large!

This is the worse dominos I know do not waste your money and stay well clear .Order arrived everything freezing cold and one pizza missing after waiting well over 1.5 hours . Thier was no toppings on just a hand full in the centre it was thin and crispy and was so over cooked it had cracked into pieces , the chicken strippers was rock hard and cold i rang to let them know they had missed a pizza off and how cold the food was uneatable . Was put on hold to speak to a manager waited 20mins before he came to the phone who argued with me that a thin and crispy should be in bits like that and dry/burnt . Said he would send the missing pizza but it was going to be an othier hour , refused to replace any otheir food after a futher 10mins agreed to just repalce the thin and crispy . Everything went in the bin £25 wasted its not the first time i have had isues with this place but it will be the last will not be going thier again . SHOCKING MANAGER RUDE MAN .

I’ve been using this place on and off for a couple of years, well last night will be the last!!! Pizza ordered at 10pm arrived at my house at 10:55, after the shop ignored about 15 calls. Cold and barely any toppings. Worst of all the app tells you it’s been delivered in 35 mins - which I guess they do to meet their kpis and targets from their head office. Just a laugh and shall not be using again!

Ordered our pizzas online (buy 1 get a 2nd for £1 @ £19.99) Tracked our order and half an hour after it was shown as dispatched the app showed it as been delivered and closed our order. I called to say that we hadn't received it to be told that it only shows delivery for 30 minutes and it would be with us within 5 or 10 minutes - it wasn't so called again to be told that it would be there soon. When it arrived it was luke warm and wasn't in the slightest 'hot and spicy'. As it was late I called the following day to complain asking to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager until he realised I was calling to complain then said I would have to phone the following day to speak to the manager. I done this and wasn't given any reason at all as to why we had to wait about an hour and a half, why the pizza didn't have the correct topping or why the staff lied repeatedly to us. If it's going to be late - say so, if there's a cock up - admit it, if your not management - don't say you are! Probably get more for less money elsewhere 😡

Unfortunately, from a small age I have been allergic to mushroom, a sad card to be dealt as I cannot full appreciate a full english, or a half decent omelette. I asked dominos Bury to very kindly remove all mushrooms from my pizza choice and make sure none were around my pizza while making, please. I’m unsure if the English barrier was to blame or if the man wished death upon me but when I opened my pizza, not only had mushrooms been placed but they had added double mushrooms. I of course ask for a fresh one, I’m offered a refund and no new pizza. So much disappointment in one night, I don’t know how I coped.

We ordered a large pizza which was advertised as 13.5 inches on the website, when we collected it we was not happy with the size of it and even measured it and found it was 11.5 inches (medium as advertised online). We took the pizza back and asked to see the manager and was met with a very rude man who began to shout over the counter at me telling me to count the pizza slices myself and that 10 pieces is a large, however these were the smallest ‘large’ pieces I have ever had. He also said that because we ordered stuffed crust it makes it smaller however you have to pay extra for this and we found it a complete rip off. I wouldn’t of wrote this review if it had been resolved somehow without the rude manager shouting at me. Disgusting customer service and won’t be returning due to him.

Standard Domino's, expensive, consistent, enjoyable

Awful customer service here. Waited two hours on a Wednesday to receive our order only to arrive cold. Called twice to follow up but he just kept telling me to wait. I've never had this issue with Pizza Hut, definitely not ordering from here again.

Just had my pizza delivered. Undercooked. Like eating it raw. Really disappointed. Order every week. U have let yourselves down badly todayI'm afraid.

Me and my friends ordered online the big deal x2 with 6 sided totalling up to + £50! We ordered and my friend got a confirmation email to say or order has been accepted. 1hr later my friend rang the Heywood Domino's only to hear they haven't done our order as said they haven't received it! My friend explained she had received a confirmation email but the people at domino's said we would have to recorder and wait another 45 mins! My friend said no thanks we will order from somewhere else. 4 very hungry unhappy ladies! 🙁😲

Family's favourite takeaway. We always look for a 50% discount voucher online as it's not a cheap takeaway!! Staff friendly and the store is clean. Pizzas are great as are the chicken strips and wedges. Kids love the warm chocolate cookies too

We have pizzas from dominos regularly and they always give good service and good pizzas with regular offers

Slow service , when order turned up they'd forgotten a pizza only to return later with the wrong pizza! Now have to wait another 30 mins for the correct pizza !!! So much for family eating together !!

Nuestra comida en 6,15 Pedimos una hora más tarde todavía no hay comida. Comida vino frío. Tuvimos otra orden enviamos y faltaba la mitad de la pizza. Hablé con el gerente dijo que piensa que es imposible que podría ocurrir. No pidas de este orden Dominos del Whitefeild uno.

Pedimos 2 lados de pizza y 3 a las 7.30 pm en 26/09/2015 y llamó por teléfono a las 8:30 p.m. para comprobar el orden había pasado por ya que ni siquiera estaba mostrando como prepped en la pizza tracker, nos dijeron que nuestra pizza acababa de salir del horno y sería entregado en los próximos 30 minutos. Es chocante que se tarda una hora y media para un par de pizzas que ser un entregado!

A las 6:30 pm nos ordenó a los dos lados del gran pizza y 3 para nuestras niñas 8ª fiesta de cumpleaños para dormir fuera y recibido el correo electrónico de confirmación. A las 7.30 pm llamamos volver a ver el orden y me dijeron...
